I sadly didn’t had much time but I am currently on chapter 10 and I must say...

I LOVE IT.

The writing is good, the characters act like in the show (well..with those special circumstances) and I like the way that the story goes!

Although I do not ship Strickmar but I still love this because Strickler and Gunmar actually act like they should! (I must say the fluff is still cute)

Anyways... I’ve actually read the 'spin-offs'? I don’t know how to call them but the small storys that play before/during 31 Days, they are also good written!

(And I love how Blinkys brother just wanted to make him mad by drawing or writing things into his books-... Or the Emu chapter, god that was funny. Aaaand Stricklers card that he send to Barbara I can't, It's so dorky and cute and so much in character! And Gunmar 'protecting' his mate is actually also cute-)

Gunmar’s brow furrowed as he wiped his mouth on the back of his arm.

“I have?”

In all fairness, Gunmar the Black had yet to find a painkiller on level with the electric scent of a wet and winking crux. Much like its owner, the aroma was insistent and demanded his full attention, and when it coiled into his sinuses like a scalding steam, thing’s like hunger and pain took a distant, second priority.

Stricklander swung a willowy leg, dismounting Gunmar as if her were a horse.

The spymaster crouched between his Warlord’s thighs, and Gunmar sat up; following the changelings gaze.

“Oh.” The Gumm-Gumm king gave a derisive snort. “That.”

“Yes, THAT!”

The specific ‘that’ that Stricklander was pointing at in utter horror were two wet, pulsing masses of pale blue flesh.

“It happens in older trolls.” Gunmar grumbled, “They will retract, once we finish.”

“’they?’” Stricklander did a double take. “Wait, those are your---”

"Yes?" The word growled from between his teeth, bemusement warring with impatience.

"They're---They're the size of melons! Rockmelons, at the least!"

This week's storyboards is back to Trollhunters again! Nahee Lee took part in the House of Cool trainee program over the summer and has led to an older version of the script from a sequence we did not have previously! The episode in question is A House Divided and while most of the dialogue made it to the final, there were some interesting changes...

So I keep thinking about Strickler x Gunmar and all I can think about is Gunmar not knowing how to talk to the twins or Journey’s kids

And it wears Gunmar down. Strickler tells him to give them time “Think of it as a battle. If you charge in without thinking then you will never win”

“Yours. The first area that we conquer is yours, to do with as you will. Not just Trollmarket, but all of Arcadia.” Gunmar nipped at his ear and then up to the base of his horns.

“Mine..” Strickler’s heart picked up and he squeezed Gunmar’s wrists, looking up at him in wonder. 

“It’s only right. We would never have come as far as we have without you.” Gunmar barred his fangs
