Hi there! I was wondering whether any members had any additional wanted connections? I'm thinking of applying to fill one of your remaining open slots, and while I do love to develop things organically over time, I thought it would be cool, in a group like this, to start out with a few pre-established connections, and while those on the WC page now are good, none are quite grabbing me and igniting my muse the way I'd like for first character(s), so I thought I'd ask about any others...? charlize fortier ( zoe kravitz, @honeyedblossom ) - ex boyfriend, this would’ve been the first person she ever dated and also the person that made her realize she is interested in woman. so, i’d love for them to still have remained friends, maybe even very close friends and just laugh about that now. 

reuben goldstein ( danny devito, @honeyedblossom ) - a son that is very in tune with what’s in so to speak and is trying to convinced ruby that he needs to expand his menu / change things up before his deli goes under. ruby, however is very much a man of tradition and believes his deli is perfect the way it is. so, while they’re close, they’d be in constant disagreement over the state of his establishment. 

dante moraes ( tommy martinez, @honeyedblossom ) - co-owner/financial person behind the BUZZ HOUSE ( a  hybrid tattoo / coffee shop ), probably the person that handles more of the business aspect of things, whether they always agree on everything / their relationship in itself can be open to discussion. 

And these are just some of the many wanted connections that have been listed in the server, and I can assure you there’s more that’ll pop up as all our members are quite enthusiastic when it comes to plotting and creating pre-established connections, as well as organically developing plots. So, I can assure you will get a bit of both here at serotoninhq.

Miray had actually gotten up early today, trying to get back into her routine. She’d spent the morning outside on their small balcony, sipping on a coffee she had made and watching the sun finish rising. It had helped her relax some, but had also given her time to herself to think over things. Maybe she wasn’t completely over what had happened, but she knew she probably never would, so she was going to spend today trying to not think about it, trying to just have a fun day with Stefan and Jin. A thought of making the two breakfast had crossed her mind, until of course she remembered that she couldn’t cook to save her life and would probably end up burning everything. So she opted for the next best thing.

“Guys,” they drawled out as she flopped onto the end of the bed, hoping that if they weren’t awake yet, it would wake them up. “C’mon, get up. I wanna treat you both to breakfast. Let’s go out,” she whined, feigning a pout as she looked at them.

the noise and crowds of the carnival are admittedly……not malakai’s favorite. they can handle rush hour at the diner, and the brisket stand is close enough to that to make it bearable and strangely enough, they’re almost missing it. they glance down at the bags in their hands, full of little goodies from various booths, then at the person next to them. “i have fifteen minutes left until uncle ruby wants me back. should i just……go early? or is there somewhere else i should check out?”

“oh ruby.” he said, shaking his head with a small grin of his face. “i don’t think he’ll be mad if you show up a few minutes late.” he said, looking at them. “have you checked out the silent auction table?” he asked. “i think there are a lot of really nice things at the table. maybe you can win yourslef one of the dates.” he said, clearly teasingly.

Zane was looking forward to going home, after the full moon and just collapsing in his bed. But, then, he heard the rustling of leaves and against his better judgement decided to investigate further. Little had he expected to find what was a fellow wolf, still coming to life after what he’d assumed was a long night. He remembered what it was like at the beginning, at least. 

“I can help you,” Zane spoke in a reassuring tone, still cautious enough to not invade the other’s personal space. He didn’t want to terrify the male and given how young he was, Zane wasn’t sure how long he’d experienced transformations. “I’ve been where you are before.” And honestly, Zane wished he had someone to guide him through it.

That said, the admin team has discussed it, and while one slot has opened we don’t want to add a ton more of slots as we don’t want to overwhelm the admin team or other members. But we’ll instead do things on a case by case basis, and if it’s a friend/mutual to a current member, we’ll definitely be open to letting them join!

Miray let out a soft groan as the light in their room clicked on, pulling the pillow over her face for a moment. “Five more minutes,” she grumbled, even though she was usually the first to wake up between the three of them. She’d always enjoyed mornings, where everything was just quiet and she could relax. Right now though, all she wanted to do was lay in bed. After a moment, and a little bit of guilt forming, she removed the pillow from her face to look at Jin. “I know I said we could go out today, but anyway I could get a rain check? The bed is just too comfortable, can’t bring myself to get up,” she said dramatically, though that definitely wasn’t the main reason.
