Hi, yes I use procreate! (Sorry I’m literally answering this a month late…) But here’s a link to my earlier post about this!

It’s literally my entire main brush set. Every single artwork I’ve posted on this tumblr has been dependent on this set, including my comics, and illustrations regardless of how different in style they look. I do have other brushes which are specific to creating more realistic backgrounds, but I typically just use the traditional brush and warp it for texture. 😂

If you guys want my entire asset of stamp, and texture brushes that I’ve stocked up like a hoarder, let me know! I also recently got a watercolor brush pack I really like, and I can share that too!

But other than that, the one brush I use most is my sketching brush, which I’ve just labeled “Sketch Rough”. I’m not that good at line art (people who can do line art are incredible), so this brush has been a life saver for me! I work with more of a painterly style, and I prefer not inking my sketches or tracing over them again. (Unless I want them cleaner… 😭) I tend to just draw my sketches then painting over or under it.

(It’s also slightly texturized! It’s still pretty clean to the point where you can still recognize what shapes you’ve drawn, but the texture adds a nice touch.)

I wanted to give Gil- galad the look of a tragic hero. He is the last of a long ruling line and he is a pillar for the Elven in the second age.

And I wanted to make him look as nice as possible. Like a good boy.

I also made him look very youthful for a better effect I imagine that he is painted like that:

" a youthful hero who defeated sauron."

I know sauron wasn't really defeated and gil-galad didn't do it alone.

For colors I'm conflicted I would love a golden-autumn theme for him but he is not described like that. More for maedhros then

Soo I'm trying to go for a white-gold look with maybe burnt orange here and there.

As for Hair color. I really love brunett Gil-galad. It fits my image of him the most.

And his weapon Aeglos

I don't think I did this spear justice but I try to go for a brilliant white silver blade to white gold at the end.

idk why I thought of this cute drawing crossover idea for pride month but fuck it ! and it’s understandable if you can’t do it but pls take care of ya self !

and be equally nuzzling it’s snout against Ramona Flower while she was scuba diving allowing her to gently feel the bull shark pup’s. damaged scarred dorsal fin and sneakily use a underwater camera to take picture of its cute unknown existence.

Details: the ref images I sent were to help show what Kim Pine and Ramona Flowers wear while underwater and the in game design of the Bull Shark Pup.

Kim Pine be casually holding her breath underwater cause she can and secretly skilled at it. While wearing a green teal style long sleeved zip swimsuit and red diving mask on her face with a snorkel mouthpiece attached to it. and wearing pair of black red diving flippers.

Ramona Flowers would also secretly dye her hair in the Bull Shark Pup’s unique red blue colour pattern after finding out about its existence and it surviving in a public swimming pool due to Kim Pine discovering it first normally.

While Ramona be wearing a black blue short sleeved zip wetsuit diving flippers and diving mask on her face with a scuba tank on her back

while Ramona breaths from the scuba regulator oxygen mouthpiece in her mouth while holding gently onto a underwater waterproof camera.

Yeah, bit too much detail/elaboration for me to really do- especially given I haven't played or seen much gameplay for Maneater just yet- BUT! I did do some sketches based on/around what you've given me here!

JO!!!! she’s one of my favourites, esp bc of how much I relate to her gender nonconformity (girls who get mistaken for guys constantly club) and her complex relationship with femininity (which is something I wished they explored more!!!!! could’ve let her have some more interactions with the maggot girls, which was definitely needed in a season where most of the girls got done dirty). speaking of what could’ve been, I wish she was the finalist alongside cameron in roti; I’ve come around to lightning as a finalist but come onnnnnnn her vs cameron makes so much more sense, esp given how their interactions span back way longer than cam n lightning - it still keeps the general brains/brawn theme of the finale, but instead it’s a seemingly unbeatable Jo versus her underling turned enemy who she has constantly underestimated since the very beginning. ALSOOOOO HER IN ALL STARS… she shoulda got so much further like I GET that a few characters have to get thrown under the bus in a 13 episode season but why the snarky lesbian,, whyyyyy we could’ve had 2x the amount of episodes of mean butch vs mean femme power struggle on the villains team. Oh yeah she’s a lesbian 2 me bc projection also she has the most insane chemistry with almost every woman she interacts with it’s not my fault

I have quickly found my artstyle is far too fluffy and round for rugged characters like these guys. except… i do not care. I use slight amenities to make them more narrow and sharp. Pony still looks round and kicklikefootballable though
