Sure sure romantic pairings are fine and all. But more people should perhaps consider two characters loving each other to the point of incomprehensibility. To the point that there is no simpler way in english to define or describe it than just to say those characters’ names together, joined eternally by the vague conjunction ‘and’. There’s so many types of love and dependencies and emotions in general thrown in there that you can’t tell what colors they are anymore, they’ve just joined into a giant blobby mess that’s almost black, but when you look closer glistens with more colors than there are names for. Just a thought

I can't believe it's been 25 years. It feels like only yesterday that The X-Files was everything to me, and that song, god That Song!!! I remember rewatching that moment in Dreamland purely because of that piece of music!

Sometimes, good things happen. And now I'll be listening to Staring at the Stars on repeat and smile, because it brings back happy memories, so thank you to everyone who kept looking! 👽 🌟

Ok lads why is this song that was just background music in an episode of the X-Files a quarter century ago a perfect capvers song? The writing prompt was a country song about an alien ffs! The song only just got released as a full song because The People of the Internet kept searching for it (and maybe because it needed to wait for capvers).

on this installment of skipps imagines I got mydei and phainon 👀

Taking slow deliberate steps, Phainon backs you up against the wall.

Once cornered, he places a hand on your waist pulling your body to his. Feeling flustered at the sudden action, your eyes immediately flicker downwards. Unable to meet his alluring gaze but not a moment too soon - his other large hand cups your jaw. Phainon forces you look meet his eyes, yearning swirling within his blue orbs. His thumb caressing the smooth skin of your cheek.

“May I? I don’t think I can hold back much longer…” His whispers to you in a silent plea, his patience moments away from snapping. His face inches closer and closer to yours till you could feel his radiating warmth. Your eyes instinctively fluttering closed as his breath ghosts against your lips. When he’s just about to seal his lips with yours, a sharp voice cuts through the air.

“Hey, deliverer..! Just what do you think you’re doing with what’s mine?”
