Find A Song that was written as a comfort song
Joshua Woo, Avo Winter - Cut Me Loose
Cut Me Loose was written in 2020, in the midst of the covid pandemic. It was made as a comfort song. As things started to get crazy, Joshua turned to the piano and started playing the three chords that would make up Cut Me Loose. It’s repetitive lyrics and structure serving as a mantra.
This song has long been a favourite with the fans, receiving adoration whenever it’s been performed live for his community. Cut Me Loose has gone through many different permutations and arrangements. Until. Finally, frustrated with his own vocal performance for the track, Joshua enlisted Avo Winter to sing with him on the recording, providing the missing piece the puzzle needed.
Added to FAS Spotfy playlist indie pop.

¿Estamos de acuerdo que ✨jealousy, jealousy✨ de Olivia Rodrigo más que una canción, es un sentimiento?
Y lo digo por la parte de:
"All I see is what I should be happier, prettier, jealousy, jealousy"
Porque para mi esa frase literal es un sentimiento.

My music playlists 🎧🎶
I would like share some of the playlists those I have created in Spotfy. Would it be recommendation of songs? Maybe... I will already say I’m kpopper and then almost all the songs I have are kpop 😂
I’m going to do the top 5 musics for each playlist. Are you ready, people? Let’s go then!! o//
🌸
🌸
🌸
Good Vibes! 🌠
It’s a playlist to listen to songs when you’re sad or in a bad time! Some of the songs have deep and maybe sad lyrics, but believe in it or not, listening to them makes me feel comfortable. I say it more for Exo hahah!
1. 3.6.5 - EXO
2. Yes I am - MAMAMOO
3. Knock knock - TWICE
4. Let's go together - PENTAGON
5. Hide-and-Seek - Astro
Calm and relaxing songs
Normally I put songs those are ballads with songs with deep meaning to relax my thoughts and be less energetic (You understand what I want to say, right? 😅).
1. You and I - Shinee
2. Wind Flower - Mamamoo
3. Universe - Exo
4. Lonely - Taeyeon and Jonghyun
5. Beautiful Pain - Btob
✨Dancing songs✨
Boy, there are a lot of musics I could list here, but it will not be the case today lol.
Here are organized that type of song those are energetic and cheerful! Sometimes I would like think in dancing some of them one day xD
1. Wow Thing - Sinb, Chung Ha, Soyeon, Seulgi
2. Fancy - Twice
3. Growl - Exo
4. Love U - Chung Ha
5. Shine - Pentagon
🌸
🌸
🌸
And that's all people! I have been listening to solo songs these days of my fav groups. I still need organize the songs and put them each playlist!

Analyzing the Spotfy playlist after TLJ
REY PLAYLIST.
Force of nature - Bea Miller:
https://youtu.be/nyMuC9ZvPAw
Ok, so pay attention to this lyrics and remember that scene when Rey is open herself to Ben about the cave and how she felt alone. She is obviously trusting in him, even if she knows that is probably not a wise choice. She is letting her caution behind, her beliefs and the thought that this is a stupid thing to do, and just let he be by her side, even if he is not trustble at all. Cuz in that moment he is a force of nature that pull her towards him and comfort her when she needs.

Boy Meets Birmingham, Drake: Concert Review
Few artists can truly claim they have international appeal, coming under a number of genres and backing his acclaim with countless hit songs and bodies of works, Drake truly is a world superstar. The Toronto rapper hasn’t toured the UK since his joint tour with XO artist The Weeknd in 2014 and the wait has sure been worth it. His 2017 tour, “Boy Meets World,” was a masterpiece from the set design to the set list to the personality of the man himself, Drake as talented as he is being most importantly pinned with passion from performances of his hit single “Hotline Bling” to simply addressing the crowd as his family.
Drake, real name Aubrey Graham, shot to fame in 2009 when he released a song called ‘Forever’ with Eminem, Kanye West and Lil Wayne, three of raps finest headlined by a rapper from Canada no one knew about but years later everyone would be aware of the ‘One Dance’ singer. What makes Drake so great is his versatility, some have criticised him for not being able to rap with purpose or the intention of storytelling but his abilities with rhymes are excellent, the difference between Drake and the “woke” critics is that he knows what’s popular. Of course, this constructs a lack of identity when thinking what genre is Drake really performing for but that’s the great thing, his versatility has made the scope of his audience endless. On his “Forever” he shows he can vocalise a famous hook as well as spit bars with the best but years later releasing “Marvin’s Room” a song from his album “Take Care” he shows his melodic abilities and using the context of drunk dialling to make a classic keyboard based song which still takes me as a fan, to my feels.
So, based on this infamous status Drake has worked so hard for, taking criticism from fans and media outlets in the many I was excited to see what he had to offer on the big stage. He performed his Birmingham stop of “Boy Meets World” at the Barclaycard Arena and sold out the 15,800-capacity venue. A DJ sporting an OVO (Drake’s brand based around his record label) tracksuit kept the crowd going with bangers from Travi$ Scott, The Weeknd, Rihanna, Migos and Future (who Drake made a joint mixtape with in 2015) amongst others. The support acts were mediocre for the most part, all rappers hailing from Drake’s hometown of Toronto only really engaging with the crowd when saying “are you ready for Drake?” The surprise of the support acts was a duo that go by the name of dvsn (pronounced division) who serenaded the crowd with glorious beats and sensational vocals, they performed a few of their own songs, their verse from Drake’s Faithful which really got the crowd going and a cover of the Michael Jackson classic Billie Jean.
After dvsn left the stage, nothing happened for around 15 minutes, the crowd were pinned with anticipation and everyone was eager for the headline act to grace the stage. Lights began flashing, the beat to “Headlines” off of the album “Take Care” started playing, the crowd were screaming and on came stage the Boy, meeting Birmingham, Drake had arrived and burst onto stage rapping and it was iconic. Fireworks lit off behind him, he bounced around stage and changed a couple of the lyrics in the song to say Birmingham and the crowd were ecstatic. The Boy truly did have it all, charisma, flow, Drake had just started the show but you could already feel his electric energy as a performer and a personality. Following his wild entrance Drake performed Started from The Bottom which shook the floor and HYFR (Hell Yeah F*cking Right) his hit single with Lil Wayne to keep the crowd roaring.
Before he carried on with his show he showed love to all of the crowd from the left to the right to the top to the middle getting individual roars from each and shouted to the stage “I see a lot of artists come out and do half shows, that’s not me I came here to turn up and give you a real show,” this mini epic monologue of sorts was followed by the song “9,” a tribute to his hometown of Toronto also known as, the 6. While rapping “I turned the 6 upside down it’s a 9 now” the crowd reached new levels of noise, people were dancing, desperate to get their phones out to get a glimpse of the physically built bearded Canadian superstar. At this point Drake was in a sleeveless OVO t-shirt, visibly sweating but not even a little bit exhausted and addressed the crowd by bringing an array of around 100 light orbs down and they hovered above the stage for around a minute. A pink orb appeared on the screen behind him and the beat to “Hotline Bling” started playing, the light orbs started bouncing up and down and lit up the same shade of pink and Drake drew the microphone to his lips and sand “you used to call me” to which the crowd replied “on my cell phone” and what appeared to be the most hype period of the show got even more turned up. The array of orbs kept bouncing up and down with different colours, for his lead single from the album “Nothing Was the Same,” “Hold On, We’re Going Home” the orbs bounced in light blue reminiscent of the art of the album while Drake effortlessly sang along. He continued to perform hit after hit hyping the crowd up including a cover of Fetty Wap’s “My Way,” For Free and Jumpman.
Another surprise of the night was bringing out UK legend of Grime, Giggs who performed “Whippin Excursion” which Drake described as the biggest song from London. While Giggs left the stage and a huge balloon started unfolding into an orb which later lit up to be a moon, a new song by Drake and Giggs played getting the crowd even more excited. Now the Toronto rapper was in his final act and backed by incredible set design of a glowing moon about the size of a double decker bus, it was time for his greatest songs. Drake went from 0 to 100 (both figuratively and literally, this was the first song of his turn up) to “The Motto,” to his most famous songs with RnB superstar Rihanna and finished strongly with the most defining songs of his career including “Controlla,” “One Dance” (the most streamed song on Spotfy ever,) “Pop Style” and “Energy.” Drake closed the crazy show with a short speech about bringing OVO fest, an annual summer festival based in Canada to London this year and performing “Legend” while the moon behind him shined gold, the crowd sang along one more time, and the Boy didn’t just meet Birmingham in this tour stop, he blew Birmingham away and truly solidified himself as one of the greatest to grace a stage fitting to his last song, the concert was legendary.

Jacqueline Jax talks about getting attention for your music on social media
How do I get more views on my videos ?
How do I get more followers on instagram and facebook ?
How do I get more plays on spotify?
How do I make money with my music?
I get these questions constantly and the answer is fairly simple if your hungry enough to do the work.
Let’s break it down..
How do you get attention for your music on social media?
Social media isn’t really that hard, you are just using it as a marketer with no real strategy instead of being the entertainment. Try to think of each social media page like it's a program on NBC, CBS, Netflix and HBO.
You are the director of programming and the talent, so your job is to entertain people daily and if you can be consistent at it and good at bringing value to your audience, they will start to look forward to you being there.
Don't worry about being perfect, worry about starting and showing up consistently.
People don't care about perfect, your ideas and skills will refine once you start and try and make mistakes and figure it out.
Find that thing that you do best…
If you can define your story in ways that work for you and offer your audience easy access to it with a tone that speaks to them, that’s where you will win.
Look at the way live streams and video have built amazing brands for musicians and why they have won through those forms of content delivery.
Why not you?
Start talking about the same topics that you sing about. What’s in your lyrics? Where did they start? What do they say? Who do they apply to? How do you make the music? Think of that when you need content to talk about.
Then watch your live videos and look carefully at the posts that get the most engagement, have the most reach and see how you can improve that content.
It’s the sweet spot that you find which will bring you gold rewards.
You've probably got everything it takes but you just aren’t putting enough of yourself out there.  The only thing that will separate you from the pack is when you can be honest and be yourself. There’s plenty of people listening on social media but not enough quality content being delivered consistently.
Yesterdays marketing tactics were fake it until you make it, today people see through it and want something that’s real and more relatable.
Believe my words.
Be humble, be real, be relatable, express your own struggle and empathize with your audience.
Fill a need that you can’t get anywhere from anyone. If there’s something that you crave more of, bring that to your social media page because that’s probably a niche you can fill really well.
Being real and telling your truth is how you will gain the trust of your listeners. Then relate those topics to the stories in your music and why you wrote those lyrics. That’s how you get people to get on board with your journey.
Serve THEM first, not yourself and you will WIN.
One strategy I recently gave to a band I’m working with is..
Your genre is very specific and thus can bring in some crazy dedicated fans that will invest heavily in merchandise to support you. Always keep that in front focus.
I would make the CD and offer it only for sale on your website as you release the singles through our radio station. This way when a single draws die hard fans, they can get access to all the music early by purchasing it from you.
But be patient, every time a single launches this will only build your credibility with the audience and familiarize them with your music and brand. When you see someone commenting, that’s gold to you. Engage with them and get to know them. That could be an important relationship that may help you build even more relationships with other fans of your genre just by having that fan talk about your music.
When people arrive on your sales page, make it clear that the purchase is the way you keep creating so you appreciate your super fans for their support in this way and as a bonus you are bringing them 2 additional bonus tracks only on the physical CD plus behind the scenes access through your newsletter.
The bonus tracks could be acoustic or different versions of songs you have already released or new songs that you were not planning on releasing yet. It could also each band member talking to the fans on the CD about their journey and perspective of this music release. You can even create a special live audio EP available to your super fans (see sample above from a recently successful campaign that funded their project 100%)
Down the road you can release these pieces of bonus content to everyone in a different way if you like but hold them back until the full promotion is over. Then release them if you need something to release in between CDs to keep people focused on your music and brand.
Marketing and exposure:
Press out singles one at a time enhanced with simple lyric videos to gain from the algorithms on each social media platform. Then arrange a marketing promo with us on each single and video so we can drive traffic to your music and advise you along the way. Tweeking your results to help you get a better ROI (return on investment) is essential and that’s why we offer this service in every music launch we create.
Here are the best promotions to help you create a buzz about what your offering and push new fans to your music.
New Music Monday Segments: filled with playlists, spotify layering strategy and broadcasting across 14 different channels.
Behind The music interview on the single and to talk about the album. one- to one honest conversation about your music so the audience can really get to know you. This one goes deep.
Magazine and music blogs to get your music and story in front of more people. These also rank well in SEO on google search and help you get on the Spotify algorithm radar. Spotify tracks how many websites and music blogs are talking about you online. Make sure they are using the same name that you have registered on spotify. They also track how many times people share and embed your spotify links to social media and blogs so this is essential in your marketing strategy.
Get started now: https://www.avaliveradio.info/promote-your-music/
Music videos:
Post your music video to youtube and facebook. Engagement on both of those count towards Spotfys judgement on your music brand and single. You do NOT want to try to fake these views or all your efforts will be lost in the eyes of the youtube and Spotify platforms from that point on. Think about running a video promotion with us to get real listeners watching your videos.
Look at the Video Promo package here: https://www.avaliveradio.info/video-promotion
We can embed your videos in valid and credible music blogs and websites plus push them across multiple social media pages where real music fan traffic is happening plus we have an established industry newsletter that will bring you credible trusted views.
What’s next?
Add Social media Push campaigns to your launches to allow us to focus on pushes right from your social media pages. We post your youtube link, spotify link or preferred promotional page link across all social media for as many weeks as you need while you create more content.
You should always be promoting something to new eyes. Let us do the work while you focus on delivering amazing content to the fans we put you in front of.
Take a look at what’s offered in this plan:
https://www.avaliveradio.info/opportunities/social-media-marketing
Doing music full time is a grind but it’s amazing to be valued for your talent and a dream job that is still obtainable. You just have to work with great people in bringing exposure to your brand and focus on creating the most exciting and honest content you can to stand out from the pack.
