Whats in my bag?- 𝒮𝒫𝒩 𝒟𝓇

My bag is practically my lifeblood, I keep everything I could need in almost any situation in it. It goes with me everywhere, and I hate having to go without it.

bear pendant- wearing my pendant is one of the few solid ways to control my transformations, so I keep it close at all times.

dual 1911 custom pistols- I was gifted these two by Bobby when I was 17, they’re built perfectly to suit me.

leather journal(with pen)- Usually I keep one or two journals on me at all times, writing down any new information we might need or learn on hunts.

walkman, and cassettes- A handful of different cassettes all with entirely different vibes, I tend to switch them out for others in my collection every so often, but popping on my headphones and putting on a good mixtape right before a fight always makes them more fun.

burner phones- Got about 3 or 4 burners in my bag at all times, 1’s for any hunter contacts I have, the second is for any hunting related business(when we’re doing police or fbi shit) and the 3rd is one I keep on me at all times with only my family on it.

daggers- I have handful of daggers scattered around my bag, all a mix of silver and iron and a two of them with enchantments, to kill different creatures.

flask- An old flask I inherited from my dad, I don’t drink much but I do keep some (drinkable) holy water in it.

vintage cigarette case- While I don’t use it for cigarettes, and joints instead, I keep it stocked and in my bag. It’s an old habit I picked up from my dad, my older brother glares at me every time I pull one out but I sure as hell prefer it over drinking.

lighters- I keep a LOT of lighters in my bag, the amount we lose to salting and burning bones and just in general is INSANE.

cash- I usually keep a wad of cash in a bear skull themed money clip, instead of a wallet. while Sam and Dean prefer their credit card scams, I like physical cash much better.

digital camera- Even though I have as many phones as I do, I MUCH prefer camera pictures. Its good for cases and even better for my photography hobby.

swiss army knife- a silver and iron blade with all the different tools on it, i like keeping it in a small pocket close enough to grab quick incase I need to slip it up a sleeve to cut myself out of some binds.

map- small paper map all folded up to the side, makes it a hell of a lot easier to make my way around without gps

keys- I got my truck, Harley, house, and storage locker keys on it along with a devils trap and gun keychain, and a small vial of salt on it.

flashlight- much as the boys love keeping most their stuff in their duffle bags, I prefer keeping at least a few things for hunting in my bag. And having a flashlight in my bag is a hell of a lot more convenient than digging through my duffle for one.

chapstick- Burt’s bees peach chapstick. My favorite, and also the only chapstick I like using.

perfume- Peach and floral scented perfume, my signature scent. I keep it with me at all times to make sure it doesn’t wear off, gotta keep the signature scent signature.

Look, I know I promised a continuation of "Get in the Water," but I had this idea and just had to write it, okay? So this is the non-canon sequel, the canon one is still in progress.

They escaped. Batman dragged Damian's frozen body away from the Lazarus Pit and through the tunnels as Danyal's screams-sobs-wails echoed behind them. Eventually the sound ebbed away and they emerged to the surface.

A debrief was demanded from everyone; even Todd was in the Cave. Damian trembled, his only sign of distress, his mind stuck on Danyal's face, his brother's voice rebounding around his head.

Father's debrief had been rough. Damian could barely explain what happened, why he was drawn to the waters, why Danyal wanted to drown him. He'd only explained the Danyal was someone he'd killed while with the League, and Father was the only one to doubt his explanation.

Damian took the first opportunity to escape to the showers. Stripping down, Damian turned the faucet and the bathroom lit up bright green.

He flinched away, and when he opened his eyes, the water was just water. A stone sunk into his stomach.

The next day, while Father was consulting with Justice League Dark, Grayson and Drake returned to the caves for their own investigation of the Pits. And while they found the cavern--found by tracking the batarang Father threw--it was desert dry. There was no sign of Lazarus Water, nor did it look like it had ever been there.

That night, as Damian was washing his face before bed, he filled the sink basin with water. He turned away for one second, but when he looked back, he almost dipped his face under the green slime oozing out the spout. He bolted, and when he returned with a startled Father, the water had returned to normal.

Grayson insisted on taking him out for lunch the following day, citing that Damian needed a "break." Damian was furious, but allowed it; Justice League Dark was visiting the cave to discuss the... incident, and Damian wanted to interrogate them. He... he needed to know if that was really Danyal or not. If his sweet brother could have been twisted after his murder into that monster, that Siren crooning at him to choose to die.

He'd never contemplated the fate of his brother's immortal soul before. Had he done this to him? Could Damian had avoided this by killing him honorably, instead of cowardly poisoning Danyal so he'd pass away in his sleep?

Damian allowed Grayson order for him. He wasn't hungry. The clouds above swirled ominously as he followed Grayson to a nearby awning with a picnic bench underneath.

Grayson took a bite of his gyro. "So? How have you been coping these past few days?"

"I'm not an invalid, Grayson," Damian hissed, glaring. "I'm fine."

A frozen breath brushed across his ear. "Ĺ̶̥̲̪̀̐ỉ̷̢̜̚a̴̧͖͛r̶̺̫̾͗̃͜,̶͕̐" Danyal whispered in his ear.

Grayson didn't notice or hear Danyal's voice. "You see, I don't believe you. One of your dead League friends is supernaturally gunning for you, Dami; it's normal to feel out of sorts."

Damian scoffed. "Nothing about this situation is normal."

He looked down at his food and sighed. "Yeah, that's for sure. I'm sorry, Damian. I wish this wasn't happening to you."

"And I wish the creature would just attack already," Damian griped. "It's the waiting that will kill me, not that fake."

Like someone had been listening, the sky opened up and it rained green throughout Gotham.

Jensen said that during Cas' confession, he was just thinking about Lazarus Rising, and the first time he saw Cas in all his angelic glory and the time he had to say goodbye for the first time. 2. Misha said that if Cas got OUT of the empty, the first person he would look for is dean and confront him about the blank stare during the confession, where JENSEN SAID HE WAS JUST STUCK FLASHING BACK TO THE FIRST TIME HE SAID GOODBYE

there's so much tragedy packed into one line. because damn you shouldn't blame someone for dying but actually? when you think about the context of her death, it is her fault. it's mary's fault sam was assaulted. it's mary's fault that the apocalypse was able to happen in the first place. she made the deal with azazel, she started the cycle.

and i think that's really emblematic of this argument, because of how fiercely dean is defending sam. mary is the reason sam has suffered so much, and dean knows it. he watched mary kiss azazel, he knows better than everyone how much of their lives is the horrible consequence of that one action. maybe the least she could have done was live through that night in the nursery.

it's not her fault that she died that night in the fire. but it is her fault that sam and dean were set on the path to the apocalypse. it's her fault sam spent his whole life feeling unclean. the tragedy is that she didn't have a choice; if she hadn't made the deal, sam never would have been born in the first place, and where would they be now? (mary a single mother raising dean an only child, perhaps)

but basically i love how dean is placing blame on mary for her own death, but when you add in the context that dean is defending sam, it takes on a fully new meaning which is much more reasonable. it's all about sam sam sam, it's all about how mary hurt sam—working with the british men of letters who hurt sam, making a deal with the demon who hurt sam. it always comes back to the brother and how he's been hurt and how dean needs, on a base, instinctual level, to protect him.

ok i did it i finished my supernatural season 5 rerun and i just started s6 and boy boy i did not remember how much i love dean winchester he's just. hes so good. hes so so good

i’m not sure my world tour of the best spn episodes is the best way to watch the show (mostly bc i skip a lot of the plotty episodes) but i will say that it was an interesting experience to go from mystery spot straight into lazarus rising

originally i was gonna have the s3 finale in there but the only part of it that matters is the last three minutes so i just found that on youtube. i’m not a s3 fan sorry mystery spot was the only episode we watched.

but anyway. in mystery spot dean obviously dies a lot, and then when he dies for the last time six months go by. ofc sam is a monster-hunting wreck hellbent on revenge on the “trickster” right. he nearly kills an innocent man over it.

and then he’s sent back in time (obviously remembering the last six months) and dean doesn’t die and the show progresses on.

but by lazarus rising dean has only (“only”) been dead for four months. we know sam wasn’t cooing well in kinda the same way and that he tried everything, again, to get dean out, but now he’s kinda just hanging out in a honeymoon suite with a random girl. which is also a valid unhealthy coping mechanism for him to have it’s just different.

maybe it’s that, with mystery spot, sam’s thinking was that if he found the tricksrer he could make it work, somehow. there was more hope? but how is he supposed to get dean out of hell when lilith holds the contract and no demon will make a deal?

idk. i assume in the 15 years since s4 aired more people have analyzed this better than me, it was just An Experience seeing them back to back

Hi!! I need help to find a fic I read years ago, I cannot remember the author nor the name of the fic, but it was an omegaverse, Chuck was a king and Michael, Gabriel and Cas were his sons. Cas was an omega so he didn't have many friends aside from Balthazar who was a beta, so chuck is looking for a guard that can make cas company and take care of him, Dean wins the place, he's an alpha but he knows how to treat omegas, and respect their heats and all. 😖😖 That's all I can remember, and that in the last chapters Chuck want to marry cas with some noble against his will.
