What a fun and whimsical show! I sure do hope nothing bad happens-
[ID: fanart from Dungeon Meshi episode eleven in blue and red tones. The viewer looks through the eye sockets of Falin's skull, which are aligned with Laios's eyes. He looks at her skull in terror. End ID]

So it’s Kabru right. Laios’s regent is Kabru. If anything happened to Laios, Kabru would have regency. He would have control over the kingdom. If he wanted. Because he knows how to kill people and could easily take that power for himself. But he won’t, because he likes Laios and thinks he’s a good king. But he could.
I didn’t realize Kabru had This much power. He’s essentially next-in-line until Laios produces an heir.

[Image description: digital art of Bill Cipher, tangled up in electrical wires. He has a nervous expression, as he holds up a ripped wire and says: "Oops!" There's a glitchy effect behind him. End ID.]

There's somebody reading this post right now who's only peripherally aware of what's currently going on in big-budget television honestly surprised to learn that the title of Interview with the Vampire isn't metaphorical or allegorical or any-other-orical and the whole thing really is just about a vampire being interviewed.
