I can't stop thinking about them.....

Aziraphale and Crowley. Like seriously, I've been into relationships like this for .... a really long time. And usually it's maleXmale .... I thought after obsessing over any and all stories like it that it was purely hormonal. But I've been trying to fight the urge to it for quite a few years recently .... but this is more than just a similar "gendered" romance (especially since these are technically non-gendered beings). It's not about a hormonal connection. Not at all.

It's about a bond. A connection. A true relationship. Whether it is hetero or homosexsual, that doesn't matter anymore.

Admit it. Everyone saw the truth to their relationship before they kissed in season 2 episode 6. What is one of the most used scenes describing their romance that I fell on with season one?

This one! Whats the common phrase used?

"Sexsual tension?"

Arguable because they might not have the bits (shrug), but the point is made.

There is something there.

With Azi's long stares at Crowley like he's studying every inch of this demon, he cherishes so much. And Crowley's continuous yo-yo act of returning to Aziraphale, despite the frustration and constant rejection from his Angel encounters.

Then season two comes out, and the torture of the obvious reveal of their relationship starts to develop, bit by bit.

And finally the very abrupt manipulation of a couple of human girls, come in and innocently, unaware of the damage it evokes, try to get the two ethereal/occult beings to stay out of their loves lives by triggering Crowley's very damaged heart to open for a brief moment and reveal .... well, the truth. He loves his best friend. More than anything. More than his fear of rejection.

He really struggles. But, somewhat confesses his feelings.

I'm not blaming Nina and Maggie, nor am I supporting what they said. But what is done is done.

And ..... as well all know....

.... it failed and broke the toughest of hearts.

Now we have to wait and all we can do is talk, write, draw, and create to fill the cracks with super glue until Neil can write again and Amazon can approve of a third season. Then prey that it doesn't last as long as it took season 2 to come out for the season one fans.

I wasn't part of that group. Thank God.

But I am part of this new fandom and will continue to share my broken heart with everyone who follows, watches, reblogs, and comments over my posts and art.

There is nothing like the summer. The past two weeks were filled with friends, hiking, swimming in waterfalls, drinking champagne while having picnics, good food at lovely little restaurants, and new books in between. So much love. <3

Garth Greenhand falls in love with Warrior

Garth was renowned for his green thumb. His shoulders relaxed with contentment while tending crops and gardens. Then a warrior appeared, and Garth yearned for a life of adventure and excitement, his former contentment with tending crops now faded away.

The fierce fighter’s strength impressed Garth. From a distance, he observed their battles against monsters and defense of their people, in awe of their courage and expertise; particularly with swords.

Garth realized he couldn’t just approach the warrior. He was a farmer, not a fighter, and he doubted they would be interested in someone like him, frolicking around in fields. But it didn’t stop him from admiring them from afar.

As the seasons passed, Garth spent more and more time in the fields near the warrior’s village. He would watch them practice their swordplay or lead their troops into battle, always staying hidden in the shadows.

One day, the warrior caught sight of Garth Greenhand as they passed by his fields. He froze, unsure of what to do, but they smiled and approached him, easing his fears. “You are the farmer, Garth Greenhand, are you not?”

Garth nodded, feeling his heart pounding in his chest. He couldn’t believe that they had noticed him.

“I have seen you watching me from afar.” Their eyes were sparkling with amusement. “And I must admit, I have been curious about you.”

Garth couldn’t believe his ears. The warrior was genuinely interested in him?

Over the next few days, Garth and the warrior spent time together in his fields. They would practice their fighting techniques while he tended to his plants, and together they would talk about everything from their respective professions to their hopes and dreams.

As they spent more time together, Garth realized he had fallen in love with this warrior; a deep, all-consuming love. He admired their strength, their courage, and their unwavering commitment to their people.

A week later, the warrior had to return to their village, but they promised to visit Garth whenever they could. He watched them leave, feeling a mixture of sadness and joy in his heart. Though they were from different worlds, he knew he had found a kindred spirit in the warrior, and he hoped that their love could one day overcome all obstacles.

My AroAce BillFord Hot Take

I think more people need to consider the fact that Ford Pines being aroace and the abusive billford relationship/situationship can still exist simultaneously and not even in the "aroace is a spectrum" or "make it queerplatonic instead of romantic/sexual" way.

First off, action and identity are not the same thing. Aroace people enter sexual and romantic relationships for a variety of reasons that have nothing to do with attraction.

Second, this all took place in the 70s and 80s. There is a very good chance Ford wouldn't have even known what asexuality or aromanticism was, let alone that he might BE aroace.

Take it from an aroace person who's been there, When you are raised to believe that feeling romantic and sexual attraction are the norm, you can convince yourself that all sorts of strong feelings are romantic and sexual attraction when they aren't.

Ford was literally worshiping Bill as a god. He could fully have mistaken his obsession with and interest in Bill's weirdness as sexual or romantic attraction.

Not to mention, he could have had the very aroace experience of receiving romantic attention from someone he was close to platonically and assuming that going along with it is just "what you're supposed to do."

Basically, amatanormativity is a bitch and I'm very happy for Ford figuring himself out later in life and leaving his abusive ex. Good for him!

You spoil us with all the good Dogday and even Catnap content~ What are some cute/fluffy things Y/N does with Poppy and Kissy after they leave factory together? Besides Catnap, do any of them have their own rooms/pair up together? I’m sure Dogday naps often with Y/N, would Poppy do the same?

poppy and kissy share a room (cause they are sisters 😌). they decorate it with cute curtains, drawings, and flowers picked from outside. the two share a king sized bed with cute homemade quilts on it.

y/n and dogday share a room (cause they're basically married).

catnap, if he's alive, sleeps in the barn (cause noone trusts him in the house).

i like to think y/n and poppy are better friends outside the factory than in. there's no hidden agendas after the prototype is destroyed, and they're just allowed to trust each other fully. poppy feels more comfortable asking y/n for help.

poppy and kissy love to help in the kitchen, though kissy is almost too big and poppy is almost too small.

both girls love playing outside the most, simply for the fact that neither had seen real grass nor sunshine up until their escape. though she can't go out in it, poppy loves rain.

everybody gets to nap with y/n. sometimes they all nap together in a big cuddle pile (not catnap, though).

kissy likes to watch birds. there weren't any real birds in the factory, so getting to see all the different kinds that populate the woods (and other kinds of wildlife) is special to her. she likes it when y/n goes on nature walks with her.

kissy will run to y/n if she gets scared or doesn't understand something. poppy helps translate between them. y/n does their best to comfort her.

it's a very common hc, but i like the idea that poppy will request that y/n make her different outfits, or find different clothes for her. wearing the same dress for several decades gets tiring. y/n can sew for the sake of this hc.

im not exaggerating when i say the toys can and will kill for y/n.

AU where SJ ends up becoming Xiu Ya after SY transmigrates into his body… but he’s also got amnesia and can’t remember anything but being a sword (aside from some vague impressions/fragments). SY just assumes the System used the amnesia so that Xiu Ya wouldn’t reject him for not being the original. SJ, now Xiu Ya, thinks that they both got amnesia due to the same qi deviation (he can’t see the System — yet).

There's one thing, though, that makes romantic payneland better.

It's NOT that the love or bond would be stronger, or that it's "more than friendship", etc. This post I did about the line between platonic/romantic is where I stand in this regard.

The thing is: Edwin wants something new now. And it's unbalanced, when one part is craving for something and the other is not.

That doesn't mean the relationship is at risk. I'm not talking about the feeling, I'm talking about what you want to do about it. The feeling is there and it's safe. But not being able to express it as you wish, having to repress the desire to touch and speak new words and act differently, well, that hurts anyway.

In another world, maybe Edwin could eventually stop craving those things, but I don't really see it happening. Not in a looong time, at least.

So if Charles reciprocates, that is them finding the balance again. It's not about loving more, it's about loving the same way, you know? If Edwin wasn't in that place, they could remain platonic forever and nothing would change. But Edwin is there. So I really need Charles to follow.
