Palms facing upwards. 👉🏻 Fold both of your legs from the knees and while breathing in (inhaling) turn to the left side as much as you can. 👉🏻 Turn your neck to the right side, that is towards the opposite side from the legs and hold this position for 20-30 seconds. 👉🏻 Now while exhaling (Breathing out) come to the starting position. 👉🏻 Repeat the same steps for the right side.
