Squidtastic Voyage: Squidward accidentally swallows the reed to his clarinet, so Spongebob and others, guided by Sandy, go inside him to retrieve it

Karate Island: Spongebob and Sandy go to "Karate Island" to get his crown after Spongebob receives a message in the mail that tells him he is the King of karate. Sandy comes too and proceeds to absolutely kick ASS to save Spongebob from being forced to buy a timeshare

Hey Indie, what's your opinion on Squandy (Squidward x Sandy)? I actually seen it from Waackery on DeviantArt and l must say it's very interesting one l guess.

Eeeeh, I sorta have mixed feelings to it honestly but like even though I ship SquidBob sometimes but is still is a Spandy Shipper. It's just not really my thing.

Even though these two do have moments together, they barley have chemistry towards each other and Sandy has more chemistry with SpongeBob since the two had a LOT of moments together through out the seasons.

I find Squidward too grumpy for Sandy since he's not all that into western stuff that she's into and is more into Aesthic/Fancy stuff (if you know what I mean by that).

If the Two had more chemistry together in more Episodes, I would have shipped them or at least liked the ship if they explained more of their feelings (you know, like friendship) but Nah, they're just Normal Friends.

Though I will have to admit, at least Sandy does save Him (like in "Squidtastic Voyage" and "Feral Friends") (Until Squidward is caught by Neptune's Moon and turns into a Real-Life Feral Octopus like the rest of the Sea Creatures, except Sandy since we all know she's a land animal).

I will give the ship that a feral point, this relationship between them somehow could inspire for one of my upcoming works for my other original story ideas that I have in mind (you know, original characters that have a similar relationship similar to theirs, if you know what I mean)😏

never forget the iconic "sorry im not in control of my actions" in squidtastic voyage. that kills me everytime

I feel like squidtastic voyage is severely underrsted. It was hilarious. Squid knew what he was doing. He saw a good opportunity to get back at Sandy and he did it😌

I want more Squid and Sandy interactions man.

That aside, rewatching this episode, I've got a lot of questions. First of all the dance music in the beginning is good and should have been as iconic as stadium rave.

Actual question is why does Patrick have an axe? He has one ready on hand to destroy stuff. And his rare bouts of intelligence really makes it seem he knows more than what he let's on. I feel like he purposely sabotaged the mission. Maybe he's got a personal vendetta against squid and planned it from the beginning. We got proof in future episodes that he can easily slide through realities so he's really beyond our comprehension. He did hit the shrink button and was like "well I do got a lot of issues" I have so many questions about that. He seems aware!!!

Jk but at least this isn't as bad as some other episodes since they succeed getting the reed out of him so its all good- if Patrick didn't hit the grow button and let the submarine grow inside of Squidward. I'm just glad we didn't get pieces flying everywhere.

That aside, I really like this episode. Maybe it's the nostalgia but I find it fun and silly. It reminds me of Sandy's rocket except the mission isn't a complete disaster. Spongebob seems wholesome and really wants to help out squidward even despite his mistakes and this episode never ceases to make me laugh. There never feels like a dull moment. There's always something going on. It doesn't feel like it's dragging out.

There's also a lot of meme worthy frames throughout this episode that's really under utilized. Overall it's a great episode.

I find it absolutely hilarious that I used to be DEATHLY afraid of that episode (talkin like run into another room and panic type beat) and now it’s one of my favs for the internal views 😭😭

Boy, do I. You know, I actually started making a list of the things Squidward has gotten in his mouth without his consent. I lost it, but I remember there was his clarinet twice, a vacuum cleaner and at least three instances of SpongeBob and Patrick.

1.”Ocean wave!” That seems…Redundant.

2.…What did those fish think they were doing up there, exactly?

3.A hospital would be the wiser option but okay.

5.That Clarinet sure stopped being noisy rather quickly.
