Begin with gratitude. Lost your joy? Be thankful you are alive.  What you feel you are missing is within you when you align yourself with the miracle of life and find something to be thankful for.  What you are thankful for is the proof that you are loved and cared for by the Mystery. #MOON conjunct #URANUS and #NEPTUNE! Tonight these planets will be in the exact location they were when I was born, my #astrologer tells me.  This is a very powerful aspect, I am told - for both good and bad I'm sure! Tonight I will follow the advice I was given and #meditate on the beach, the sand, with only me, the ocean, the moon, the stars, and the planets in the night sky, to listen to what my #spiritguides shall whisper to me about the potential I was born with and where to go from here. We were ALL born with incredible potential to fulfill our #soul mission on this earth plane in this lifetime, and #astrology is the map that gives us the details necessary to understand our soul's history, its potential, its desires, its inclinations, its gifts.  I fully believe that the planets influence us,  just as the moon affects the waters, the tides, the growing season. It's intense.  But I take solace in this belief as well, first mentioned by #EdgarCayce in a #psychic #reading, in which he said our #freewill is more powerful than any planet, any energy, any numerology, any force at all, for our will is a gift from the Creator, and is therefore part and parcel of the Creator, for we are One!  Can you imagine? We have all the potential in the world to make a new choice today and now - what endless grace we are given!  Tonight I will mediate on my #pastlives and #choices I have made, and recognize what choices I would like to make to have the #future that I desire.  Praise God, praise Mother Earth, praise the Universe, for the infinite possibilities in my life to always love, to always grow, to always accept, to always feel gratitude for the life that has been given me and my fellow souls.  We can ALL choose TODAY to hear our inner guidance, the still small voice, and choose to take the first step towards the path of wholeness.  It begins with one small choice.  What choice will you take today? How will you live? This #thanksgiving you may find yourself experiencing different waves of emotions, such as loss, frustration, sadness, fear or confusion. The #holidays are the most difficult times of the year for many, because #relationships, especially within the #family and collective, are the most difficult spiritual and karmic lessons we face. Whatever life has given you this season, remember that you are the pure form of #consciousness within - because of this happiness is always possible and always available to you, especially when we engage with it through patience and acceptance of the #Now. An exercise to use is to recognize that #happiness, as a spiritual experience, can be found in the subtle space between the inhale and the exhale. Acknowledge all your feelings with each breath in and out, and after a few deep breaths become aware of the pause in between. This is an #awareness of your existence that is beyond mind, beyond emotions, beyond pain, and beyond loss. What our mind focuses on is what we entangle our identity with, and the attachment to those “realities” eventually creates suffering. All the #feels today. #Saturn in #Capricorn. My own #saturnreturn. #Mercuryretrograde. I woke up on the wronggggg side of bed today- you ever have one of those days? Plus, my car is having some kind of issue again, just after repairing it yesterday, and the money in my account looks like it’s getting lower and lower. But tis the season to be jolly. Even though this new transit is bringing up accountability and responsibility, when I decided to focus my mind on actually taking responsibility for what is and accepting what’s happening in the moment, I then looked for solutions 🙌 Choose a solution!even if it’s not ideal. Because all you have to do is begin. I am amazed at how much easier things become and how much better I feel after setting my mind straight ✨You can do this too. Notice something that has been worrying or frustrating you, and make the decision to deal with it today...courageously AND with acceptance 💙 Remember, if you’re having trouble, that another word for acceptance is surrender. Another word for surrender is appreciation, and another word for appreciation is faith. Faith is how we get through life. 🛸Breathe easy fellow earth travelers.
