Cauliflower panko tacos with panko breaded cauliflower, cheddar jack cheese, pico de gallo, jalapeño, cilantro, chipotle crema with tomatillo salsa and steak tacos with chimichurri diced skirt steak with mixed peppers, marinated in chimichurri salsa, fajita spices, cilantro and avocado + one very large spicy skinny marg from @calientecab ! 😋 Super delicious tacos with sides of their hot sauce: El Yucateco Chile Habañero Green Hot Sauce and El Yucateco Salsa Picante de Chile Habanero Red Hot Sauce. Cue the @mexicue ! Super delicious shrimp and lobster tacos with some of the house-made hot sauce! Ricardooooooo, thanks for being the bestest, speediest server ever to provide a LOT of amazing Mexican food at @mezcalkitchenjc 😋 started with shrimp stuffed avocado with jalapeño dressing (yum yum spicy dressing! 😜) & some of the most delicious Mexican style corn on the cob I’ve ever had with their mayo, cheese, Chile and lime homemade sauce! Ricardo was nice enough to equip me with cups of this delicious dip for the rest of the meal. 🔥🤤 tried their oh so tasty Mexican style skirt steak quesadilla. I liked how it was more of three large tacos with thick tortillas opposed to a standard quesadilla - but they do offer flat 12” American style versions too! (Ya can even get a wheat tortilla if you prefer). Finished with shrimp tacos - and was SO STUFFED WITH AWESOMENESS! Place is adorable, quiet, BYOB spot in Journal Square. Loved the music, people, artwork and esp the food. They have live music, events, and lunch specials as well! It’s time for these fishies close-up! 😂🤣 fish tacos from @margaritaville in Atlantic City! Sat right on the boardwalk to enjoy the outside and (minimally) people watch 😂 pretty chill spot right across from the beach 🌊⛱ with live music and super friendly staff. My girl hooked me up with mad sriracha! 🔥😜 super yummy tacos - per the menu - “crisply fried in LandShark® batter wrapped in a flour tortilla and layered with grilled habanero cream sauce, fresh guacamole, shredded lettuce and mango pico de gallo. Served with black beans and rice.” I substituted the rice and beans for their delicious sweet potato fries. 😋 paired with a side of Asiago crab artichoke dip *salivating* with sharp asiago cream, crab meat, artichoke, & crostini bread. Doesn’t get much better than SPOOOOOOOOOOOOOOON 🥄 love all the staff! So welcoming and friendly. Place is super cute, local, bar and restaurant with artsy, peaceful decor and always perfect variety of music. Purely charming! Pictured here are some dope shrimp tacos on their special lunch menu, cauliflower side, and yummy chicken salad. They have cabbage-slaw topped brisket tacos with a side of guac salsa on bar happy hour menu. I liked the shrimp tacos better - but both good! Don’t forget to get the awesome @queenmajestyhotsauce with jalapeño, tequila and lime to add on top. The happy hour also offers half priced wines on tap, beer on tap, and a variety of small delectable bites from oysters, grilled cheese, shrimp cocktail, disco fries, and deviled eggs. San Diego (Mexico) meets Hoboken with these phenomenal glorious magical substances within tortillas (and buns!) THANK YOU @oralemk for hooking us up! Complete with a side of spicy guac and half off margs - on Thursdays and must order an entree to redeem if sitting at a table. 😋 This restaurant is HUGE doe! Def more space than the Jersey City location but decorated just as colorfully fun! YAYYAY. Please please please be sure to order the dope borracho fish tacos - my absolute fav! - with beer battered fish, pickled jalapeño cabbage slaw, and chipotle orange sauce. 🔥🙌🏼 The carnitas were tasty with braised crisp pork belly, marinated red onions, salsa verde and cilantro. My soccer teammate tried the shrimp bao buns, even though I didn’t eat them, I’m sure they’re awesome bc he inhaled the two. Chicken fried shrimp, OMK dusted street fruit, and gochujang sauce.
