(Jazz hands) ROLE REVERSAL

Kakashi sensei is a.... character. He's very precise and very relaxed individual, his students claim him to be lazy - until they find themselves in a lecture. He's very thorough and adamant.

He's the only person in the damn village to give Naruto his full undivided attention. It morphs into some sort of family bond later and he wants to tear his eyes out bc of it.

Kakashi regularly makes sure the kid is eating his veggies. And cares so much ab him passing his final exam he ends up fighting Mizuki and getting a huge damn shuriken through his back

Naruto cries and does KAGE BUSHIN NO JUTSU and passes and now Kakashi is crying bc his son is happy and sage (and not bc of the pain no)

Iruka Umino ex elite anbu ninja, failed all his previous genin teams cause they never meet his impossibly high standards gets assigned Naruto, Sakura and Sasuke

Kakashi is gonna piss himself bc of course Naruto would end up with that guy! Of course! Still worried if Nar will pass tho. He thinks he did a FAB job teaching them

Iruka sorta jokes around with them - his prankster days never died - and finds their complete uncoordination appalling. Bad match up, awful, why these three together - oh wait, they have empathy for another? That's new

So he signs up as their jounin sensei. He's actually kinda excited - don't let Anko find out, she'll tell everyone he actually likes kids.

And then Naruto drags him to a ramen stand and they're waiting for someone --- "Iruka sensei please meet Kakashi neechan!" "Naruto they're Konoha ninja they probably know each other"

And simultainously both Iruka and Kakashi go "Naruto respect your elders" bc they are not having this kid go around calling Kakashi his brother /in public/

They smile. This won't be so bad. Cut to four weeks down the road when Kakashi hires them to wash his dogs for the 3rd time annonsomsly.

Pakkun is tired of these brats being so rough, so he goes "I can't believe Kakashi hired you all again" The room goes quiet. Iruka bites his cheek to keep from laughing. Naruto explodes. Sakura and Sasuke join him. They're throwing wet sponges everywhere

It's chaos and loud and everything is sogged and Kakashi races onto the scene like "stop this!!!" Naruto throws a soggy sponge at him like "you stop hiring us to wash yoyr dogs!!!"

Iruka is laughing his was off as Kakashi and Naruto argue over the benefit of this job. Sakura and Sasuke resume washing the dogs. Pakkun regrets.

By the end of it, Kakashi is serving dinner in the hatake mansion to his previous students and their new teacher and all his dogs. He says he hates it but he's lying

ESPECIALLY WHEN THE CUTE JOUNIN SENSEI OFFERS HIS ASSITANCE. god damn you could bounce a yen off that man's ass

Now Iruka gets them a super cool mission bc they won't stop complaining - Sasuke has started voicing his opinions dear gods - they're escorting an old guy to the wave country

He repeats himself like "children. This is work and you need to be responsible. We are protecting a civilian from harm. Don't be a hero. You will die."

So Zabuza shows up like EYYY LEMME AT EM and Naruto almost dies ish but yo look at that kyubii magic. Haku shows up like "thanks for that" and they all leave

They make it to their destination but can't go home because there's a shitty storm and so Iruka teaches the kids how to climb trees like the monkeys they oughta be

But like, he not only gives them the basics, but a lecture on it too so maybe visualising the process in their head will help. He gets them to try walking along the walls barefoot - they pretty much succeed

So he takes them into the wilderness like "now try that on these trees" and Sakura fucking masters it in one go.

Sasuke and Naruto return to Iruka for instruction, and Iruka rubs his chin like "alright, you both learn by doing, yeah, so here's what we do" and constructs this obstacle course in the woods for them

He's got a thin board over a puddle of mud like "you can stay on using balance, but if i don't see you walk across as you would on ground, you're getting pushed off."

So Sasuke ends up fighting it out before Naruto and Naruto gets crabby bc of it, but now Sasuke and Sakura are very interested in keeping him on par with their skills. So they give him tips and pointers. Iruka couldn't be more proud

On the day Naruto gets it, and they decide to take their training to the water - the gang attacks. And it's solved in like zero minutes bc Iruka is a seals master and thanks to barrier tag traps everything is ok

They all get arrested and somehow Zabuza and Haku flee but no one is too worried bc they're together and that's all that matters

So they stick around to help construction - Iruka thinks it'll give them more stamina and there's chakra control practice by walking on the water. Which they all get sorta, Naruto sinks a little but he's still upright so!

They return to little fan fare but Kakashi's dumb worrying face that is the same as his regular face but u can tell bc his eyes are a little more open. He treats them to ichiraku

Team 7 is like "Kakashi watch this!" And the three of them are walking up the walls and ceiling of his dining room like cicadas and he might cry if Iruka wasn't laughing

"They named the bridge after Naruto!" He says, "I did all the work and he gets the name bc he's too likable!" Kakashi smiles fondly under his mask like 'ain't that the truth'

So circa chunin exams Iruka has taught them more neat ninja skills - Sasuke finds seals to be hella interesting, Sakura has apparently some super rare bloodline and Kakashi's old friend is giving her lessons on that and Naruto is....

Naruto is interested in summoning. He likes the idea of calling things into existence. Kakashi won't help by explaining how his ninken summoning works and Gai's student Tenten isnt too hot on tutorial either

So Iruka has been writing letters up the Wahoo to Jiraiya to try and get the man's help. "Come back." He pleads. "Naruto wants to summon."

So Jiraiya returns solely to fight Iruka for being a nag. Literally. "Iruka Umino you're just like your mother. Annoying." Iruka flicks a smoke bomb at the old man and they play this game of cat and mouse

Only each time Iruka uses a smoke bomb, he's been planting a barrier seal attached to a kunai that's been laced with chakra wire. He's weaving a basket around Jiraiya and catches the old fart in 40 minutes

Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura, Kakashi and Tenzou stare in awe. Iruka just did that. "Naruto, this man will teach you how to summon frogs. Have fun" and leaves. The audience stares at the space he had been and Jiraiya snorts.

So this is how Jiraiya teaches Naruto how to summon. Sasuke vows to be as good as Iruka one day. Sakura and Tenzou build a dog house for Kakashi's dogs. And Kakashi finds Iruka alone at the noodle stand

He's like "whyd you leave like that" "Oh you see, you have to leave Jiraiya alone with what you want him to do. It's the only way." "No really" "Ok I was starving and am not going to pay for Naruto's bottomless pit let alone four more mouths"

And they have a weird date and discuss the upcoming Curnin exams. They agree the kids would be good to go. Iruka laments he idea of getting stuck in a scroll for three days - hes a busy man (and ex anbu! Like!) and Kakashi takes his shoulder "I'll do it"

So they make plans that if their kids try the chunin exams and pass the first round - Kakashi will be there in the scroll for when they pass. It has been decided.

So when the exams get announced, Naruto has one animal summon, Sasuke has five neat barrier tricks and ten more up for circumstance and Sakura can create and will wooden blocks. Plus they all have stellar chakra control!

Iruka thinks they're good to fucking go. Plus he's socialized them well so they shouldn't be picking fights with other Konoha shinobi bc they think they're better than them. He scoffs, imagine, Sasuke picking a fight with Rock Lee! What a weird world that'd be!

They're weirded put by the sand sibs but like, this is before Power of Friendship Gaara so who isn't, really. Iruka's already planning playdates bc jinjurikis should prob stick together, ya know, bond with those who know your suffering

Kakashi is looking over Iruka's shoulder like "dont. Do not write that. Gaara will not come over - he's the Wind's tailed beast we can't trust him"

So the kids pass their first test. Naruto just fakes it, doesn't write nothing, completely confident. Sakura and Sasuke get everything filled out with the correct answers.

So Kakashi gets wasted the night before he goes into the seal. Iruka shows up like at 8 like "don't forget! The thing is tomorrow" And by the power of booze, joy and fondness he kisses Iruka smack on the lips.

They pull apart, Iruka dazzled and looking a little deshelved, Kakashi a dumb love struck smile, and Kakashi closes the door humming.

Iruka kind of staggers home. Lost. Confused. Warm. Light. Cheeks burning and a smiling tugging at his weary frown.

So now it's morning of the second exam, Kakashi is fighting off a mild hangover and as he's getting set up to do the thing, he catches Iruka skirt around the room, why isn't he saying hello --- oh no.

So he's stuck in the scroll - idk can they do stuff in that void, are they just sleeping, suspended animation - for what feels like forever

Iruka HAS NOT been avoiding Kakashi bc of last night's kiss. Nah, he forgot it happened until he made coffee. He's just literally on security detail and can't say hello bc anbu mask - why is Kakashi staring at him???

Kakashi seems to know that he's the monkey or sm bc he won't take his eyes off him and it's pissing Iruka off so he blows the dumb man a kiss He sartles out of his trance and looks away. Iruka rolls his eyes and Anko takes his attention.

Later she's going to seriously ask him if he and Kakashi are a thing. He is going to sputter his beer into her face. She is going to pull a knife and go "try that again lover boy and you won't have any lips" Gods she's awful

So as a weird brother figure, he confirms that they have had one (1) kiss and that he catches Kakashi refer to team 7 as "their kids" often

Anko's grin might tear her face in two. "I win! That's so much money! No one thought you'd go for lazy chunin sensei Kakashi Hatake BUT I CALLED IT!" Iruka is so shocked he can't ask her to be quiet or how ---- "Come on, I know your type, family men."

He diverts the conversation to the examination bc holy shit he can't deal with any of this information. "You met Naruto today didn't you?" "Oh yeah, that kids a riot. Almost had him shit his pants. Good kid."

Iruka buys her a drink for that. Can't have that kid too comfortable around strangers. So they get off their break and return to work. Anko's going back to the tower and Iruka is going to patrol.

Nothing worth noting on the go, pretty quiet and nice, kinda worrying bc of all the foreign ninja - they /all/ can't be this chill can they??? So Iruka clocks out and heads to his fave ramen stand

Anko slithers in after he orders his second bowl and she's like "the money from the bet." He looks at her like 'why aren't you using this to buy more dango??'

"Look I was the only other person besides Asuma who bet on Kakashi. Out of our group" Iruka grimaces, all the ninja in the village have been placing bets on his love life. "So split between me and Asuma, I still have 5000 yen left. Figured to give you half"

"What because you can make easy money off of my love life?" "Nonsense! I still haven't decided what to bet on for your love life!" She looks out of existence like a true shadow clone and Iruka uses the 2500 yen to buy more ramen

What had happened was that Asuma had seen Iruka dressed in his anbu monkey mask entertaining a sullen Kakashi years and years ago. He told Anko one night, piss drunk and now they support it

Iruka doesn't remember the encounter, there's so much bs from being a child in anbu that makes him forget the good times. Kakashi recalls clearly that summer's day when Monkey tried to cheer him up.

Kakashi has the sharingan, but it's also dead. He was able to become a teacher bc he was useless and not an asset to the village.

So depression and ptsd from loosing his friends and family took it's toll and now he thinks it best if he can help teach these children so that maybe these mistakes won't happen again

Anyway so the kids breeze through the forest of certain death like a cake walk, got through as the 4th team they were so good at it Sakura punched kabuto in the face on reflex and he dropped his scroll and since Iruka hadn't introduced them, they dont trust him lmao

They do the scroll thing and out pops Kakashi Sensei with the most stupid smile on his face like "yo. Congrats, you passed" and it's kinda the least climatic thing to happen to them all week.

So the four of them hang around the tower until it's finished - Kakashi has no where to be, he had booked a week off for this. So the kids share with him their new skills - and he supervises spars between the kids who've finished.

The sand sibs end up watching the leaf genin fight each other, and Kakashi asks them if they want to join in. "It'll be like class!" The rookie nine all groan, fuck you Kakashi sensei

So he organises a short spar competition. Five minutes each fight and no weapons, no shots to kill. He includes Gaara in on it and kankuro and temari freeze up. Gaara just nods, slightly pissy but also confused.

So he's got the sand genin and the leaf genin play fighting each other while they wait for the actual fights to clear up. It's not until Rock Lee and Naruto are giving Gaara of the Sand taijutsu pointers that the irony dawns on him.

Monkey shows up like "Hatake-sensei what the fuck is going on here" and Kakashi is no where near afraid of the anbu in the room But the fight stops dead Naruto pipes up "eeeehhhh we're just socializing properly Iruka-sensei, what's the big deal" Everyone stops. Kakashi chokes

Iruka laughs, takes off his mask and smashes it, "well, so much for that." He looks at the group if kids with a big smile, "So are you all being nice to each other?"

We have Shino and Kankuro gushing ab bugs, in the corner, the girls all huddled together like they were always meant to be best friends, Rock Lee and Naruto and Sasuke talking to Gaara like he's not some monster

Kiba and Neiji were just in the middle of a mock flight, still froze stiff. Naruto goes "yes /daaad/ now go kiss Kakashi sensei or something, we're on to something here" And he turns back to the other boys like nothing he just said was life changing.

Iruka sits back down next to kakashi, who has picked up the shards of the mask and the kids continue existing as if they didn't have any supervision

"Was it really that obvious?" Iruka asks. Kakashi isn't sure what he's asking about, be it Monkey, their dumb mutual crush or their family fondness over these brats. But the answer is the same to all of these questions. "Yeah,"

So they watch Neiji and Kiba fight, then watch Ino and Temari spar, their hands lightly laced together as Kakashi hides his face behind a book

Eventually Naruto gets loud and very agitated, Iruka goes over to check on him. "It's the stupid seal, me n Sasuke can't fix it" Turns out Gaara has his stomach exposed to display the shoddiest seal work ever.

"Do you want me to do it?" "See knucklehead, I said Iruka sensei would know what to do!" "Yeah but he's my damn friend I wanna be the one to help!" Iruka smiles and almost cries bc Naruto is so honest and gaara looks startled

Temari and kankuro join them like "you can… Help him??" As if they can't believe the words coming out of his mouth Iruka nods, "it's a simple seal, but I can patch it up and add more so that it doesn't wear away." They look to be near tears

Naruto grins and looks to his new friend like "See, told ya, we jinjuriki gotta stay together" and Gaara looks so lost, the poor boy. So Kakashi suanders over like "damnit Iruka"

So Iruka whips up a draft to show them, explains what it does, compares it to Naruto's and Gaara's, all the kids are pretty engrossed with what he's saying and Sasuke is writing notes

We're back tracking to the first time team Naru-Sasu-Saku meet Iru

So Iruka's like "ah yes hello I'm Iruka Umino, I'll be your jounin instructor - if you pass my own genin examination. If not, you're all getting sent back to the academy! But I'd like to meet you all first"

So they do the thing they do in canon, where Sakura goes "I like Sasuke" Naruto goes "I'm gonna be the Hokage" and Sasuke does his "I want revenge" bc he's been festering in hate for the last 82 years

But instead of "oh well you're all weird kids" Iruka almost looses his mind and almost sends them all back then and there

Alright, alright, he goes, you're all children, but these things aren't gonna help you become ninja. Naruto, your goal is admirable, good, that's good. Least stupid. Tells me how far you're willing to go.

Sakura, you being in love tells me you can form bonds - which is good for teamwork, but you need to take it back a bit, and bond with your other team mates as well.

And then he turns to Sasuke. Revenge will not help you. You will not gain anything from that. Bad things are always happening and there's never any reason for it. He tells off Sasuke for his bs bc Iruka doesn't have a filter and will fight these kids

And the kids are like Sasuke: offended Sakura: offended Natuto: laughing his ass off

"I'd like to send you all back to the academy for this but! I said I was gonna give you all a chance to be full fledged genin. So! Here's my test!" And makes this weird quiz thing that is sorta like the bell test where the goal is for them to display teamwork 5:59 PM · Dec 3, 2017

Ramble#12 - Delinquency

This month's episode is on delinquent manga, a pretty dope but unfortunately pretty dead genre. That may just be my underexposure speaking but it seems to me that the delinquent pipeline seems to get dryer and dryer every year.

I was hoping to find a bunch of new rad delinquent manga this month but honestly it was a pretty weak month for reads but nonetheless let's get into it

top 5 delinquent manga read this month:

#5) Wolf Guy: Ookami no Monshou by Tabata Yoshiaki (complete with 117 chapters, I only got 56)

Just gotta say right off the bat, even though I haven't finished either wolf guy or akumetsu by the same author I very much prefer akumetsu [spoken on before in ramble#4, Mystery, Madness & Mayhem]

Regardless the premise here in wolf guy, is basically that there's this guy that turns into something wolf like (yes a werewolf) and how his nature seems to attract bad news

My main problem with the series is how much they ask you to suspend your belief as the students are in middle school and are closer to terrorism than delinquency, it gets very very wild, a little too wild for me, fairly solid art but I would warn folks to approach with major caution if they decide to pick this up

#4) OUT by tatsuya iguchi (ongoing with 206 English chapters)

Basically the story here is a dude just got out of juvie and has to avoid trouble so he moves out of town to the sticks, and if that had played out well for him there'd be no story here. So ofc one of the first things that happens is him getting into a fight with the VP of the top gang in the area.

Luckily delinquents tend to respect guts and nobody else was around so that played out well enough for him except now he's wrapped up in the arguments of the local gangs who are on the brink of war.

My main problem with OUT is that the camaraderie usually present in delinquent manga is almost non-existent here, no vibes, just violence. I will say it's got pretty decent art, and a number of pretty neat spreads.

#3) Bakuon Rettou by Tsutomu Takahashi (complete with 105 chapters, I read 46)

Basically this one dude just didn't like boredom or the normal life or something so he got involved in a biker gang as if extracurricular activities didn't exist or something.

We follow this guy through his outward and internal changes as he gets deeper and deeper into the gang.

I was really excited to get to this because of the author but I was pretty disappointed in the end, maybe because I only got halfway but at least they had the same old beautiful art I had expected.

#2) Tokyo Revengers by Ken Wakui (complete with 279 chapters + an anime)

Fairly popular so you may have heard of it, the story goes that the main character goes back in time to save his crush by joining the gang that kills her in the future, with the goal of becoming their leader so he can prevent his crush's death.

not gonna lie I really dug it in the beginning, the premise was a two punch combo of things I loved, I mean time travel + delinquency? In any case idk my love for it just petered out, then the ending was a bit wack, crazy style on almost every character tho.

#1) Durarara!! story by Ryougo Narita and art by Akiyo Satorigi

Best thing I read this month, a bit surprised since I'd already watched the anime way back when but it was still super great.

The story is that a young lad named mikado ryuugamine moves to the big city of ikebukuro for high school in an attempt to shake off his normal day to day life. He meets up with his childhood best friend masaomi kida who shows him around town and gives him all the details of strange tales, urban myths and living legends.

The story is broken up into durarara, durarara saika arc, durarara yellow scarves arc & durarara re; dollars each about 20 - 30 chapters long

Summary: You fell pregnant at 18 to your high school crush. what happens when 6 years later he returns. Will everything work out or will it be a disaster.

The following day Chris was still sleeping. He was naked with his arms wrapped around you.

“Mummy,” Luca came in. You freaked out waking Chris up.

"Fuck" he said, quickly covering his body with a sheet.

“Yes, my baby,” you grab Luca getting out of bed and picking Luca up to shower him with kisses. It was a good thing you had common sense to change before sleeping. “Let’s go make daddy some pancakes,” you say, leaving the room to let Chris change.

“Can we have chocolate chip pancakes?” Luca sounded excited.

“We sure can,” you smile, showering Luca with kisses again. He laughed because he was so ticklish.

Sarah came out of her room “good morning, Aunty Sarah” Luca ran to her and gave her a big hug. Sarah and Luca cuddled while watching cartoons like every morning. They were honestly like best friends. You don’t know what you would do without Sarah. When Luca was born, Sarah quickly became your support system. Sarah became Luca's second mum, and you are grateful for her.

Chris came out of the bedroom in his sweat pants and kissed you good morning. He smiled while looking down at you, grinning back. He turned around.

“Good morning, guys” he walked over to Luca and Sarah, leaning down to kiss Luca's head.

“Morning, dad” Luca was super focused on the TV.

Chris walked back over to you and wrapped his arms around your stomach. “I don’t think I’ll ever get used to the word dad,” he whispered in your ear.

You laughed because he's so cute. “hey, dad…..can we go to the park today?" Luca gets off the couch and runs to Chris.

“We can do whatever you like” he scooped him up, blowing raspberries on his stomach, making Luca laugh. It made you so happy to see Luca laughing with his dad. It made you clucky. You started to wonder what it would be like to have another baby. However, you quickly pushed that thought out of your head because it was still so fresh with Chris. As the idea escaped your mind, Chris wrapped around you.

“What about Mummy....does she want to go to the park?" Chris placed a kiss behind your ear.

“No, you two go….Sarah and I will go walk around” this was ideal because Chris could take care of Luca, and you could have some fun.

“Okay….but remember you're meeting my new manager and the rest of the team tonight” you could feel him smiling, all excited.

“I know” you turned around and looked right into his eyes, giving him a peck to reassure him.

…..

After breakfast, you needed to prepare for the day. “I’m just going to take a shower,” you said after cleaning the dishes.

“Okay, let me know when you're done,” Sarah replied.

“I’m coming…hold up,” Chris jogged over to you from the couch. You lifted one eyebrow at him.

“What, I’m saving water” he walked straight past you in the bedroom.

"Mmmmm, okay, sure,” you smirked.

While showering, Chris wrapped his arms around your stomach and quietly asked, "Have you ever thought of having another baby with me?" He placed kisses across your jawline as you grabbed his hands.

“Maybe” you close your eyes and tilt your head to the side as Chris kisses down your neck and out to your shoulder.

“Wanna try now,” he said. You turn around so quickly.

“I wanna have a baby with you…but not right now” you kissed him, and his hands moved to your ass, squeezing your cheeks.

“Soon tho?” He whispered.

“Soon,” you smiled.

“Okay….good,” he smacked your ass. The sound made you laugh. "Now pass me the shampoo,” he smiled while turning around to wash his hair. His ass was so flawless it was hard to concentrate.

Chris turned around because it was taking you so long, you know where looking directly at his penis “Earth to Y/N……this is not a shop… I’m not a piece of meat…stop looking at me like that and pass me the shampoo” he got fed up and leant in trying to grab the shampoo from behind you.

You reached your arms behind his neck and kissed him. He pulled back. “Y/N, we don’t have time right now, remember” he breathed heavy, trying to stop himself from taking you in the shower.

“I don’t know what you're talking about, Chris.....I was grabbing the soap” behind him was the body wash. This was all part of your teasing plan. You pump some into your hand. "See," you say.

Showing him.

He blushed, making you grin. You washed your body, then exited the shower. Chris followed behind. He quickly dried off and put on some clothes. “I’m gonna get Luca ready…come say by before you go” he kissed your cheek and then opened the door. “Sarah, your good to have a shower,” you could hear him grunt as he picked Luca up to take him to get dressed.

You were doing your hair and makeup when the boys walked in. "We will head out….but have fun, yeah,” Chris smiled with Lucas' backpack on.

“Okay….got everything” you turn back to the mirror, putting on your lipstick.

“Don’t worry mummy….I packed my bag” Luca was super responsible, so the fact he didn’t trust Chris to pack his bag didn’t surprise you, but it made you laugh.

“Don’t know why we need sunscreen....but okay,” Chris rolled his eyes.

Luca nodded, you replied, "One for the face...the other for the body.".

“Mum gets it,” he said, walking off.

“Mum gets it,” Chris mocked him. You burst out laughing.

You and Sarah had so much fun exploring Seoul. You stopped to eat, then checked on Chris and Luca. As we walked, they were both asleep in your bed, cuddling. You had to take a picture of them.

It was around 5 or 6 o’clock. You are ready for dinner. When you arrive, everyone is escorted into the private function room.

“Y/N…..Sarah…..nice to meet you” this 6foot tall man walked right up to us and hugged Sarah and I. Chris brought Luca in moments later because Luca had to go to the bathroom.

“You must be Mr. Lucca," the man said, kneeling down and high-fiving Luca.

“Hey Ji-hoon,” Chris hugged him.

The night was a blast. You all ate and drank. Luca had so much fun with the boys. However, he was tired. He began to get an attitude towards you as tired babies do.

“Baby, did you want to go home?" you asked, removing his hair from his eyes as they closed.

“We should leave," Chris said as he looked at the others.

Luca started throwing a tantrum; Chris pulled him off you as he screamed in your ear.

“Aye….what’s your problem?…..why are you screaming like that?” He said, but it made Luca scream even more.

Changbin came over and took Luca off Chris “don’t worry little man….no one is going home, okay” Luca rested his head on Changbin's shoulder. He looked at Chris, struggling not to close his eyes.

"Wow.... Changbin is doing a good job with him." Sarah smiled in his direction. Changbin blushed and kept swaying.

“Did Changbin just blush?" Chris whispered into your ear. You nodded.

“Okay, so another round of drinks,” Ji-hoon suggested.

Changbin sat next to Sarah, and Luca fell asleep. "Oh yeah, haha…uncle Binnie still got it,” he smiled at Sarah.

She laughed at him, “you idiot” he smiled at her. How did you not notice this before?

“I think Sarah likes bins," you whispered in Chris's ear, who stared in disbelief.

“I think Changbin has a crush on Sarah” Chris was still surprised at how well Changbin was with Luca.

“We should get going,” you say to Chris, who agrees.

“Yeah…should get Luca home in his bed,” Chris said getting off the floor and helping you up. Sarah stood too.

“Sarah….you can stay if you want” you smiled, and she stopped.

“Oh, okay…..thanks” Sarah looked at Changbin, who stood up and gave Chris Luca.

“Don’t let us ruin the fun” Chris looked down at Luca.

“You can stay too, Chris, if you want…..don’t feel like you have to leave because I am” you rubbed his back to reassure him.

“You guys are my fun” he looked at you, kissing you in front of the boys.

"Oooo," they all went. Chris blushed again.

“Okay, let’s go,” he said. You grabbed the bags, and Chris put Luca in the car.

…..

Once you put Luca down, you walk back into your bedroom and chan is getting ready for bed.

“Oh, so you're wearing pants tonight,” you laughed considering what happened this morning.

He walked over to you, wrapping his arms around you. “I’ll have to appear at work tomorrow" you replied. He had one hand on your lower back and the other on the side of your face.

“That’s okay,” you smile, leaning up for a kiss. Chris leans into you to seal the deal. While he places his hand under you, you wrap your legs around his hips in order to lift you. He walks you to the bed.

“I have been waiting all day for this” he lays you down and hovers over you. You get a clear look at his muscles flexing as he holds himself up.

You giggle excitement, remembering all the fun you had last night. Just as Chris is about to lean in, you hear people walking into the apartment.

"Shhhhhh...they may hear you,” said Sarah’s voice. I push Chris off me, slowly leaning up to hear.

“Okay, okay, sorry,” the man’s voice whispered. You look over at Chris. He mouthed, "Changbin."

You both opened the door and poked your heads out. “Omg, so cute,” you whispered

Chris covers your mouth while you listen to them speak. “Thank you for bringing me home,” Sarah said, flirting. Omg, Sarah is teasing.

"It's alright, no problem." Changbin put his hand behind his neck.

“Come on, Changbin, kiss her,” Chan whispered. You don’t think he meant to say it out loud. You looked up at him, and he shook his head like I had just said that.

“I should get started," he chuckled.

Sarah, without hesitation, grabbed Changbin's hoodie and pulled him in for a kiss. Changbin's body relaxed, and you and Chris couldn’t help but high five and jump what you thought was quite jumping. This was forgetting you were in an apartment.

You two were so excited for them that you forgot you were spying. “Guys, are you spying on our lives?" Sarah squinted. You and Chris panicked and pushed each other to return to the room. You could hear Sarah and Changbin walking down to your room. You jumped on the bed pretending to play with your phone. Chan leaned over the desk pretending to read a book he found in the draw. The lights suddenly came on.

“Seriously….we know you guys saw us" Changbin looked at us suspiciously

“We have no idea what you are talking about,” Chris said, holding up his book. “I’m reading."

“You are reading the Bible," Changbin said, pointing.

Chris seriously thought he got away with this when he replied, "Yes, I am.....just a few chapters before bed.".

“Oh yeah…..you got night vision, dumbass...you reading in the dark” Changbin was angry. You couldn’t help but laugh at Chan getting scolded by his younger teammate.

"Oh, I don't think you get away with this young lady,” Sarah chimed in. Chris covered his mouth to stop laughing.

“You two in the living room now." Sarah looked at us and turned around.

“Why do I feel like we are in trouble?" Chan whispered as we moved and sat on the couch.

“Now we know what you just saw is confusing. Please do not tell anyone." Sarah grabbed Changbin's arm, you looked at Chris, and he placed his hand on your thigh.

In an attempt to reassure Sarah that you were with her, you said, "We promise your secret is safe with us.".

“Well, I should get going…..the boys will be worried” Changbin got up off the couch.

“Oh, okay…..thanks for being Sarah home,” you replied, everyone standing and walking changbin to the door.

…..

You, Chan, and Sarah hung out for a while after.

“You know Changbin could have stayed” you smiled at Sarah.

“It’s okay…….we are taking things slow,” Sarah blushed, looking down.

“We get it” Chan wrapped his arm around you.

“I might head to bed,” Sarah said, hopping up.

“Goodnight,” you and Chris said in sync.

…….

You and Chris were lying on the bed. Chris drew circles on your side. When you open your eyes, you smile, "Oh, I'm sorry, did I wake you?". "I'll stop" he said before removing his hand from under your shirt.

“No…..I like it” he smiles, squeezes your hips, and softly kisses you. You mold your lips with his moving them in sync.

“I love you so much,” he says, taking a breath.

“I love you more” you pull his neck in and kiss him again.

“Oh! Mr. Diluc!” Diluc comes to your flower boutique every morning to pick up new flowers to replace to freshen up his winery which was just next door to your boutique. You always wonder why such a wealthy man would wanna buy flowers from your plain, humble shop. He had all the money in the world to buy much more beautiful flowers from much more famous and luxurious flower boutiques, so why buy here? Well, you weren’t one to question him, and you didn’t mind him.

“Good morning,” he simply stated as he went back to looking at the flowers.

“Those windwheel asters....did they come in yesterday?”

“Yeah! My family is constantly harvesting flowers, and I’m trying my best to help them!”

Your family run a farm all the way back in Liyue where they not just sell flowers, but fruits and vegetables too.

“Are you perhaps preparing for the Windblume Festival to take place? You sure have a loaded amount of it, as well as cecilias.”

“Well, I told them that and asked if they can import more of those flowers to, you know..”

“Economics.”

You giggled at his statement.

Your shop was at hot topic during the Windblume Festival. Not only were your flowers good quality, but they were cheap too, something you prided over your shop.

“Anyways, I would like to buy these windwheel asters.”

“Alright!”

After paying for his flowers, you greeted him.

“Hope you have a nice Windblume Festival, Diluc!”

It wasn’t visible, but his face was printed with a small smile on his delicate features.

Oh, you know this. He always does it every Windblume Festival where he would get people and teach people on how to write a good poem. Looks like you made pre-payment for a class you haven’t attend yet.

Kaeya was that flirtatious knight, as well as Diluc’s brother. He would always be at Diluc’s winery to drink together with Venti and Rosaria. He’s not really there to buy flowers, more so of your osmanthus wine you sold, but he’s not really a regular customer, nor was he a rare visitor. Usually in the evening. But as charming as he is, why did he want to learn poetry when he’s a natural at being a poetic and constructive flirter?

“Well, Venti, what do you say?”

“Deal!”

You groaned internally. Great, now there’s homework.

“So, Silk Flower, what are you going to be writing about?” Kaeya asked as he gave you a playful smirk.

As much as this guy was pulling at your nerves, you couldn’t help but swoon internally of how fine he looks. That damn knight.

“Love,” you said as your facial features remain stoic.

“Ahahaha! Oh you!”

There was a comfortable silence between the both of you.

“Why not tomorrow at seven in the evening I invite you over to the Dawn Winery? Hm?~ Don’t worry, the drinks are on me.”

“I don’t really drink, but, if you want, I can bring a bottle of my family’s osmanthus wine?” you offered.

He simply let out a soft chuckle before he used his hand and gently grab your chin and tilted you up to face him.

“I just want you, though.~”

You blushed a crimson red before you pushed him away. “Oh shush! You want my wine or not?!”

“Of course , of course!” he laughed

“Surprise!”

Dawn Winery was filled with all the familiar faces. From Diluc to Sucrose and even Albedo was there, smiling.

“What’s going on?”

“It’s a thank you party of course!”

“Thank you party?”

“Yes,” now Diluc got your attention, “Before Windblume, I saw you working day in and out to import and export flowers, and of course your family wine. We just wanted to thank you and that we appreciate your hard work, y/n. You’re flowers and presence really freshen and lighten our day.”

“Mhm! Now come sit down and be merry with us, y/n!” Venti exclaimed with that drunk smile of his.

“You-you guys...you really didn’t have to do this.”

“Of course we had to, y/n,” Jean smiled warmly.

Barbara nodded. “Yeah! You deserve it!”

Albedo simply nodded.

“But-”

Diluc cut you off as he pat your head to which you instantly shut up and looked at him with a slightly red face.

“Yes. Yes you do, y/n. Now, let us enjoy this moment together. All of us.”

Now he really smiled.

Damn her childhood friend and his whole family deciding to come exactly today over, ruining your perfect evening with your best friend.

,, Yeah, but we can drink and play, doesn’t matter if we ain’t together, I’m sure he’ll like to play with us ‘’ you could almost feel her smile on the other line, and with only that you couldn’t even think about being mad at her, knowing very well how much she loves that guy. Probably in a way that no friends love each other.

,, Yeah, yeah. But girl, if you dich me tonight and let me troll people on my own, I’ll never forgive you’’ you smiled, knowing very well that she won’t do that. The two of you spend too much time playing stupid games together, drinking till you are comfortable enough to argue with strangers online, and troll the shit out of them.

Since it was weekend, and you were spending time on your own, you decided to start drinking a bit earlier. Turning on a movie, you started sipping on your wine, exchanging some texts with your best friend every now and then.

Your first glass was done way too fast, and you were already sitting in front of your computer with your forth glass beside the keyboard, and a cigarette in your right hand, texting a code to Nejire as you puffed on your cigarette.

The moment you saw one familiar and one not so familiar usernames getting into the private lobby , you smiled widely once Nejire started laughing loudly.

,, HAHAHA BITCH WHAT KIND OF NAME IS THAT’’ she screamed, as her lover boy giggled quietly beside her, probably too shy to say anything.

,, What is wrong with Kentuckycriedfricken?’’ you asked, as you slowly tapped with your fingers over the table. Well, you weren’t so creative tonight, but you could only blame alcohol on that.

,, Why the fuck are you called TURKEY_SANDWICH’’ you added another question, not giving her a chance to answer to your first one.

,,BECAUSE I’M CARVING ONE’’Nejire screamed, and in that moment you knew very well that she drank as much as you did, if not even more. You giggled to yourself, as you watched the room getting full, some people talking, some texting in the chat and some simply waiting.

You rolled your eyes in annoyance, once you saw all the people commenting START In the small chat box. There was something about it that was pissing you off, making you kick or ban anyone who writes it. This time, you were too busy laughing with your friend, and instead doing any of it, you simply started the game.

CREWMATE

You sighed in relief, taking a sip of your wine, as Nejire ran around you with her friend, singing loudly. Ignoring the two of them, you made your way to the Admin room, to swipe the card, not so surprised once you saw a crew of other players doing the same thing.

,,KENTUCKYCRIEDFRICKEN WHERE ARE YOU’’ you heard Nejire once she entered the room. Once she noticed the cyan color hiding in the crowd she hurried with her Pink character toward you.

,,Wanna watch me scan?’’ she asked, making you giggle as she just gave you the secret code, making sure you know that she’s the Impostor.

,,Nah, Imma pass’’ you said, getting out of the room. You were pretty sure she’ll win the game, since she had you and her friend on her damn side, but you did wish you could know who the other Impostor is. Ignoring her, you made your way toward the Weapons, to clear the damn Asteroids and just look for someone to play around with. These people were way too quiet for your taste.

,,Heyyyy what’s up man?’’ you almost screamed excitedly when you saw a dark blue character, hopefully a crewmate, standing there and clearing Asteroids, or you thought so. You forced your voice a pitch higher, giggling to yourself, knowing how stupid you sound.

,,Oh my god, how old are you?’’ the stranger asked. The moment you spoke, all the giggles were gone. That guys voice was so damn deep, you literally had to lit a cigarette before you decided to speak up again.

,,Old enough’’ you laughed, refusing to tell him your real age just now.

,,Older than 18?’’ he asked, as you were shooting those Asteroids, not that focused.

,, Of course’’ you gasped, rolling your eyes, like he might see you.

,, Thanks God.. Do you play Amongus often ?’’ he asked, not even knowing that his fucking voice was doing things to you.

,, Amongus is my favoire game’’ you said, finishing your task. The way he talked to you, you were almost sure that he was trying to troll you a bit there, probably thinking you are one of those uwu pick me girls.

,,Mhmm.. you’re up pretty late.. what’s your bed time?’’ he asked, and with that question you were more than sure that he was messing around.

,, Daddy beats me if I don’t go to bed at 9’’ you tried to hold your laugh, and you could almost hear the stranger doing the same thing you do.

Which at your surprise happened.

You were about to ask him some stupid question, but in that very moment someone found a fucking body.

,,Pink killed white and just jumped into the vent in front of me’’ some dude accused Nejire, and that’s when you knew that you have to jump in.

,, I saw Pink scan tho, so that makes you pretty sus dude’’ you lied without thinking twice. Yeah, you knew that it’s more fun if you play by the rules, and don’t team up.. but Nejire is rarely the Impostor and she’s always so damn excited when she wins.

,, Yeah, that’s Pretty sus… ‘’ your new friend said, probably believing you, since you two spent some short time together.

At the end of the short meeting, White was voted out.

You made your way to Reactor to do your task, and Nejire and her friend followed you, probably to look a bit clear to others. You hated the task you had to do, so you took your time, ignoring the loud laughs coming from your friend.

Shortly, the voice of Nejire was changed with the deep one.

,, So, what do you do usually?’’ he asked, as you tried to start the reactor. You had trouble with that task without being tipsy, so alcohol wasn’t really helping in your current situation.

,, I’m streets salesman of burgers’’ you joked, making him laugh a bit. Only to end up telling him that you are actually a student, having a mini job at the café near where you live. You weren’t even sure if his voice was making you speak up or the alcohol, but you almost found yourself telling him the story of your life.

,, Where are you going?’’ he asked you, as you made your way toward Electrical, stopping once the lights got off. You didn’t want to look sus to him, but you didn’t want to go there, since everyone knows that the first person that enters the room will end up dead.

,,Well, I wanted to go to electrical, to do my task, but not so sure about it anymore’’ you said honestly, running around him.

,, Come on, I’ll keep you safe’’ he laughed, and you followed him. The moment you were about to do your task, the game finished, showing how the Impostors won.

You heart almost skipped a beat when you saw In the chat box how your dark blue feiend was the second Impostor. You found it extremely cute that he had way too many chances to kill you and he never did. Instead of killing you, he was simply chatting with you.

1- BigEast, how are you guys?

From the bottom of my heart, thank you guys for always believing in TVXQ and me, and for always waiting for us. I always wanna make an opportunity to see you guys face to face, please wait a lil bit. 4- The first impression of each other

CM: When I met Yunho for the very first at the company, Yunho was an amazing sunbae trainee. There were a lot of trainees, but Yunho was considered as the greatest. He was a brother I was really very excited to meet

Changmin: Not only MC-ing, we also have fixed rules during tour, which is "the main character of today's stage is the audience."

Changmin: If there was no audience, the stage itself wouldn't exist. When we create a stage, we need to see the audience first, therefore, even though we are on the stage, we also keep thinking that audience is the main character. Talking about MC-ing, I often improvize on the spot. I truly apologize to Yunho for this, because he is troubled with my casual and free way of talking (laughs).

Yunho: Regarding being troubled, this is our responsibility. I am responsible for the jokes, Changmin is responsible for roasting. Even tho we both take turns in joking and roasting, but Changmin's sense of roasting is really impressive. Therefore, compared to the moment when we both talk about pleasant things, we tend to be naive, it's more interesting to see Changmin talk freely like this, since Changmin's sense is really good.

Changmin: Maintain peace with everyone.

Yunho: Changmin's main persona is sharp tongue (laughs). But Changmin always talks seriously during MC's ending summary or when cutting off songs. The last session of MC-ing during concert shows Changmin's style the most. Changmin's ability in showing the contrast through improvization on the spot is also amazing.

YH: And also, CM really knows what food is good. Because he likes food, he always says things like "yesterday I ate this, it was so delicious".

CM: I often say unnecessary things (laughs). I was actually curious about this. Instance when you look at me don’t you sometimes think, "don't say unnecessary things?"

YH: Honestly… yes (laughs)

CM: I knew it! Obviously there are times where you would feel that (laugh)

YH: No, I was kidding (laughs). It is because you say such things that MC is more interesting. We both understand each other so just do what you like (laughs). But. I also sometimes say things wrong and CM will help me. So the contrast is really good.

What's the message you send to each other lately?

CM: When YH comes to eat at my house, after he always sends"thanks for today! Afterwards we should work hard together too!" this kind of message is common these days.

YH: Those days were really joyous, right. Your house decoration is rlly beautiful And also as I’ve eaten the food CM made before, I thought that his cooking is better now. The plating was also so pretty that I took a picture. Afterwards I sent him A message saying it was really delicious.

CM: Although your heart is warm.. Let's just order delivery next time (laughing loudly)

YH: (laughing loudly ). Interior decoration is done really well~ European style.

CM: You're too much (laughs). Yunho's house gives a big family's house kind of impression. It is also very impressive.

YH: At best it has a very traditional atmosphere. But there's nothing in my house.

What is a hobby both of you have?

CM: Does watching movies or dramas count as a hobby? We often recommend movies and dramas to each other saying like, “Have you watched that?" or “That movie/drama is really good."

YH: Right, lately CM has recommended for us to do golf. So I’m thinking of golfing together next time when we have some time. (A.N: at the time of the interview the two had not been golfing tgt, at the time of release they had been multiple times)

CM: I'm a sucker for golf (laughs)

YH: I'm still learning and haven’t practiced as much as CM so I’m not as good.

CM: because we both have the same interest, I’ve been inviting him out to play golf with me.

YH: I'll definitely try golfing in 2022.

It's been an abundant 15 yrs since Japan debut, is there any aspect which grows or stays the same from ur partner?

CM: YH's passion for being a singer. When YH was a kid his eyes were bright with the pursuit of dreams. Up to this day, YH still keeps that child-like eye expression, there's no change at all. I Think this is one of YH’s best traits. What has changed is his scope of art. Before, YH was only interested in singing and dancing, nothing else Now, I could say that he is invested in all forms of art. I'm really impressed with his encompassing view.

YH: (shyly) Thank you, you too, CM..

CM: Comprehensive artist!

YH: (Loud laughter) now what are you saying (laughs). I may have a lot of interest now but CM has always been the same. Like I just said if there is something he is interested, his focus is really no joke. He is a person who is fully immersed from the beginning.

YH: I think this point is really impressive. He is still the same now. His attitude towards work makes me feel proud of him. Something we both have is that we respect every single job. CM has grown in his manly manner, mature comments, and also his ability to protect people around him. These are not gained through working hard,this is through learning how to observe the surroundings naturally. Honestly, we both are really hard-working people (laughs). We are very considerate to each other. For example: even when I may actually be okay, I know my partner may not feel the same, so I always make sure to first ask my partner if we should rest. CM's ability to observe the surroundings like this is getting better. He is sensible and he was already such a warm person before. But now CM is even warmer and softer, and feels like a hyung.

CM: I'm so embarrassed hearing you talk like this. I definitely respect YH too

YH: And also what I want to say is that because we have been together for many years since our debut, I think we are almost “identical”. For instance, our enthusiasm! We obviously have different styles, but during important moments, we make the same decisions, even till this day we have not had any true fights or moments where we disagree. I think this is really amazing.

CM: because from the beginning we both have the same goals, our values are also the same.

You both have a lot of things in common, is there any TMI of your partner that there's no one knows but you?

CM: How do I say this.. YH, do you have some

YH: A lot, can I say it?

CM: No need to worry.

YH: Lately CM has showed me golfing videos. I definitely don't remember the details, but his background was rlly beautiful. Have you guys seen the video? (laughs). I have no idea about his actual ability, but his stance was rily good.

CM: I'm so close to giving up on golfing anytime now (laughs).

YH: His foot stance and other things looked really good. Our manager loves golfing, so we often watch golf videos. Because of this, I'm ocasionally asked by people around me if I like playing golf. In my opinion, CM doesn't look like a golf rookie at all, including his vibe.

CM: Thank you (laughs). YH's TMI is not embarrassing thing, it's cute! Yunho unexpectedly loves snacks such as chocolate. I thought YH wouldn't like eating snacks that much, but he would unconsciously eating snacks. YH himself sometimes doesn't even realize that he's eating.

Lastly, what is BigEast to you?

YH: "A friend". I would say a member or a family, but BigEast has already passed this level. As time goes by, things keep changing, but BigEast is always with us like a close friend, I have this kind of feeling. "Friend" is the most suitable word.

CM: To me, it's "benefactor". BigEast is my safe place. It's real. If there's no a safe place for CM the singer, there wouldn't be singer CM himself. We both feel like this towards BigEast.

"You better get up soon or you're gonna be late!" Called Scarlett from downstairs. Scarlett and you had met on the set of one of your first movies and quickly began to hang out more and more until you decided to be roommates. You had finished shooting Avengers: Infinity War about 2 months ago and were exactly 2 weeks into filming Avengers: Endgame which you were pretty excited about because you would get to film with some actors that you never had before.

"Coming!" You shouted back. Sadly, you weren't quite adjusted to the earlier mornings yet which definitely wasn't helpful considering you would be doing tiring work all day. You dragged yourself out of bed and headed downstairs for breakfast.

"Hey sleepyhead," Scarlett smirked at me as she cooked her omelette.

"Any news that could redeem my mood this morning?"

"Well… you are filming the 'female empowerment' scene today. You've got to be pretty excited to be acting with some new people, right?"

"Oh yeah! I completely forgot about that. I've got to admit Scar, that has perked me up a bit so thank you."

"Wow, you don't need to sound so surprised." She laughed.

You made yourself a coffee, had some cereal then went to have a shower. You put on a comfortable outfit considering as soon as you get on set you'll get your costume and makeup done.

Once you arrived you were swarmed with people filling you in on the scenes and telling you where you needed to go but they were all talking over each other so you understood nothing. Thank god I have my assistant, you thought to yourself.

*2 hours later*

You had your hair and makeup finished when you heard a knock on your trailer door.

"Come in!" You called while wondering who could possibly be seeing you when your assistant was on their break and you were already prepared to film.

"Hey, Y/n? I'm Brie. I just wanted to introduce myself before we started shooting."

You were just looking at her with pure adoration as the most beautiful woman you had ever seen stepped in.

"Y/n?"

"O-oh, yeah, sorry, hi." You cleared your throat because you noticed you were staring. "So I assume you're doing the all-female scene with me?"

You moved along your sofa so that she could sit down next to you.

"Yeah, actually and I'm super excited for it. I think it's brilliant to team up all the female superheroes."

"I could not agree more! But it sucks that Natasha isn't in it."

"Wait, she isn't?"

"No, I was chatting with Scarjo this morning, because we share an apartment, and she said her character wouldn't be in it."

"Oh are you and Scarlett, like, a thing? Because it would be totally fine if you were and I just didn't know your were interested in women and-"

"Hey, hey slow down," you laughed, "no me and Scar aren't a thing but I am interested in women."

"Me too! I don't really like to use labels because I find them too constricting though."

The conversation died down but not in an uncomfortable way, more in a content way. You stared into each other’s eyes until Brie said:

"Anyway. I should really get going. I haven't even got my makeup done yet." She spoke hurriedly and quickly left the trailer. You weren't sure how to feel about her sudden departure but deep down it hurt you a little. Why would she leave so quickly if we were having a nice time? Did she find it uncomfortable? I really hope the conversation ended positively in her books too, you thought.

You shot a couple of scenes before the all-women scene and took a break just before it to talk to Scarlett.

"Hey Scar, have you seen Brie? She came into my trailer to chat a bit and it seemed like we were having a really nice time but then she just left all of a sudden."

"Uh, no I don't think I have since our second scene but it sounded like you had a good time, eh?" She smirked and nudged you. You knew she noticed how concerned you were about Brie.

"Fine, maybe I thought she was really pretty and sweet but I don't know how she feels."

"Well from the glances she sent you during our first and second scenes I’d say she likes you back.”

“I never said I liked her, ok? I just said I thought she was amazing and charming and attractive and stuff.”

“That’s literally the same thing.”

You rolled your eyes.

“I need Y/n and Brie over here please? You guys are going to be opening the Female Avengers Unite scene so we’re just going to give you a little run-through,” shouted Joe Russo from across the set.

*Once shooting was done for the day*

Yet again you heard a knock on your door as you were just finishing packing your stuff up to leave.

“It’s me, again,” announced Brie as she stepped in. This time though, she wouldn’t make eye contact with you and seemed to be rather nervous.

“You okay?”

“Yeah, it's just, um… so Scarlett told me how you felt after I left and I felt pretty bad so I just thought I should come back and apologise and tell you that it wasn’t your fault, it had nothing to do with you. I promise.”

“Oh no, you don’t need to apologise! I’m so sorry if I made you uncomfortable in any way. I absolutely didn’t mean to.”

You saw the heat rise in her cheeks.

“To be perfectly honest, I didn’t just come here to apologise. I came here to tell you the truth. Okay… I just need to get this off my chest. I think I have feelings for you.” She looked at you hopefully, only to have a blank stare in return. You weren’t sure what to say. The two of you had been living together for quite a while now. And you had been public about your relationship for a long time, had it been up to either of you, nobody still wouldn’t know. But it’s definitely better on both of your nerves not having to tiptoe around each other when you recorded, or he streamed.

You really enjoy books, so that’s what you naturally made the topic of your YouTube channel, book reviews. You had always recorded yourself reading and made it into a time-lapse after, it was when easier now that you didn’t have to worry if Corpse said anything and you looked up to answer him. You weren’t really into gaming so it surprised you a lot when Corpse had sat you down yesterday and asked if you wanted join them in the game today. The other had been bugging him to get you on call for longer than just saying a quick hi and then leaving him again. You weren’t much of a people person, honestly neither of you were. But Corpse was still better at interacting with others. Both of your setups was already in the studio, due to you liking edit your videos when he streamed, so you could still be together. Despite you mostly reading whenever he streamed, because then there wasn’t a chance he accidentally got caught on your camera.

Your routines worked for each other, but this was new territory for you. Both being live and gaming. You were nervous. To put it out there you were straight up shaking of nerves. Sure you wouldn’t be live yourself, and it was just among us, you had seem him play it a million times, but it still scared you what if you said something stupid, or did something stupid. Then you wouldn’t be able to cut it out, everyone would know in an instant.

Corpse greet his stream, as you load up your game, you’re fiddling with the hem of his sweater, makes him feel like he’s closer than the short distance that’s between you, because right now he seemed like an ocean away.

He shows you how to join the call and you accidentally squeak in chock as someone yells into their microphone. You can feel Corpse moving beside you, as he tries his best not to laugh at you.

“Shut up.” You mumble, and lightly shoves his shoulder.

“Me?” A guy with an irish accent asks.

“No! Not you, I’m so sorry that wasn’t to you- Corpse stop laughing at me!” You cut your own sentence off. As he now is completely failing at keeping himself from laughing, inviting everyone and their mom to listen to his beautiful laugh. You sulk for a bit, before he composes himself.

“But you’re just so damn cute.” He pets the top of your head, and walks back to his own setup, where chat is going rocket speed. He tries to read a couple in passing, but he turns his attention back to you when you whine.

“I’m not a child!” you pout at him and sticks out your tongue. A smile right on your lips as he copies you. You just love this man with all of your heart.

“Never said you were.” He teases back, before he starts to greet the people in the call. You realise most of your nerves have disappeared, no longer shaking, you’re getting a bit excited to do this. You listen closely when corpse says the name of each of the people in the call. You only knew the names before joining, but not what voice that belonged to whom.

When you’re finally in the game, Corpse suggests you put on the white skin and a flower. Your reply?

You lean close to the microphone and goes. “No.” And picks the yellow skin with the plant hat, declaring you’re now a citrus fruit.

“Corpse, how in the world did you catch someone like her?” you think her name was Rae asked.

“I didn’t she caught me.” He admits, happily. “Still having trouble believing she chose me.”

Earning an awe from the rest of the call. Two lovebirds.

“Simp!” someone yells in the call, you’re not really sure who, in the sea of mixed noises. Earning a laugh from you.

Crewmate flash across your screen, and you didn’t totally mean to peak, but you saw the red flash from his pc. As the game starts up and your character isn’t moving you realise you don’t know what you’re doing. Corpse realises too when his character starts to circle yours and nothing happens.

“Babe you good there?” He looks over at you, as you’re pressing each key on your keyboard testing out what happens. He chuckles at the sight. “let me help you.” He gets up, and leans over you, as he shows you how to move. His own character standing still, as he helps you around the map and shows you how to do the tasks. You happily let him guide your hands, enjoying the warmth he radiates as he stands near you.

That’s when a warning flash over the screen. Emergency meeting. You think it said. A screen with a portrait of all of your characters comes up.

“Corpse you good there, you haven’t moved all game?” Felix asks.

“Oh, sorry, I was helping Y/N with how to play.” Corpse answers over your mic.

“Hey guys, how do I make my name red like Corpses?” you innocently ask, with a gleam in your eyes as you look up at Corpse knowing damn well why his name is red. He’s the bad guy.

Corpse furrows his eyebrows at you. Glaring at you, as the rest of the call is laughing, it doesn’t take long before his astronaut is floating across the screen ejected into outer space. He leans close to you, making sure to mute your microphone first.

“You sure you want to play like this kitten?” He whispers to you, you respond by smacking his shoulder, and once again telling him to shut up.

Corpse helps you through the rest of the game. He makes sure you’re good before walking back to his own chair and greets his chat, finally paying attention back to them. Another game starts and the two of you are imposters together. Corpse quickly goes over the rules of impostors, and it doesn’t take long before you have made your first kill, not noticing Sean was in Nav together with Rae. But before he’s able to report it,Corpse comes to your rescue by venting into the room and killing Sean. The relief is short lived as Felix comes running into Nav and see the two of you standing over Seans body, quickly reporting.

“Y/N you’re doing good, but you need to press the report button when it comes visible.” Felix starts out. “Also, it’s Corpse, there was a body in Nav, Sean. Wait Rae and Mark is dead too.” You smile to yourself as you realise he didn’t discover Raes body in there too, you feel a bit of pride.

Corpse looks over to you grinning at him. “We walked in together I was showing her where the report button is and how to use it.” Corpse defends himself. “She never found a body in the last game.”

“That’s true.” You choose to ignore he fact you’re lying to these strangers, and tell yourself that you’re technically speaking the truth. You never found a body in the last game.

“I’m sus of you Corpse, but we have no other evidence.” Felix says,

“And we shouldn’t vote on 7.” Toast comments. Everyone votes skip, and the two of you live to see another round.

The next kill is by Corpse, and you immediately report it, stating you found it in… what was that room now called?

“We found it in… that room?” You try and look over at Corpse for help.

“Electrical, headed there for wires.” Corpse quickly takes over to cover for you. Knowing full well the rest very much knows it’s the two of you.

“I think it’s a self-report, Y/N you’re trying out some big brain strats, but I saw you vent from med bay.” Toast tells the rest. You curse underneath your breath; you are starting to catch on the rest are trying to be nice. But you get it, you’re ruining the game for them, especially Corpse. A few seconds passes as everyone votes and your astronaut is sent into the vacuum of space. You sigh. You watch as Corpse, gets one kill before it gets reported.

“What was everyone’s last task?” Grease asks the group. He gets an array of answers, but all to him seems nowhere near the body.

“I’m still sus of you Corpse.” Felix says, “You either failed card swipe twice, or forgot you already faked it.”

“How could it have been me? I was with you the entire time.” Corpse responds.

“That’s not true, when lights went out I couldn’t find you, and we just split up before I found the body now.” Felix tells the other incriminating Corpse. It doesn’t take long before he gets voted off. He looks a bit annoyed at the outcome. Knowing it was a risky kill. But instead in your mind you take it as he’s annoyed you were his partner. You reach out for his hand, and he takes it, you stroke it a few times and he seems to calm down again.

“It’s been fun you guys, but I’m not really good at this, I think I’m going to get back to do some reading. It was fun though.” You announce to the rest, Corpse watching in confusion over the sudden need to leave. The others bid their goodbyes. You get off the discord call. And closes up the game and shuts off your pc.

“Hey chat, I’ll be right back, I’m taking a quick break before we continue.” Corpse mutes his setup and walks over to you. While doing that you’ve frustratedly put your head in your hands, and is onboard the blame train for ruining the game for the others. Corpse wraps his arms around you and brings you right back to reality and where you belong, in his embrace.

“Babe, are you okay? Do you need me to stop the stream?” He carefully asks.

“I’m sorry I ruined your game. I really tried my best, I promise.” You sigh, looking at him, and leaning into his hug and the warmth.

“You didn’t ruin anything, Y/N. You made it better, I had a fun time with you, even if we weren’t the best pair.” Corpse starts peppering you in kisses alround your face until you start giggling.

“There is my beautiful Y/N.” He smiles at you, he knows he’s so whipped, and he wouldn’t give it up for anything in the world when he sees that smile of yours.

“Thank you.” You mumble as you put your neck into his neck, cuddling up against him. “Can I stay for the rest of your stream?” He doesn’t need to answer, he just sits back down in his own chair, and you automatically and easily, swing a leg over him. You cuddle into his chest and listens as he starts talking to his chat again.

“Y/N says thanks for everything, but this is really out of her comfort zone, and I’m proud of her for having done it.” He praises you to the rest of the world. He looks down at you smiling. He mute his mic as he whisper to you. “You’re still my favourite impostor, kitten.” You giggle, and he turns his attention back to the game. Getting ready to be a crewmate.
