Dante’s origin theory
Take this as a grain of salt, this one cover Dante’s origin but not his past
This theory was based on a mixture of the divine comedy, the bible and alittle bit of le petit prince. Now, star is the most consistent concept around the story, all start from the little prince himself, Damien. The nature of this guy is unknown aside from the fact that he had the mark of Cain and he seems incorporeal. I wouldnt be surprise if he’s actually a star and what his form really just a projection
Not counting his relationship with sinclair, one of the most consistent thing of damien is him requesting dante to draw him a sheep (which is no doubt a reference to le petit prince) because in the past, dante promise him, meaning that pre-amnesia dante knew damien.
The aftercredit of canto 7 fascinate me because what damien saying at the end. ‘The sheep who fell from the skies’ could be referred to past dante, which bring me to this speculation:
In the divine comedy, paradiso was depicted as space consisted of nine spheres of Heaven: Moon, Mecury, Venus, Sun, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, the Fixed Stars ( there’s an final layer called the Empyrean where god resides but that’s beside the point). What’s interesting here is that in the divine comedy, dante asked is cain here - a subtle nod to god punished cain by walking on the moon and how the crater of the moon was known as the mark of Cain (From that i deduce this is why Damien introduce first in the story). Anyway, what sanson said and damien said in the end of canto 7 suggested that Dante’s origin was among the star, the heaven. Supported by the fact that, Sanson acted as the lamplighter in le petit prince.
So what’s Sanson trying to do here is he will try to guide Dante away from the City, to the Ruins (where Stephanette and her companion ventured and wished upon a star, turning her comapnion into an eyeball singularity) or perhaps guiding him to the stars. Additionally, at the end of Paradiso, Dante lost all his memories upon seeing the face of god whereas in limbus Dante lost all his memories at the start of his journey ( in the divine comedy his journey started in the dark forest as well). So i think from the narrative perspective, the seems to looked like Dante was fallen from heaven and landed on the mortal plane figuratively speaking. Project Moon loves to use Jesus and his 12 disciples so Dante symbolised the role of Jesus isnt something new to the fandom. But that remain inconsistent since from the dialogue from the beginning of the story and little hints of how Dante was a big wig suggesting that they are a resident of the City, how can be reside on heaven if the cantos heavily suggesting that he was perchance someone important to the company?
Well this post covered their origin but not of their past but i speculate this: Dante was a star descend down onto earth, ‘the sheep who fell from the skies’ to live as such-just like how god make jesus come down onto earth to redeem humanity idk i havent read the bible yet. But somewhere along the lines, shits happened and past Dante become jaded and nihilistic, the city itself are unforgiving and uncaring so even they cant escape the gear of the city. And because their importance stand or perhaps their bad luck, Dante was chased down to the forest and in the process lost their memories, so the heaven, in pity of their star, want to usher them back to his home, just like in the divine comedy, "God tends the garden of Eden to be just as it was before the fall just in case humanity abandons their sins and want to come home"( this could ast as a parallel of how after Christ crucifiction, Jesus was welcome back to heaven but that seems a little too far-fetched, Dante hasnt gotten to his ‘cruxifiction’ yet)
Which brings us to Damien’s group: while N corp group act as the antagonistic force against limbus, Damien’s group goal was to bring Dante back home.
#project moon#limbus company#this theory may have holes in them so i would to discuss more with someone#limbus#limbus posting#limbus dante#limbus damien#lcb dante#limbus theory#lcb

Stars in Limbus Company
Spoilers for all of Limbus
Stars in Limbus are one of the first things mentioned, and one of the most significant things in the story. As mentioned in this post, stars themselves are extremely important and powerful entities in the Project Moon universe, so let's see if we can't extrapolate some meaning from them.
First off, let's go over the major revelation given at the end of Canto 7, because it helps clarify a lot of earlier moments and helps setup my main theory about everyone's favorite amnesiac protagonist.
For clarification, a nebula is defined as such by NASA. A nebula is a giant cloud of dust and gas in space. Some nebulae (more than one nebula) come from the gas and dust thrown out by the explosion of a dying star, such as a supernova. Other nebulae are regions where new stars are beginning to form. I think the words Sanson uses aren't just esoteric to seem fancy. I think he uses the words nebulae and sovereign because both describe the individual they're talking about succinctly.
Thanks to Demian's constant requests of Dante for their drawing of a sheep, we know this conversation is about them in particular. The plural wording does mean that Sanson's 'shining light' mission involves more than just them, so put a pin in that. For now, let's focus on Dante.
While Demian's wording merely implies Dante fell from the sky, Sanson's wording implies a lot of things about Dante's origins and their role. I believe Sanson is using the later definition, as it helps explain one of Dante's key features, their amnesia regarding everything within the city once their clock head is put on.
It's only when Dante repeats this specific phrase that they really lose themselves, though losing their original head seems to have done them no favors.
It's my belief that the 'Dante' we know is, in fact, a newborn star that is subsuming the original Dante's existence, and will eventually serve as a 'soverign' of the original star. That is to say, one that exercises supreme control originating from a nation. This would explain a lot of... peculiarities regarding them, and let's go over each thing it solves.
First off is Dante's uncanny ability to determine between Distortions, Abnormalities, and Other entities. We've seen it numerous times throughout the story, and it's something that Faust speculates is thanks to the Golden Boughs. However, I think it's also possible that this is a inherent ability to Dante.
The explanation for this is that Dante themselves is an entity outside the normal range of humanity, and thus can have senses beyond what is considered 'normal'. This is even supported by Child of the Galaxy, whose sight appears to extend to their pebbles and grants them a level of sight unheard of. It's possible Dante's sight works in a similar manner, even comparable to shrimp seeing far more colors than humans.
Furthermore is Dante's revival ability. As explained previously, rebirth is a major theme of Stars in the Project Moon universe, so Dante being able to bring back the dead sinners would fit right in with something like Child of the Galaxy converting people to pebbles or Blue Star's more esoteric 'rebirth'.
However, it's my belief that Dante themselves is a baby star, and for the reasoning behind that we'd need look no further than Chapter 4's Tearful Thing, and the origins behind it.
The Tearful Thing is fairly different from other Star entities we've seen before, but it's effects are undeniable alien and bizarre. It's tears' ability to 'revert humanity to a more primal state' is somewhat similar to the rebirth given by Child of the Galaxy, but the biggest factor towards it's status as an infant Star are it's origins and what Alfonso says about it being an infant.
The Tearful Thing was found by Stephanette in the Outskirts, and we likely get to see how it was specifically born. From a boy staring up at the sky and stars, and having a wish in mind.
This matches a lot of what we know from the stories in Lobotomy Corporation. The sanity draining effects Fragment of the Universe has are eerily similar to how one could describe the boy's effects before he disappears, and the rebirth effect matches with how Blue Star followers describe the entity itself.
Sinclair and Faust put it best in the cutscene directly following the one where we see the birth of the Tearful Thing.
The followers of Blue Star weren't as insane as one might think.
Dante themselves seems to follow the story we see with countless others. Dante gazes at the star in the distance, repeats their wish of 'following the star', and suddenly has amnesia and incredible powers.
Now, obviously this leads to the question of why Dante isn't a complete abomination like the Tearful Thing or Blue Star. The answer in my mind is a few different sources. First off, let's go over Alfonso's own words about the Tearful Thing.
This implies that the Tearful Thing is merely a child of the real entity they found in the Outskirts, and that it's grown up in the time between Stephanette and Alfonso.
In fact, I've believe we've seen numerous stages of this life-cycle in game, and I think Dante is one of the youngest entities we get to see. If they're not even the actual youngest. Let's go over another important character introduced in Limbus...Star Luminary.
Star Luminary is an entity far closer to the sights of the Tearful Thing and Blue Star, and it directly references the latter in it's text. It's 'Luminary' name also holds distinct meanings, all of which can apply to it. An object, such as a celestial body, that gives light. In astrology, one of the brightest celestial objects, such as the sun, moon, or bright planets. A person who inspires others or achieves eminence in a field.
The first definition seems to fit cleanly with it's first text box choice, where you successfully pass the check to say the orbs in it's hands are marbles. That being the following, and what I believe most in the Project Moon universe think about stars.
This reads to me as denying the actual truth of the situation, and shows off the ignorance of the City at large to the truth of the celestial bodies above them. Mere glowing lights in the night.
The second box I think shows off the origin points of the Stars, before they were created by humans. This is when you fail the former check, and thus do not have the lust or pride in oneself to successfully do it, and are thus convinced they are more than mere objects emitting light.
It's wording seems to show an immense knowledge of the stars. The origin of the Stars are the nebulae in the sky. Mere speckles of light floating in the dark. However, what makes them 'capital s' Stars is the thoughts and wishes that each person etches onto their heart, giving them power. Similar to how stereotypical fae gain power from names, the Stars seem to gain power from the wishes and hopes that each person holds in them, and are birthed from these very wishes.
It even directly references Blue Star, which seems to indicate Star Luminary is an advanced version of the Blue Star cultists from Ruina, who has now achieved even more of it's celestial power.
Next is when you agree with the Star Luminary, and this is where I think the final definition of Luminary comes into play. "A person who inspires others or achieves prominence or superiority."
This is where I think the first half of the Luminary definition comes into play. Star Luminary's words directly call out that you want to return to that place, and gives you a blue star in return. It's actively inspiring you to become a acolyte of Blue Star, and showing off it's Luminary abilities there.
This is where the other half comes into play, and where I think it can be neatly defined as a adolescent/teenaged star comes into play. It admits with sadness that it can no longer simply go back to the Blue Star anymore like the other acolytes of Blue Star, but is actively becoming a new star.
This admission of becoming a new Star in the sky is fairly unique, and neatly completes Stars in Project Moon. So let's go over the full life cycle of a Star.
Stars can be formed in Project Moon in two ways. Either by wishing upon the lights in the sky like the unnamed boy or Dante, or becoming a follower like Blue Star acolytes or even Fragment of the Universe. The former costs the memories of the individual, while the latter costs your sanity and former ideals. From there, a young star advances in their abilities by becoming more and more powerful. We see this directly through Star Luminary and even the supposed power of the original Tearful Thing. Along the way, one naturally makes a choice. Either they are subsumed into the original Star, or become a new one. We see this with Blue Star's acolytes and Star Luminary. The Blue Star acolytes seen in Ruina and read about in Lobotomy Corporation all end up becoming a part of Blue Star, likely growing it's power through their wishes and desires, or more pragmatically (and unlikely, given Luminary's wording) being born in their image like the Blue Star cultists claim. Luminary, however, outgrew the ability to be subsumed, and is thus destined to become a new star.
This brings me all the way back to Demian and Sanson's conversation about Dante. Unpin that note about the plurality of nebulae, because here's where it comes into play for Sanson.
Sanson's main goal here seems to be to round up every acolyte and get them to their original Stars, while preventing the sane individuals from undergoing the life cycle of a Star. This appears very noble, as the subsuming presence of Stars and their cults seems like a major threat that even the Head could be scared of, considering how much they discourage exploring the Outskirts.
However.
This means essentially feeding Dante to an eldritch abomination, and I don' think anyone particularly wants that. Additionally, I've yet to analyze Demian's whole place in this, and I believe he has his own selfish goals and motivations for all of this messing about with Stars and Mirror Worlds.
But that analysis of Demian will have to wait for another day.
(thanks to @lu-is-not-ok for inspiring abno analysis, and by proxy getting me to analyze Star Luminary's text.)
#analysis#dante lcb#limbus spoilers#sanson lcb#demian lcb#I think this is my longest analysis but there's a lot to go through#star luminary is a fucking gold mine#apologies for this being all over the place. feel free to submit asks if you have any questions about the theory or Stars in general

post-tkt unorganized thoughts
not long it’s just spoilers
okay I lied it’s a little long
I’m so interested in the director Hubert guy. originally I said some stuff here about finding it hard to believe an executive director of a wing is cool but then I remembered Stephanette was also cool. and they both went to the edge of the city and wished on stars (well, I guess it was Stephanette's friend who did the wish)... hm. sucks how even someone near the top of the food chain can't make a change. on the other hand dude what are you going to do with those distortion-causing monoliths-
SAINT Sonya?? but also FUCK YEAH ALL 3 CANTO II FANS WE’RE SO BACK
they pointed out how Sonya’s plan was actually very smart- Rodya thought he was just hesitating too much, but in reality, by taking so long setting up his network, he made something unkillable. you can stop one person who took an axe and killed someone. you can’t stop hundreds of people in every wing who’ve organized
Rodya’s gotten worse! hooray!!! unlike some of the other sinners, whose traumas are localized, Rodya’s past will haunt her everywhere. It would have been boring to resolve it so fast when her whole deal is pretending not to see her problems, right? They’re already doing the “keep facing your seven exes after your character growth” thing with Yi Sang
Time Ripper has that classic communism problem where they’re like “FUCK how these guys are doing it, I’m built different, I’ll do this properly” and then they end up being unable to do things fairly anyway. I’ve never read Animal Farm but isn’t this the plot of Animal Farm
the part where he used a 48-rolling (edit: apparently it's 48+48. he just rolled tails when I did it. yikes) unclashable attack that would restore all his buffs was super cool bc it LOOKS scary to both the characters and the player and then it just. doesn’t work. special attack failed
also, wough, Rodya seeing herself in the Time Ripper…
Hong Lu’s family situation is concerning as hell but we been knew
Ryōshū demonstrating she cares about the others (wishing Sinclair was there to translate, attempting to cheer up Rodya at the end) is very awesome
I’m sure the talk of wishing on stars and following dreams near the end will be relevant in canto vii
Vergie is tired
very funny of them to end it by telling everyone they’re going on a WARP train
jazz dubstep is weird as fuck but I love it. I don’t usually like dubstep. jazz could fix dubstep

[Spoilers for Canto 4 of Limbus Company and all of Lobotomy Corporation]
Ya know, for being neighboring corporations, K Corp and L Corp are awfully. They are so similar down to how they first obtained their signularities from well meaning caring people in the outskirts who ended up being transformed into the the singularities whose aim was to help cure people and who ended up turning into something other than human. So similar down to whose respective companions ended up mourning them and who ended up discovering that they secreted a potent green glowing liquid that could kill you in its raw form form but could serve as very useful and very powerful products after refinement that they became Wings and sell them as products well enough to financially fund themselves for years and run an entire District. So similar down to how said person turned singularities have bits of themselves seperated from the main portion such as a branch or an eye serving a similar role found in the branch facilities of the company being used to create more of the said liquid. So similar to how both Ayin and Stephanette originally had good intentions helping people only for the companies they established based on the wishes of the person they cared about getting all twisted and becoming just as cruel as the rest of the City. And so similar to both how things go down the gutter once Ayin and Stephanette die where the Dias and Alfonso, girl bosses who care more about profit and power than the original benign goal of helping others, take their place and are more than eager to exploit the hell out of the Singularities.
Lots of similarities ain't it?
Dear Anonymous,
I honestly wonder if it was intentional, to a degree. Perhaps some Wings rise with benevolent ideas at first before their owners die/are killed and those who take their place aren't exactly as...charitable.
After all, we know that Carmen, while unique, wasn't the sole person to feel something was wrong with the City. She was simply the first person Ayin knew to act on this feeling. Maybe there are other 'Carmen's, if that's the way to put it, who managed to reach the top of the City, becoming Wing owners like Stephanette did, but even if they managed to keep their morals without compromising, there's no guarantee that their successors will keep those same morals, as Alfonso did.
Although the other similarities with the colour references are quite striking...I want to say that this must reference something, but I also wonder if an artist at PM just thought 'yeah this looks good' and we're looking too deeply into the colours, but the theorist part of my mind says that it cannot be a mere coincidence...Though, I suppose we will find out later. Or maybe never, if PM decides that it doesn't want to address these similarities. Oh well, that's what 'Fics are for.
Still, I thank you for bringing up these intriguing similarities, Anon, and until next time, be well, take care, and see ya'!

Round One: Right Side
We've now nearly completed two of our votes, and it's time to finish off Round One. Round Zero was close enough for an upset, but the Left Side Bracket was more clear cut (except for where it wasn't). Our final results are calculated from the tumblr polls and Past Players Poll, so if you notice that the line up don't quite match what you can see on tumblr, that would be why. As of posting this, our Left Side polls aren't quite over, so these results aren't final, but we wanted out new match-ups to go up at noon to keep things moving. We have four new match-ups for this week, which are detailed below! The polls will be up shortly!
Round One Right:
Adribart vs Winner - Timdrien
Adrien Agreste (Chat Noir)/Bart Allen (Impulse) vs. Winner: Tim Drake (Red Robin)/Adrien Agreste (Chat Noir)

Right. Canto IV spoilers
We’ll get the bad stuff first.
So I do think there were maybe a bit too many fights with all the robots/EGO users on parts 1 and 2.
Like yeah you want to do a few 2 wave fights with weak enemies, sprinkle some 2 wave fights with a big robot maybe and then a 3 wave with more big ones.
Same with the EGO users, few 2 waves, few 2 waves with stronger variants and then 3 wave with named characters (I’m sorry don’t remember. Milano or something?).
Like I haven’t checked, but it felt that there were maybe 3-4 nodes that we could do without. Minor complaint.
---
This one is on me for having very high expectations after Dongbaek, but the final boss being Dongrang was both super obvious and surprising.
Does make sense thematically, project moon loves to explain a character’s motivations and immediately kill them, and Yi Sang needed that closure.
The way Yi Sang’s passive was worded I was expecting a LOR Whitenight style fight: Farmwatch would kill Sinners one by one until only Yi Sang remained, clashing on the final attack.
The clash did happen but it was not in combat, but an underwhelming check, detracting from a potential nice story/gameplay integration.
Again this one is on me, I was expecting a great finale. Still a decent fight, a 3k HP enemy with no stagger seems a bit long, but he takes 2% (60 HP) on the last part and he dies quickly. 1 Stagger if he eats the 4 plants, I missed one and that part got a bit long.
Weirdly difficult on some turns, when he uses his mass attack (7) and heals for 70+ if he hits, but then he has nothing dangerous really.
---
Now the dungeon having 3 of the abnormalities that we interact with on the mirror dungeon was very nice. I think the worm was bugged because it didn’t get shield on the first turn and instead staggered, so I got to break the head for free pretty much. Fairy was somewhat easy, and drifting fox was interesting because I was actually losing sanity on everyone.
It didn’t feel particularly long, we get story on almost every room and the fights are doable. T corp dudes where missing some icons, nothing major.
Stephanette and her companion (?) was a welcome surprise, we actually get to see the outskirts (other than LOR epilogue).
We also get confirmation (as if we needed it) that Carmen is still up to no good. Haunting the narrative and all that. Don’t distort, just say no and manifest EGO.
Alfonso is hot but doesn’t quite do it for me. Evil woman(?) tho.
---
Very nice detail that memory wipes don’t work on Dante (or us), so we can all remember the tearful thing.
The high point was definitely Dongbaek’s fights, it evoked the exact same feeling I got on LOR when fighting love town. (I’ll do a write up on this later [future link]).
Overall you can tell that the story is moving along nicely, we see who we’ll have to fight later on. Classic project moon clunkyness, most likely fixed soon since they are delaying mirror dungeon 2 and railway 2 to polish chapter 4.
I’m used to LC problems and LOR insane difficulty (that later got nerfed) so I would say that what we got was pretty good.

Coming back to this post cause I have a new theory
Servant of Wrath is connected to the K Corp singularity the Tearful Thing too.
In Servant’s breaching form, we see it has many eyes, all red and crying from anger and rage. We didn’t get a clear look, but it’s safe to assume Tearful is in great suffering and pain too.
Their tears/liquid produced are both green.
Now, onto their stories. In the Servant’s lore, it’s one of the magical girls, who befriended a Hermit from another world. Tearful was found by Stephanette. To singularities, we are the aliens, thus, another world.
In one of the Servant’s key page, we see her reading a book with the Hermit. Stephanette used to read the Tearful Thing’s heartfelt stories so it would cry.
They’re both betrayed by the ones they trust, even if we don’t know what Tearful Thing is thinking, we can assume it also felt a great betrayal.
In LOR, Servant of Wrath is located on Floor of Natural Sciences, and Tearful Thing is a biological being.
Aside from all the similarities, we can also assume the Magical Girls are also tied to other singularities, we just don’t know which ones.
But hey, that’s just a theory!
Can someone infodump about what the lobotomy corp abno’s signify
I wanna know and don’t care about which you you rant about

Hear me out, i had an idea for a Miraculous x DC prompt. So, after defeating Hawkmoth the JL invites Ladybug to join them, she agrees but as a kind of support hero, she still wants to help just not fighting If possible. That's how the JL gets a healer for their party, yay. It's all fine and dandy until some of the older members start noticing how some sidekicks are more reckless in training so they can go see the cute new nurse
I probably butchered the characterization of some of them but it can't be worse than some DC writers, right? P.S, this is a mix of YJ show and the DC comics.
[Masterlist]
-------
Ladybug placed the Butterfly Brooch into the Miracle Box. She felt exhausted and wanted to go straight into bed and sleep for a week straight. After years of blood, sweat and tears since a pair of earrings came into her possession, she finally did it. Hawkmoth was defeated.
Adrien had renounced his ring and moved to London with his mother so he can take care of her in peace without the shadow of his father’s actions hovering over him.
Marinette on the other hand was set to move to New York, and hopefully, get a fresh start but she was undecided on what she wanted to do.
After Lila and the reveal of Gabriel being Hawkmoth, she had lost the passion she once had for designing. The man was the reason she had started getting into fashion. With Lila and Chloe both destroying every sketchbook she had, in addition to lack of time or inspiration, she doesn’t have the same drive for it like she did when she was thirteen. Although she does still design for Jagged Stone, Clara Nightingale, Kagami’s family and the Graham de Vanilys.
Her JL-issued communicator beeped with a message. When the Justice League caught onto the situation in Paris, Ladybug arranged with Wonder Woman so no Leaguer could enter without her say-so. The message was to arrange a meeting so they can discuss what to do since Hawkmoth was defeated.
—---
She was surprised when they offered her a position in the League which she turned down.
She told them that she was tired of fighting. She was tired of being on the battlefield with the smell of burning flesh and silence after the screams of people were cut off. While she wanted to help people, she would rather do it from the wings instead of being at the frontlines. She also wanted to take it easy since Hawkmoth had finally been defeated. She instead offers to be a back-up hero in times of crisis and the use of her healing magic to assist other heroes. They all agreed.
—-----
Flash noticed that Impulse had been getting reckless lately. He is usually reckless since superspeed and all but getting hit by Captain Cold’s ray gun which could have been easily avoided if he didn’t stop suddenly was a little suspicious. Impulse then made a big show of needing medical care with his foot still encased in ice after Captain Cold and Heatwave were both arrested. He sped away before Barry could get some answers.
In Star City, Green Arrow and Arrowette were chasing some robbers. During the chase, Arrowette had fallen off the roof. Arrowette insisted that she was fine and that Oliver should not stop chasing the petty criminals on her behalf. Would you look at that the zeta tubes are a block away. She can go and get herself checked out for injuries if Oliver is so worried about her. Green Arrow left and continued chasing the thieves but there was a strange feeling that he was missing something.
At the Watchtower, Superman, who had been looking for Kon, finally found him in the medbay while their newest member, Ladybug, was healing him. Her hands were glowing pink as she hovered it over Kon’s face and healed his black eye. Ladybug giggled at the story Kon was telling her about one of his many adventures with Red Robin. The glow in her hands died and she told Kon to be more careful since she had been seeing him a lot. Kon laughed it off and flirtily said, “Of course, sweetheart. But sometimes, I can’t help but fall at the sight of you.”
As soon as he left the medbay, he ran straight into Superman who had one eyebrow raised.
“You do remember that you have a fast healing factor, right?” Superman said.
Kon sheepishly answered, “Well, sometimes, I want to speed up the process even faster. So what brings you here, Kal?” “Well, Jon told me that you antagonised Robin and he had punched you with kryptonite knuckle dusters. So I was worried and wanted to check on you. You look fine.”
“Yup, thanks to Ladybug. She’s awesome.”
“Uh-huh.”
“See, I am fine now. Thank you for checking in. Go back to doing JL founder stuff. And I think I hear someone calling for help. See you later. Bye.” Kon then hurriedly took off.
Superman shook his head at Kon’s antics when Impulse appeared with his right foot partially covered in ice. The boy cheerfully greeted Superman. The Kryptonian heard the already fast heart rate of the speedster get faster as soon as he saw Ladybug. A moment later, Arrowette showed up, appearing mostly fine. Then, she began limping and clutching her left wrist. To other humans, she might look like she was in pain but Superman could tell that she was faking it. The reason why became increasingly clear as he hears her heart rate also pick up when she is greeted by Ladybug and she became annoyed at the sight of Impulse in the medbay.
Superman decided that whatever was going on was none of his business and to let the kids figure it out on their own as he went for his shift for monitor duty.
—-----
Nightwing and Red Robin both groaned as they sat down at a table in the Watchtower cafeteria. Batman didn’t look up from his salad and the latest case file on the string of murder in Gotham as he asked them what was wrong.
“Red and I decided that it would be nice if both our teams do some training together so we can coordinate if we ever have an overlap in our mission.” Nightwing started.
“Only most of them weren’t bringing in their best. The training exercise was a complete nightmare.” Red Robin grumbled. “Now, most of them are in the medbay getting treated for their injuries. I don’t know what has gotten into Kon and Bart.”
“Cassie and Kara wouldn’t stop fighting to focus properly.”
The boys continued to complain about the problems between their various teammates while Batman grunted here and there to indicate he was listening.
“Any ideas, B?”
“I sent Stephanie to New York last month.” Batman replied.
“Yes, I know. She wouldn’t stop talking about how you set up an exclusive meeting with the notoriously private MDC for her birthday. What does that have to do with our problem?” Red Robin pouted, not knowing how Bruce’s mind worked at times.
“I solved it.”
“What?”
Then, Ladybug walked in as she grabbed a lunch tray. Everyone around her age began to check their appearance and approached the part-time heroine. Just before they could do anything else, Spoiler walked in all her purple glory, pushed past all the other heroes and hugged Ladybug from behind. She whispered something in Ladybug’s ear, causing her to blush as red as her suit. Then, Ladybug turned around, pulled off Spoiler’s mask and gave her a peck on the lips as every young hero groaned in disappointment. Impulse yelled NOOOOO as he ran out of the room.
The two girls seemed lost in their own world as Ladybug picked her lunch and Spoiler added what she wanted to the tray. They soon joined the Bats’ table.
“Hey, guys, I just want to introduce you to my girlfriend, Ladybug.” Spoiler said, causing Ladybug to be flustered and telling Stephanie that it’s too early to meet her family.
“Bring her over for dinner this Saturday.” Batman requested, “I will tell Agent A to prepare for another person.”
“We will be there, B. Gotta go.” Spoiler dragged her rambling girlfriend away.
Nightwing pounced on his father, “Did you plan all of this?” Batman simply smirked and ate another forkful of his salad.

Alfonso you xbox lookin mf I can not take you seriously
Yeonsim? Isn’t that the name of the guy’s wife from The Wings? The exact person our Yi Sang is based of?
He talks to a version of his ideal self in a mirror world that Yi Sang sees through “Yeonsim”. I have not read The Wings I do not have the head to parse through the deeper meaning of this.
Yeah.

prompt 18 for Stephanie/Marinette
18. “This is without a doubt the stupidest plan you’ve ever had. Of course I’m in.” Marinette grinned at Steph and then jumped down from the ledge that she had been lounging on.
Steph started laughing and followed her across the roof. "You underestimate me if you think this is the stupidest plan. Should have heard what Tim and I did last week."
"You think that there's anything more stupid than trying to steal the batmobile? From the streets? While B is like twenty feet away?" Marinette laughed and swung to the next building.
Steph landed next to her. "Hood got three of the tires off before B came back, and we're just using the key that Tim helped me steal from the cave."
"I just think he's going to catch us and I'll be the one in trouble." Marinette laughed as she ran towards the edge of the building.
"You know that I'd be the one taking the blame." Steph laughed, keeping up with her.
"Alright! Let's do this!" Marinette jumped off the building letting out a whoop and Steph followed her with her own cheer.

How do you think Ayin would interact with Alfonso and Stephanette of K Corp as the CEO Lobotomy Corporation?
Dear Anonymous,
Same as he would with every other Wing owner: As little as possible. I don't think Ayin was particularly enamoured by the Wing owner lifestyle, and he likely only interacted with them to help cement Lobotomy Corporation's position in the City to avoid anyone sweeping the rug from under him and to secure a smooth functioning Corporation with no issues whatsoever. I doubt that some of the Wing CEOs he never had to interact with like Y-Corp. even knew what he looked like. After all, the Corporation, the Wing, the Singularity...all of it was just the release the Seed of Light at the end, otherwise, he could've done just as Benjamin suggested and lived a comfortable life from their on forward.
But with Stephanette, if she were alive during his rise, I think he would be almost...sympathetic, to a degree. He knows what it's like to rise as a Corporation even when you hate its ethics, and he would most certainly comprehend her motives and her reluctance to achieve full-efficiency with the healing tears since the available methods would likely compromise on her morals. I think he would be very stricken by her death, as that would (likely) mean he's the only CEO left that gives a fig about how his Wing is operating and for what goal beyond power, profit, and influence.
As for Alfonso...I think she would remind him of Garion in a way. She's very affable yet very despicable, and I think that if she came after Stephanette and tried forcing Ayin's hand, she would be in for a rude awakening once she realises just how much power her Corporation needs and how much he offers her. Their relationship would likely be a faux-affable one with under-the-table insults that survives purely because either side would collapse without the other.
Though, if you ask for my opinion, I'd like PM to explore this relationship between the CEOs, considering it both sounds extremely interesting and that...well, it'd help better the community's view of him, considering that, as it stands, he's not exactly viewed in the best of lights, let's put it that way.
In any case, I thank you for the thought-provoking ask, Anon! Until next time, be well, take care, and see ya'!

Either Jasonette or Stephanie x Marinette
And like, Jasonette but the first line is Jason's and the second is Marinette's. It would be fun :))
Which pairing do you think of when you see this?

Tag Team Tournament 2023: The Shipping Bracket
Starting June 4th, we'll be holding week long polls to determine which ship will be taking the eighth spot in our 2023 Tag Team Tournament! Will Sunshine Children (aka Marijon) stick around for another year? Or will our mod team be coming up with a brand new team name to complete our line up? You decide! To help you keep track of everything, our full schedule is posted below the cut. As the polls are actually posted, we'll add links to the polls below!
Round Zero - June 4th
1) Duka vs Marissie - After 82 votes were cast, Duka won in a landslide, receiving about 2/3 of the total votes.
2) Koragami vs Marikori - This match was our closest ever, with 81 votes made. Koragami won on tumblr, but our 2022 players were united in favor of Marikori, and they managed to tip the scales.
3) Adrichel vs Jaydrien - These rare pairs aquired 76 votes, the lion's share of which want to Jaydrien!
4) Kondrien vs Timdrien - This was our most voted on poll, with a total of 107 votes cast. Things were close for a while, but in the end Timdrien pulled ahead.
Round One Left - June 11
1) Dukinette vs Duka - With 83 votes cast, Dukinette firmly dethroned Duka, and is now one step closer to victory.
2) Marijon vs Konette - 100 votes were cast for these two ships, and it was a very, very close match, but in the end Konette pulled ahead. Sunshine Children is officially off the team roster.
3) Marinna vs Marikori - Despite how close Marikori came to losing in round zero, it surged ahead this week, taking the lion's share of the 81 votes cast.
4) Marigar vs Marirae - 81 votes later, and Marirae practically slaughtered the competition, proving that popularity in our server does raise a ship's chances of victory, at least to an extent.
Round One Right - June 18
1) Adribart vs Timdrien - Despite an unfortunate and uneditable typo, Timdrien had a decisive victory, and is not the last Adrien ship left standing.
2) Cassette vs Stephanette - 72 were cast in this contest, and Cassette managed the most one sided victory we have yet seen in this Bracket. So much for a difficult choice?
3) Lukamian vs Jaydrien - 69 votes later and Lukamian emerges victorious from Round One!
4) Wallynette vs Bartinette - The battle between speedsters was settled quickly, and with over 50% of the 75 votes cast, Wallynette won.
Round Two Left - June 25
1) Dukinette vs Konette - After 74 votes, Dukinette was soundly defeated, and Konette moves on to the Semi Finals.
2) Marikori vs Marirae - With 64 votes and a significant number of abstentions, Marirae was sent on to the Semi Finals with over 50% of the votes.
Round Two Right - July 2
1) Timdrien vs Cassette - 99 votes were cast in total for this match up, and our past players favored Timdrien, but in the end Cassette pulled so far ahead that their votes made no difference.
2) Lukamian vs Wallynette - In what was clearly and definitely a personal attack on @newdog14 (we jest), Wallynette absolutely dominated the vote this round.
Semi Finals - July 9
1) Konette vs Marirae - There were 150 votes on this match, which is a new record for our bracket, but those who kept an eye on the results this week know that Marirae never stood a chance. We hope their ship will still get some love in the tournament though, and we congratulate the Konette shippers on a solid win!
2) Cassette vs Wallynette - With 127 votes, this was the first truly close match Cassette had ever faced, and the percentage of the win was smaller than the percentage of votes for Show Results. Hopefully that means we'll see some Wallynette fans creating for Rare Flare this year.
Finals - July 16
Konette vs Cassette
And after you've voted, keep an eye out for the Team Name and Logo reveal for our winner, which will be posted on July 24th, just a few days before the 2023 Tag Team Tournament begins on July 30th!
