Going off the last post. That's probably the main reason "Eddsworld Horror/Grimdark" is not that prevalent and difficult to pull off. Because it's pretty damn hard to take any horror elements seriously when the characters die, get injured, and have all sorts of fucked up stuff happen to them all the time, either all for laughs and/or reversed through negative continuity.

It's the same reason why it's hard to make horror stuff for things like Family Guy, South Park, etc without making it too corny, cliché, or just having it...not work.

Local community garage sale haul!

1st thing I bought was a South Park funko pop (it came with the box) of Stan. It was 3$.

2nd thing was this tiny bird. Not much else to say but the seller was also selling crystals. (I did not buy them) it was 50 cents.

3rd thing was this Japanese Oni Mask. It was actually for free as the seller was packing up the garage sale and throwing stuff away. I don���t know what brand or company it is at the moment but I got it cuz it looked cool.

4th is an enderman plush. It was also 3$.

5th is a camera from a vintage Barbie game. I didn’t buy the game but I got the camera instead. It costed a dollar.

6th is a Reginald Squishmallow. It was 25 cents. He also had his tag on as well, but I cut it off and put it with my other squish tags.

7th is a fur-suit tail. I also got this for free as it was the same seller as the mask. I can’t believe they were throwing this out! These are expensive and worth a lot of money! It was also in good, clean condition and had a clip for attachment.

I didn’t get the 8th item as it costed 20$ and was super heavy, but it’s literally the rock/stone from that one meme!

I also saw a firefly while selling my stuff too! I wonder if that firefly was a friend of ours who had recently died cuz it kept flying around my dad in broad daylight.

I feel this dude probably has the most messed up self esteem sadly

I mean he was “voted” ugliest boy in class (I know it was revealed to be messed up by Bebe but that sh*t can be traumatic for a nine/ten year old)

Side note: Can we give it up for Sheila? Like her response to Kyle saying he was ugly was immediately “no tf you aren’t” great parenting. Meanwhile the Stotches would be like “well, yes”

But anyway, something always goes wrong with every romantic interest

The sad thing is, Kyle was never deemed unattractive!! It was the contrary but eh

And could see him having uh, unhealthy relationship with food as he gets older…could lead into something more but eventually gets help circa late high school (writing a fic about this currently but yeah)

And damn…his reaction to Mr. Mackey calling him a fatass during that Tooth decay play?? He looked more hurt than when people call him other insults??

The boys’ reaction to it would be varied. Stan would be “hmm I want to say something but that’s not my territory” and just kinda you know remind Kyle to eat, and“accidentally” bring extra snacks for Kyle, kinda hint for Kyle to talk to someone

Cartman would of course revel in Kyle’s insecurities and issues at first but…if it gets to the point where Kyle doesn’t fight back with him?? Cartman would be on a one man mission to help Kyle

I always think about the San Francisco episode like Cartman needs Kyle like Joker needs Batman

Kenny would be dragging Kyle to the counselor’s office let’s be real

But I do think Kyle actually goes to therapy with some strong urging from his parents

Unpopular opinion: Adults shouldnt be writing smut of minors,even if its ‘Aged up’ Yes im looking at you adult South park and creepypasta writers. You cant write the most detailed smut of a cannonical child and proceed to say ‘Minors dni’ in the same breath. Dude the characters a minor. Why on earth was my solution to being anxious about someone I love “lemme GROCERY SHOP about this?!?” Now to understand how absurd that is, allow me to explain a few things about myself.

When I’m not being Stan Marsh Coded, I’m being Tweek Tweak coded. I am incredibly stressed in the best of situations. Also, I hate grocery shopping in general and can usually only do it early in the morning when stores are empty. Additionally I’m BAD at grocery shopping. No making a list does not help me I will freeze up and not look at it anyway and wind up with a very strange haul. Add to that the fact that I’m a recovering anorexic and grocery stores stress me out in that regard too. Add to THAT my severe driving anxiety and the nearest grocery store is 20 minutes away from my house, and you get the question: Why Did PCE Think That Was A Good Idea?

Anyway I bought three frozen pizzas and a cucumber that was 69 cents (that amused me greatly bc I’m actually a 10 yr old boy in form of a 25 yr old woman)

Hello there here’s a WIP of chapter 3 of Schedule Change, a K2 fic I’m working on (probably publish later this week)

Kyle twirled the spaghetti in his fork as his mom chatted with his friends. The day had been horrible already with being in a group project with Stan and Cartman, his ex best friends. But now the day just had to end with his mom making with one of his fear foods and having dinner with Stan, Cartman, and Kenny.

Kyle looked at the pasta in disgust, feeling the heavy carbs just sticking to his body and not leaving.

Kyle wondered the hell did he do wrong in his life to have Cartman and Stan at the dinner table with him.

Kyle sighed and looked at Kenny who gave him a worried look. Kyle felt almost guilty enough to take a bite to reassure Kenny.

His mom smiled at Stan.

“Oh Stan, I haven’t seen you in so long”

“The food is good as usual Mrs. Broflovski,” Stan said in between bites.

Kyle’s mom smiled.

“Thank you Stan,” his mom responded before looking at Kyle’s unfinished plate,”I’m glad someone likes the food.”

Kyle ignore his mom’s hint to eat in front of their precious guests. Kyle simply poured another glass of water. Kyle felt a twisted sense of control; his mom wouldn’t dare make a fuss of him not eating in front of guests.

His dad finally came in from his call with the firm and sat down with them.

Kyle immediately was met the usual look of disappointment from his father.

“Kyle your mother spent her time making this lovely dinner and it would be a shame to let it go to waste.”

Kyle felt his face turning as red as his hair. Kyle forced his fork into the pasta put the spaghetti in his mouth. He hated how good it tasted.

When Kyle no longer felt the eyes burn his head, he made an excused himself to the bathroom.

Kyle glanced at the toothbrush that laid at the sink. On one hand he didn’t want them to hear his retching but on the other Kyle could feel pasta digesting in him.

Kyle turned the water on.

Kyle then heard a knock on the door just as he reached for it the toothbrush.

Kyle opened the door to see Stan. His black hair as messy as ever and his blue eyes a bit nervous.

“Stan I’m busy here, what do you want?,” he mumbled.

“Listen…I’m not too thrilled about this arrangement either,” Stan admitted,”but can we at least be civil enough to get a good grade on this project.”

Stan reached out his hand.

Kyle looked up and saw

Kyle tentatively reached out and shook it and Stan flinched.

“Dude…you are so cold.”

Kyle frowned as he rubbed his hands furiously against his jeans trying to warm them up.

“Yeah, I forgot to wear my gloves today,” Kyle lied with a nervous laugh.

Stan frowned obviously not believing him. That’s the worst thing about having your current enemy to be a former best friend; they knew ever little thing about each other.

“Um, you look sick man,” Stan probed,”you had for a while.”

Kyle turned away from him, feeling his cheeks turn red.
