Liane was picking up her phone and purse getting ready to rush out the door. Mia was sitting in the living room chair as Eli was playing with his toys on the floor as the TV played in the background.

“You sure you want me to go?” Liane asked reapplying her lipstick and rambling, “Cause I can always reschedule or cut my business day eariler. I know it won’t be profitable or professional for my clients but Luna said she was busy picking wedding flowers with Rochelle, so she might not have time to make to her appointment anyway and..”

“Honey, honey, honey!” Mia repeated sipping her orange juice as she looked up from her phone.

“What?”

“You’re starting to sound like me.

“Huh?…Oohhh! Yikes, yeah, nope! I should go soon then, shouldn’t I?”

“Yes you should, Luna and Ricky’s wedding is coming and Luna might keep making excuses to not come to your store, cause she doesn’t want to bother you, if you don’t show up.”

“Ughhh you’re so right! Oh my goodness yeah no, nope I gotta head out! Promise me you won’t sit all day and watch Bluey with Taylor!”

“Of course not…Now go!”

Liane kissed Eli’s face telling him to not let ice cream all day with his mother and was ushered out the door by Mia, before the blonde can return back inside. Mia closed the door behind her letting out a sigh and picked up the 6 year old boy sitting him on the couch with her. He giggled as his Momma handed him a piece of an old fashioned glazed donut.

“Yummy! Technically not ice cream.” Elliot says munching on the donuts, “Mama gone, can we watch Bluey now?”

“Oh yeah! Mama thinks Bluey is a little overrated but we love it. What if we watch Phineas and Ferb too?” Mia said as she suggested the other show with a grin.

“YES! Can we do the musical one?”

“You are definitely our kid.”

Half an hour later, the two sat on the couch watching Bluey and Phineas & Ferb episode as they enjoyed some snacks. The two were singing along to the entire episode of Phineas & Ferb, chuckling and making silly comments across the series. They even decided to watch Moana.

“I love this movie!” Mia chuckled taking a bite of her apple slices.

“Just don’t sing the boy parts, Mommy!” Elliot remarked.

“I can’t make promise i can’t ke—”

That was when her phone rang. It was Mr. Jameson! As Mia picked up the phone call, the phone practically shook with her boss’s booming voice.

“Where the heck are you, Parker?! You better not be lying around! I needed those photos 4 hours ago!” Jameson yelled over the phone.

“I um…well..heh, today is my day off, sir. I’m at home right now, tomorrow I go back to work.” Mia replied gently, very startled by her boss’s booming voice that almost broke her ear drums.

“UGHHH! I thought one of my employees said you were here today! They lied! Just then those damn pictures over the web or whatever you kids do in this modern day!”

As she heard JJJ ranting and babbling about god knows what, Mia text Maria Hill and her other phones if they can watch her son for a bit. Sadly some of them were busy and others were taking the day to relax. Maria Hill was spending the day with Natasha and their grandchildren. Then she glanced at her costume laying around in the other room and smirked exchanged a cheeky grin with Elliot. He grinned brightly.

“Gee sir!” Mia said loudly over the phone that was on speaker, “I don’t really know to use the web that well. Maybe just can just swing by real quick?”

Elliot chuckled, “HA HA!”

“Whatever Parker, just get here as soon as possible!” Jameson shouted then hung up.

So Mia strapped on her Ruby Webb suit with a backpack and extra water bottles carrying Elliot as she swung across the city. The mother-son pair chatted and waved at citizens, even swinging by the windows of buildings as they crossed a park. Mia was so focused on making sure Elliot was strapped in her arms safely as she swung across the streets, she didn’t noticed Sandman until her son pointed out.

“Momma is that the Sandy guy?” He pointed out in awe with a little smile.

“Sandman?!” She exclaimed, under the domino mask and a hoodie of her suit.

“Can we play with him please?”

“I don’t know, baby..”

“Pleaseeee!”

“…uhhh okay, fine, maybe just real quick.”

Mia climbed down and landed in the park carrying Eliot. To her surprise Sandman was messing around with strangers, playing with kids and causing a huge mess per se. But he seemed harmless today, cause the kids and teenagers surrounding him weren’t upset despite the area being a little silly looking.

“Hey Sandy! Can you watch this little guy for me? It will be just a second, I’m gonna an errand right now!” Mia said cheerfully holding up her son who smiled brightly waving at William, “Thanks!”

“Uhm sure, Webby.” He said a little surprised at the unexpected moment with a half smile.

“Hehe thank you! He likes big slides.”

Elliot grinned, “Do a monster truck!”

He took Sandman’s hand running off to play with the other days, seeing his friends there too. Mia chuckled staying for a few seconds watching them, almost immediately losing track of time but then Mr. Jameson called her phone. She whined and rushed off to The Daily Bugle.

She snuck into a window, changing into a blazer that was in her office and sweating her hair into a ponytail before slipping out of the bathroom. Her co-worker Charlie Olsen, waved at her handing the girl extra papers to show their boss and apologize for her coming in today. Mia smiled and told him that it’s okay, it wasn’t his fault. Jake Kwan, Liane’s assistant, must’ve accidentally mistakenly sent a text message wrong to JJJ or something.

She grabbed the folder with the photos from her backpack as she rushed into Jameson’s office.

“Um, hi! Here are the pictures you wanted, sir.” Mia said entering the office holding the folder filled with of The Avengers fighting downtown last weekend.

Jameson stood up from his seat and exclaimed in his loud booming voice, “What took you so damn long?”

“I just got in like a few minutes ago from Manhattan..”

“So? You want me to be impressed by that, Parker?”

“Um, no-no sir. I had to drop my kid off with a babysitter, so it took me a few minutes to get here. You do have kids, don’t you sir?”

“Don’t sass me Parker!”

“I…I was—sorry. Would that be all, Jameson?”

“Yes Parker, that would be all. Next time i want photos of those vigilante and newcomers heroes that keep popping up, like those X-men! Young Avengers too! And other heroes at events!”

She handed him the pictures as he looked them over. He went on a discussion about other things as he did. Mia just nodded quietly listening to him talk and walked out, taking a breath wiping her eyes at Jameson’s rude tone and booming voice. Charlie asked if she was okay and needed a moment before heading back home. Mia nodded sitting at her desk and wiping her eyes grabbing a sip of water, something she understood what Liane and her friends said about Jameson’s attitude towards people can bruise people’s feelings.

But she liked her job, as she was able to take photographs and write articles. After a few moments she picked herself up from the chair and removed her remembering that she had her son to pick up, as she rushed out the building swinging onto the buildings as Ruby Webb. She can deal with her own problems later over dinner or whatever.

Elliot was sitting in a monster truck as Sandman made a bunch of sand based items for the kids. He was definitely Liane’s son asking for a specific thing, in this case sand toy looking truck.

“Uh, like this?” Sandman looked up at sandy monster truck.

“No!” Elliot sassed him with a big smile, “Make it more like a Hot Wheels toy! With big wheels and a cool door. And flames pictures on the door.”

“Uhhh..”

That’s when Mia swung in waving, “Hey there! I hope he wasn’t too much trouble for ya!”

She climbed over to the monster truck and picked him up, telling him it’s time to go.

Her son smiled, “He made a truck!”

“I can see that, baby! But he got a little lazy on the details huh?” She added.

The rest of the day was spend going to the store for a quick shopping trip, buying McDonald’s and playing at the park together. Then Mia swung them home, texting Liane about the grocery she bought, as they unpacked the groceries together.

A couple of hours later, Liane walked in removing her jacket and heels calling out to the house that she’s back home. She smiled seeing the two of them back on the couch once again, right where she left them earlier that morning.

“Aside from the obvious grocery store trip, did you guys get off the couch today?” Liane asked joining them on the couch, guessing there must’ve been something else they did today.

“Only to use the bathroom and wash dirty laundry we had in the hamper.” Mia responded looking up from the iPad.

Of course Elliot answered with a smile, “That’s no true, Mama! We played at the park too and a lot of other stuff. We just sat down to watch Sleeping Beauty and Tangled.”

Liane grinned at the mention of her favorite movies, “Now that’s more like it! Make room for me.”

The three of them sat down cuddling on the couch to watch Sleeping Beauty tonight. Elliot cuddled on his Mama’s lap as Liane rested her head on Mia’s shoulder. She glanced at the brunette for a second, “You okay?”

“Yeah i’m fine..” She added softly, brushing it off.

“Mia.”

“What? I’m fine.”

“You’re not fine. I don’t want to call Petra or anyone to know what happened. I’ll find out later after dinner right?”

“Um..yeah. Uh huh. I’ll tell you later.”

“Okay. Oh! Work was good, we got a pretty decent deal on new equipment and the dress we started for Luna is beautiful.”

The brunette smiled at the blonde’s expression and how she explained how her day went. Usually it was the brunette who was listening to her issues and coming up with a smooth form of comfort. The blonde knew something was up but she knew she will find out eventually, so it was better that she leave it alone until later.

Life for them was never always sunshine and rainbows, was it? But they try their best to handle it.

Now just enjoy the movie.

Ps. Lee was 6 years old when Big Mama rediscovered him. Before she found him, the staffs all refered to him as ‘the turtle’, ‘it’, or the occasional ‘she’ because of their only reference of turtle yokai, Frida, is female. When Mama had him examined, the doctor said he was assigned female. He was in the closet for about a couple year or so, and came out when he’s around 8. He’s currently 15 years old.

Mario x Anastasia AU

(no references to the real life Anastasia! Just the movie)

- Mario and Luigi are princes of a kingdom. When they are young, they are each gifted small music boxes - a sun and a moon respectively.

- One day, Bowser attacks their kingdom to conquer, and take its power for himself.

- King Pio stays behind to fend his forces off, and is killed in the attack. Meanwhile, Mia manages to get the twins as far away as possible, before she too is killed by Bowser's forces.

- The twin princes rush to a train that will take them to safety. Mario pushes Luigi on first, but is unable to hold onto Luigi's hand, and he falls, hitting his head and falling unconscious. Luigi screams as the train carries him away from his brother.

- Years later, Mario (now 18 and going by the name "Maurice") grows up in an orphanage, with only one thing that is his own - a small box in the shape of a sun, that plays the most beautiful music. He doesn't remember who he is, other than this box is very important to him, and he feels like he has been missing something...

- Determined to find out who he is, "Maurice" sets off on a journey, with only the music box and an anonymous message inscribed on the back of it: "Nothing can hurt us,"

- On his journey, "Maurice" comes across two con artists, Toad and DK, who are looking to pass off an unsuspecting young man as the Prince, and claim the award from Prince Luigi.

- Along the way though, "Maurice" ends up growing closer to Toad and DK, and both con artists start to being to rethink their scheme...

- Meanwhile, Prince Luigi has grown up in the safety of the Mushroom Kingdom (where the train took him) and has been living with his uncles who had already took up residence there long before. His friend, Princess Peach and the ruler of said kingdom, offers support, but he is far from consolable...

- Every year, on the anniversary of his brother's disappearance, Luigi looks up at the stars, and holds his moon shaped music box, praying that he will be united with his brother again one day.

*points below discuss the AU's ending. Some spoilers for the Anastasia movie*

- By the time the odd trio reach the Mushroom Kingdom, Toad, having by now had a change of heart, truly believes "Maurice" is actually the missing Prince Mario, and encourages him to see Prince Luigi.

- However, upon seeing "Maurice", Luigi flies into a rage. Having been tricked numerous times in the past by imposters claiming to be his brother, the Prince is at his breaking point. He comments that it is especially cruel that this imposter looks so much like his brother, and dismisses them.

- Shaken up by the disastrous reunion, "Maurice" realises that Toad and DK were just using him to con Prince Luigi and get the reward money. Furious, "Maurice" proclaims he never wants to see them ever again, and runs off in tears. More lonely and broken than ever...

- Toad seeks out Prince Luigi and "kidnaps" him in his kart, begging the Prince to listen and meet with "Maurice". Toad reveals he worked under their parents as a very young toad, and witnessed the two of them escaping with their mother. More hopeful, but still unsure, Luigi agrees to meet with "Maurice" in the fire flower field.

- Meanwhile, DK also corners "Maurice" and attempts to apologise for the way that they used him. DK reveals that he too is actually a Prince. After Bowser lost track of the missing Prince Mario, he sought to attack other kingdoms, in order to gain and build up an army once again. Even in his weakened state, Bowser still managed to do a lot of damage. This left the other kingdoms, including the Kong Kingdom, in a financial crisis. DK shamefully had to turn to being a con artist, as this proved to be the easiest way to make money to support his struggling kingdom.

- Hearing all of this, "Maurice" feels the need to forgive them.

- Toad unites with the pair and tells "Maurice" that Luigi is willing to talk to him. Shaking with fear and excitement, "Maurice" agrees to meet the Prince.

- The two beings, the Lonely Prince and the Lost Soul, meet in the fire flower field. "Maurice" reveals his music box, with the inscription on the back.

"Where did you get that?", asks Prince Luigi shakily.

"I've had it since as long as I can remember...", says "Maurice". "Please. Just tell me. Who am I?"

Luigi, with shaking hands, reveals his music box and an inscription on the back

"as long as we're together."

- And then in that moment, both men are overcome with emotion. They pull each other tight, hugging and crying, finally reunited after all this time.

- But soon after Bowser returns to claim both Princes, and Mario and Luigi have to team up together again to stop him! All is then at peace, and the brothers and their new friends continue to live peacefully 🙂

Luaisy pregnancy AU (headcanons, history and facts)

@itsavee4117, @silenzahra and @bberetd moment is for you.

Also a detail, Luigi is transgender and Daisy is non-binary, which is why Luigi gave birth to his first daughter (Laura)

Remembering the same as my other pregnancy posts, we will have mentioned other Mario couples.

Good reading!

-> Luigi and Daisy got married after Mario and Peach, but the Mareach took a while to have children (because they adopted Perry), but Luaisy was the first than the Mareach to have blood children.

-> Luigi was already facing the difficulties of being king of Sarasaland, but Daisy comforted him by saying that he is a great king. The green plumber soon started vomiting a lot, Mario realized right away that his brother wasn't well, but a doubt arose, Luigi and Daisy weren't a t4t couple like him and Peach, but Mario asked if Luigi wanted to take the test. pregnancy, Luigi agreed and took the test with Daisy and Mario by his side, when they went to look at the results, everyone was happy because it was positive!

Luigi was emotional at first but started crying so much that he hugged his brother and his wife very tightly, they both said they would help him with everything during the pregnancy

-> Daisy is too strong to hold her husband Luigi, she did this to him throughout her pregnancy, she loved carrying Luigi

-> I imagine that Mario spoiled Luigi during the pregnancy (like making our green plumber's meals or something) because they are brothers and brothers do that 😔

Luigi soon understands what it's like to have a fat belly like Mario's (I imagine he makes some jokes because of Mario's belly), sometimes it was difficult but he got used to it thanks to his brother

-> When Mario and Luigi were teenagers, they took a dictionary of baby names and wrote them in alphabetical order, I imagine that Luigi had more names that started with L and Mario had more with M (I once read in a girls' book where the authors said that When they were young, their parents told them to get a dictionary and read if they were bored)

To decide the baby's name, the brothers took a piece of paper or even a blackboard where they wrote the baby's name, like Mario and Luigi had dictionaries from both Brooklyn and Italy, they also took Italian names.

-> Peach also helped Luigi, giving lots of hugs and sweet words (Based on that post from Mama Luigi's mansion where Luigi and Peach were from @itsavee4117) she said she would be a great aunt for the baby and a bonus: she and Mario bought a lot of things for Luigi!

-> The rulers of Sarasaland are much smaller than the Toads from MK, so Luigi had difficulty seeing its inhabitants, he could only see the Gaos and Piondis. {I imagine a Gao carrying him on Daisy's orders}

-> Perry (still 7 years old) was very excited about his uncle and really wants to meet his cousin, he was confused at first about his uncle getting pregnant (thinking it was Daisy who was pregnant), Luigi (and Mario) explained some LGBT things to the boy, like both brothers were trans.

-> I imagine that when there was a problem with E.gadd's laboratory, Mario would offer to help the scientist (even though he knew almost nothing) so that Luigi could rest, the ghosts would also help (since in my hc the ghosts are assistants to E.gadd) This also equated to Tatanga, Daisy (or Mario) punching the alien every time he attacked Sarasaland

-> Daisy and Mario had been defending Luigi for a long time, but during her pregnancy our plumber got pregnant? Well, they ended up going overboard with this, almost killing many bullies who were insulting Luigi, since the friendship between our queen of Sarasaland and the king of MK.

-> They had a daughter, I imagine she has Luigi's hair and eyes, but her way of speaking and her skin is Daisy, I imagine the queen says she's a mini Daisy and Luigi laughed a lot after the daughter was born.

Their daughter is called Laura, this name ran through my head and I decided to call her that.

-> Laura and Perry speak English, Italian and Spanish

And that's it, I finally posted this post, I want to do a t4t mareach, and honestly I thought it was cute that Daisy helped Luigi and his daughter.

Super Mermaid Bros (Intro)

There was a lovely world that existed both close and far away from from the people. A world underwater. Full of merpeople of all kind; some had just large fish tails instead of legs, some had frog legs, some had shark or dolphin fins on their backs, some had octopus legs, some had jellyfish stingers. The list went on and on! But this story is about two specific mermen who have just been welcomed into the world, and their family was waiting anxiously back home to meet said two.

Inside a small house, five merpeople waited around both excitedly and nervously. The oldest people sat in their respective seats on the couch and armchair, their one son and daughter-in-law swam around the house and made sure everything was ready to welcome the new additions to their family, their second son was pacing impatiently in the living room where his parents were, wondering what was taking them so long, hoping everything was alright.

Finally, the door opened and all five gathered around to see. They had finally come. The couple's third son and his wife. Pio and Mia.

But not just them. Mia held gently in her arms two small bundles with two little guppy boys inside. If not for their different patterned tails, it'd be impossible to tell them apart. The boy on Mia's right arm was wrapped in a red bundle and had his father's tail in both colour and shape while the boy on her left arm was in a green bundle and had his mother's colours but still his father's shaped tail.

Both boys were sleeping peacefully, forcing the family to coo and adore them quietly so they wouldn't wake up and get startled. The old woman, the boys' grandmother, asked for their names after she was done admiring her grandguppies. Pio and Mia smiled happily and introduced their two boys to their aunt, uncles and grandparents.

Not a long intro but I don't mind it.

For the brothers' tails, I plan to make them normal fish colours that match those of their parents instead of red and green, that will be left for the clothing. I feel like it makes more sense biologically and while the movie and cartoons are far from realism or common sense, I felt like it'd be more right this way.

Do you have some gaga grandma Alcina headcanons ?

I do!! Let me preface this by saying that Alcina loves her grandbabies to death. Now unto more details:

Alcina has a special bond with all of her granddaughters. She holds them soon after they are born and that moment is always very magical.

She steels herself and acts all tough while Cassandra is giving birth, but the moment she holds the newlyborn baby she can’t help crying at the tiny bundle in her arms. Like she cries cries, not just a tear or two.

After giving birth, Cassandra stays at the castle for a few weeks because Alcina insists that she rests properly and gets a lot of help with the newborn. However, Alcina uses this time to spend time with the new baby. Those first few weeks are just Alcina spending unlimited time with her granddaughter(s).

When the girls got older, they normally spend weekends with her. Cass and Wife would bring them over on Friday after school and they’d stay with Alcina until Sunday because this is their alone time with Grandma.

Alcina loves spending time with her granddaughters. Especially Aurelia since she’s the first granddaughter and Alcina did bond with her because Cass was very clueless so it was mostly Alcina bonding with Aurelia while Cassandra watched from the sidelines.

Even when the girls got older, when Cassandra is dropping by to see her mom Alcina asks ‘where are the girls?’ Because she always wants to have her granddaughters around. So what do you mean Cassandra is there by herself?

Alcina loves spending time with them. She takes them out for brunch, to get their nails done, and later on they accompany her to fashion shows and the like.

She would travel with the kiddos but she knows they might want their mothers so she doesn’t do that while the girls are young.

It’s always Aurelia and Adelina because they are so close in age and also because Adelina wouldn’t accept it and she’d go either way.

Alcina wasn’t going to do the same with the third daughter. After Adelina, she was tired and didn’t think she could keep up with another little one.

Meeting Alcina (junior) changed that because she instantly fell in love with her youngest granddaughter (also because she has her name).

While Aurelia and Adelina were in school, Alcina had plenty of time to spend with baby Alcina while Cassandra recovered at the castle.

Not one to usually get back on her word, but Alcina couldn’t stop falling in love with her youngest granddaughter.

Alcina reminded her of Daniela. Being the youngest, she competed with her older siblings and tried to prove she was just as capable. The result is a very charming personality and a very smart child that everyone fell in love with.

Alcina is always accompanying her sisters when they visit their grandma and she always insists on being the one who sleeps right next to grandma (Aurelia’s spot) the two of them would fight because Alcina is hella stubborn and Aurelia is not going to give up her spot so Alcina (senior) compromised by taking the middle and having Aurelia and Alcina sleeping on each side.

Cassandra is aware of her youngest’s position and how she sometimes just needs her Grandma's undivided attention and alone time. That's why she habitually drops Alcina off at the castle for some special one-on-one time between Alcina and Alcina while the older two are busy with their after-school activities.

Overall, Alcina adores the heck out of her granddaughters. While she was quite the pushover mother to her daughters, she only got worse with the newest addition to her family.

Alcina no longer says she’s a mom of three girls, it’s six now and her granddaughters mean the world to her.

Alcina is invited to all events and graduations because she loves her babies and both Cassandra and the kiddos always want her there during those moments. And as Alcina never failed to show up for anything regarding her daughters, she’s keeping it up with her granddaughters. She is there during the good times and the bad.

If Cassandra and wife want to travel alone, it goes without saying that the children are sent to the castle. They each have their own room with all of their things there but they don’t even sleep there because it’s time to sleep in grandma’s room.

Granddaughters call her Mama Alci all the time.

Ok so @tiny-prom and @casual-derg 's Player One Luigi AUs has had in a chokehold for a minute and I had to write a little thing for Villainess Peach....cause I love her 👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾 and this little Idea has been on brain for a minute.

The final Hammer bro clutched its right arm and its trembling legs ultimately gave out collapsing on the ground. Struggling to maintain consciousness, it summoned what little strength was left to glance from the red boot to her blue.

"You ..won't get away... with this...Luigi…He'll stop you like always," it stammered out every word.

Princess Peach snorted with glee reverting her wand back to its battle axed state. She gave it a smirk and then her back before making her way to the throne room.

"Tell him I look forward to it." She said confidently.

Opening the doors to the chamber, as expected, she was met with an empty, bigger throne and a much smaller one beside it. Bowser made storming the place way too easy sometimes between leaving these goons he called as a defense and following his daily routine to a T. She might as well make herself comfortable for a bit, seeing as he wouldn't be back from his morning stroll for another hour. This Kingdom's so-called heroes must be out as well, seeing as no one came to the aid of the soldiers earlier. It was a special day, however, so it made some sense why they weren't around, she thought as she readjusted herself on the bigger throne. No more than ten minutes later did she hear the sound of footsteps approach the chamber, and in front of the opened door appeared her pride and joy.

"Dad, were you guys training the army again? I think you all went a little overboard." The prince commented in the direction of several laid out soldiers before letting out a surprise gasp."Mama Peach, " he yelled in excitement, running towards and jumping into her open arms as she stood up.

"Surprise," she said, pulling the koopaling into a tighter embrace. "Didn't I promise I'd come see you on your birthday?" She reminded him, smiling when she felt him nod in her neck.

"Thank you. Oh, Mama, " he pulled away to look at her."Were you the one who did that to everyone in the hallway? You should go easier on them next time, " Junior advised, looking back at the area once more.

"If I hold back, they'll never get stronger now, will they?" She asked, placing him down on the floor, giving him another smile as he sort of agreed. "I tell your dad that all the time, but I guess he's become rather complacent with those guys always around. Yes." Peach stated it as a fact more than a question.

"Luigi and Mario" The prince felt the need to clarify their names as he would always do. "They're the best fighters in the whole wide world," he praised, and she had to stop herself from outwardly grimacing.

"Yeah? Do you think they're even better than Mama?" She asked and giggled when he immediately went silent as he seemed to be thinking about it hard.

"Hmm, I can't decide who would win in a fight between you guys. Maybe a tie?" He concluded, not reaching a clear answer nor wanting to give it any more thought.

"A tie, huh? I'm glad you think so, son. " The Princess struggled a bit to maintain the calm and sweet demeanor in the presence of her child as she said that. It took her a few seconds to push the images of her losses to them into the back of her mind. "Well, you know mommy's can do anything, right? Even beat the best fighters in the world, " she told him, kneeling down to his eye level, and he nodded again.

The outcome would be different this time. Peach just knew that what she had planned would put an end to those guys once and for all. With them out of her way, Bowser would have no choice but to give into her demands. Finally, she would be able to raise her child how she wanted so that he could serve his purpose for the people. Letting her thoughts get ahead of her, she could feel a laugh undignified for a lady creeping up. Glancing at the clock, it appeared she only had about twenty minutes left till his Majesty would return if word hadn't reached him already about what went on not too long ago. If she didn't want her plans thwarted before having a chance to execute it, then it was probably best to get a move on.

"Junior, how about we -" she started and gasped, looking in every direction as if he had just vanished in thin air from where he was seconds ago. Switching from panic mode real quick, she once again reverted the battle axe to her wand mode just in case she ran into some minions daring to challenge her should they regain consciousness along her way.

Just as expected, Junior was in his mess of a room. Toys, crumpled up pieces of paper, bandana's, and art materials were scattered all over the floor while he was in the closet desperately searching for something. All she heard from him were "no's' ' , "not that", "how did this get in here" and saw the items being tossed out one after the other, She was starting to get antsy at Bowser returning and with those guys as well.

"Honey you shouldn't walk away when mama's deep in thought it's a little rude" she lectured "Oh but we simply must get going, I have a bunch of festivities planned for you back at the mushroom kingdom" Peach told him walking up to him at the closet.

"Found it!" He yelled in triumph, showing her a piece of paper with a drawing on it. Ignoring what she had just said, he pulled her arm so she'd lean down to look closer at the picture as he pointed to each figure. "That's Dad watching everyone from his seat, and that's Papa Luigi with huge muscles showing off his cool hammer. Right here, Kammy's fussing at Mario about something, I think he called her a funny name or something. Finally, me and you are over here holding hands and smiling. Do you like it?" He finished.

Peach focused on the image of the two of them for a little minute. She couldn't put a finger on it, but something was a little off about it. Then she caught it.

"Oh, what's that little thing on your head here?" She pointed to the picture of himself.

"That's your crown, can't you tell? You're not wearing it in the picture cause it's on me, " He told her as if it was the most obvious thing in the world. "It reminds me of you since I don't see you all the time. At least on paper, I get to wear it just like you, Mama. Do you like it?" He repeated his question.

It took everything she had to hold back the tears of joy pricking at the corners of her eye. A son should never see his mother break down crying even if it is the happy sort. Winning the fight against her emotions, she took a deep breath before answering him.

"I love it. I'm happy to know you want to be just like mama sometimes. " She finished and started standing up before Juniors voice caught her attention midstand.

"You can have it. So whenever you miss me, you can look at the picture. " he handed it to her.

Peach held onto the paper with great care not to crease any of the already existing creases. Even with the addition of the four extra figures, Junior's art was perfect. So perfect, the thought of desecrating the portrait by cutting out the extra people as soon as she was alone with it exited her mind as soon as it entered. Yes, they could stay in pictured form she figured it'd be a good source to turn to should he find it difficult to produce some tears. Again, this plan is full proof, so he'd need many things to help him for the future.

"You're the sweetest." she placed her hand on top of his red hair and rubbed it softly. "But Mama's supposed to give you presents on your birthday." With a giggle, she stood up and reached for his hand. The boy took it, and she led him out of the room.

They walked a little ways outside the castle to the pipe she entered from. All while she promised him the best birthday cake and gifts he could dream of. The best part, though she reminded him, was that he was spending this special day with his mama.

Got bored and in my weary state I decided to write a rough draft from the Mermaid AU.

Takes place in the prequel. No guarantees that this will ever make it in - or be the same - I just wanted to write something.

Note: Annette is a woman in the village Mia lives in.

The young woman was flushed.

"Mia...does this mean...? Are those kids really yours?"

Mia nodded earnestly. The woman before her took a step back, her face white as if she had been given terrible news of someone dying.

"But that means..." Annette shook her head. "Oh Mia how could you let him touch you?!"

"By trusting him?", replied Mia, as it was the most logical answer.

"But how...", Annette stammered with great difficulty. "How did he...?"

"He used a spell!", said Mia.

Annette shook her head.

"A spell?! Magic?! What other things did he use on you?!"

"Nothing of the sort!", said Mia going pink.

"Mia", Annette said, her voice shaking. "These beings do not mix with us. They haven't for decades! They are not people! They have no concept of love -"

"Stop!", cried Mia. She refused to let the woman speak any further.

"You all may not understand, but you never talked to him. I did. And he's wonderful."

He was more than wonderful, Mia thought. He was a salvation that she never realised she needed. And he could love, no doubt more than any human she could've fallen for.

She could never get out of her mind the way he laughed with her when they talked. The way he held her gaze when they danced. The way he kissed her.

And the way he held her body against his own, his hands gliding smoothly over every curve -

"MIA!"

She was suddenly startled back to the present by Annette's harsh cry. Shaking her head she composed herself.

"Don't understand, if you don't want to", she said, addressing the woman again. "But right now, I'm only concerned for my kids! If the village finds them, they'll kill them. I can't let that happen. I need to keep them safe. Even if it means I can't see them."

She said all of this is a rush. A passionate speech that came from a place that desired nothing more than to protect.

"Those are my babies!", she declared. "I'll fight the village all by myself for them if I have to."

Annette was listening, her posture stiff and her jaw locked.

"Alright", she said. "Tell me what I can do to help."
