I had a psychiatrist appointment today... I tried to talk about how I felt so out of control yesterday and today I've just been completely numb ever since I woke up, but I feel like she didn't really take it as seriously as I would have wanted her to. Now I feel like I'm completely spiraling again, because I can't shake this feeling that I'm just faking everything and everyone else knows it but me and nothing is real...
