          "Welcome to the Museum of London! I'm Tom Natsworthy, and I will... I will be your guide today! I suppose."

          Tom grinned and rolled excitedly up onto the balls of his feet, his hands folded neatly behind his blue Historian's coat as he addressed the museum's newest visitor. He was only an Apprentice Historian (and a lowly Third Level at that), but he was fortunate today; their unexpected guest had come at an off hour when all the other Historians in the guild had long gone home. Technically, he shouldn't be there either, because technically the museum was closed, but he was, and so was this visitor, and he could hardly let them poke around on their own without guidance or supervision. So naturally that left him to do the big Senior Historian Duty of guiding, and showing, and telling (all three of which he believed he could do very well if only anyone gave him the chance to, thank you very much).

          Another little bounce. Tom cleared his throat and swept his arm ahead of them. "Well! Shall we get started, then?"

          The Museum of London was expansive, one of the largest among all of the predator cities, Tom expected. From natural science to mysterious Old World tech, they had it all. Grand displays of ancient mummified animals in glass cases stood against the tall, stone walls and birds of all sorts (some taxidermy, some merely manufactured depictions of what they believed such creatures must have looked like) hung from the arched ceiling and swayed gently with London's movements. Tom pointed them out as they went, explaining the what, where, and when of each creature: This is what the Ancients called a 'bear', specifically a 'pan-da', which once roamed parts of Shan Guo before the Sixty Minute War... This was known as an elfant... This was a tiger... This was a massive, man-eating lizard mysteriously called a croc o' dials which used its great prehensile tail to... And so on, and so on. Each animal he presented with a muted, fidgeting sort of enthusiasm, as if struggling to strike a balance between professionalism, genuine interest, anxiety, and his delight at finally being able to play tour guide. But no exhibit seemed to fill young Apprentice Tom Natsworthy with quite as much glee as the one he brought them to next:

          "...and this gorgeous creature is the blue whale. The most magnificent megafauna of the ancient world and one of the Museum's most impressive archaelogical discoveries!" Tom spread his arms wide. The exhibit was in part real skeletal remains from the tail to just behind the blow hole, and from blow hole to its broad, smiling face, it was painted fabrics and leathers, carefully stretched over a... mostly accurate wire sculpt. "Recent discoveries suggest that the blue whale was not, in fact, the scourge of the deep seas as previously thought. Instead, we believe it survived largely on a diet of small fish, sea insects, and salt, which it either pulled from the ocean's water or harvested from stones at the floor. The blue whale is a living— erh," Tom flushed pink, "was a living example of a gentle giant. My personal favourite, if I'm honest."

          Still looking a touch embarrassed, Tom cleared his throat.

          "Anyway! Those are the Natural Science highlights," he said. "Down that way we have Old Tech of the Ancients, and to the left there... Art of the Ancients, which, um, includes a small section for Old World gods, if you're interested, but... Well. Enough of my blabber, do you have any questions?"

Hi hi hiiiiiiiiii aaaaaaall so I don’t really have a good introduction, mainly because I go by nicknames… aahahhhhh lol but I’m an 18+ F (very gender apathetic tho) looking for other 18+ ppl who wanna RP some dark shyieeeeeet.

-communicate with me, even if it’s just a little bit!! I promise im friendly, just a little shy and awkward!

-I really only RP OC x CC, it’s just what I’m comfortable with :p I also only do doubles since it’s fair and I’m a people pleaser-

-you might have to be comfortable with a few dark themes (ofc tell me your limits and stuff! I have limits too, and I want us both to be comfortable!)

Now here’s what you’ll be expecting from me:

-there’s a slight probability I might make art of your OC’s XD

-I make 1x1 RP servers on Discord (it’s easier to manage that way :3)

-I might be a little nervous at first, that’s because I don’t often RP with other people (I’ve had too many bad experiences in the past)

-Fallout4 (this one will have plenty of dark themes, it’s Fallout after all! I’d like it if my partner could play as Paladin Danse :3)

-Call of Cthulhu (this one will also have plenty of dark themes, because of Call of Cthulhu ofc! I’d like it if my partner could play as Edward Pierce)

-Bioshock Infinite: Burial At Sea (This one will also ofc contain plenty of dark themes since it’s Bioshock! I’d like it if my partner could play as Booker DeWitt)

-Infamous (this one probably won’t be as dark as the others, but still contains some themes. I’d like it if my partner could play as Cole MacGrath)

-Assassin’s Creed (this one won’t be as dark as the other ones, but still will contain themes!! I’d like it if my partner could play as Shay Cormac, Alexios/Kassandra, whichever one they’d like :3)

Introducing: New Beginnings!

New Beginnings is a LGBTQ+ Friendly, RP-Based Minecraft Server, with an ever-evolving world that you can help to shape! Our community has been kicking around for nearly 2 years at this point, and is still going strong! We have members from the U.S., as well as a range of European countries. We have an active playerbase, and would love if you would join them!

The project we’re currently working on is called New Beginnings: Rekindled, a sequel to the first project we’ve done. As it is a sequel, it has a little bit of prior context, but don’t worry! There’s been a large timeskip, and a whole new location to work with! It’ll be just like starting fresh. In case it does become relevant, though, I’ll give a little summary.

In the original New Beginnings, the story began with a Theocratic Monarchy called "Justyce.” their society put a major emphasis on arcane ability, and long-standing noble families were highly respected. As time moved on, the nation developed, andthe rise of technology became more prevalent. This caused a political divide between the noble and royal factions, the nobles hailing this technology for its myriad uses, and the other aristocracy reviling them for scorning their arcane gifts. Eventually a separate nation formed based on the more Materialistic beliefs: "Ebonspire". A nation fueled entirely by technology. These nations went to war with one another, sparking an arms race. This increased the need for resources drastically.

This is where our first project took place, with two colony ships, one from each nation, coincidentally arriving on the same landmass. The story focused mostly on the conflict between the two camps, and how characters chose to either stick to their beliefs, or branch out and choose humanity over duty. Some agreement was eventually reached, but the leader of the Justycian colony, "Alexander Cirillo", and the de-facto leader of the Ebonspire camp, "Alcar Nymmons", continued a new war by proxy.

The story for this sequel follows the after-effects of the war they accidentally started, and what has happened, multiple decades down the line after its ending. More information regarding this will be in the lore docs on the discord server.

Speaking of the discord server! If you’ve read this far, you’re probably at least a little interested. So go ahead and send me a message! I’ll toss you an invite! There’s some questions you’ve gotta answer, some rules you’ve gotta read, and a character to write! So get in there!

//Shore Leave--Open RP Starter

//The Pirate Crew of The Spectre are on leave for the day as the ship is docked at a port that happily looks the other way from Pirates when good coin is involved. The crew are off to do their tasks, whatever those may be.//

Logan scanned the horizon as the ship docked in place. He had anchored a ship hundreds of times before that it was as easy as breathing now. The metal of the airship moaned as it settled and the engines turned off, resting on the landing pad for any repairs. 

Soon everything was set and he was able to leave his post. Two days they were to be docked here for fuel and some much needed rest. He loved his life on the ship, up in the skies with the wind in his face, but it was nice to be on solid ground every once in a while. The Royal Air Force’s reach didn’t extend this far North, and thus the crew could roam relatively freely. There were still soldiers here and there, but nothing they couldn’t avoid. 

Once everything was order, Logan stepped off the ship and into the warm sun of the day. He had a small to-do list, including a few trinkets from raids to sell, and a contact to meet, but mostly he just wanted a nice walk around the town and something to eat.

Steampunk Silmarillion: Daeron

The Sindar managed to break into Sauron’s secret research facility. They have found their kidnapped fellows in miserable conditions and managed to free them from their cells. Aeglos and Daeron were almost captured. Who knows how would they end up, if Daeron hasn’t grabbed his flute.

The music filled the cold room. The air feels…different. Dense, as if dozens of men were here, fighting for life and fighting for their right to breathe. As if all the elves who died in the room returned for their revenge. The lights are getting brighter and brighter as the light is getting almost unbearable. The effect it had on both the doctor and the nurse is beyond shocking. They stare at the musician, eyes wide and full of utter fear. (Narrator, played by me)

And this is how the elves rediscovered the power of music.
