HikaHaru:

HikaHaru is a tricky ship for me, as I mainly ship TamaHaruKyo. I think it is a lovely ship, however. Haruhi and Hikaru have a very fascinating friendship. She helps him become a better person, and he opens her eyes to the world beyond Ouran. I think Haruhi can be a bit naive, as smart as she is, even though she practically raised herself. Hikaru also brings out her fun side! I love reading fluff fics of them. Obviously, in canon, it is unrequited and their relationship is complicated. I really do love them, though. If Tamakyo were canon, I think Hikaru would be the best choice for her.

Ahh, a rarepair. I never actually thought about it until I read a oneshot by @ohshcscenerios that talked about the nuances of their relationship. However, I can actually see it happening.  I wrote them once, but as platonic, and I had a lot of fun diving into what made them such good friends. They would work well together as a couple because both are mild-tempered, private, and socially reserved. Neither would make the other uncomfortable with PDA, blabbing about their relationship, etc. Overall, even though I wrote a platonic one shot about them, I’m intrigued and would absolutely read some fic about them! (send me some if you know any!)

real talk though, in tamaharukyo, who /would/ do the taxes, who would help but get in the way, and who is morally opposed?

kyoya does them, tamaki tries to help and gets in the way, and haruhi is probably morally opposed to how little they seem to pay despite how disgustingly wealthy they are.

that, or kyoya is both the one in charge of doing them and also opposed to paying them because he would like to hang onto all of their money, thank you, and haruhi is in charge of making sure tamaki doesn't try to help because no, seriously, we do not want a repeat of what happened last time.

Headcanon for my OT3 (Tama x Haru x Kyo)

Facts:

Tamaki requires physical affection.

Haruhi, having a soft spot for Tamaki’s needs gives him that which he desires.

Kyoya likes physical affection behind closed doors.

Now picture this:

When Tamaki gets sleepy he get impatient. Not wanting to go to bed alone he pesters the only other person he knows to give into his demands, Haruhi. Knowing she won’t be able to keep working Haruhi gives up and is drug to their bed to cuddle. Once they are in bed Tamaki cuddles Haruhi like the touch starved octopus that he is. A few hours pass and Kyoya is finally finished with his work. Walking into the bedroom he goes to the bed adjusting the covers to make Tamaki and Haruhi more comfortable and then gives them both good night forehead kisses. Haruhi is obviously middle spoon so when Kyoya finally lays down in bed he joins the cuddle puddle with his lovers. Most of the time Haruhi is nestled under Tamaki’s chin but on a few rare occasions she will turn over in her sleep once she feels Kyoya join them and cuddle into his chest. He will lightly play with the hair at the nape of her neck and press small kisses into her hair until she falls back asleep.
