I looked at magic horses and saw that the fire halloween horse that looks like Morrigan was called Nemain.

I thought it was called a ferrymare but it seem like that was just in the comic that Morrigan was called that by a dead guy.

But Nemain is just the name of the sister to Morrigan, right? Does that mean that their kind can still be called Ferrymares or atleast I can continure calling them Ferrymares and not be ‘incorrect’?

Finally posting some art!

This is my first print-sized piece and it took me 2 whole days to finish, the damn thing is so big and I was fighting for my life with several different things (the lighting and background painting) But it's all worth it in the end because I absolutely love it <3

Characters featured from left to right are my oc Amaruq and her horse Tamannuk of the Moon circle, Gunnar and Morrigan from the SSO comics by Elli, and finally Yrsa and her horse Ālka of the Lightning circle (belonging to the lovely @crawlingwithmagg0ts)

I saw that in the latest 'Next Up on Jorvik' the Whinfells will be returning for the last time and I surprisingly got a little emotional when I read that??? I first got into SSO after watching a playthrough where the youtuber rode a Whinfell pretty often, and later on when I started playing myself the Morrigan Whinfell was the horse that made me decide to get Lifetime Star Rider so I could get one. It was the first horse I ever got besides my starter. Now I have every magic horse in the game, and it all started with the Whinfell. Ngl I don't think I really understood people who missed earlier Gen horse until now; I own them all but I'm gonna be sad to see the Whinfell go even though I agree it's time they got retired. Aideenspeed you funky little Shires!

I'm so curious about the green that seeps into Morrigan's amber eyes every time she is next to Gunnar. Could be a symbol of their growing bond, or could be some very literal magic affecting her.
