ROUND 3: Black Sorrow, where that scene takes place Till is waking up after passing out from taking a punishment for breaking a rule (killing his Alien guitar to defeat his opponent, which counts as violence iirc) on stage during his performance in Round 2. The gag Till was wearing is green, which means he's feeling calm/happy (positive in general)

And these collars/gag lights fluctuate into different colors based on their wearer's moods/stress levels. Like here:

And here, even when they're unconscious.

There could've been other factors to it but i'd like to think that the collar was green during that scene because Till was probably lucid enough to listen to Ivan's singing while waking up so he could've been comforted(?) by it. The guy did just get beat up so I don't know why else he would've been feeling fine

but then again take that take with a grain of salt because he could've just been feeling calm in general nothing else to it (unles....)
