Ok, so long ago, I used a height difference generator for my Beyblade ships. And the heights are solely based on my headcanons.

Takao x Hiromi

Quite above average for Takao. He probably has a bit of height because of training and stuff, plus a bit of genetics. And Hiromi is also quite above average for a Japanese woman. Cute height difference for huggies and cuddles while standing.

Height difference = 22cm

Kai x Julia

As for Kai, I wanted to make him taller than Takao. The deuteragonists always exceed the protagonist's height. Julia has the perfect 'tall girl' height, since she is already tall enough in the series. She'll wear heels so that Kai can kiss on her lips smeared with Lipstick hehe.

Height difference = 18cm

Rei x Mao

The Chinese are shorties in general, but I'm not convinced to give Rei a short height. He is a good trainer and I headcanon his father having a great height. As for Mariah, I neither made her short nor tall, instead average. But their big height difference is so cute and hot! Rei can lift her up anytime.

Max x Emily

Americans are decently tall. But, I still wanted to give Maxie some extra height and Emily is average to above average (?). It's soothing for Max when Emily hugs him and lays her head on his neck.

Yuriy x Queen

It's self explanatory for both of them, I guess? Yuriy is Russian, and they have a great height. And I think Queen is quite tall as well. Huge height difference and it's quite hot. Queen will enjoy the height difference and the effort to kiss him.

I know Ozuma is VERY short in the series, but I'm not convinced by that. I headcanon him having a huge height boost as he ages. As for Mariam, she is quite tall. They have a lesser height difference, but still decent. Easier to kiss.

My OTP, eeh! Kane is a Japanese Australian and Australians have a great height. I'd say the height thing runs in their family genes. And, I think the height for Salima is quite decent above average-ish. Cute height difference for her to cuddle on Kane's chest.

Michael is definitely tall in my opinion. He seemed quite tall in the series. Mathilda as a shortie is cute and sweet. But, she buys heels after heels to come a bit closer to his height. Not long after Kai had stormed out of the room, Ray, Tyson and Max followed him. Their hearts hurt when they saw Kai hitting the wall again and again, his magenta eyes deep crimson with rage and hurt. Tyson knew how Kai was feeling, but he also knew that that Kai's hurt was far greater. He knew what it was to be without Parents, but his Father and later Brother regularly visited, and sent him video messages .

Ray gently padded ahead, as Tyson and Max stayed behind. He knew that he doesn't have to overstep Kai's boundaries, his words will be enough to comfort him. But Kai needs solitude, silence. Gently asking Tyson and Max to leave and assuring them that he will come with Kai, he asked them to go downstairs and help Mr. Dickinson.

Once they were gone, Ray gently stepped towards Kai. "Ray, go away." Kai said quietly, his tone emotionless. Ray knew Kai didn't want him to leave, he wanted Solitude and silence but also someone to be with his side right now. Sighing softly, he held Kai's shoulder as if saying, 'everything will be fine.'

Hiro had cut the call when Kai stormed out, followed by the three young teammates of his. “Hiro, did you speak to them?” Mr. Dickinson asked. “Yes I did Mr. Dickinson, they have agreed to take Foster Kids in, but…" He trailed off with a sigh. "They are not fine with the Borg Boys. They said the Boys creeped them out and were dangerous." Hiro told them, letting another blanket of unease fall on them.

“I wouldn't mind taking them in, but Tyson won't like it. Ray and Kai have already so much going on due to the two." Grandpa Granger said. “It's fine Dad, we will find some ideas." Tatsuya said gently as a knock sounded and entered Tyson and Max along with a Lady.

"Mr. Dickinson, other Teams are here, and the Buffet is arranged completely." A Lady from the office came, whom everyone recognised to be Alisia- the Receptionist of the Russian Branch of BBA. "Alright Alisia, we will be there." Mr. Dickinson said.

"Tyson, where is Kai?" Hiro asked, worried about the dual haired boy. Yes, he did drive him nuts as Hurricane Jin, but he knew the Boy was the best choice to wield the Phoenix Bitbeast. "He's with Ray, Hiro. He's… Fine." Tyson said, a heavy meaning underlying his tone.

Cutting through the thick layer of tension like a sharp knife, Mr. Dickinson said, "Let us go and have food. I believe Kai and Ray will be there as well. Susumu, Misaki, if you are not too tired, please do join us." He said softly, making the two nod. All of them soon shuffled out, leaving the door closed.

Kai groaned as soon as the Russian team entered, and he felt Ray tensing from his Right. The White Tigers growled slowly, as Mariah came to Ray's right. Taking a step forward, he stood right in front of them like a shield all ready to take bullets.

Bryan smirked dangerously as he cocked his head and eyed Ray. "Oh you are up? Should have kept you in Hospital for a little more." Bryan scoffed, leading into Ray baring his fangs as his golden irisis turnes into slits, Mariah glaring at Bryan as well.

"Bryan, you have done enough damage." Kai said stonely, his crimson eyes staring in Bryan's gray ones. "Oh? Phoenix got a tongue finally eh?" Bryan smirked more. "Bryan." Tala said sternly and looked around, his icy blue eyes taking everything in. He saw Mr. Dickinson approach Kai and nod, making the boy huff in annoyance.

"What are they doing here?" Mariah asked, holding her Beyblade protectively in her Bey-pocket. "I asked the Police to send the Boys here if they weren't to be arrested or taken to Questioning." Mr. Dickinson replied calmly.

"They should be thrown in Jail after what they did to Ray!" Mariah angrily yelled from Ray's side. Kai from the corner of his eyes looked at Ian who actually shrinked, he was just a child.

Just a Child.

Kai saw himself.

His six year old self.

Scared, Worried, Angry.

He didn't knew what to do.

The Abbey's walls scared him.

They made him gulp with worry.

He saw himself.

Standing in Ian's place, shrinking away.

Whirling around he snarled. "You don't know what they have gone through so don't act like you all are superior!" His snarl led to a deafening silence befall. All of them looked at Kai. "We all were trained to win! And if it was a loss than win, we were punished brutally. They had to follow the Orders! All if them were brainwashed into thinking what they are doing is right, they were experimented on." Kai said, his words cutting through silence

"And I suppose you do?" Michael cocked an eyebrow from the other side of the buffet, sitting royally on that chair. "Actually he does, he himself was into that hellhole." Tyson spoke up, effectively shutting up Michael in a second, and making Emily into chiding Michael under her breath.

Max, all this while, had his eyes on the Demolition Boys and his heart melted with kindness when he saw how young Ian was. He was barely nine or ten, hiding behind the towering frame of Spencer who still made Kai's whole body turn into stone. Spencer's pale blue eyes took everything in, masking the hesitance with a strong veil of emotionlessness.

Bryan stood emotionless as well, but Max noticed him tugging cuffs of his Jacket over his wrist, making him squint his eyes in question. Tala on the other hand had his calculative gaze on everyone, but they all knew something clearly. They were not welcomed.

Knowing that he won't have to face anymore questions about Demolition Boys, Kai turned towards them. "Mr. Dickinson has arranged a buffet for all the Teams having participated in the World Championship. Which includes you all too. So go on and have food, avoid the ones which you are allergic to." He said and noted the confused faces, sighing once again. "I mean avoid the food that makes you sick." He clarified.

"The only food that made us sick was the one which had some black or green thing on then." Ian said in a small tone, and Kenny visibly hissed lowly. They had gone through so much. "The food is safe. Go on." Kai assured them and Ian looked at Tala. "I'm hungry." He said quietly.

Tala was conflicted. He knew all of them were starved and tired, and he also knew that Bryan did need food. "You can start with a little food, eating too much will make you sick." Max said, making Bryan sneer at him and look at Kai. "You said food is safe?!" He spat.

"He also said eating TOO MUCH will make you sick." Kai spat back, a scowl painted on his face. "Easy there guys!" Max tried diffusing the situation. "Bryan, stand down." Tala sharply said, making Bryan move back.

"Go on, have food." Kai said and went towards the Buffet to get the food for himself, followed by his own team. Hiro saw all this unfold before his eyes and quietly went to the Balcony, calling someone. The other side rang many times until a beep sounded and an angry tone was heard from the other side. " What the Heck is this Hitoshi!? It's 4 in the morning! " Snarled the other voice.

"Good Morning to you too, Kaili." He greeted her. "I have booked your tickets, and I need you in Russia. Your flight is in two hours." He started calmly.

Time to expand on a previous AU since it was Kai's birthday. Famous musician!Kai x Geek! Tyson

Last time, Takao was avoiding his friend Max since he does not know how to reject him after a confession so he gets a fake boyfriend named Kai.

I just want to get some fun dynamic energies down.

Kai and Takao take care of each other.

Kai often gets lost in his music and practice. He does not often shower, attend classes, or eat especially before a concert. After entering a fake relationship with Takao, he gets reminded to do things like eat (takao wants free meals) or go to class (tutoring takao). Takao is very worried for him and how much he does not take care of himself.

Takao likes the attention from Kai and definitely gets spoiled a little too often by him. Kai does not mind paying for meals or letting him steal his expensive clothes (they were from tala). Kai will often lend him outfits too even if they were already worn by him.

They like playing with one another.

Kai knows a lot of instruments since he was young. He actually is best at piano, but choses to do drums to hide away. He really likes when Takao comes with his ukulele or guitar. Kai thinks Takao is at his best when singing and enjoys their time together.

Kai likes doing their makeup together.

The only thing about his appearance that Kai cares about is his makeup. From the face paint to the eyeliner to the lashes, he puts i time and effort. Takao doesn't really get it, but likes to watch him do his makeup. Sometimes he will join in and let Kai do/test products on him.

They think the other is cute when wearing their outfit.

Sometimes when they go on dates, they have to mix and match outfits to make sure they are not recognized. Takao likes the jacket and hat on Kai. Makes him less intimidating and messes up his hair. Kai thinks he is adorable wearing his too large pants and scarf.

new headcanon anyone?? It's kind of long.

It's more of a fic idea, but I don't know how to write so I am just dumping them here.

After the BEGA arc, tala being forced to wear those smartwatch that monitors heart rate and stuff and beeps when his heart rate get above a certain level.

He has to wear it as a precaution after waking up from come.

Spencer (being the mother hen of the group) is very insistent that he keeps it on for atleast a couple of months, and tala is very annoyed because he is fine!! But his team is not budging.

And the doctor makes it very clear that either he wears it or he has to stay in the hospital for a longer time. He absolutely hates hospitals and after seeing how concerned his teammates are for him he reluctantly wear it.

Everything is normal, expect when he is training because then the damn thing starts to beep. It's fucking annoying.

So imagine this scenario when tala and Kai are bey battling and his watch beeps and Kai makes him go to nurse to get it checked because Kai don't want him to actually die and he is not taking any chances with this sort of things.

After confirming with nurse everything is normal and tala thought that it was a one time thing, but no.

The watch beeps loudly when he accidentally brushes his hand against Kai's. It beeps when he looks across the room and his eyes meet with Kai's. It beeps when Kai gives him one of his rare soft smile. It beeps when he sees how Kai is interacting with his stray cats he feeds. It beeps when he sees how relaxed Kai is sleeping in grass.

It is always beeping when he is around Kai. No matter how much he tries to muffle the watch with the palm of his hand or anything that thing is loud and now everyone is looking at him. Tala is not the type to panic but now Kai is actually starting to get concerned that something is seriously wrong because the watch is always beeping.

And tala is weak to those eyes especially when they are focused on him. And Kai is looking at him all worried so how can he tell him it's not that something is wrong it's that his heart is stupid and wants to kiss those lips.

It got to the point that everyone knows that he has a big, fat crush on Kai except Kai himself. So the next time it beeps people's initial reaction is finding if Kai is nearby.

Nevermind the fact that everyone is laughing like hyenas especially Bryan. He has become a laughing stock. He is almost starting to suspect that Kai is doing this on purpose.

So imagine his surprise when he finally has the guts to confess, Kai gets so red in the face like a cherry before admitting he returns the feeling. And then they finally kiss!!!Tala has never been happier and now he gets to Kiss him, hold him and love him.

Bryan recorded the whole confession and first kiss for blackmail material but that's not important. Oh! And also tala got shovel talk from Hilary before this. You bet that she can be scary if she wants to.

thank you for sending this too and allowing me to yap bc YuKa is my favorite beyblade ship actually dsdgsds they were the first m/m i ever shipped 20 years ago and on my rewatch this year i decided that i very much still go here.

in early g-rev yuriy is the only one who notices that kai is pushing himself and basically casting from HP, he is the one who gets worried and expresses any kind of concern when kai hyperfocuses on defeating takao to the point of self destruction. on the other side we have kai stating that they are not friends, they just happened to be playing on the same team a couple of times. that's why at his lowest point he goes to visit his not friend in the hospital out of all the people. of course we need to remember that g-rev kai is low key to high key insane most of the time.

what i said in the kai/bryan post about kai getting his russian practice in by dating a neoborg of course applies here as well. i think that would be the language they most often talk in but yuriy would push for more english/japanese to get some practice for himself as well.

my hc is that yuriy liked him since they were teens but they wouldn't get together while in their teens but actually around their mid-late twenties bc i think the relationship might be rocky if they got together romantically while both have untreated trauma, need therapy badly and kai is obsessed with another man (whether kai's obsession with takao is to be read as platonic or romantic i leave up to you but personally i totally read it as kai's first love.) so, yeah, that could end in early breakup unless they got their shit together first.

i've actually drafted a fic of them getting together that i am working on and i hope to finish in near future because writing YuKa fic would have made me of 20 years ago happy and in this fandom i want to create stuff that would have made me of 20 years ago happy

The following contains spoilers from the May 6 NCIS: Hawai’i finale.

NCIS: Hawai’i on Monday night aired the Season 3 finale that it wrapped filming on a full three weeks before CBS announced that the island drama was cancelled and would not return in the fall.

How did the episode serve as a very unplanned series finale?

Picking up right where Part 1 of the finale left off last week, Part 2 opened with Sam at the hidden lab in Serbia, trying to bust his way through the steel door that stood between him and the ELITE team members who’d been exposed to the deadly Compound Z bioweapon by the duplicitous Dr. Annalisa Cruz.

Though Jane & Co. strongly advised Sam not to open the door, lest he expose himself and possibly others to the released gas, he was not about to let his team members down. But just as Sam managed to crack the door open, ELITE’s Jesse — with what would be his final breaths — slammed it right back closed, to spare their team leader.

Sam, though, had not been fully spared; rather, as he attempted to chase after Dr. Cruz, it became evident, to us and him, that he’d been exposed to enough of Compound X to compromise his system. Sam slumped to the floor, in front of a morbidly pleased Dr. Cruz, just as Jane and Jesse arrived on the scene.

Gleaning that an easily fleeing Dr. Cruz must have crafted and administered to herself an antidote, Jane called in another favor from local asset Milos, to hook up Dr. Carla Chase with a state-of-the-art infectious disease lab, where she could best treat Sam. Milos came up with… an abandoned kennel (and lots of sausage varieties to snack on), and Carla got to work.

Meanwhile, the team back in Hawaii learned that Annalisa Cruz once went by the name Tala Flores, and that she for a long time has rebelled against “U.S. imperialism” as part of a group called CLA. Ernie in turn got busy trying to determine the whereabouts of Annalisa’s CLA pals, by scouring their social media and mentions.

Back in Serbia, Jesse braved the contaminated site of Cruz’s attack on the ELITE team to track down the rest of the antiserum… which was sloshing around inside a case full of shattered vials. After a brief scare courtesy of Serbian LEOs (which Kate and her always handy connections was able to ward off), Jesse delivered the antiserum to Carla. Carla was able to salvage barely one dose, but the sad truth, for Sam, is that with four canisters of Compound X still floating around out there, she needed to use that small sample to reverse-engineer great quantities of antiserum.

Tennant tracked down Dr. Cruz and got the upper hand on her after a brief skirmish. She then delivered her to Carla’s makeshift lab, where she was determined to extract the whereabouts of the remaining Compound X from their prisoner. Cruz scoffed at Tennant’s threats, until the Special Agent in Charge revealed that Annalisa’s kid sister had been tracked down and taken into NCIS custody.

When it appeared, via Jane’s laptop, that the sister was being tortured with a cattle prod, Cruz eventually divulged that CLA’s target is a Hawaii gathering of military leaders from the U.S. and Philippines. (We at home then learn that Lucy, Kate and a bit of real-time deep-fake tech had been used to fake the kid sister’s torture.)

Sam was given the antidote, and as he started to recover suggested to Jane that Cruz broke too easily. It was then deduced that the VIPs’ families are the true target, at a large, crowded event. The Hawaii team descended upon the venue, knowing that the four CLA members are milling around in disguise. Kai got the drop on one, who was about to release the gas into the air circulation system, only to have two others join in the fight. Kai masterfully took down all three goons, just before Kate and Swift arrived to, um, “help.”

Lucy meanwhile ID’d the fourth CLA member, and after their own brief skirmish, neutralized the final part of the bioweapon threat.

Back in Serbia, though, Dr. Cruz escaped her holding room and held Carla at scalpel-point. Jane engaged Cruz just long enough for a recovered Sam to end the standoff by putting a bullet in the baddie’s bean.

Weeks later, back in Hawaii, Sam was fully recovered and ready to head back to Los Angeles — but not before Jane’s team surprisesdhim with a going away party, during which they toasted the fallen ELITE agents.

That night, Jane returned home, expecting to find daughter Julie waiting, hungry for a dinner Mom had no energy to make. Instead, sitting on the living room couch was… the evasive and elusive Maggie Shaw (returning guest star Julie White).

“No, Janey. Julie isn’t here,” said Maggie, seated in the dim room. “And you’re probably going to need a drink for what’s coming next….”
