“I’m free, Cecily.” A raspy, accented baritone came from the doorway behind the hostess. Bobby’s head snapped up to attention. “I don’t believe I’ve had the pleasure, Mr. Singer.” The man that stood there took a few steps forward and held out his hand. “Crowley.”

Bobby hesitantly took Crowley’s hand. “Bobby. And I apologize, but I don’t exactly bat for your team.”
