Ricardooooooo, thanks for being the bestest, speediest server ever to provide a LOT of amazing Mexican food at @mezcalkitchenjc 😋 started with shrimp stuffed avocado with jalapeño dressing (yum yum spicy dressing! 😜) & some of the most delicious Mexican style corn on the cob I’ve ever had with their mayo, cheese, Chile and lime homemade sauce! Ricardo was nice enough to equip me with cups of this delicious dip for the rest of the meal. 🔥🤤 tried their oh so tasty Mexican style skirt steak quesadilla. I liked how it was more of three large tacos with thick tortillas opposed to a standard quesadilla - but they do offer flat 12” American style versions too! (Ya can even get a wheat tortilla if you prefer). Finished with shrimp tacos - and was SO STUFFED WITH AWESOMENESS! Place is adorable, quiet, BYOB spot in Journal Square. Loved the music, people, artwork and esp the food. They have live music, events, and lunch specials as well!
