i imagine like dick just sat in your room, literally over anylysing everything just to get a peek at the kind of person you were outside of the nervous, starry-eyed youthling who'd trail behind him and then he stumbles upon your phone.

literal jackpot, he guesses your password on the third try because he put in your birthday (how careless), and he goes through EVERY app. he goes through your social media, your games, he even goes through your ubereats app to see what kind of food you like!

he goes through your notes app and it's just essays upon essays how you feel a suffocating cavity in your chest or how you want to get closer to them, how you want them to look back and then as the notes progress and you get older, hitting the eighteen mark, how you loath them.

he sighs, sighs again before sending some notes about how cool you think your family is and how you want to spend time with them to himself, and then he finally shows the others.

each of them respectively crying throwing up, analysing every single thing you've said, oh you misspelled something? noted. you accidentally forgot to you the correct tense? noted. you put in a shopping list in between your rants? noted.

i imagine them literally ANNOTATING your emotions (LMAO), they just want to understand you, they have nothing to remember you by, no face, no memories, nothing of the real you.

so sure, while it hurts to read about how you wish you could scrub yourself clean of bruce's dna, it's nice to read about you.

and they will, obviously, print out every selfie you've ever took. any group photos will be cropped, they'll hang up your pictures everywhere, like a guest comes over and there's just a massive, framed picture of you smiling at the camera with a bunch of cropped heads around you. OR you in school, like a massive grin on your face as you do something mischevious but it's kind of blurry and also there's a massive red X on the person besides you.

as for the second timeline, i think this is really interesting -- especially because you're trying to mind your business, live your life, maybe you went out for a walk and you're tired, eager to get to bed.

so you walk in your room and, well, your whole family's just sprawled around your box room, your medals and trophies scattered about as they each take it in deeply.

"i wasn't aware you were so profficient at science." damian adresses you, staring at an obnoxiously bright 'first place!' certificate in his hands, your name sprawled across it. how unexpected, perhaps you're not as useless as you seem. no, this is high-school level so sure, he's impressed, but he doubts bioenergetics will help you in the real world, aka, the vigilante occupation, aka, something you will NEVER try.

tim is assessing all the dates, "you did these both at the same time? ..impressive." he nods towards you, and you have to physically stop yourself from cringing. like, sure, 10 years ago you'd be running up the walls at this attention. but you're tired! and completely uninterested now that you've grown up.

"can you guys fu--" you're cut off by bruce putting a hand on your shoulder and nodding, subtly trying to hide the fact that he's having alfred lug all the pictures of you on podiums or on stage into his room. you just look so cute :( if he ignores the way your eyes are gleaming with tears or how you're the only one without a parent standing behind you.

Following Keiko's first Planetarium Live back in December 2023, she is planning to hold her second Planetarium Event in July, titled 『KEIKO LIVE in the DARK -Sagittarius- K019〜K020』. As the title suggests, this live will be a unique performance in which the audience can enjoy live music in complete darkness while watching a planetarium projection. So, I noticed Wataru Hatano tweeted photo of him and Toshiki Masuda because Masuda had been guest on his web talk show. I checked it in case there happened to be something about Enstars and there was, Starry Symphony to be specific (The Dead of Night blu-ray released recently and a fan had sent a letter about it). (Hatano = Adonis' seiyuu, Masuda = Rei's seiyuu)

They talked about how high the tower platforms went during Melody in the Dark (Hatano's was quite high) and Hatano said it was scary, that it's different to high places like Tokyo Tower (which he is ok with) because it's so small. Masuda was like "but there was the railing, no?" and Hatano was like "it wasn't very reassuring!?"

Then they talked about timing things correctly and carts/trolleys and how fast they were. Hatano told that Hosogai (Kaoru's seiyuu) stumbled when they were stepping on a cart (during first day Brand New Stars I believe) because it started moving unexpectedly and Hatano hug-grabbed Hosogai so he wouldn't fall. ^^ Masuda was like "managed to live through the live". :D

Lastly they spoke about being in-character, Hatano said how awesomely in-character Masuda is on stage and how he had been told to not smile when performing [because Adonis is a serious character]. Hatano recalled how at Budoukan concert (Starry Stage 2nd, first time Undead performed) he'd been really smiley all the time.

The Budokan Stadium (official name: Nippon Budokan) is a well-known stadium located in Tokyo which was primarily built to host martial art events, but is now mainly used for musical acts. Performing at this arena is generally seen as a huge accomplishment and a number of voice actors for Enstars have, in fact, performed here in 2019 for the Enstars 2nd Starry Stage concert.

Just happily chatting with you like this really helps take the load off. I definitely would have gone crazy somewhere along the way if I continued wandering the desert all by myself.

I feel pretty calm now so I’ve been watching our surroundings… And I’ve noticed there are safety zones here and there.

Kaoru: Yeah. There was a billboard that said “Oasis” and you can restock your supplies or take a rest there by the looks of it. It’s a safe and comfortable environment – you can even eat and sleep there.

You need to spend “Desert Coins” to use its services and since we want to save up, we don’t have the luxury of using it all the time.

Hinata: But I think the other idols like the powerhouse ones who were brought up like princesses are using it without a care in the world~ If anything, they probably won’t even take one step out of the “Oasis”, don’t you think?

Kaoru: Looks like there are a lot of those sorts of idols. No one would want to walk around the desert of their own accord.

Hinata: That’s our chance of victory, Hakaze-paisen!

While the other idols are practically using all of their “Desert Coins” to stay in the “Oasis”, we won’t use it and save up!

If we’ll win our battles and earn even more “Desert Coins”, we can make a comeback somewhere along the way! We can win “SDS”!

Saturday I went to Music Bank Paris!

I got to see Mamamoo and Stray Kids and it was amazing!

Mamamoo did so well!! They really have a phenomenal stage presence and very clear live vocals.

They did 5 songs: Illella, Starry Night, Hip, Delcalcomanie and Um Oh Ah Yeh!

Which is a completely different set list than they did at KPop Flex in Frankfurt last year! (Hip being the only repetition, as they did Aya, Gogobebe, Hip and mumumuch then. I think they did Um Oh Ah Yeh on the 2nd day, but not on the 1st day that I saw them!)

Delcalcomanie was the performance that blew me away the most. That song really is so incredible live!!!

I was in love! But god I want to see full concert of them so bad!!! Like please please let their tour come to Europe! Pleeeeaaaaseeeee I’d make a deal with the devil! I’d sell like 5 years of my life for it!

And Stray Kids holy shit were also incredible!!

In the beginning they brought all groups to the stage to introduce them. I spotted Mamamoo quite easily, as they were the only 4 member girl group there. But I couldn’t spot SKZ. I was pretty far away, I didn’t know how they were dressed. There were quite a few boy groups with many members, but none of them looked to be SKZ,

Stray Kids were the last group introduced, and I could see in the screens them waving, but I still couldn’t spot them in the stage... Then I realised they were on the other stage sjdglkdfhgfs. So I thought “uuuhhhh they’re like the main event! The last group introduced and the only ones on a different stage!”

Most groups were doing 5 songs (some might have done 4 songs). But I thought “Stray Kids will be last! The closing act and main event, so they’ll for sure do 5 songs as well, maybe even SIX!!!”

They only did 4 songs 😭😭😭 And that is my only critique of the event!

They did Case 143, Maniac, God’s Menu and Miroh. I really wished they did Thunderous 😭 Why did so many groups get 5 songs, but not them?? So sad

But the ones they did were so fantastic! They opened with Case 143 which is super fun. Maniac holy shit I am such a sucker for Maniac. And nothing goes quite has hard as God’s Menu, that performance really burns up a stage. They closed with Miroh and it looked like they just turned the event into their own party! Miroh is so much fun and an amazing way to close a show!

But yeah, much like Mamamoo, now that show also left me thristy for a full concert of Stray Kids. Why won’t Maniac tour come to Europe???? that’s a crime!

Felix tried to say a long sentence in French, but forgot half of it poor thing. I felt bad for him, but it’s really hard to memorize long sentences in languages you don’t speak!

He later publish on instagram the sentence he was trying to say and that’s how I found out that Stray Kids will come to Paris again in July for a music festival. I wanna go bad! It’s not exactly their tour, but at least should be almost full concert! But just Paris again?? T_T

Anyway!! I had so much fun in Paris!! Loved seeing Mamamoo and Stray Kids and the other acts were also a lot of fun! Enhyphen maintains their spot as my 3rd favourite boy group!

last song — err i uhh . . i think it was help me erin by cool & create and hatsune miku ? i had to look at my history, i think its a cool and hype song .

favorite color — either . . white, or, all colors simply cause im not completely sure about the latter, and i don’t think i can pick only one . i’d say i like white because there’s a certain symbolism of it that i often associate it with in my mind, i think ? basically, one aspect is that its soothing for me .

last book — honestly ? a kids book . me and mother were shopping for some gifts that my father could give at birthday party that he was attending, and we were looking and reading through some options of books to gift .

last movie — UH . . i can’t remember help

last show — i forgor

sweet / savory / spicy — spicyyyyy ! my favorite snack is literally hot cheetos . . savory is probably 2nd for me, and sweet is 3rd . i can’t eat much sweet stuff anymore, especially chocolate since when i eat that stuff a bit too much, like . 4 hershey kisses ? as an example ? 1 or 2 more and this weird taste will start building up . . basically, i don’t have much of a tolerance for sweets i guess .

last thing i searched online — lion king character lore because i was curious of a theory i saw on shorts . .

current obsession — alien stage . haha . i hyper fixate a lot and find that i kind of have little phases of obsessions for a lot of things

favourite colour: Red, like a deep luscious red that you know would taste good if you licked it. Don't act innocent, you know exactly what I mean by that. Red is a color that you just know tastes good.

last book: I am currently trying to read the Witcher series (per @lickthecowhappy's suggestion) so I am at the start of the Last Wish

last movie: Moana 2 (I have young kidsssss)

last TV show: My oldest is almost 10 which means she stays up late. Which also means I have so little time to watch adult things. So we've been watching the Office with her. I think I want to watch the Good Place with her next tho (I've never watched it!)

sweet/spicy/savoury: Sweet followed very, very closely by spicy. Habanero maple syrup is one of my favorite things on the planet.

last thing i searched online: How to explain a 10 year career hiatus in a cover letter (looking to return to work since having kids. It's been an interesting experience so far).

current obsession: Have not moved on from Good Omens, but recently realized that my obsession may be more in my own little connected universe of fics that I wrote rather than the actual canon at this point😳. I'm sure once we get that first glimpse of red and white hair that will change very quickly.

looking forward to: Going back to work and having a more established adult life again, honestly. I've been so lucky to be home with my kids while they are young, but I am ready. And figuring out how my newfound passion for writing is going to fit into that new life of mine. Another big year of change over here for me, and I am eagerly looking forward to how the growing pains are going to make way for something beautiful beyond.
