AND YOU’LL NEVER BELIEVE but i got new pillow cases like a week ago THAT DO JUST THAT! AND THERE’S A NEW CAT ON THE STREET WHO HANGS OUT WITH ME SOMETIMES (i’ve been planning to see if he has a microchip, but i know for a fact that the neighbors who feed all the stray cats on our street already have a cage + are well-versed in TNR, so i’ve been thinking about asking them first because the thought that someone could be out there looking for their pal is enough for me to “do it scared”) !! SO THANK U NOT ONLY FOR THE SWEET SENTIMENTS BUT ALSO FOR THE UNEXPECTED HILARITY OVER THE FACT THAT THEY’VE COME TRUE???

btw the masters project is going very well actually! i'm at around 1.5k words and pandoc is outputing in the proper expected format. still plan on writing a bit more about the theory side of things because i haven't read shit and wanna make clear that i intend to find something to read. bataille will be unavoidable i fear.
#my academic writing is very dry and economical wish i could be just a bit more prolix tbh#but it's presentable and that's enough for now#my goal is to have a finished first draft by sunday and i'm well on track in that regard#next week is all about emailing my intended advisor and acting on new information i might have from him#as well as prepping other things for the submission like my portfolio and documents#if all fails i'm still gonna apply the day before the window closes no matter what bc that's the goal#and that's september 5
