Firstly I want to shout out to Secret Headquarters Comics in Beaconsfield, Victoria. They are incredibly nice and helpful and I've been amazed with them since I started going there.

First mix up was that I didn't realise they had prior years' free comics up with the new issues. So when I said " High Republic Adventures and pointed at the one I saw with that title it turns out I picked the issue from 2021.

Which is frustrating as someone who is trying to grab all of the Avatar stories and there's supposed to be a new one in the HRA comic this year!

Also I had ordered My Little Pony Vol.1: Big Horseshoes to Fill but they accidentally left it out of my subscriptions. I have a receipt and have emailed them so hopefully it'll be sorted soonish.

I wanted to get a physical copy of Spider-Man 2 #1, the prequel to the upcoming game, but that seems to be US exclusive. I'll have to import it.

Last week was my last day on Young Jedi Adventures, I absolutely loved my time on this show. I’m so sad to leave but I am so grateful and lucky to have worked with such talented and inspiring people to make something really special ✨

Much smaller lot than last time.

They replaced the My Little Pony TPB that was left out of my last order, I'm always so amazed how helpful they are!

I ended up having to buy both Star Wars: The High Republic Adventures FCBD 2023 and Spider-Man 2 #1 from resellers as neither was released in Australia.

They are still in the post.

And finally I've been looking into collecting the entire Atlantis: The Lost Empire saga.

The movies I've already had for a while but I decided to try and track down any other stuff released too.

In terms of comics I'm relying on INDUCKS to point me to stories.

Firstly I purchased the trilogy of Atlantis focused issues of Più Disney (#21 - #23)

Next I'm looking for issues of the BBC Magazines published Disney's Comic.

According to INDUCKS there were 7 issues all published in 2002 and each seems to have an Atlantis strip but I have only found the first for sale and no scans either.

I know the Dark Horse adaptation got reprinted in Più Disney #22 but I'd still like to get it both because the script will be more authentic than my translation and for the extras.

And then finally I'll need to get the Publifolha published Disney Explora issues 121 and 131, though I'll have to double check there are no more that just haven't been properly catalogued that have Atlantis stories too.

While I was mixed on The Acolyte, the recent news is disappointing because it was the first live action show that wasn’t dependent on OT nostalgia pandering.

Right now the only SW show I care about is Young Jedi Adventures, I’m dead serious. It might be for preschoolers but at least it features multiple Jedi that are nowhere near a predetermined massacre; something I’ve been wanting out of Star Wars for nearly a decade.
