I'm seriously considering posting my UNTRUST AU on AO3 but I'm really shy and also it's technically incomplete

It has a lot of dark stuff in it and I kind of projected all my negative emotions on it and also it's definitely whump. 100%. Also it has corrupted Steven

I'm an inexperienced fic poster and I honestly want to know what people want

Woahhhh that's a really interesting idea... I've seen (sort of) the opposite where Bill Cipher had a modified rejuvinator and used it on Steven- (the rejuvinator gives the holder the powers of who it's used on)

Then Steven got said rejuvinator and used it on Bill trying to get his powers back, and because Bill is made of pure power and energy he poofs, AND he takes over Steven's body

It's been a while since I've read it and I can't remember what it was called but I thought I might put it here because your idea made me think of it 🥰

Picture this: Spinel’s rejuvenator weapon against Bill Cipher.

Has this already been thought of yet? I do hope somebody picks this up for something.

Hi, wow, that's a blast from the past! I did write Adventures in the Human Zoo back in 2018 (when I was 17, wow) - I'm so glad you enjoyed it!

After I saw your message, I went back into my files and found the draft document. I put together some of the scraps I'd written for chapter 10 here if you'd like to read them!

As for how it ended, I had a very rough outline for how it was going to go but it's not very descriptive. I think I struggled to keep the story on track after I had Mabel break her leg, that felt like kind of a jarringly dark plot choice I had no idea how to follow up on after I posted it haha.

I think I had some idea to have Dipper cause a disturbance in the Human Zoo the same way Steven did, escape, and find Mabel. Meanwhile Stan and Ford end up teaming up with the Crystal Gems after a misunderstanding and they go to Lars' ship and rescue everyone from the Human Zoo.

I hope, even though I wasn't able to finish this fic, this answered some questions for you! It makes me really happy that someone liked it enough to reach out to me <3

omg @spooksier was one of my first ever mutuals!! pretty sure we met like ships in the night during the su/gf crossover era and then immediately jumped ship to very different fandoms lol. but their art is SO good and i’m pretty sure they’re the leading expert on those magnus archive guys
