📔🌌🪄 Patchouli Knowledge (Touhou Project) stimboard with themes of space, books, and purple!

Another one of my favorite characters from Touhou! She's so CUTE!!! No, she's so PRETTY!!! She's BOTH! And she's also very cool...I love how she's so smart and that she's a librarian :) And you know, I feel bad for her, you know, being pretty ill...can't help but feel that way! Overall, I just think she's neat :) Ugh I LOVE HER RAHHH

The humans would complain to them that they couldn't speak and say the truth about what was really going on, but with the way they talked over each other it didn't seem like having a voice helped much, if any at all.

They never had this problem at the ship. Of course, they had had a Captain, which this crew needed but refused to elect. Perhaps that was the issue. Their Captain hadn't been elected, but meant to be.

These worlds (the human worlds) were without. They made no sense. Yuck.

Loke, the one who walked around with a Deity in his pocket, sat quiet and observed. At least one of the humans had sense to do so.

"We need it!" the witch exclaimed, pointing at an image. She was arguing with the one they called a super soldier.

"We can't just break into a Siruna facility, are you daft?"

And, once again, they were at it. While they argued, Spacy peaked at what it was they needed. A cylinder shape of sort. It resembled what made the human vessels port-or whatever word they used. Made sense that they needed it.

Spinning their hand around, a portal opened in air to take Spacy where they wanted. Quietly, unnoticed, they slipped through to the other side.

A grey area hidden underground kept rows and rows of human vessels safe. Guards with heavy guns and masks over their faces patrooled the area.

Unnoticed, Spacy climbed onto one of the vessels and crawled to where they kept their engine. Loke kept many illustrations around that showed how the humans built their vessels and other machinery. His interest came in handy many times.

Spacy stuck their hand through the metal without breaking anything or making a single sound. They grabbed a cylinder, phasing it through whatever held it in place and out the hatch. Satisfied, they opened a portal back and dumped the cylinder in it.

They stuck their head through to see the reaction of the crew. No yelling meant success. Finally.

"Well," Jake cleared his throat, folding his arms over his chest as his eyes watched Spacy climbing through the ceiling, "Guess we have a booster now."

Wonderful minimal drony piano music. The overtones of the repetetive piano loops reverberate out in to spacey sound carpets. They take on the aural carasteristics of electronic music. No wonder, Ann Southam was a electronic music composer in the early 1960s, and in 1966 she began teaching electroacoustic composition at the Royal Conservatory of Music.

🛰️🔮🌙 Nonbinary pride stimboard with themes of space for the 6th day of pride month :-)

A lot of the people I know in my life are non-binary or non-binary adjacent. Which is pretty cool. Also, I was first thinking going with a spooky, Halloween-ish theme for this, but I didn't know what to search for it. So I went with the 2nd thing this flag design reminds me of. Which is space. And space is awesome.

Congrats, it's been almost a week of pride month! Have a good life in general to my friends who are not-so-binary, definitely-not-binary, or anything in between. And reminder; always stand up for yourself and find your space to be yourself!

I'd love to hear more about Spacy! What inspired their character? What's their favorite way to communicate with their crewmates?

I love to talk about Spacy!

Their character was inspired by a character I saw who was always in a space suit, and I was like "Hey! I wanna do that my way" and the idea of a faceless character felt so compelling.

Spacy can't talk and instead do hand gestures. They refrain from touching humans since they are fragile. They also point their sword when suggesting ways to deal with others.

They are very expressive with their body, like jumping up and down clapping to show excitement. They were supposed to be in a comic first so their behaviour and expressions are cartoon like.

Their magic/power is that they can portal from space to space. They can also just put a hand through to steal something, cause a distraction, or pull a human through. That always results in death.

Inside the suit is just vast darkness (or is it?), and in that darkness are remnants of the human that once wore that suit. Everything degraded over time and will keep doing so until no traces of that human remains.
