I’m glad you enjoyed Tomorrow Never Dies! I think about them sitting chest to chest on that motorcycle all the time lol

it was fun! i enjoyed the stunts a lot, even though i wish michelle had more fight scenes to showcase her martial prowess (she wasn’t allowed to do much in the final confrontation, but anyway. i liked her banter with bond enough)

Last book: i've recently (aka the entirety of 2024) been on a mothman kick so i picked up The Silver Bridge by Gray Barker on a whim. so far it's been a bit more sensationalized and dramatic than John A. Keel's more widely known The Mothman Prophecies, but it promises to focus more on the people of Point Pleasant so i'm interested to read it

Last movie: Blast of Silence (1961), which is a neat little noir! pretty straightforward story about a hit going wrong (on paper it's the same plot as Le Samouraï) but it's elevated by its scenes of late-50s new york city streets at christmastime, its shoestring budget, and the odd second-person narration. check it out if you find the idea of a christmas noir interesting

Last Album: Cowboy Bebop (original motion picture soundtrack). Wonderfully eclectic music for a wonderfully eclectic series.

Last Book: Freeglader by Paul Stewart and Chris Riddel, book 7 of the Edge Chronicles. Compellingly written, lavishly illustrated, and shockingly violent for a young adult fantasy novel. Like, seriously, oh my god.

Last Movie: Alien Covenant, finishing off a big Alien series binge. I did Not like this movie, but at least it didn’t make me want to die like Alien Resurrection did!

Last Show: Bob’s Burgers. Easily one of the best adult animated series on tv right now, and I can’t get enough of it!

Last google search: “Aliens Wiki” - I’ve been doing a deep dive into the Alien series universe alongside the aforementioned movie binge…
