Atrem's family is a whole ordeal and this isn't even going into his upbringing and his fucking parents which is a fascinating case study on its own. I just wanted to release his husband and child into the wild for now because they deserve to be free :'D

His daughter, Tarai, works for Serenno's (and by extension the Seperatist) secret service. She also has a thing or two to say about how CIS operations are run since she sometimes feels as though their missions are being flunked from upstairs.

His first husband, Narix, was a rather famous podracer who (at least officially) died in a crash around 55 BBY. The official cause of death may or may not be related to Atrem trying to scalp price some garments he made for Hutt associates which led to them sabotaging Narix's vehicle. Atrem is more or less haunted by this. That being said they were both cheating on each other so make of that what you will

Magical Starsign trivia - Barrel-rotating game

At the Space Police HQ in Bena Rikashi, you can talk to Brioche and a couple other rabbit NPCs, who claim they're playing a "barrel-rotating game." This line has confused players for years, wondering if there was a secret barrel minigame that was never implemented into Magical Starsign.

In actuality, the name "barrel-rotating" is an odd mistranslation!

In Japanese, the term they use is タライマワサレゲーム tarai mawasare gēmu (washbasin pass-around game). This is attributed to the expression 盥回し tarai mawashi (lit. "pass the washbasin around"), which refers to a department handing off problems to another department in order to evade responsibility.

The Space Police receptionists really liked tossing clients from counter to counter instead of doing their jobs, so they turned it it into a pointless game. Bureaucracy at its finest!
