In a nutshell...

Sari, Sonia and Syrus were the first kids they babysat. They were a bit confused why the professor had some sparklings but figured that they were orphaned during the war.

At least the kind Professor found them.

When they grow older, Sonia visits the daycare when she tries to find her younger siblings. The kids love climbing on her larger frame.

Sari and Syrus are regulars at the day care. The kids love hanging out with Sari and her cool older brother.

Skelefortnight Day 2 - Captured

Finally got this little two-pager done now. Again having my fun here taking a classy prompt like "captured" and playing around with expectations.

Who did catch them tho, and....HOW?! Huh, such questions. Guess we can assume they either got shitfaced and didn't bother (in that case I blame Anon, lul), or they got bored and wanted to see where this goes XD

Father Syrus would treat Ronald as a real baby, regardless if he was a doll because he is real to Clancy. As for baby Orchid (still a few days old here), long story short; she was to be born as a twin but was the only one of the two that lived (kinda)... So she is just happy to have someone/thing close to her as she sleeps.

I can see Clancy and Ronald (and everyone else from your universe) being bigger than those from my universe... So yeah, Clancy is a BIG mom~

There's three girls in Jurai's dorm in Osiris Red in S1, yes, these are Judai's canon roommates, but genderbent.

Jaden Yuki/Yuki Judai ➡️ Yuki Jurai

Jurai is going to be more interested in her studies than canon Judai, purely because she doesn't want to let her mother down. that doesn't mean she tests well in class. I figure she's probably a more active learner than book learner, so she does well in lessons when she can do things, but the lectures bore her and she learns more outside class time. It drives Professors like Crowler/de Medici nuts, because she's awful in class, but keeps getting passing grades in exams which means he can't kick her out.

Syrus Truesdale/Marufuji Sho ➡️ Marufuji Shoko

Shoko is as nervous as canon to start with. Ryu isn't any softer with her than he is with Sho, but Jurai is patient with her and tries to help. She in exchange, helps Jurai with keeping up with classwork. She is SUPER nervous after she finds out Jurai is Yugi's daughter, because she doesn't think she's worthy of hanging out with Yugi's DAUGHTER, also Jurai is a little frustrated by her assumption that of course she's good at dueling, she was taught by her mother, when Jurai was good before she got adopted.

As she gains confidence, she's more solid in herself, more confident, and actually stands up to her brother, who's proud of her for finding her backbone. She also stops fritzing about the Yugi thing when Yugi comes to assist with the Shadow Rider/7 Star Assassin thing and Shoko learns she's a human like them.

Also instead of Aniki, older brother, Shoko calls Jurai, Anesan, older sister.

Chumley Huffington/Maeda Hayato ➡️ Maeda Hayami

A heavier set koala girl with space buns trying to persuade her overbearing mom to let her be an artist. Yes, there is a koala plush on her bed.

I like the idea of Hayami coming to Pegasus's attention because she draws something for Yugi after she learns who Jurai's mom is (she's being infinitely less weird about it than Shoko) and Yugi has it as her phone background and Pegasus harasses her for the name of the artist

That draws him towards Hayami, and then, when she wins the card competition, which isn't biased because he doesn't know she's applied, he decides he needs to have her for I2 because she's an amazing artist.

Also, everyone who likes the Ennead versions of the GX crew, please check out the incredible @gx-gameon whose version of Jaden lives with Yugi is absolutely awesome. I've been planning my version for a while and its quite different, but I very much recommend theirs, and look forward to seeing more.

Starting March 24th, I will open the ask box for ALL ASKING CHARACTERS to be asked... This Event will NOT be cannon to the main comic but a chance to learn about these characters.

I'm doing the event early so it can have a chance to spread to others, and... I can't really wait... Inpatient as usual...

This is my first hosting event so please do leave asks~

BIOGRAPHY

The name Thielman had been a well-known one among the builder’s guild in Egrain, one known for building the best infrastructure that one could need, and even as a pup, Lysander began to learn the family trade. What started out as whittling a stick turned into carving a bird house which turned into him making his own bed when he was eight, and it was clear that he had the same talent that those in his blood possessed. When he wasn’t practicing with wood, though, he was often hanging out with a good friend of his – Syrus. The two of them were thick as thieves, Lysander’s dame having been a childhood friend of Syrus’ dame when they grew up in the same pack, and when you saw one, you usually saw the other.

It got to the point where people began to tease the two pups, joking that they might as well get mated now and be done with it, but little did they know that that very thing would happen. By the time they both presented, they knew that their friendship had turned into something more and it didn’t take long before the two of them began to take the next step, turning their friendship into a relationship, and it wasn’t long after that that they mated at the age of 23. But it was around this time that whispers of dissent was being mirrored by both of their packs, and upon learning he was with child, Lysander urged his mate to leave with the others for a better life. Not just for them, but for the child that they both had.

Leaving with the packs to join Athos had been a great idea. Though pregnant, Lysander did what he could to help build the new village from the ground up – quite literally – and he worked until he popped, birthing their first son. Even with the little one, though, he still worked. Wood-working and building something from nothing was his passion, and he loved seeing the look of joy cross someone’s face upon seeing a new home for their budding family or a child-sized bed for their growing pup. And Syrus was integral in ensuring that the livestock that they brought with them from the royal city survived and thrived, and he knows that it was Syrus’ expertise with the animals that allowed them to blossom and grow into the herd they had today.

Now he and Syrus are happy and content in their lives. Lysander is one of the chief builders in the village and his mate is now third-in-command in his pack, a feat of which he’s ever proud of, and their three children are all grown. Well, just about – their youngest, a sixteen year old, has yet to present, but they know that soon he shall be leaving the nest like his eldest brother and older sister. Part of Lysander wonders if it’s too late for him to bear another child, knowing that Syrus had wanted a big family, and part of him wonders if Syrus resents the fact that they hadn’t had more children.

That would be his only regret, really, but he hopes on Mother Wolf that there’s more time.
