Foo Fighters Drop out of Headlining Slot at Soundside Music Festival

- Jack White and Greta Van Fleet added to schedule

Foo Fighters gave just over 72 hours notice in dropping out of the headlining slot at Connecticut’s Soundside Music Festival.

No reason was given in the band’s short statement that read:

“Foo Fighters will no longer be appearing at this weekend’s Soundside Music Festival. Please check the festival website for more information.”

Festival organizers almost immediately announced Jack White and Greta Van Fleet will fill the vacated Sept. 29 slot.

“Unfortunately, Foo Fighters have announced they’re no longer performing this weekend,” the festival said in a statement.

The Foos have no additional concerts scheduled.
