So I drew fronts and backs for Celeste and Bastian’s digital game pieces! We’re playing our genshin dnd campaign on tabletop simulator and I just had to have some good looking pieces for these two. I hadn’t done anything like this before so it was super fun! 😁 #genshinoc #genshindnd #tabletopsimulator #digitalart https://www.instagram.com/p/Cokh36puhma/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

Crulno Card Game: Gen7 ACTION CARDS IN THE WORKS!
Steal, Counter, Block, and Repeat Card examples of new Action cards for my game Crulno! (WIP)
Crulno ("The cruel version of UNO.") is an original card game I created back in 2018. I have been tweaking it on and off since it's creation. It has elements of UNO fused in a Crazy Eights card game format along with a light dash of TCG elements.
(What in the world is Crulno?
In simple terms, UNO with a bit more strategy. Combined with a Crazy Eights, 52 playing card design, this game will have you on the edge of your seat once you realize it plays a bit like a trading card game. You'll find old favorites like Kings and Queens but also new recruits were added to the game to make the battle more fierce. Warriors like Knights and Archers can be found fighting along side you. The end goal, just like UNO, is the same but the journey is so different. Play a round or play for points. Let the battles begin!)
Any feedback is always appreciated! My reddit page is where I post most of the Crulno content.
I used Gimp to make the new illustrations for the game.
Head over to Tabletop Sim and try it out! {LINK to Tabletop Sim page} https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2872161511

We had an absolute blast adding computer bots after bots to this superbly designed scripted version of the boardgame.

First game of Grimdark Future 3.0: Alien Invaders vs Global Defense Force (both fan-armies), with a close victory for the aliens.
In the context of the Lighthouse Canon, Xcom had lost most of it's international support after great losses early in the campaign, and was unable to sustain it's own armies. Cue nations funding their own armies or hiring fancy mercenaries to take it's place in fighting alien invasions, including the recent incursion of the Ethereals and their servants in the middle of an archeological site. The GDF fought well, but ultimately had to retreat while the aliens entered the ruins below.

The Silent Judges act on the intelligence of their torturers, striking from their black-hulled transports against the treacherous Dark Angels known as the Order of the Lepidoptera. Onslaught on Search and Destroy, Dark Angels Serpent's Bane against the Sisters of Silence. The Silent Sisterhood took first turn, and struck out immediately with two of their three Acquitioner transports. Being Fast vehicles as well as being assault transports, they leapt straight over my forward-infiltrated front line of Indomitus Terminators, and one Squad of Executioner-sword wielding sisters smashed at speed into my Despoilers and their Librarian commander. On the other flank, Jenetia Crole and her Retinue leapt from their transport and fired into my unprotected Tactical Squad - but they turned around and fired right back. Though they were overrun in close combat, they killed every single member of the Retinuethrough their Reactions. Jenetia was alone, defenceless, with two Praetors within charge range. The mighty Guiding Hand, Cataphractii Praetor, lined up - and rolled a three. Satanus, the Swordsman, Keeper of the Keys prepared to charge - snake eyes. Double one. The Librarian Turmiel did his best, and it showed on the other flank. All of the other Executioners were cut down, and the Despoilers rushed forward. But as the turn ticked over, a great rumbling beneath the ground became impossible to ignore. Two squads of ten heavy-flamer-equipped squads came a-drilling from below, a Subterranean Assault in a pair of Siege drills. The Despoilers were killed outright. Elsewhere, gunfire exchanged, snipers taking shots of opportunity, a Plasma Repeater Squad turned an Acquisitor, then a Drill-tank, then a squad of Flamers to liquid metal and scorched meat. The Praetors and their Command Squads pushed up to claim the enemy objective. But one of the Serpent's Bane targets was still alive, and as she finally Deep Struck on Turn Four, it was too late to kill her. I had failed my mission. Final Scores: 9-7 to the Silent Sisterhood! #warhammercommunity #warhammer40k #tabletopsimulator #warhammerbattlereport #horusheresy #horusheresy2point0 #hobbystreak #hobbystreakday484 (at Wakefield) https://www.instagram.com/p/Cp30heTIIUb/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

Today I wanna present to you my latest board game – Enchantland! I was going for one of those economic games while making it more simple and casual. At their turn players can add resources to the shared pool, fight other players for those resources (the winner is determined via dice throws) and recruit creatures. Each resource tied up to some theme. For example, if a creature requires wood it will help you in a fight, gem – weakens your opponent e.t.c. Furthermore, each player chooses a unique hero with the ability which utilizes one of the resources. And since this is the economic game – trading is allowed without limitations. Whoever recruits seven creatures first wins.
Enchantland is available on Steam (you gonna need TabletopSimulator to play it)

I’ve been working on a game where you focus on exploring, with light D&D elements to it.
Haven’t got to play-test yet but here are some rough draft cards.

I did the Marigold Tarot Deck last night, now I'm doing the Antique Anatomy Tarot. It's a great deck! I am really looking forward to having a good relaunch of the Etsy. Technically it is open now.
TO MY FREE READINGS-- HOPE YOU LIKE THIS DECK. It's the one I want to use for your readings. After I finish digitizing it into TableTopSimulator, I will be able to use it in my process (where I draw the card for real, then replicate it in TTS, so I don't have to fumble with actually taking a photo, just take a screenshot).
PS, did my best on the alt text for those images but 🤦♀️🤷♀️

A few shots of our latest round of Bios: Origins on #tabletopsimulator. I do continue to really enjoy this, and it is (a lot) better with the full compliment of 4 players, in my opinion anyway. But it’s not short, and TTS adds probably at least 10% to the play time. Our game took a bit over 4 hours - honestly not too bad for what the game gives you, but longer than any modern game from #sierramadregames not named High Frontier. Top tip 1: I think you want to be pretty aggressive about challenging the gods in Epoch I unless you *really* need whatever your elder is parked on; foundations last the whole game, give you diversity which can make your culture more durable, and are generally good. Early on, when people only have 1-2 elders, you can usually win if you call. Top tip 2: don’t forget to use the Library action to make the critical jumps to information levels 2 and 3. Top tip 3: Trade is super-strong. Never pass up an opportunity to grab it. Top tip 4: it’s possible to turn around a slow start, but it’s hard. The key is to build up your Free Will and Information levels don’t you can grab foundations, and not to get too distracted until you can have a decent elder pool. With chaos, revolutions, and dictators things can be quite fluid in Epochs III and IV, and advantages in Metallurgy, Mystics, and cities can be quite transient in Epochs II and III. Ideas can provide strong temporary advantages, but they aren’t permanent, and while the Foundations do stick around for an improbably long time, the cultures are just a lot more fluid than in traditional Civ games, so you can play opportunistically in the later epochs and hope to turn the tables. It’s not easy, but it can be done. Last thing: unless I’m missing something about resource distribution, give the experienced players the Neanderthals and Cro-Magnons. They seem significantly harder than Home Florensis and Homo Erectus. Erectus particularly, with their generally easy access to the Americas, has tons of space while Cro-Magnon is extremely cramped. I think next time I might try the first dispersal game, which probably adds 20min to the game but also might help even out Epoch I a bit. #bgg #boardgamegeek https://www.instagram.com/p/CDDqT73hWXw/?igshid=1pi1s8r5hu7w3

Tabletop Simulator is a great way to play games with other people and to playtest your game designs during Covid-19. Many of you have probably used it before, but we thought this video had some helpful tips for both new and veteran users.

Just wrapped up a game of #HeroQuest via #TabletopSimulator. It was great! Here's @blaze.mcgregor, who won The Trial. @nkrassow, @drewkski and @musicaltheatrebabe need to get on his level. https://www.instagram.com/p/CBR5HWbjNk9/?igshid=t0knz8h8mmg8
