This is a piece I wrote while healing from an extremely traumatic childhood. I was a victim of childhood sexual abuse, and recovered. This is a TRIGGER WARNING!!! A poem that names the names of those who abused me in childhood. And, how I kept myself a victim as well. This was an empowering poem to write when I was younger. Revisiting it helps me see how far I’ve come. It is totally amazing to still be alive and happy and healthy too! If you were a victim.
