#tal making vax nervous
Text
@kooky-spooks asked for some thoughts about percahlia as vampires or Percy becoming a vampire
So I actually have a lot of feelings about this but they're probably not what you're expecting. I feel like in this kind of AU, it would be hard to distinguish them from the Briarwoods. Laura and Tal both talked about this in old Talks episodes. And I honestly already have a vampire AU with Vax being a vampire, that being said, I think vampires are so hot and sexy here are some little head canons!
Vex has a huge thing for Percy's fangs, like so much it's embarrassing. That helps Percy be more comfortable in being a vampire.
To Percy, Vex's blood tastes like cherry syrup.
Cassandra is a little nervous at first, she's not that comfortable being around her brother. But then she sees Vex sleeping on Percy's shoulder, neck completely exposed and that helps a little.
Vex constantly makes jokes about Percy not being able to come in to rooms without her allowing it. It's not true, but she thinks it's the funniest thing in the world.
Cassandra joins in with the teasing after she gets comfortable with it, for Winter's Crest, she gives him a box full of garlic cloves.
Percy doesn't have as much of a scent as he used to, meaning that he's the only one who can startle Trinket. And since that's his son bear, he takes full advantage of it.

4-Sided Dive Highlights - Critical Role C3 up to E38 (Nov. 1, 2022)
Good afternoon, all! It's rainy and lovely here and this accursed week is finally over, so let's join Marisha, Sam, Matt, and Taliesin on this week's episode. Matt wins host & intros us from a Laudna-dark-dimension-themed spiel. "Taliesin Jaffe's current character, Ashton, got to argue with Taliesin Jaffe's old character, Percy, giving form to the internal strife between our old egos and the audacity of the now." Omar arrives to be held in the last segment and he remains adorable.
What the Fuck is Up With That? Matt got to be most of VM except for Scanlan, Grog, and Vax. Sam: "Percy is a dick!" Matt says him being in charge of the only source of residuum in the world and watching his weapons stretch across the world has stressed him out. Taliesin was very impressed with Matt's portrayal of both Percy and Delilah and agrees that with Delilah present and Percy as paranoid as he is, it all felt true to form. Matt says with all his trauma Percy would have let Laudna "go" (I think he means "stay dead" in this context). Sam: "Whitestone is a paranoid place."
Matt knew when Orym & Laudna were created that he might have to play C1 characters. He was nervous about it and hoped it wouldn't happen, but as the story leaned that way he knew he'd need to be ready. When they ended the episode going through the Sun Tree, Matt emailed Taliesin and asked him about where Percy would be in the world, his relationship with Keyleth & Whitestone, etc. All the players agreed they did NOT want to play their old characters alongside their new ones: "That would have been SO confusing." Matt knew they were excited about the mystery as well.
Keyleth and Percy are okay. She was distracted and had places to be. "When you're friends for a long time, you can agree a lot of the time and occasionally not agree." Sam: "Are they having an affair?" Everyone else, repulsed: "No!" Marisha: "They wouldn't be having an affair. Vex would be totally in on it, let's be real." Tal: That's true, yeah. She would instigate it, to be honest."
Matt wanted Keyleth to stick around longer, but it was juggling too many characters. Sam says the longer she's onscreen, the higher the likelihood she turns into a fish and dies.
Matt wanted the old characters to be able to help, but wants the new ones to understand they are still small fries & need to find their own solutions.
As son as Vex realized the connection, she was eager to help. Tal likes that Laudna never put it together who Vex was; it makes it almost more cruel.
Percy is very close to Gwendolyn because he sees a lot of his bad qualities in her and is trying to guide them in a better direction.
The Matilda/Laudna confabulation was Matt showing Delilah was having a hard time keeping the illusions together.
She was born Matilda Bradbury and changed her name to Laudna after dying and living alone in the woods for a long time. She was losing touch with who she was. She doesn't hate the name Matilda, but had just become something else.
All three of Marisha's characters have Timeless Body by complete accident. Sam: "Seems like a cry for help." Marisha, aggrieved: "It's really hard being a woman in Hollywood, slowly aging! Let me have this!"
Sam loved the moving buildings. Marisha thought it was crazy seeing them experience her backstory without her being there.
Marisha had a small living room set up in the area where she was watching offscreen. Dani tells us everyone at the table at the end were the same people who were either taken by the Iron Shepherds or who passed away. Fascinating! Scripted!!!!
Sam talks about having never died and left the table as a player. Scanlan was only dead very briefly, and Tary came on right away after Scanlan left the party.
If FCG dies, they'll just put him in neutral and roll him down a hill until he kickstarts again.
The creature Matt created was the Shade of Delilah Briarwood and she was a creature rather than a full PC/NPC.
When Pike said there was a chance Delilah was gone forever, Matt rolled behind the screen and knows himself whether she is dead forever. He refuses to say to preserve the mystery. Tal suggests throwing Laudna in an acid pit to be sure.
Travis is the worst at trying to catch Matt off-guard in revealing secrets. Matt has deliberately "woven an aura of confusion" around what he's told Travis and others to keep from revealing too much.
Pate is a reflavored imp from the Pact of the Chain warlock ability.
If you had to do a one-man show of a piece of media, what would it be? Sam: Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure. He doesn't love the movie, but he's seen it so many times; Sam reveals he worked on a cruise ship when he was a teenager (!) and saw the same eight movies a thousand times. Bill & Ted, Memphis Belle, Adventures in Babysitting, Glengarry Glen Ross...incredible! Taliesin: SpaceCamp or Young Frankenstein. Marisha: Popeye movie.
Tower of Inquiry! Where did your character's names come from? We've had this question before, huh. "Matilda" came from a rabbit hole in Marisha's research, where she read about young girls who made silk flowers in the late 1800s in factories. They used a popular bright green paint (apparently a difficult color to manufacture) called Scheele's green which turned out to have arsenic in it, and one of the girls who died was called Matilda. FCG's name did in fact come from the article about how freshly cut grass screams. Ashton came from one of Taliesin's friend's names. Greymoore came from Tal's love of Dickensian slightly off-kilter names: Cratchet, Bumble, Greymoore.
Sam & Tal had a 2:1 with Matt prior to the first session, and Tal liked seeing Sam find the voice for FCG. Matt wondered if he should say something to Laura when she came up with the same voice later, but decided not to.
The EXU crew & Travis didn't have 1:1s because they already knew their characters from EXU & C1.
Favorite RP moments so far? Sam loved the dream journey with Imogen & giving couples' advice to the Green Seekers. Taliesin: loves his moments with Laudna & messing with Percy. Matt thought it was so fun to have such a mutual disdain & respect. Marisha: breaking the rock on the airship & all of the one on one conversations with everyone giving advice afterwards.
The Deep Dive! Laudna's mind was an extended skill check. Anything that fit with a heroic moment applied. If Orym hadn't found the tunnel under the house, they would have had to keep going through the forest with more Laudna memories, which would have drained them.
Tal really loved every moment of the Percy interactions & thought Matt did an amazing job. He loves playing Percy & would do it again anytime, but playing against him was satisfying too. He would have kept going for twenty more minutes if he could.
Scanlan would be okay with Laudna: she's weird & he likes weird. "He has a weird kink, but I don't know about the dead thing... You know, I've spent so much time with Scanlan at this point, I'd like to think no, but if I'm being honest..." Scanlan is probably splitting his time between Whitestone & Marquet.
Marisha didn't put any stipulations on Matt in terms of the resurrection ritual: "Whatever happens happens." She was willing to accept it if it went wrong, and Matt reminds us it got real close. She didn't want him to pad rolls. "Natural one..."
Eshteross knew the end was coming for him eventually. He got his affairs in order early & knew BH would be best suited for airship travel in the short term.
Ashton has worked really hard not to think about his parents until the Hishari helm made him face it. "You would be a coward and an idiot to not start figuring it out." He's only consciously & deliberately touched another member of the group for the first time in this last episode because everything hurts.
FCG was shocked by the discovery that he has a soul because suddenly he has a responsibility to it. It's easy to take care of other people when that's your designated role, but when you're forced to take care of yourself too, that's way harder. That FCG dying would be a loss for the world is more pressure. "It's a hard thing for them to swallow especially since they can't digest things."
Block break! Thanks a lot, tumblr. This didn't used to be a thing!
Having her friends fight Delilah for her felt like having your friends take care of you when you're way too drunk: "I didn't want anybody to have to do that."
Tower of Inquiry, Redux: Moments of greatest character impact so far? FCG: the flapping wings of the night. Laudna: dying. Ashton: getting out of the contract & everything that came with it. FCG: getting hooked up with the Changebringer.
Describe two characters stuck in an elevator. Hazel Copperpot & Keyleth are trapped; Hazel refuses to allow the doors to open for 15 minutes while she gets an interview. Nott & Taryon: Nott would think he's very handsome & then become instantly annoyed. Percy & Molly would have a terrible first 30 minutes but then be good friends. Gilmore & Essek: Matt does a little one-man-show where they appreciate each other's styles & comment on Essek's floating.
Sam approaches the Jenga tower with "the energy of a three-year-old." It's truly terrifying. Matt does still have pictures of key rolls on his phone. FCG has a new feature called Shared Exuberance that lets him get a little boost on a friend's natural 20. Cute name!
Post-Break Shenanigans: Hand to Hand Wombat! Our post-break game is a one I've never heard of. Players build a small tower of blocks while covering their eyes. One player is a secret tower saboteur. It's a good thing these rounds are 90 seconds long because this is CHAOTIC. Taliesin is the saboteur and is hilariously obvious about it. Votes are split between Tal & Sam and they all answer three questions at the same time as each other???? Why would you do this to me!!
Laudna is excited and happy to be back & is feeling a bit like a fever dream that she doesn't believe is real.
No way Eshteross could have survived alone. The BH could have maybe helped, but it still would have been close. He was doomed.
Ashton has kept the pain to himself for a long time and didn't know how to share it. Having it reveal in game the way it did was nice.
DON'T AT ME IF ANY OF THESE ARE WRONG, I DID MY BEST.
Game one, round two: wicked wombat wins again! This time Taliesin is clearly identified and eliminated. Victory to the others.
FCG likes that he's gotten to see other people's trauma, but it's been traumatic. He needs to bond with Laudna but is sad it will be so straightforward: "It'll just be like a waiting room. It'll be chips and snacks..."
Game two: Matt is a hideous liar, good Lord. Hilariously, he still wins the game despite being correctly eliminated in the first round.
Delilah was manipulating the shades of Laudna's parents.
FCG likes the Changebringer a lot, but Sam wonders if FCG needs something with more clarity and direction, like Catholicism.
Game three, round one: they get worse as this game goes on with no towers built. Tal is eliminated; I think the saboteur was Sam?
Marisha picked Pact of the Chain solely because she wanted to bring Pate to life.
Sam: "We can't play this game. It's killing me. I haven't touched this many humans in so long." Matt: "Building calluses already?" Sam: "My hand can't take this kind of strain."
Game three, round two: one tower built, no eliminations. Matt is convinced it's Marisha but Sam insists it was Tal.
FINALLY, I WANTED THIS QUESTION HOURS AGO: The thought process behind casting Compulsion on Laudna! Sam: "It was not a very good thought process, though, as Laura instantly shamed me. She was like, 'You know her history and you would do that to Laudna?' and I was like, 'Oh fuck, she's right. That's so stupid!'" Ashton seriously thought about cutting FCG off in the moment but didn't. Sam was just looking for spells that would help physically bring the soul back, and all of his healing spells were worthless. He was trying to avoid using Persuasion since they all know Imogen would be trying that one, and the DC increases every time the same skill is used. Matt talks about other ways to creatively use certain strengths in rituals like this, like Intimidating someone to return, or using Strength to help wake them up.
Taliesin loved Percy's office & would spend as much time there as he could. He wanted to see the streetlamps at night.
Game three, round three. Matt: "I told you it's Marisha!" Sam, desperately: "It is Marisha!!" All pretense is abandoned as she destroys their carefully built towers piece by piece. She was by far the best liar of the bunch! Amazing.
And that's a wrap! Is it Thursday yet?

I will be disappointed if [REDACTED] was approved to be included in the book by Matt and Tal. I will be even more disappointed if, SOMEHOW, she was always meant to exist in the first place as part of Lucien's backstory that never got explored due to Molly dying far earlier than expected instead of some OC we'd never heard of before that magically became super-important.
It's the "Remember the New Guy" trope done horribly wrong. And it completely ruined what could have been a true exploration of one of CR's best Villains.
At least the second half was better, but what a mess to go through before all that, you know?
My assumption is that Aldreda was the one that Matt actually created and that's why she received next to nothing in the book- because she exists in the world and Kingsley could meet her and Roux was nervous about overstepping. You can kinda look and TELL what Matt gave her because she refuses to do anything with it.
The Claret Orders, for example? Barely ANY time is spent within the walls.
According to interviews, Matt gave her like a handful of details which I am presuming are backstory notes and then said go nuts. Matt says he gives people A LOT of creative freedom with this kinda thing and also has repeatedly said that if it's not on stream it's not canon, so I don't think he would have told her to back down unless she was breaking the world somehow.
Also I think I read somewhere that for people who write tie-in novels for franchises, there HAVE to be some original characters to give the writer some sort of credit. I'm not sure of the exact details, but I've read a lot of Star Wars books and a lot of them do feature original characters pretty heavily, though not nearly to the extent of Brevyn. There just has to be some sort of original thing the author brings into the world for full credit. I'm sure someone in the industry or close to the industry could confirm or deny this.
But also like... Kith and Kin, for example, has a TON of OCs, so there's already a precedent for it in CR books. And the OCs in K&K were pretty well-balanced in terms of characterization and one of them was even ship teased with Vax and it wasn't even the most important part of their relationship because the author knew how to show, not tell, with their characters.
So yeah, my guess Brevyn was the author trying very badly to make an OC who could have an important role and made her a little too important. Like... The most important.
But also I think she had some kind of problem with Cree in general and I cannot figure out why, because like... the hallmarks of Cree being important are there, but except for the beginning, the bit where the two of them face the hag, and then the ending (when Cree still is referencing Brevyn every six words), she's pushed to the side and relegated to a side character, so it just reads like someone who really, really did not like Cree and was stealing her thunder on purpose.
Like I could be wrong, but I'm a fandom old and I know what "fuck off canon best friend/love interest my OC needs to get in there" looks like.

Campaign 2 Rewatch: Disparate Pieces
Wow the fucking puppet head chaos shit holy shit that was funny and dark! First instance of Matt Being Salty about Keen Mind of the campaign Hooraaaaaaaay.
Molly and Toya making me fucking cryyyyyy againnnn. Poor Toya oh my goddddd wow this is NOT okay, that’s just fuuuuuuucked oh noooooooo.
Molly is like “yes! You SHOULD feel bad” Tal really was like “Mom said it’s MY turn to be the party’s moral compass!” And then he WAS, with BOTH characters! “Yes everyone likes you, it’s very irritating” lol, Molly had crushes on Fjord AND Caleb and you can NOT change my mind.
“We like to be unsung heroes” “underground activists” WHYYYYY how are they right?! How the frick did they set the tone so quickly?! Awwww Nott “I’m very ugly for a halfling” GUYS, Sam played us like a goddamn fiddle what the fuck??? Oof Caleb too… dropping trauma hints allllll over the place.
“Sorry for choking you with my stick” god how far my Beau has come lmaoooooo. Poor Molly already being exhausted by these idiots, love it he’s like “I’m two fockin years old and I’m still wiser than the lot of you!”
Goddd I forgot when Caleb was way too nervous and unhappy to really apply his charisma Stat, that whole “I killed a man no I will not explain why even tho I’m trying to explain why because I have like 0 fuckin confidence” lmao. Level 2! (Oh my god I get why it’s not working! Vax is peeking through Caleb! Caleb is trying to be intimidating the way Vax is and it’s… not working lmao.
WAIT A MINUTE ARCHIVIST ZEENOTH?! HOLD THE FUCK UP!? Did he just not recognize Beau or did he just wanna watch her suffer? My bet was it was the later because he is a ✨prick✨. OH! He does notice her! B i t c h
Oooooh first Felderwin mention, also maaaaaan fuck Goblin racism (which Nott participated in for a long ass time to be fair). I hate Zeenoth but thank god he’s here otherwise these punks would probably still be in jail. OH SHIT DAIRON’S HERE! She didn’t say anything but still!
Yasha’s back! Tell a friend! I still don’t know what Gustav’s shady debt thing was I hope we find out in the campaign wrap up!
Now this is the REAL beginning! Hell yeah! My babies! They have NO idea what’s to come! Also Fjord making Yasha laugh 😊 wowww Molly “the days that you’re gonna have are the days that you’re gonna have.” It’s actually amazing to me how fitting so many of Molly’s lines were in the full context of the show.
Ooooh was that the first, “Sam helps Laura hide that she’s pregnant” move after everyone leaves the table for Beau’s thing?? Weird!
People I am 1000% okay with watching Beau treat like shit: Archivist Zeenoth that bitch. Also immediate crush on Dairon is a MOOD! Also super weird to watch Zeenoth compliment Beau knowing full well what he did to her. “Not everyone does what they do in this world for coin” EXCEPT U DID YOU FUCKING BITACH! HAHA!! Get him Dairon! Fuck Zeenoth! I loooooove you so MUCH Dairon! I love you SO MUCH!! Let’s get MARRIED?! Lmao
It is so WEIRD seeing how distrespectdul Beau was to Dairon initially! Oh shit! I understand why she didn’t trust them at the beginning maaaaan. Dairon is such a cool teacher! Aaand I didn’t realize just how early Beau/Marisha reveals the physical abuse thing! Maaaan this combat is making me FEEL THINGS! Beau baby you’ve come SO far! I love youuuuuu!!
God in hindsight it feels… so fucking GOOD to watch Zeenoth get the shit beaten out of him because he fucking deserves it. Get him! Get him Beau! Get that fuckin extract aspects and stunning strike! The world needs assholes! Fuck yeah!!! “Maybe one day you’ll find the corruption inside our own” and THEN SHE DID! O M F G
Fjord being like a proud older brother when he sees Beau looks beat to shit like “woah dude?! You good!? Bet you did something badass” guys, I love them and I’m going to miss Marisha and Travis sitting next to each other. Molly being wary of the Soul is good and On Brand but also not quite the right call lmao.
Nott and Caleb are always so goddamn precious I love them. God first successful charisma check Caleb makes this whole session is one about books lmao. Time for Caleb to take a baaaath! Huzzah! Oh my god, Nott, I am so glad you never changed but nothing will EVER be as feral as Nott in the bathhouse in this episode “I dump out the cucumber water and eat all the cucumbers” MOOD!
God, healing potions and drugs lmao. Little did they know this shit would help them defeat a baby faced monstrosity 100+ later 😂😂😂 blackmail! Drugs that ultimately only Beau will use! (Unless I think maybeFjord took some at one point I don’t remember?) Hooray!
Aww Nott giving Yasha the flowers befire she even knowing what that means for her and mostly out of fear. Maaaaan this is making me FEEL things aaaaaaagh! The PRESSED FLOWER BOOK! GUYSSSS. Yay mail fraud!
Awww I love that convo to between Caleb and Fjord. Fjord automatically protective of their most skittish party members, strategically to keep them from running off but also cuz he cares. Caleb being cautiously trusting and their low key agreement to herd this group of cats together. I love shit like soooo much!

ARC ONE (CIRCUS)
TAL'DOREI COUNCIL -
"In Memorian..."
ARC ONE -
Tal had nothing on Molly's backstory since Molly first awoke, Lucien was 100% Matt.
This was decided at a "generic coffeeshop" while everyone else was getting tattoos.
Molly was originally the backup character for Percy last campaign.
Molly was originally to be a non-alligned mermaid (?) character.
The eyes were just tattoos until Matt got his hands on them.
Lucien almost had to use another body to take his original body back but Molly died before that could happen. Molly wasn't actually undead.
Fjord's orphanage used child labour for profit, Fjord plans on going back to fix things there.
Fjord Stone was always Fjord's surname but Travis forgot it. The Stone & Clay connection was a coincidence.
Fjord's pact started during a panic while Fjord was drowning after Vandran abandoned Uk'otoa.
Fan Question: Claudia was a Dark Elf refuge using illusion magic and had been hiding under the bar. The bar owner was abusive to her so she killed him and with The Gentleman's help, made a new life for herself and took over the bar.
Lord Sutan (?) had ties to Campaign 1 through family.
Fan Question: Yasha spent her time away from the Nein and carnival because she was uncomfortable getting close to others in the beginning, doing odd jobs and visiting brothels to pass the time. It was a mental health break.
The sending stone Caleb took was given to Ionus Jagentough
Liam didn't make Sam be a Goblin Rogue, it was a suggestion. Veth was sort of a throwback to Vex & Vax because Vix wouldn't work and Vax had been a rogue so Sam, inspired, took a rogue too. Wanted to explore a nervous rogue or scared rogue.
Liam thought Matt had told Sam about Caleb's birthname, Bren, but it was just a coincidence. Sam had used different parts of Veth's full name as aliases. He also accidentally used a name close to Beau's dad's name too.
If TM9 hadn't went to the Gentleman, they could had been mercenaries for the lesser corrupted government, helping to undo the corruption faster.
Gustav made the original deal with the Devil Toad, allowing it to eat the sick and old in secrecy but it got out of hand.

Rewatching Campaign 2: A Show of Scrutiny!
First wE plAy dUngEonS N dRAgoOns!
“Boo! Yay! Booeayayyyyy??” Sam’s ads never cease to amaze. 😂 Old school theme song gives me CR1 nostalgia ☺️
“I would like to make a counter offer!” GOD I missed Molly so goddamn much, I hope Tal gets to play him a few more times. Caleb sticking his neck out for Molly 🥺 he warms up slowly to the group but man, when he does, it’s in acts more than words. (I can’t believe people used to think Caleb was a Vax copycat! They’re SO different! Vax would’ve probably just have tried to do what Yasha did and then popped back up to do a jailbreak.) Sidenote: I still love Caleb’s voice, but I kinda miss when his accent was lighter.
God there was still SO much (more) Marisha Hate when this campaign started, I remember loving Beau right off the bat, and I totally get why Beau/Marisha did what she did in this episode. She’s still a rebellious teenager at heart and she’s trying to interrogate people and (sometimes needlessly) bucking against authority. People would dogpile on her for little mistakes literally everyone else makes. It’s amazing how people in this fandom make such a Huge Deal out of shit like that, and how little it ends up Actually Mattering. Exhausting.
Fjord being CHARMING 😍 I love him. OH NO the stupid little sister thing lmfao JESTER NOOOOO everyone is so stupid and I love them. Caleb being afraid to join the group and Nott trying to convince them, he was so scared, all the time. Then after all is said and done, Veth is the one who needs to stay and Caleb is the one that wants to keep everyone together??? The CINEMATICS sure do PARALLELS.
God I forgot what an absolute nervous wreck Nott used to be! Wowwwww “YES HELLO THANK GOD FRENDS” Sam jeezus kraist. Nott loves trinkets, Fjord doesn’t like ale, such grand departures from their former characters 😂
It’s interesting which things everyone is choosing to lie or not lie about, Beau is low key the most honest about her past which is odd! MORE THAUMATURGY!✨This minor feat of body horror was brought to you by The Traveler✨
I love how enamored Fjord used to be with other people’s magic and things. He’s still sticking to that “look at me I’m all cool and badass and southern and mysterious” but the dork we know is in there peaks out where magic is concerned.
I find it interesting that Tal and Travis had such a fantastic energy this campaign, a vibe that stuck between them through both of Tal’s characters (both Molly and Cad) that Percy and Grog never had. The conversations they have, even when they’re bullshitting each other have an Energy. I love it, Fjord had some super interesting and in depth relationships with everyone, including Molly. It’s one of the reasons Fjord was my favorite character from this campaign. Makes me wish Travis remembered more of his conversations w/ Molly for the BBEG fight.
Awww, Beau’s low key abandonment issues regarding Fjord and Hester going out in disguise on their own, she really is just a lonely and angry teen deep down. Thinking about Beau in drag for her disguise: I AM G A Y Y Y Y Y. The sibling dynamic Fjord and Beau have really started off early huh?? Hell yeah. Fjord being Beau’s acting coach lmfao.
Aww Jester and Nott’s friendship is already budding, Jester has always been so disarmingly nutty and kind. No wonder top table all grew crushes off her. Lmao “yes mommy!(??)” everyone in this group is somehow EVEN MORE awkward than they are later, it’s amazing.
Awww Caleb and the barkeep was cute, setting the tone early for the proliferation of smut throughout the series. Maaaaan, Molly’s conversation with the solitaire dude was INTERESTING, I 👏🏻 missed 👏🏻 Molly 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 It’s so weird how Uka’toa was a huge deal and the first thing Jester, Fjord and Beau fought together was a water snake, #thecinematicssuredoparallel
Wow, even early Fjord is doing the delegation thing while they investigate! Sticking to people’s strengths, encouraging those that have unique advantages. THIS! This Right Here is why I consider Fjord the “leader” of the Mighty Nein!
(Picking up after a few days) We’re alone? Great! Let’s go book shopping!! 💕💕💕 this shopkeep is absolutely adorable lmao. Rewatching clips of Vax and MAN he and Caleb are SOOOO different! Even if rn they kinda sound the same lol.
The platinum flask?! So soon??? Wow! I didn’t realize she got it SO early in the campaign?! Yoooooo?! What if the hooded figures Nott saw were Tombtakers?! Or Tharazidun cult members?! GUYS w h a t IF?!
God I forgot how chaotic the “plays” and dynamic duo madness Nott and Caleb had lmao. LEVEL 2! 🤣 Jester what the fuck lmao?! “Not in the Ustaloch!” God I love these idiots. CANON ENBY MOLLY! New gender just dropped, ✨Fabulous✨
Fucking FJORD using his real voice as a fake voice wjat the fuck?! It’s so weird coming back to this and knowing what he actually sounds like what the fuck?!? Followed by an AMAZING Grog slip up! 😂
God Molly’s “accent” sometimes man, sometimes I think it’s not as bad as everyone says and other times it’s just 😬 oh, Tal, buddy… no.
I see both Fjord and Jester resort to panic fjlirting when they think they’re in trouble lmfao. “We suck at this” LEVEL 2! Sit down cross legged to not look threatening?! Jessie, w h a a a-???
God, Matt I love you so much. You are so talented and can play so many different characters BUT you can NOT play kids. You roleplay Luc (4) and Toya (12) exactly the same way lmfao.
Awwww Toya and Molly 😭 so wholesome, even if Molly wasn’t around, it would’ve been cool to see the M9 interact with the circus more.
POOR ORNA LMFAO these idiots are so great. The Knot sisters are only here for the drama, everything is so fucking stupid and chaotic ohhhh my god I love these idiots. Sam accidentally called himself a GNOME lmao?!
Also Molly short circuiting when he finds out the literal devil toad reads as fucking fiendish with the detect good and evil spell lmao. Ohhhhhhh shit lmao I’m so glad they FINALLY figured it out. This has been such a clusterfuck. DARK SHADOWS RANDO PERSON AM I FORGETTING SOMETHING?! Was that Kaori?! Oh… it was. Oh. Lol.
“They uh… zombies!” Love Caleb 😂 good gods what a cliffhanger. Can’t wait for next episode’s combat!
