GOLIATH THE BAT DRAGON

Introduced in: ROBIN: SON OF BATMAN (2015) #1

DAMIAN'S BABY AND BEASTY BESTIE!! On a mission during the Year of Blood, Damian kills the family of bat dragons guarding his objective. Goliath, despite being the youngest and last of his kind, forgives Damian. Goliath goes on to become one of Damian's most loyal companions, even featuring beside him in Batman Beyond (2016) #10, #11, #43-#47!

TITUS THE DOG

Introduced in: BATMAN AND ROBIN (2011) #2

A Great Dane gifted to Damian from Bruce as an effort in fatherhood. Funny enough, Damian finds him a nuisance at first and briefly refers to him as "Dog". Titus is a good boy that follows Damian's every step, even joining Bruce on his mission to resurrect Damian!

BAT-COW THE COW

Introduced in: BATMAN INCORPORATED (2012) #1

Bat-Cow, branded with a star signifying which cattle were contaminated, was saved from a slaughterhouse to run some tests (which they do find of a mind control variety). Damian declares himself a vegetarian, and calls her Bat-Cow! She also sorta has a running gag of literally standing in the face of danger to save the day.

ALFRED THE CAT

Introduced in: BATMAN INCORPORATED (2012) #6

Considered a "hopeless case" by the animal shelter, Alfred gifts him to Damian. The cat is a bold lil guy, which Damian takes an immediate liking to, and names him Alfred (likely because tuxedo cat = butler lol). After hours of chicken, playtime, and scratches, Damian and Alfred become friends! He makes his first appearance alongside Damian’s first appearance as Batman in BATMAN (1940) #666

*JERRY THE TURKEY

Introduced in: BATMAN LI'L GOTHAM (2012) #2 (Digital) #1 (Printed)

The Penguin unleashes an army of turkeys at the Gotham Thanksgiving parade which Damian turns into his own li'l turkey march by playing the trumpet. He ends up bringing one of them back for Thanksgiving dinner (as a friend), and Jerry becomes a fairly regular appearance in the world of Li'l Gotham!

*WIGGLES THE DRAGON

Introduced in: NIGHTWING (2016) #42

A sort of filler issue where Damian has been kidnapped for his blood by the "Crimson Kabuki" in Tokyo, and Dick goes through a series of boss battles to save him. The dragon's blood has been the group's main source of power, so it ends up teaming with the duo, and returns home with them.

Wiggles was originally named by a fan, "Shanootnoot" on Twitter!

*Goliath, Titus, Bat-Cow, and Alfred the cat have been Damian's main canon cast of furry companions, but SUPER-PETS SPECIAL: BITEDENTITY CRISIS (2024) may have just added Jerry and Wiggles!!

I FORGOT TO ADD THAT ALFRED THE CAT MADE HIS VERY FIRST DEBUT IN BATMAN 666 #Batman Inc was his first intro to canon timeline but he makes regular appearances alongside Batman!Damian #made this in honor of that special because I'M STILL SO?? AGGH??#every one of them has a sweet story connecting them to Damian!! they love him!! they've fought at his side and for him!!#Damian's done the same!! he loves them!! they all love each other!!#i expected this comic to be heeheehaha NOT THIS I'M IN SHAMBLES #Damian has been away from them for so long so this does make sense but also. I didn't get him (and I need to save my keys for Silver's birthday, sob) so I looked up his groovy, and I'm not over how incredibly dramatic and epic and cool it looks in direct contrast to the absolutely ridiculous context. just look at that dynamic action and his majestic sparkling tears and keep in mind that this is pretty much right after a bunch of characters have been dance battling for his soul.

and then even the actual moment of the groovy is just like

this is NOT a negative in the slightest, I love it all, this truly was an incredible update in so many ways

I wanted to come up w a design and character arc and everything jkvkvk #so I ended up basing her on my personality/looks but taking her into a direction that would fit the game #she's like. me but 'characterized' and a bit exaggerated for the sake of being a character yk #the way she turned out is that she's basically a friendly happy go lucky mage who laughs at her own misery but hides #a deep layer of self loathing underneath all that bc of her curse #having been cursed all her life she believes she's a monster and the sunny personality is a way for her to 'make up for it'#but at the same time she feels like a farse. like she's only luring ppl in to an inevitable demise #and she thinks she's selfish bc despite knowing the danger she poses she still goes out there and puts herself among ppl #bc she craves human connection. even tho she feels guilty for 'indulging' in it #anyway I love the cursed mc concept in this game <3 it's been really interesting to think abt how that would affect someone #also I kept her physical features looking pretty much like mine #bc I wanted to draw myself in a cute way. teehee #but the clothing I was basically thinking like. early game simple clothing that she didn't rlly pick for herself #and maybe later I can have an updated design w something she would actually pick for herself

Hi! Haven't been able to do much progress on this because we fucked up our wrist a little, but there's embroidery and a presentable amount of Four's assets have color now!

Reasons Lokius could be canon:

Sylki was probably mainly canon to teach Loki self love. Now he can finally love without hurting others.

It didn’t hurt as much for Loki to stay behind at the TVA this time (bc he has Mobius)

They mentioned Loki is bi in season 1 (and it’s Disney so it might have been for a reason)

Pie Symbolism (It symbolizes comfort, eternity, love) and their little pie date (plus mobius eating Mc-apple pie while staring longingly at Loki)(but tbf, mobius did also pick up sylvie in a pizza pie car in s1)

The close ups during intimate moments

Brad and B-15 called Loki Mobius’ pet (also he acts like his pet. Waiting for his permission to use magic, being compared to cats, literally a collar??, following after him)

They are so smiley around each other :]

They care for each other and check up on each other

Mobius risking his life for Loki

Mobius supports Loki’s mischief

The fact that they both got betrayed by their possible female love interests last season and now are just depending on each other

The contrast between the lokius and sylki shots that now exist in s2

Their little parallels to timeslayer (examples: when Victor and Loki fell, Ravonna ran to Victor and Mobius to Loki literally in the same shot. Timely gave her a cone shaped flower and Mobius gave Loki the paper cone filled with Cracker Jack. Probably more.)

Love is a dagger according to Loki, and Mobius gave him two daggers in s1 (though 1. he wasn’t the only one that had dagger moments with him obviously (though he was the only one to give him two) and 2. they got taken away from Loki immediately (symbolism))

Mobius knows Loki’s whole life like the back of his hand (this annoys the shit out of all his coworkers

Loki comparing himself to how his brother Thor went to Earth and went soft… (because Thor fell in love with a Mortal…) this was right after he defended Mobius…

Loki fixing up his jacket and hair before he sees Mobius/Don again. (He does this with no one else)

Don/Mobius always mentioning how he is now single when talking to Loki (first: “it’s hard being a single dad” than “oh yeah I don’t have a wife anymore so you can take that jet ski”)

Loki wants his friends back (he wants Mobius back)

The way everyone one else is always awkward whenever they are bickering (third wheeling)

Reasons Lokius won’t be canon:

Disney.

The head writers are fucking idiots (when it comes to queerness)

Is coded canon? Disney wouldn’t let it show on screen but… is coding canon?
