SSO Tarot Cards

With today's card, the Major Arcana is finally finished :DDD This has been a long serie of drawings, as well as my introduction to tumblr (and the SSO community here, which I come to absolutely adore). I really want to thank everyone for all the kind words, theories, discussions, encouragement, reblogs... I am really moved by all of this, and I hope my art will continue to bring you joy and I hope for many more discussions to come <3 Moving forward, I plan to post more illustrations of my Jorvik OCs, introduce my AU, as well as continue posting more usual fanart. I'm also really interested in the events often hosted in this community, it really is so cool to see other's OCs and take on Jorvik. I also love making theories and writing... so prepare for a lot of yapping :DDD That being said, I would love some ideas for future projects. Is there anything in particular you'd love to see? Any art ideas, maybe venturing outside of Jorvik- inspired things? I've seen many people in this community are also into fiber art, so I'm tempted to share some of my works in that area too. Please, please, please let me hear your thoughts on this!

She's a paleontologist and moved to Jorvik because of rumors of the Valley of the Hidden Dinosaur, but along the way she got in touch with the druids and accidentally discovered magic and Pandoria. She was never interested in horses and rented Comet (a 10-year-old gelding) to get around the island, but eventually became very attached to him. She also met her future husband Howard here (he rehabilitates racehorses, a veterinarian)

I. The Fool- Main Character So, I started a SSO Tarot cards series. What could be better for starting to post here, than The Fool card, right? The world of Jorvik deals with themes like fate a lot, and while I created the full Major Arcana deck, I was really surprised with how much things I could actually connect. First- The Fool- means embarking on new journeys, moving on without fear and taking leap of faiths, and, it's also interpreted as the protagonist of the deck, with the other cards symbolising the elements of his path. Of course I picked our Main Character for this one. I blanked out the colours and features, as I wanted this drawing to depict all MCs to the best ability. Damn, the tutorial in Moorland is really a nostalgic piece of memory for me.
