i am not feeling well this week, psychologically speaking, so i decided to distract my mind with drawing things from my headcanons. So here am i with my Trinket Family oficial Emblem. :)

wanted to thank my dearest sweetheart @arthdoesart for dealing with my pseudo artistic ass every time a have another crazy idea

[mild explanation about the creation process]

The color blue is to represent the working class [the blue collar folks], since the Trinket family isn’t part of the richest families of the Capitol, but still worked their way up to the high society. The color blue also represents, in the military field, vigilance and perseverance, and since i believe the Trinkets were a highly military family, with a war background, it makes sense to use the color that was historically used for the naval.

The pomegranate is representing Persephone, the queen of the underworld. Not only to honor Proserpina’s name, but also to portray the death and how it had a major influence in their history

the blue symbols in the bottom, in each side of the T, represents Ares, the god of war. Like i mentioned before, i believe the Trinkets had an strong military upbringing, and it makes sense.

Summary:

Chapter 1: Katniss goodbye letter

April 5, 2037

Peeta,

If you're reading this, I've already left. Gale came with me. If even after this you still manage to forgive me and still have any feelings for me, please don't try to look for me, don't come after me, and don't try to find me. I made it in a way that you won't be able to find me or track me.

I don't need your help. You know very well that I can do much better without you. I don't need another person I love dying. Stay in District 12, where you are safe. If I am going on a mission of no return, know that this is my last request. I wouldn't forgive myself if something happened to you. But I wouldn't forgive you either, so if you see me, know that I won't forgive you. So understand, if you come, it's all over between us... If there's anything left.

Haymitch isn't involved in this. There's no point in turning against him. He's getting sicker and sicker. He'll die soon if you let him kill himself with his booze. Just keep an eye on him. Stay where you will be useful, where you can plant and make the soil green, where you can turn flour and water into bread, and where you can make this place better for everyone. You are much more useful there. You have this thing inside you that builds instead of destroying that I never had. I would destroy you too if I stayed.
