Sim Characteristics Overhaul

👥 This brings New Sim Characteristics and overrides how EA's Sim Characteristics are impacted by traits from the Growing Together pack.

Extra Custom Characteristics of Occults, Fame, Reputation, Extroverted, Flirtatious, and Truthful Sims. The "Original" version adjusts how much each trait impacts characteristics, and added my custom traits and some missing EA traits, lifestyles, and preferences The "Conflict Overhaul" version includes all the above PLUS removes some strange conflict choices by EA. This removes conflicts between Creative & Genius in Cerebral Sims & Idealist Sims, removes Lazy from Nature Enthusiasts, Evil from Pet Enthusiasts, Cheerful from Egotistical Sims, etc. It is not a requirement to use this mod with my custom traits, but Sim Characteristics are now also impacted by the following traits pack if you installed them:

Redacted Boi Social Media Headcanons

Vincent only really uses Instagram, but is required by the Department to have it private because his human name is legally missing-presumed-dead and his face has a risk of being recognized if someone from his human life stumbled upon his Instagram. That said, he doesn't really screen people who request to follow him

Darlin' and Sam don't use any social medias. Darlin' has a Facebook from teenage years, but they deactivated it. But not fully deleted, so they can still be tagged in all the group photos posted to the pack page. In high school, Darlin' was the person who got a lot of unsolicited DMs because they were hot but they hate attention so they blocked everyone but their pack and deactivated. Darlin' reluctantly keeps their Discord for the pack server

David hates social media. He maintains the pack's private Facebook group and Discord server (though the latter is really more Asher's job, David's just in charge) but will not touch anything else. David's favorite social media is YouTube because he can lookup tutorials for anything and not have to ask anyone for help

Milo's a borderline Instagram influencer. He's got a gazillion followers (who all think he's hot, and he is). His Instagram is directly linked to his Facebook, so every picture and caption he puts on IG gets automatically posted to FB too

Marie comments only on Milo's Facebook (she has and kinda uses IG, but doesn't comment). She's the one that will leave the heartfelt comments with "Call me" at the end. She knows that's a meme among younger people that their older relatives leave "what a beautiful couple. Call me" comments, but she does it anyway. And guess what? She does it because it works. Milo👏 is👏a👏Mama's👏Boy👏 and he will call her when she leaves those comments

Asher doesn't use social media much, but is perpetually on Discord. He mods the pack's server, and like 6 others just for fun. He does post lots of pictures of Babe and selfies of the two of them together on the pack's Facebook though

Damien used to get into arguments on Twitter with randos. Huxley thinks it's funny to pull them up from when Damien was a teenager

Huxley was never much into most social medias but I like to think he'd be like that one TikTok dude who pops up on my Tumblr dash occasionally who explains how to do calisthenics and other workout stuff in a really simple, easy, modified way for people who are just getting started. People started following him because he's hot, and then realized he's actually like the nicest dude and doesn't know he's popular

ahh im so sorry it took so long to answer this, i was traveling with spotty wifi and a packed schedule this week lol. but i'm so excited to get an ask from you thank you!! ☺️

it’s so interesting that you bring up amane’s injuries now, because I actually didn’t have too many thoughts on that until 115 came out!! and now I have a very Out There theory, that i don't even really believe but think could be fun and messed up haha

my assumption has always been that tsukasa was the one who did that to him. it tracks with tsukasa asking amane things like do you want me to stay or would you rather I was gone, amane killing tsukasa, tsukasa being reckless/destructive (in very serious ways, but also even in lighter ways, like turning amane’s head too far to get him to see the stars in the picture perfect arc). amane defends the person hurting him, he forgives them for it all, and we’ve seen him show tsukasa this unconditional love throughout the series (tsukasa's existence as hanako's yorishiro, hanako saving him in 109, hanako seeming to be open to giving up his wish in order to not permanently part with tsukasa). I get the impression, after the oni arc and the night out arc, that amane was almost doing this in a nurturing way, in order to care for the person doing it. hakubo eats/destroys sumire as an act of love; mitsuba bites very deeply into kou's hand, and instead of being afraid or angry kou vows to nourish mitsuba in any way he needs. generally, throughout this series, harm being done by one person to another is not necessarily shown as an act of malice, but rather one of love and longing and need. I think this theme will continue with whatever was going on with amane before he died. and i think tsukasa and amane/hanako are constantly hurting each other despite how deeply they love each other, and tsukasa has been entangled with the supernatural (not in the same way as hakubo and mitsuba, but then, hakubo and mitsuba aren't the same type of supernatural either and yet they both have shown... cannibalistic? tendencies) since he was four, so it's possible that gave him the cannibalistic (for lack of a better word) tendencies we see in hakubo and mitsuba.

so overall I still do think it was tsukasa doing that. it makes the most sense lore wise and thematically.

but... hear me out...... given the lore we've seen..... it could be nene!!!! it's out there, but i think it's possible!!

who else, other than tsukasa, does amane love enough to accept something like that? i know we can’t know how far into the series we are, but it feels kinda late to introduce a new character to be the answer to this mystery, and it seems like amane cares about the person hurting him deeply. of the characters we already know, hanako loves tsukasa and nene most deeply (in my personal reading ofc).

one thing i was on the lookout for this arc was if nene can still slip through time, and in 115 she sees amane from the past!! i know this is passed off as magic happening around nene... but she's always there when this sort of time slipping happens. this, of course, could just be because she's our protagonist. but we get a lot of story through other perspectives than nene's!! so i don't think it's insignificant that she is the one constant when it comes to time travel!! and she has specifically seen amane in the past multiple times now (at the festival when he's ~nine, when he's ~13 and injured, now in ch115 as an adult), so we know it's possible for her to see him. she even touched him at the festival!! and took a physical key from him in the classroom!! so we know nene can physically interact with amane in the past!!

this theory is also based on a twitter event, so take this part with a grain of salt, but i think nene being "monster 8" to mitsuba's "monster 3" in the kamome monster nursery au definitely has some implications of heer potentially becoming some sort of supernatural or school mystery at some point in the story. potentially something similar to mitsuba, since they're the only monsters in this au with numbers. if nene becomes something similar to mitsuba, this takes us back to the hakubo and mitsuba cannibal point; if mitsuba is out here biting kou's hand like he wants to eat him, and nene becomes something similar to mitsuba, maybe she'll develop the same needs?

but again, this is based on a twitter event, so hard to say how much information on canon that gives us!

this theory could also maybe be disproven by that mini comic of amane in the tea party arc where he’s blushing like “that girl had really large ankles” lol, idk if he’d call her “that girl” if she was the one hurting him when he's already hurt.

and if it was nene, then that wouldn't really connect the injuries to amane killing tsukasa? at least nothing i can connect with the information we have right now.

so yeah honestly i don't really believe this theory, but i had fun thinking about it lol and it is technically a possibility with the lore we've been given!! and it would be really interesting to see all the time traveling she's done culminate in something so significant!!

but at the end of the day i still think it's tsukasa. it may be the easy answer, but the why of the injuries may be more important than the who. the who doesn’t need to be the biggest mystery for this to be an incredibly moving plot line!! and there's still so much mystery around the injuries and the murder!! could it have been a mercy killing even? so many possibilities. personally, i think amane had a plan with the murder... but that's for another post haha

okay i think i'm finally prepared to answer this question!!! i'll preface this by saying i'm much more obsessed w phineas and ferb than milo murphy's law. i love mml very much but i don't have nearly as many Thoughts(tm) about it as i do pnf... even so here's what i've got

i'm not just saying this bc he's the voice actor, i think milo would listen to weird al. that and like '90s-'00s pop hits (basically canon anyway)

melissa has adhd and can't function without variety. she's always multitasking, fiddling, taking hard classes to keep herself occupied

definitely she's the type to really want one of those treadmill desks

that's part of why she gets along so well with milo, it's never the same with him. he's exciting

melissa is the most online of the main kids i think. she probably plays fps games and argues with people who disagree with her on twitter

i think melissa would be a vocaloid fan, lydia got her into it and she passed it on to amanda

btw lydia has been a miku stan since third grade

also melissa likes metal. i have no proof of this but i think she'd like it. good for studying

zack cannot stand metal though, it's grating and he can't hear the lyrics

on the topic of the main kids, i'm not super into shipping or anything but my philosophy is, they all have two hands. so casually speaking i really like the dynamic of simultaneous milo/amanda, amanda/melissa, melissa/zack (i'm not wild about them but if we don't go overboard zalissa is fine), zack/bradley, bradley/milo. they are in a circle holding hands and i like them a lot :3

however like i said that's just for funsies and i dont really really ship anyone there. i do like the dynamics of that particular arrangement though lol!

okayyy i'm kind of obsessed w cavendish and dakota so they r always spinning around in my brain

i think brick and savannah are newer agents than dakavendish, which is why cav is kinda bitter. despite working for the agency for longer, he got stuck with the worst equipment and the most unfulfilling job possible

cav is probably a little frustrated at dakota because of this, but i'd think after so long working w him he's realized that it's not dakota's fault they can't seem to climb the ladder. they're just like that. but obviously he hasn't accepted his fate as we see in the show

dakavendish have been in the same semi-romantic semi-platonic situationship forever. neither of them has said a word. if they knew what a qpr was they'd really like that but they've never heard of it so instead they're just stuck Like That. hopeless idiots my beloved

cavendish watches ancient aliens and all those other sorts of shows about supernatural conspiracies. he half believes them. dakota watches them with him, ironically.

anyways back to the kids. lydia and buford met once at a concert for some famous orchestra, they don't really hang out but they email back and forth sometimes and exchange recipes.

lydia and amanda have been best friends for as long as anyone can remember. it sometimes seems like lydia is just amanda's sidekick, but she just prefers to step out of the way and do her part from behind the scenes. it's less stressful for both of them.

amanda hates candles. just can't stand them. they smell too strong, or never smell right, or they pose a fire hazard, or the shape doesn't fit the vibe she's going for.

related to that i think amanda has some pretty strong sensory aversions, especially to smells and certain textures

milo's backpack is essentially a pocket dimension. it's his hammerspace, so he doesn't need to think too much about what fits or not. he packs it every morning, but the stuff basically comes from already in that hammerspace. there are times when he packs the wrong things (which we see in one episode), but that's because they aren't stored in the backpack and are instead inaccessible to him

basically im saying milo is mary poppins and he can hypothetically access anything he needs at any time. issues only arise when he is caught unaware and unprepared, and that is very rare

milo and sara really like going to creeks. especially when they were little they would go to the nearest creek or pond and wade and look for creatures in the water

baljeet ran a boy bands fan blog back when the lumberzacks were active. he was shouted out once on their old social media and it's still one of his proudest accomplishments.

this isn't really an mml hc but baljeet kind of reminds me of a friend who runs a blog and a youtube channel about some really niche tech and programming stuff, and is also just a normal guy on the internet, so i think baljeet probably does smth similar

amanda and melissa have been academic rivals for a long time, but they have a mutual understanding and it's never gotten nasty. bradley thinks he's melissa's academic rival but honestly she doesn't see him as competition at all

bradley has a pretty big sweet tooth. i'm basing this off the whole carla thing if it wasn't obvious, but he definitely stops by coffee shops after school and gets the sweetest drink he can. ice cream fan as well

Tried out the two 2025 songs, and i guess i review songs now. That’s all this blog is now, Just Dance fanart and weird reviews of the songs that get added. I need to do fanart for other series

Calabria 2007: Sore on the arms and the song is longer than it needs to be. I like long songs but this just felt like it went on forever, and since the song is repetitive, it affects the dance. It’s fun but not one I’d do often. I’ve seen people who wanted this song in the game, and i just don’t see what they see in this song. At least it’s not Say my name (i need to stop slandering that map). Idk it’s the type of song that’s obviously meant to be played in the club or at a party.I wonder if this UnicornLover was also form our world. If not then i headcanon that Pandafan and Deerstan are her dads. Am i still a bit salty about the showdown season winner, maybe, but surprisingly Estrella wasn’t the first to return and I visited for Give that wolf a banana on accident so who’s laughing now.

Basket Case: Really fun, i like how it all seems to take place in Lumen’s imagination, with the way he draws the other two dancers into existence. Fast as well. The late 90’s early 00’s rock songs, and by extension rock bands from that era and songs inspired by them, have been really fun to do, like Bring me to life, Numb, I am my Own Muse, tainted love, and now Basket case, all so good and i don’t listen to rock bands or most bands for that matter (you seem to have to know all the lore about them). I wonder if Lumen is friends with Scotty, they seem like they’d get on well. Like Lumen seems to have this crazy imagination and Scotty has surrealist nightmares. Lumen would love one of those 64 packs of crayola crayons with the sharpener on them. The demon does look like a combination of Deadpool and the British spider man. The names for this song weren’t added at the time I’m writing this so all we have is the twitter post that tells us Lumen’s name so I’m just gonna call the diver and demon purple and red until they tell us their names.

On a weird side note, i have an oc that i made for a story i was making and their original name was Lumen, but then I realised that that’s the name for part of a blood vessel, because i was doing my biology gcse at the time, and eventually just changed their name to Elle. Weird how I’m seeing that name again.

I’m fully expecting My Chemical Romance to be in Just Dance 2026 at this point, even though i don’t care for their music. Now how do we get them to do a duet between Blake and Liv to My Immortal by Evanescence (that’s the only other evanescence song i know)

TLDR: I love Basket Case and Calabria 2007 is definitely a song that was produced in the 2000s
