Hello! What kind of workouts do you do, and what youtube channels do you rec???? I know youve answered this before, but i cant find the ask (^///^ )

hey! i don't really follow any youtube channels closely anymore, i just do my own thing. and also i don't mind this question being asked like 50 times because i like getting people active LOL. if my mediocre body inspires people, then i don't mind at all! read carefully anon :)

again to be completely honest, i am not an expert, never claimed to be, so whatever advice you're going to read right now is just my own experience/research. i am just a casual person who likes to move.

i started doing pushups during the pandemic in 2020 after a breakup basically, i was looking at shirtless guys on tiktok and i got inspired LOL so i just googled how to get a chest and it said pushups do the trick. and it does in fact work.

right now i'm trying to walk everyday, for example today i walked like 12-13k steps (your phone tracks this automatically, you can download an app for it too) because i read that walking is extremely good for weight loss, and just VERY good for you in general.

aside from that i have a pull up bar in my room, so basically i just lift myself up with both arms, as much as i can. i do this everyday pretty much, just randomly. i don't track anything, i just do it to maintain my body i guess? like i said idk what the fk i'm doing LOL i just workout for fun. genuinely.

in general, diet is key, make sure you're eating like an insane amount of protein per day. like 100g per day average, depends on your weight. i think the recommended amount is like 0.7-0.8g of protein times your weight. do not stop eating protein. every single day eat stuff like greek yogurt, protein shakes, protein bars (i get these from gas stations and amazon tbh) like you have to be consistent lmao.

i know protein is DISGUSTING most of the time. especially those chalky protein chips and bars. but, beauty is pain. just do it.

Here are some fun facts as well because I honestly just need to gush about our sunshine(*/▽＼*)

Within the first week of meeting Sanka and Hyun-ae, Sanka got you two matching heart lockets. Sanka's wears his on his neck, Hyun-ae turned hers into an earring, and canonically you made yours a bracelet(You can decide wear on your oc it is though :3)

Because Hyun-ae hates frills and receiving the frilly apron, Sanka switched Aprons with Hyun-ae to make her more comfortable.

Sanka has a photo gallery on their phone with pictures of you and Hyun-ae named "My two favorite people in the entire universe!"

Sanka's hugs are so warm and comforting, her hugs are very firm but also gentle, they make you feel safe.

Sanka likes to give nicknames to everyone(ex: in game she calls Artemis, Arty! The nickname embarrasses Artemis, but he actually likes it.)

Which character from any show or game worth a spinoff? Their character is very interesting and should have their own show or game.

It would be cute if we had an Amy Rose spinoff game after like Sonic Adventure or somewhere around that era. Where she opens up a cafe/bakery or works at one Vanilla runs, with some pastry-making mechanics and maybe options to make custom ones. A slice of life-esque game where we see Amy's relationships with other characters a little more in depth, some Piko Piko action (maybe with an adventure with or without sonic there), and perhaps even a scene or mechanic where she utilizes her (rusty or secret to others) fortune telling skills that helps the plot along.

Cafe anon is back w a lil update !! So I only saw "sungie" today and he pretty much ordered a plain caramel frap but !! He had this silly sweatshirt on today and it was the exact sort of thing I would steal. It was a green sweatshirt with two little geese fistbumping each other like embroidered on the front and under it it said "goosebumps" lol. It made me giggle while I was taking his order ngl.

Also apparently one of my coworkers is a friend of a friend of "binnie" so naturally I was grilling them abt him bc I have a fat ass crush on this man and they told me that he's a lit major! Which is super surprising to me bc I'm a lit/lang major and I haven't seen him in a single one of my classes which totally doesn't bother me (lying through my fucking teeth)

Tldr "sungie" owns silly sweatshirts and likes sweet coffee and "binnie" is a lit major who spends a lot of time at the gym and likes fruit

Luckily for you, Fritz is very affectionate physically(in really any way honestly) so you two would still have a lot of physical moments in your relationship! He might tense up at first just cause he wasn't expecting that but he LOVES it!! Absolutely BASKS in the affection you give him, especially in such a cute way?! HELLO?!? Another reason to see you as a cat! He's holding back from cuteness aggression, but all he wants to do is pet you as much as possible, grab your face and pepper it with kisses. Sadly...he opts to just hugging you or resting his head on yours and subtly nuzzling into your hair, he doesn't wanna scare you away from being affectionate with him!
