Infused Gummies Explained: A Delicious Blend of Flavor and Functionality
Infused gummies have taken the culinary and wellness world by storm, offering a unique combination of delightful taste and functional benefits. As an innovative snack and supplement, they serve as a perfect example of how modern technology and creativity can redefine a classic treat. Letâs explore what infused gummies are, their benefits, and why theyâve become so popular.
What Are Infused Gummies?
Infused gummies are chewy, bite-sized confections that are enhanced with active ingredients such as vitamins, minerals, botanical extracts, CBD, THC, or other functional compounds. Unlike regular gummies, which are primarily designed for taste, infused gummies provide an added layer of purpose, making them a dual delight.
The infusion process integrates the active ingredients uniformly, ensuring consistent dosing in each gummy. Whether used for relaxation, immunity boosts, or energy enhancement, these gummies cater to various needs.
The Ingredients Behind the Magic
Infused gummies typically consist of the following components:
Base Ingredients: Gelatin, pectin, or agar-agar provide the chewy texture. Vegan options use plant-based alternatives.
Sweeteners: Cane sugar, agave syrup, or artificial sweeteners offer the signature sweetness.
Flavoring Agents: Natural fruit juices, essential oils, or artificial flavors create diverse taste profiles.
Active Ingredients: These vary widely and include CBD, THC, multivitamins, melatonin, or adaptogens.
Colorants: Plant-based dyes like beetroot or spirulina are popular for natural options.
Each ingredient is carefully chosen to ensure both taste and functionality.
Key Benefits of Infused Gummies
1. Convenient Dosing
Infused gummies eliminate the guesswork. Each piece contains a pre-measured dose of the active ingredient, ensuring precision and ease of use.
2. Great Taste
Unlike traditional pills or tinctures, infused gummies are a treat for your taste buds. The combination of fruity flavors and chewy textures makes them enjoyable to consume.
3. Portable and Discreet
These gummies are easy to carry and consume discreetly, making them ideal for on-the-go lifestyles.
4. Wide Range of Options
From calming CBD gummies to energizing B-vitamin variants, the market offers something for everyone.
5. Enhanced Bioavailability
The infusion process often includes techniques that improve the body's ability to absorb and utilize the active ingredients efficiently.
Popular Types of Infused Gummies
1. CBD and THC Gummies
These gummies are popular for relaxation and pain relief. CBD-infused options are non-psychoactive, while THC variants provide euphoria and are commonly used for recreational purposes.
2. Vitamin-Infused Gummies
Packed with essential nutrients, these gummies are designed to supplement daily dietary needs. They are especially popular among children and adults who dislike traditional pills.
3. Sleep Gummies
Infused with melatonin or herbal extracts like valerian root, these gummies promote restful sleep.
4. Energy Gummies
Containing caffeine or B-vitamins, energy gummies provide a quick boost, ideal for busy schedules or workout sessions.
5. Wellness Gummies
Infused with adaptogens or superfoods, these gummies support overall health and well-being.
The Science Behind Infusion
The infusion process involves integrating active compounds into the gummy base. This is achieved through advanced emulsification and suspension techniques. Here's how it works:
Selection of Active Ingredients: The desired compound is carefully sourced and tested for purity.
Formulation: The ingredients are mixed to ensure homogeneity and stability.
Manufacturing: The blend is heated, poured into molds, and cooled to form the final product.
Quality Testing: Each batch undergoes rigorous testing to ensure dosage accuracy and safety.
This meticulous process guarantees the potency and consistency of each gummy.
How to Choose the Best Infused Gummies
With the growing popularity of infused gummies, choosing the right product can be overwhelming. Consider the following:
Check the Ingredients: Look for natural and organic options without harmful additives.
Verify the Source: Ensure the active ingredients are sourced responsibly and tested for purity.
Understand the Purpose: Choose gummies tailored to your specific needs, such as stress relief or energy enhancement.
Read Reviews: User testimonials can provide insights into a productâs effectiveness and taste.
Certification: Opt for products with third-party lab testing for safety and transparency.
The Future of Infused Gummies
As innovation continues, infused gummies are expected to evolve further. Trends to watch include:
Personalized Nutrition: Customizable gummies based on individual health profiles.
Sustainable Production: Eco-friendly packaging and plant-based ingredients.
Enhanced Bioavailability: Advanced technologies to maximize absorption rates.
Expanded Functionalities: Gummies targeting specific issues like gut health or cognitive enhancement.
The versatility and appeal of infused gummies ensure their relevance in both wellness and indulgence markets.
Infused gummies have redefined the way we approach snacks and supplements, offering a perfect balance of flavor and functionality. Whether you're seeking relaxation, improved health, or a simple treat, these innovative confections cater to a wide range of needs.

Blue Spirulina by E3Live - Things You Need to Know
Blue spirulina such as E3Liveâs Blue Majik, has been used for many years as a source of nutrition. It has gained popularity as a superfood thanks to its high levels of protein, antioxidants, and beta-carotene. However, blue spirulinaâs vibrant color comes from a natural pigment called phycocyanin, which may also have anti-inflammatory properties. Many people add blue spirulina to smoothies or use it as a colorful topping on dishes like acai bowls or avocado toast. No matter how you choose to incorporate it into your diet, adding blue spirulina is an easy way to boost the nutrient content of your meals.
First, letâs cover some basics about blue spirulina. This blue-green algae is commonly found in freshwater lakes and ponds, and has been a staple in the diets of civilizations for centuries. Itâs high in essential vitamins and minerals, including B vitamins, iron, protein, and magnesium.
It comes from the Arthrospira platensis species of cyanobacteria, also known as blue-green algae. This algae is grown in controlled ponds and harvested using a gentle way. The resulting product is then dried and milled into a powder form, ready for consumption. By carefully controlling the growing and harvesting process, manufacturers are able to preserve the nutrient content and vibrant blue color of the spirulina. So next time you see it as an ingredient in your favorite smoothie or health supplement, youâll know just how it got there.
It is also important to note that not all blue spirulina products are created equal. Some companies may use a blend of different types or even add artificial colors to achieve the desired shade of blue. Itâs important to do your research and choose a reputable brand such as E3Live Canada that uses high quality, pure, 100% oragnic blue spirulina. Additionally, because blue spirulina is a form of algae, those with allergies to seafood should exercise caution when trying it for the first time. As with any new supplement or food, itâs always best to consult with a healthcare professional before incorporating it into your routine.
Another highlight of blue spirulina is that it is packed with antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties. It can improve brain function and enhance memory, boost the immune system, may aid in weight loss, and promote heart health. Additionally, it has been shown to help with weight management by aiding in digestion and suppressing appetite. Incorporating blue spirulina into your daily routine can provide numerous health benefits and contribute to overall well-being.
Moreover, one of the most impressive benefits of blue spirulina is its high concentration of phycocyanin, a powerful antioxidant that can help protect cells from damage and boost the immune system. It also contains anti-inflammatory properties, making it useful for reducing inflammation in the body.
To maximize the benefits of blue spirulina, pair it with other nutrient-rich foods such as fruits and vegetables, healthy fats, and protein. And remember to stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout the day.
In addition to its internal benefits, blue spirulina can also be used topically for its anti-aging and skin-clearing properties. When applied on the skin, it can improve complexion and minimize the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
One easy and delicious way to incorporate blue spirulina is by adding it to smoothies or juices. You can also sprinkle it onto salads or mix it into homemade energy bites. So go ahead, get creative and make the most out of blue spirulina in your diet. Your body will thank you for it.
Generally, blue spirulina is well-tolerated and should not cause any negative side effects when consumed in recommended doses. Taking excessive amounts of blue spirulina may cause digestive issues, such as nausea and diarrhea.
Additionally, blue spirulina may interact with certain medications, including blood thinners and diabetes medication. It is always best to err on the side of caution and consult with a healthcare professional.
It is also important to note that blue spirulina should not be used as a replacement for a balanced and varied diet. As with any supplement, there is a potential for side effects, so it is important to monitor your body and discuss any concerns with a healthcare provider before adding any supplement to your routine.
Itâs easy to add blue spirulina to smoothies, juices, and even baked goods. It can also be used as an alternative to traditional food coloring in dishes like pasta or rice. Here are a few things you can do:
Add it to smoothies, juices, or other beverages for a boost of nutrients and a pop of blue color.
Use it as a food coloring in dishes like ice cream or yogurt bowls.
Mix blue spirulina into face masks or bath bombs for a dose of antioxidants and skin-soothing properties.
When using blue spirulina in drinks or dishes, start with small amounts and gradually increase to desired intensity of color and taste. It may have a slightly earthy flavor.
How to store blue spirulina
When stored properly, blue spirulina can last for up to 6 months. However, if there are any noticeable changes in color or smell, it is best to discard it. For optimal texture and flavor, use within 2-3 weeks of opening.
To store blue spirulina, it is best to keep the blue spirulina in a sealed container or bag in a cool, dry place. Keeping it refrigerated can prolong its freshness, preserve its color and shelf life.
It is also important to keep it away from direct sunlight as this can affect its potency and color.
It is recommended to use a clean utensil when scooping out the blue spirulina in order to avoid contamination. Do not mix with other ingredients until ready to use as the color may bleed and affect the overall appearance of the dish.
It is also important to use it within a few days of opening to ensure maximum quality and taste. When using, it is best to add as a final garnish to preserve its vibrant color.
It is important not to let water or moisture seep into the container as this can cause mold growth, affecting the quality.
If youâre looking for an easy way to improve your health, you should consider adding blue spirulina to your diet. To get the most out of blue spirulina, make sure to buy organic, high-quality blue spirulina powder in Canada from a reputable source to help decrease the risk of allergic reaction and heavy metal contamination.Â
Here at E3Live Canada, our blue spirulina Blue Majik is 100% organic. In order to properly research about Blue Spirulina, it is advised that you look at the nutrition panel, request a Certificate of Analysis (CoA), and perhaps inquire about the source of the raw material or whether the final product is Certified Organic. In order to choose the ideal supplement for your needs, we also advise you to look into information about Blue Majik product features, the numerous advantages of spirulina, user reviews, buying guides, and more.

Plant-Powered Nutrition: A Guide to Protein for a Healthier You
Are you ready to power-up your health with the strength of plant-based nutrition? Be it a bodybuilder, a busy professional, or an individual interested in seeking better choices, plant-based proteins can be the best-kept secret for you. Not only are they eco-friendly and versatile, but also nutrient-dense, making them easily incorporated into your life. From plant-based protein powder to superfood powder, you can find a whole world of plant-powered nutrition ready to fuel your journey toward better health.
Why Choose Plant Protein Powder?
You may be asking yourself, âWhy switch to plant protein powder?â To begin with, itâs a clean, sustainable option for essential nutrients. Unlike the traditional animal-based protein, plant protein provides a pure and easily digestible source of protein thatâs gentle on the body.
Be it adding it to your smoothies, topping off your favorite baked goods, or simply loading up on it for a healthy snack, Plant Protein Powder makes meeting your daily protein requirements easy without a hitch, and you wonât find artificial additives everywhere else.
This protein powder also has several benefits:
Helps in muscle recovery and repair.
Good for heart health since itâs cholesterol-free.
Easily digestible, free from most allergens, such as dairy.
Power Up Your Diet with Superfood Powder
Any high nutrition supplement should be had only with the mighty superfood powder, which is the go-to product in this case. The powders consist of a concentrated form of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants all combined into one scoop. Itâs rather an easy shortcut toward good health. Ingredients such as spirulina, moringa, and chlorella contain nutrient-rich components to pack in an extra punch of goodness for your meal.
Get superfood powder added into your lifestyle in a stunningly easy fashion. Toss it into smoothies, add it to oatmeal, and mix it into soups or sauces to get an instant health benefit. You will be getting dozens of nutrients without having to fundamentally alter any habit of eating food.
Key benefits for using superfood powders:
Boosts energy level naturally
Makes the immune system stronger through antioxidant-rich ingredients.
Convenient way of supplementing with extra greens and nutrients for meals.
Green Superfood Powder: The Daily Dose Of Greens
That is a best friend indeed for those who canât seem to take in enough vegetables because of the richness in nutrients which comes from those dark, leafy greens in spinach, kale, and wheatgrass, among many others. You get all of your daily greens in one serving-just like having a salad in your smoothie but with so much less hassle!
Green superfood powders are a great way for anyone who is looking to boost their nutrient level for essential vitamins and minerals. They pack antioxidants, slowing inflammation and oxidative stress so that you feel your best. And the best part: You do not need to cook, chop, or even chew through a mountain of veggies in order to get all these nutrients.
Here are some good reasons to consider adding green superfood powder to your daily routine:
Rich in vitamins and minerals
Supportive of natural detoxification through proper digestion.
Could energize and build your immunity.
And it doesnât have to be in smoothies only. Stir the powder into juices, or combine it with dressings for your salads â ready in no time for a tasty nutritional uplift!
Be Your Guilty Pleasure Chocolate Protein Powder
Chocolate cravings are healthy and indulgent at the same time, as chocolate protein powder is so many reasons to have it: the taste is obvious, but then thereâs the protein, too. Mix it with water, almond milk, or add it to your smoothie; itâs great for after the gym or a quick bite when you need it.
The beauty about chocolate protein powder is that it combines indulgence with nutrition. It is not just a rich, chocolatey flavor; you are feeding your body with quality plant-based protein, which means itâs suitable for those days when you want a little something sweet but do not want to compromise on health goals.
Hereâs why youâll love chocolate protein powder:
It satisfies chocolate cravings in a healthy manner.
Stuffed with protein to help rebuild and recover your muscles.
Multifunctional-add it to smoothies, oatmeal, or bake with it.
Best Vegan Protein Powder for You
With all these options available in the market, the question remains, how do you actually choose the perfect vegan protein powder? The clue is something that fits your lifestyle and dietary requirements. Be it simple pea and hemp protein combinations or supercharged formulas with greens and superfoods, youâll be spoilt for choice.
Best vegan protein powder should have some of the following:
It has a comprehensive amino acid profile that will help promote muscle building.
It contains fiber that will aid in its digestion and keep you satisfied.
And most importantly, none of these products contain anything artificial.
When you are scrounging for vegan protein, pay specific attention to whatâs in that ingredient list. Organic, Non-GMO, and absolutely no fillers that you donât want inside. That way you know that you will be receiving the purest and most effective product possible .
Plant-Based Protein and Superfood Powders in Your Daily Routine
With an understanding of plant-based protein and superfood powders, how can you get that into your daily life? Try this:
Smoothies: Mix your favorite protein powder with almond milk, bananas, and berries for a super-delicious breakfast that packs it all in.
Baked Goods: Add a scoop of chocolate protein powder to pancake or muffin mix for a protein pack.
Soups and Sauces: Mix in superfood or green powders into soups, sauces, or even dips to sneak in those extra nutrients.
Conclusion:
This could be one of the easiest ways to make a better nutrition switch. Use your favorite plant protein powder, go crazy with chocolate protein powder, or supercharge your greens with green superfood powder-there you go! Youâre fueling a clean and sustainable body. So why not? Start with small changes, try a few flavors, and then see how these plant-powered nutrition options become the best for you. Your body will thank you!

January 2023. An essay about dishes.
I want to tell you how sweet the taste of scrambled eggs and buttered sourdough made by my lover were on my tongue
after days of the anxiety being so bad I could only drink liquids.
My body so activated that a bite of solid food would make me dry heave. My body screaming no no no not safe not safe not now must fight must fight must fight.
On the nights before I'd make the 3 hour drive home before sunrise to face our abuser in court, or to help with my disabled mother's care, I started making smoothies. They were the only thing I could stomach. The cold sweet liquid was a relief. "I've never been unable to eat," I'd think. The body doesn't lie. And my body was telling me things had never been so bad. We donât talk about how sometimes in moments of crisis, in order to keep us alive, our body starts to die a bit.
Fast forward three months. Has it really been three fucking months of this?
Once things died down, I mustered up some energy to take care of myself and complete some basic tasks. Do laundry, respond to texts. Clean out my car. One by one I collected jars of various sizes from around the cab of my car, the winter sun warm on my back as I scrounged around, the warmth reminding me that I am real. Some jars were tucked under the back seat after rolling around for days, some in the front. I inspected each jar I found, all sealed with a gray sludge inside containing whatever bits of the smoothie I didn't drink on my quests. The glass jars, some weeks old, clinking as I stuffed them into a plastic grocery bag to bring inside. Each clink a reminder. Reminders of the ritual I'd found safety and care in amongst crisis. Mixing. Blending. One scoop of this, one sprinkle of this. Protein powder, spirulina, frozen fruit, chia. A humble love story to a hurting body. A body that needed fuel to hold the world up but couldn't even muster chewing solid food.
I took the plastic bag of jars inside, walking up the stairs with a bit of shame that there were so many just floating around my car for so long. Evidence of how my brain has been focused on everything but the ordinary. One by one I opened them, the fermented smell of their neglect escaping and hitting me in the face. Sour, hot, wet, disgusting. Air that built up inside hissed as I twisted the lids off. As I took my time going through them, I thought of the chemical reaction that must have been occurring as they laid forgotten in the mess of it all. What bacteria or yeast may live in them? What little microbial world was created in each jar? How funny how life finds a way in the most absurd of circumstances. I rinsed each jar. One by one. One a salsa jar, one a mason jar, one a spaghetti sauce jar. All different shapes. All holding evidence of our survival, a secret story of what I'd faced in each. I sprayed the built up chia and fruit bits away. I stacked them lovingly in the dishwasher, the multicolored lids singing in different tones as they clinked around in the wash.
That part of this story is finished, I thought. That part is finished. All the pain and labor, invisible now.
The truth is I just went through the hardest chapter of my entire life, and the only physical remnants left are some scattered paperwork
and a few dirty jars of sludge that I found in the back of my car. Jars I hear
clinking
as they clean all the evidence of my pain away in the dishwasher.

I am watching hours worth of ex-vegan âinterviewsâ or testimonials, so you donât have to.
I link to each one so you can see them for yourself, but I wrote down the important points of each one, since I believe this is not just important, but vital information. This could save peopleâs lives, if they just stop and think and look at another perspective before they go into it.
These are real people. They really wanted it. They really knew what they were doing. They werenât âdoing it wrongâ. These are their experiences.
Ex-Vegan (8 Years): Veganism Is a Teeth Rotting, Muscle Atrophying, Degenerating, Fart Fest
A young man with a lot of health issues including severe eczema, got into veganism to get healthy
He had previously been living the typical âcollegeâ lifestyle with lots of fast food, no health-thinking at all
For the first year or two, he felt amazing, he did fine for four years, had a successful YouTube channel talking about skin health and the vegan diet
Emphasizing how âliterally obsessedâ he was with his dental hygiene and health, four years into veganism, his teeth were deteriorating and every time he visited the dentist, he had to have a root canal, he had cavities, infections, receding gums, always something
He was always bloated with a visibly bloated belly
Despite being a very health-focused athlete, his muscles wouldnât grow the way they should
His skin started going âgreyâ and his hair lost its rich color
His memory and ability to focus deteriorated
He completely lost interest in food - everything âdisgustingâ
Feeling a craving for protein, he upped the high-protein vegan foods, and he only felt worse and worse
After realizing this diet was making him sick, he took one bite of salmon and âit was like taking drugsâ - clear, physical reaction to it, and compared to the plants giving bloating and gas, âit felt like I was eating nothing, but I had so much energyâ
After going back to eating animal protein (as much wild fish/meat as possible), his weight corrected itself, strength in the gym went âoff the chartsâ
The pain and irritation he had on the vegan diet went away
His gums went from white pink to red, âright awayâ
Digestion issues - gone, hormonal issues - gone
âSince Iâve been eating animals, I feel more humble and more gentle towards animals, I feel more respect towards them, and I feel like I understand the cycles of life and appreciate life even moreâ
He says the vegan diet can help people to âclean out the bodyâ as it did for him, but veganism, he doesnât understand. âIf your mom was on her death bed, and she had the choice: Die a horrible, painful death, or eat salmon, you would want your mom to die a horrible death rather than eat salmon. Iâm asking this to vegans, and a lot of them are like âUnder no circumstance would I ever have my mom or anyone I know, eat salmon, because itâs killing an animal, itâs abuseâ. And Iâm like arenât humans animals?â
âI view the vegan diet as a disease-reversal protocol, not as a âforever dietâ.â
Ex-Vegan Family: (6+ Years): "Healthy" Vegan & Vegetarian Dogma Depleted Health and Vitality
Casey vegetarian/vegan for ~15 years
Did it to try to clear up his eczema and staph infections (which were so bad the doctors wanted to amputate his legs), didn't really work
He did feel great for the first few months as a raw vegan, but looking back, he believes it was more due to cutting out grains and processed foods, since he found grains are terrible for him
Lost a lot of weight, rotting teeth, reoccuring cavities
Gina became vegan at the age of 13, being a picky eater and caring about animals
The "readymade" vegan food wasn't doing well for her, so she started eating only raw vegan food
She felt really good - for about six months. After six months, a very severe depression, accompanied by brain fog, lack of mental focus, constant hunger, weight loss and joint pain, kicked in
She believed so hard that this had to be right, that she stayed a vegan for 6 years, before introducing dairy
At the age of 17, after four years on veganism, developed a cancerous tumor on her leg (not necessarily connected, but worth noting)
Five years into veganism she was pregnant, and began craving red meat - they started buying local dairy, meat, liver and eggs
After the baby, she went back to raw veganism, and the joint pain came back, "it's detox"
She instead went back to being vegetarian rather than raw vegan, but she still suffered from worsening joint pain, fatigue, brain fog
A couple of years later, she was pregnant again and she was craving red meat so much she even dreamt about it
Her conclusion was "I must be doing it wrong, I must just eat more of the high-protein vegan food"
For her third pregnancy, she stayed vegan, and the birth was the hardest one she had
The baby had the lowest birth weight of the three, still normal weight, but later, he wasn't gaining weight normally
The child couldn't sit up at six months, couldn't walk at a year old, was depressed, only learned to walk after they gave him meat, and he finally became happy
Then on her fourth pregnancy, she was not vegan for the first half, but went back to raw vegan on the latter half of the pregnancy, and this child was healthy
On raw veganism at the end of the fourth pregnancy, her teeth were "falling apart", her bones were aching, and she was so foggy she couldn't think or remember anything
At the end of her pregnancy, she hadn't gained any weight, just stayed the same
Her teeth were full of cavities, despite having been to the dentist and "fixed everything" just some months prior
They could never manage raw fruit more than six months at a time, constant hunger
They believed the constant hunger could be due to parasites, so they ate anti-parasitic herbs which only made things worse
When she stopped eating vegetables (only fruit?), she got skin rashes as well
When they went back to meat, they felt full for the whole day, while on raw veganism, they had to eat all the time and were still always hungry
At the time of filming, they were completely off veganism for four months and she feels like her brain has "grown", she has energy, can exercise again, is gaining muscle
Ex-Vegan (4 Years): How Veganism Shortened My Lifespan
Started veganism as a New Yearâs resolution to turn his life around, after living âlike a degenerateâ
He started with a month-long juice fast, where he felt great
On the first year as a âwhole foods veganâ (mainly raw), he suffered from loss of libido, insomnia, migraines, arthritis, couldnât build muscle
After a year, he went back to a diet of white rice, lean meat, bone marrow and occasional red meat
This diet immediately got his libido and muscle growth back
After some time, peer pressure made him drop the meat, but he still ate eggs
The vegans around him told him âif you continue to eat meat and dairy, you will not be able to ascend and channel divine guidanceâ
One of them was a nutritionist, and when he told her veganism destroyed his health, she said that he needs to be on 80/10/10, a fruit-based diet
He stayed on it for five months, and it was âthe worst 4-5 months of my lifeâ
He went on another vegan diet, based on sprouts, sea vegetables and algae, and a bunch of supplements
Same problems - lack of libido, insomnia, lack of muscle, migraines, cracking joints
A friend who saw him for the first time in years said âyou look like one of those kids in the refugee campsâ, because his face was so sunken-in
His friend eventually convinced him to go with him to a steakhouse, and he describes the first bite he took as âthe fat going straight into my brainâ and he felt âlike a dying wolfâ
He gorged on 2-3 pounds of fatty meat, slept for twelve hours, and his friends told him he immediatly looked like a completely different person
His cracking joints, dry skin and insomnia went away
Still, he went back to veganism, and all the problems came back
He went back and forth between raw veganism and primal diet every 2-4 weeks, rebuilding on an animal-based diet, deteriorating on a plant-based diet, always thinking âthis time I will make it workâ
He had to give up aiming for optimum health as a vegan, instead aiming for just ânormal stabilityâ
Staying at an old vegan institute managed by one of the creators of his sprouts-algae-supplements diet, doing a colonic, the worker there admitted to him most of them there are not vegan, because they fall apart on it, but go on a primal diet
During the colonic, the worker pushed his liver, and he felt âfireâ going down his intestines. What came out was all green, spirulina, algae and other such supplements, which had simply stored in his liver
He speaks a lot about studies on different âuncivilizedâ peoples around the world, who were all eating high amounts of animal fat, wherever they lived
At the end, he speaks of where veganism might be coming from, and the lie that veganism is good for the environment
His message to vegans is to âquit bothering and harassing peopleâ, and that if you care about animals, go buy cheap land in Arizona and make an animal shelter or something, instead of bullying people who eat meat
Ex-Vegan (2 Years): Vegans Have No Empathy for Humans
Vegetarian for six years, before going vegan
Ate mainly raw vegan, and then her stomach became âan empty, vacant holeâ, she was always hungry
Throughout her time on veganism, she was taking lots of supplements
Her skin dried up, she got acne all over her face
She became âemotional and neuroticâ and âabsolutely insaneâ from a lack of B12
A lot of talk about the cult mindset in the âvegan communityâ
Starting to eat eggs again, she felt âa little bit betterâ, but still felt hungry all the time
Panic attacks over tiny things, anemia, constant diarrhea
Started eating fish, it didnât help much
She was always hungry but had no appetite, had to force-feed herself
After a particularly bad day, she realized she was risking her life, and ate steak the next day
Eating steak for the first time in years, she felt warmth throughout her body, tingling on her head, and âsatiatedâ for the first time in years, âit changed my lifeâ
Ex-Vegan (12+ Years): Veganism Is Starvation - Fruitarianism Is Suicide
Started in 2002 as a vegetarian for a year before going vegan, became raw vegan from 2009-2011, then went on to fruitarianism until 2015
She says many feel great the first year or so on veganism, because they cut out all the junk from their diet
She had digestive issues prior to becoming vegan, thought it might help, but it only got worse and she got sicker as the years progressed
After six years and only getting sicker, she thought it must be the drugs for her health issues, "I'm doing it wrong", or "my body is wrong"
(They talk about some very interesting "meat and milk causes cancer"-studies four minutes in)
She said the raw vegan years were the worst of her life, that her brain âstopped functioningâ. She became "permanently psychotic", she "saw hell" and heard voices - conclusion: "oh, it's detox"
When she stopped veganism in 2015, she had a test done on her hair. They said they had never seen that much heavy metal in someone's hair before
She had been doing nothing but "cleansing" and "detoxing" for the past five years, and she was "the most toxic, sick person you'll ever meet"
She was âliterally dyingâ towards the end, freezing cold all the time, her bones hurt so much she couldn't lay on a hard surface
She couldn't digest anything but fruit anymore, it took two years of quitting raw veganism until the point where she could digest vegetables and meat again
Her teeth had to be all "redone", because they were rotten to the roots, her hair was falling out
She was told that on this fruitarian diet, it will feel like hell for 2-3 years, because of the "detox", then they will feel great, like godlike beings
But since 2-3 years passed and people still felt awful, their "leader" changed that to "people are so sick today, the detox will take 5-6 years!"
This also didn't happen, people stuck for 5-6 years and only got sicker, so the story changed to "7-8 years, then you will feel great!"
Her comment: "You can't be a herbivore and be healthy. If you want to have a life of mental illness and an early death and degeneration, go be vegan."
Many of these people have also spoken of how many well-known names in the vegan/raw/fruitarian communities (from YouTubers to authors) are known âcheatersâ who eat meat frequently in order to stay healthy, while lying to their audiences and telling them to stay vegan.
These were only five. I will do more of these posts, to keep them at a readable length.

I have a new vegan pumpkin recipe here for you! Canadian Thanksgiving was this weekend and was so blessed to spend time with family. I lived in Edmonton, Alberta for 10 years so itâs been a long time since Iâve spent a holiday with my family! My younger sister lives on Vancouver Island and was so blessed to travel there for the day to visit her and my little nephew who is the CUTEST!! Iâm sure everyone says that but really; he is the cutest! I hope everyone in Canada had a wonderful Thanksgiving filled with lots of food and quality family time.
I hate to admit but pumpkin season is my fave; anything with pumpkin, pumpkin spice, cinnamon, apple⌠yum! I end up posting a lot of pumpkin recipes this time of year and I LOVE it đ This recipe is adapted from Spirulina Mint Bliss Balls taught in Pure Joyâs Plant-Based Low Carb Chef Certification. They are one of my favorites and knew it would be good as a pumpkin cake bite.
If you havenât noticed, Iâm a big dessert fan, and I like making dessert, especially with pumpkin! These Pumpkin Cake Bites are also a good energy snack or dessert.
Iâve found a new love for Irish Moss Paste recently and love creating recipes with it. I was on the fence with irish moss for a long time as there is so much controversy about this ingredient and recently learned there is a quite a lot of nutritional benefits and found my body does not react negatively when eating it.
Irish moss is so versatile in raw recipes: replace oil in salad dressings, create a firm texture in desserts, thicken sauces, bind raw cakes, and can even add it to smoothies and juices!
Health Benefits of Irish Moss:
Contains trace amounts of several minerals and amino acids.
Provides excellent sources of calcium, magnesium, sodium and iodine.
Contains mucilaginous compounds that enhance detoxification of the digestive system.
Remember itâs important to make time for family all year-round not just at holidays. We can all get busy and make excuses! đ
Pumpkin Cake Bites
These bites taste just like cake and are vegan, gluten-free and low glycemic!Â
Dry Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups dessicated coconut
1 cup raw almonds
1/2 cup raw walnuts
1/2 cup coconut sugar (powdered )
1/4 cup golden flax seed (ground )
1 tbsp mesquite powder (optional )
1 tsp pumpkin spice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp high mineral salt
Wet Ingredients:
1/4 cup irish moss paste
1/4 cup cooked pumpkin puree (fresh or canned )
2 tbsp coconut oil (melted )
1 tsp vanilla (extract )
4 drops liquid stevia
Process dry ingredients in a food processor until a flour forms.Â
Add wet ingredients except irish moss paste and process until combined.Â
Add irish moss paste and process until a dough forms.Â
Place batter in a bowl, roll into balls and roll in fine shredded coconut.
Set in fridge for 1/2 hour and enjoy!
Storage: Refrigerator for 1 week or freezer for 1 month.Â
