I really enjoyed drawing this one, and it was an amazing practise for poses in motion. Haikyuu is still strong in my head as I’m rewatching the 3rd season, so I had to play with the concept of Mobians playing this sport too)))

I don’t the name fore their team though, but I have some suggestions. Drop me yours, I wanna see them!

I am wondering…

Nazo has a giant house in my AU, right? And of course, with a large house comes a huge pool. So, what do you think would happen if Nazo were to host a giant party for the end of summer? Who’d be DJing and blasting music? Who’d be making cocktails and other alcoholic drinks? Who’d be having a diving contest off the diving board? who would be playing beach volleyball or playing other games like truth or dare, spin the bottle, or even 7 minutes in heaven? and who’d be showing off their swimsuits and/or outfits for all to see? 👀👀

(This would include the AUWNN characters as well, since I’m basing it off if Nazo became ungodly rich after Nazo unleashed due to his healing abilities and letting G.U.N research him! ^^)

I think Silver would make a good DJ, in his own zone and blasting the music loud. Rouge, Aeon, and Amy would have a swimsuit contest to see who's the best wearing one.

Can definitely see Iris swimming in the pool and helping out Cream with swimming as Vanilla helps her out as well. Just too wholesome 💙💛 They also have to drag out Sonic if he falls into the water 💀

Nazo would be hosting his house-party, making sure everyone has drinks, food, a good time ect.

Shadow and my boy Drake would be bartending. They like to be there but the more quiet area of the bar feels like a good place for them.

Scourge, Seelk, Sonic and Knuckles would be playing volleyball, but to a level that it's almost getting TOO fierce. The losers will get dunked into the swimming pool 💀💀

Blaze, Surge and Tails would be playing some board games. Only if Surge doesn't throw a tantrum 💀💀 xD

✨- How did you come up with the OC’s name?

She’s gone through a few name changes, first Tikki (a random name I came up with while taking out the trash, then i found out there was a Miraculous Ladybug character with that name (pronounced differently, but still) and I decided to change it), then it was Starburst for a little while, but that still didn’t fit, so I finally settled on Blossom!

🌼 - How old are they? (Or approximate age range)

🌺- Do they have any love interest(s)?

Also, a recent official merch of Shadow released where he’s wearing a jacket with cherry blossoms and is surrounded by cherry blossoms and I LOST MY MIND

🍕 - What is their favorite food?

I always gave her a very summery vibe, so probably something like popsicles or lemonade or something like that! I also like to think cherry-flavored, to relate back to her name ^_^

💼 - What do they do for a living?

Well, she doesn’t really have a job. She’s an adventurer! She got a taste for it during the events of Sonic Forces, and hasn’t stopped since. Although, I’d like to think she did some kind of sport before the war, maybe water polo or volleyball (again, tying into her summer motif)

🎹 - Do they have any hobbies?

Pre-Forces, her interests mainly revolve around the beach. Swimming, surfing, volleyball, etc. During the war, she gets SUPER into Wispon tech, starting out with upgrading her own Blue Hammer Wispon, and eventually making some her own.

She later gets into Extreme Gear, too, sort of relating it back to her love of surfing.

🎯 -What do they do best?

When she’s at her best and in her element, she’s extremely silver-tongued. She’s clever and quick on her feet when it comes to people, and able to talk circles around people. (This aspect of her character was inspired by Ferris Bueller)

However, when she’s not at her best and in her element, she turns into a nervous wreck, barely even able to speak through her nerves. Not to mention, Sonic and all his friends usually deal with badniks, so half the time that skill of hers is pretty much useless.

🥊 -What do they love to do? What do they hate to do?

Blossom is pretty sporty, and likes to stay active.

She likes being around her friends, but can drain her social battery with her constant analyzing of social situations.

She also likes to work on and upgrade her equipment, like her Wispons and Extreme Gear. While she’s not as much of a techie as, say, Tails, she spent a lot of time during the war in the rebel headquarters workshop (where she had her first bonding moment with Shadow, while he was in fixing his bike).

As for stuff she hates to do, UHHHHH. I’m gonna be real I haven’t thought of anything specific yet RIP 😔 Although, I do think that whatever she DOES hate doing, she’ll never admit. She’s a bit aggressively positive, and has gotten it into her head that if she shows any sort of negativity around her friends, then they won’t like her anymore. Positivity’s all she’s good for, right? Right?

❤️ - What is one of your OC’s best memories?

Probably something from before the war. She was super close with her older brother, Sun (who needs an UPDATED DESIGN AUGH), and would spend a lot of time with him before they were separated.

✂️ - What is one of your OC’s worst memories?

During the war (in my AU), she ends up being taken prisoner and semi-mind controlled by Infinite, and forced to fight Sonic and Shadow. They manage to snap her out of it, but she still carries the incident with her.

🧊 - Is their current design the first one?

Nope! She was originally made in the Sonic Forces character creator, and then I drew a modified version of it. It looks pretty different from her current design!

The first thing I ever decided for her design (outside of the character creator) was that she needed to be FLUFFY. The custom character from the game felt SO bald, i just knew I needed to give her a big hairstyle. Eventually the fluffiness was toned down to fit the more simplified Sonic style, but I hope she still comes across as pretty fluffy.

She was also meant to originally have a second design, that was supposed to happen after she and Sonic got trapped in Null Space, where she got permanently tinted purple (along with her eyes turning purple). She was also meant to develop void-based powers from it. That might still end up happening, but I’m not so sure about it anymore. I like her current warm color scheme, and I don’t actually know what her “void-based powers” would be.

🍀 - What originally inspired the OC?

Sonic Forces! She was just gonna be the rookie, no real modifications other than appearance, but I ended up getting so many story ideas it spawned a whole AU!

🌂 - What genre do they belong in?

Uhhh whatever gernre StH is. Fantasy/Sci-Fi/Adventure/Platformer? IDK lol

💚 - What is your OC’s gender identity and sexuality?

Ehhh, a bit unclear. Sometimes she’s a cis girl, she used to be a demigirl and SOMETIMES that pops up now and again but nowadays she’s usually cis. I’m pretty sure she’s bi, maybe pan? It switches around sometimes. For now I’m going cis girl, unlabeled sexuality.

🙌 - How many sibling does your OC have?

Just the one, her older brother Sun!

This ref of him is preeettyyyy outdated, I’ll have to make a new one sometime soon.

🍎 - What is the OC’s relationship w/their parents like?

I haven’t developed her parents much, and I’m unsure if she should even have any (in the context of the narrative, not saying she should be an orphan). It’s pretty rare for Sonic characters to have canon parents, and off the top of my head I can only think of two (not counting spinoffs like Archie or Sonic Underground). If she does have them, the only thing they’d really do in terms of the narrative is die at the start of the story, and Sun’s seeming death already serves that narrative function.

🧠 - What do you like most about the OC?

EVERYTHING. SHES MY BLORBO I LOVE HER LOVE HER LOVE HER. I really like her design, her story, her personality, her dynamic with the other characters, everything!!!!

✏️ - How often do you draw/write about the OC?

She’s my number two go-to character to draw, right behind Amy. I don’t write much, but I do daydream! And I daydream 99.9% of my day, and 99% of that is usually about Blossom.

💎 - Do you ever see yourself killing off the OC?

Teeeccchhhnicaly? In the context of the story, about 400 or so years in the future is when Silver and his family is from (in this AU his family consists of Shadow, Tails, and, after 06, Omega). In timelines where he’s met her and been in a relationship with her, Shadow usually remembers her dying hundreds of years ago, usually of old age. idk if that really counts as being killed off, though, as that far in the future, most of the main cast is dead.

💀 - Does your OC have any phobias?

Not any specific phobias, but she’s scared of big crowds, and sleeping in the dark. For specific reasons, but not ones she’d ever reveal.

🍩 -Who is your OC’s arch-nemesis or rival?

Infinite. He’s the main villain from the game, yeah, but I also ended up writing more inter-personal drama between the two (like the aforementioned mind-control thing). She HATES him.

🎓 - How long have you had the OC?

A little over a year now! I only got Sonic Forces last year, despite desperately wanting it since it came out.

Sports AU (s) headcanons for OPM

King plays basketball but he only got recruited because of his height. Otherwise he'd really rather be gaming, not playing games. Every now and then he'll manage to get a really epic layup or something directly into the basket with his height as his advantage and that's all anyone remembers. They have no idea he otherwise really sucks at sports. (and King has no idea that even if he's not gonna go pro he's still an ✨ Athlete ✨ uwu you're so valid bb).

In the esports world, King is legendary and feared.

Fubuki does volleyball and soccer, because my lil lesbian heart goes 'doki doki'. People think she's a very feminine, delicate sort of young woman -- unless they know her inside of her sports teams and then they know that she's a powerhouse who will wreck your ass while covered head to toe in mud with a perfect grin. Can often be found alongside her girlfriend Psykos.

Tatsumaki does volleyball with her sister too, and has broken a few noses from her spikes. Definitely notttt on purpose 🥺 👉👈 She also does gymnastics, (insert meta here about how Fubuki excels inside of a team sport and Tatsu enjoys a sport best when the team can be Just Her). In particular, she loves aerial silks, but devotes less time to the 'just for fun' stuff. Outside of official sports, she does extreme shit like free climbing because she's even more insane than her sister.

Fubuki and Tatsu have also done roller derby together. The resulting bloodbath during their time on the team is still recalled with fondness and horror by players and fans alike.

Sonic does fencing and also every single running sport. He's used to bringing his university a lot of gold medals, has been to the Olympics, and will absolutely go professional as soon as he chooses to. Has a wild grudge against Saitama for breaking one of his records. To add insult to injury, Saitama didn't think much of it and offhandedly remarked something to effect of 'Really? huh. I've got better times in practice…'

Saitama is a powerhouse in multiple sports but won't really commit to anything, so coaches hate him. Cares more about silly things like 'having fun' and pushing his own personal records/goals rather than whether or not he actually wins. Often ends up practicing the wrong sport at the wrong time of year, or a sport that the university doesn't even offer as a competitive team or even as a student club. Consequently, he's "founded" and also left/completely forgotten about multiple student clubs, including an ultimate frisbee club.

In particular, Saitama and Genos are known to play rugby.

Genos is also a powerhouse of an athlete, leaning into strength moreso than Saitama's agility, altho they're both well-rounded. He calls Saitama "Captain" even though Saitama has never been team captain of anything -- well, not since High School anyway. He's a true believer of Saitama's exceptional physical skills and is more devoted to him than any coach or team. Everyone wants to recruit him and warns him that it's not worth 'throwing away' his sports career in favor of his boyfriend mentor.

Following Saitama, he floats around from sport to sport, including off-season and unofficial. Would never win a "best in sportsmanship" trophy because he's an extremely competitive little asshole.

Since Saitama doesn't acknowledge his beef with Sonic, Genos has made it one of his goals to fist fight destroy his Captain's enemy by surpassing Sonic taking more of his records away. He's beaten him out at a few trophies now, which got him onto Sonic's radar, and now they fight like cats and dogs whenever they run into each other at a meet or a game.

Mumen, on the other hand, is raking in "Best Sportsmanship" trophies for himself and his teams like he's Spongebob dominating the "employee of the month" wall.

Mumen is the type of guy who, if his competitor twisted their ankle and fell in front of him before the finish line, would stop and help them to their feet and either make sure they cross the line together or with them rightfully ahead of him by a bit.

Genos looks at Mumen like "Wow I admire that" [literally steps on Sonic to get past him at the next track meet]

Garou is a competitive swimmer, trained under Bang. He holds multiple records for swim and watersports. He tired of swimming and branched out into extreme watersports including flyboarding and kite surfing. Has also invented a couple sports, including one where you jump off a cliff into a waterfall while holding onto a drone with a snorkel and a gopro.

Metal Bat plays baseball and is best known for that, but he loves lacrosse a lot more. His little sister scolds him when he makes the contact sport a little *too* contact-y, and he'd do anything for her, so he tries not to go all out. During the off season, he keeps up by doing kickboxing, but not competitively. He's run into Garou at his favorite training spot more than once, and they enjoy sparring with each other.

Zenko started out in youth gymnastics, but really came into her own as she got older and branched out. Young Zenko worried a lot about her big brother and would not let him do riskier sports, even ones that were just contact sports, because he'd broke his arm once and it traumatized her more than it did him. As she grew up, however, Zenko found a passion for a variety extreme sports and now she and her brother often do them together, like wakeboarding (with Garou), or mountain biking (with Mumen).

She's also talked Metal Bat into doing acrobatic stunts with her. The concept of tossing his little sister around like a ragdoll was truly terrifying for him at first, but now he yeets her confidently.

Zombieman coaches rugby for the university, but that's just a job to pay the bills for him. The only sports he cares about anymore are death-defying ones, like parkour, basejumping or, helicopter skiing. He and Tatsumaki have free climbed together before, but only by coincidence.

AIGHT had these notes for a bit about the movie cuz it’s a cinematic master piece and gave me everything we wanted

That bit where he’s pretending to be airport security didn’t have to be so fucking cute but now it lives rent free in my head

Thark pointed out how smart it was for sonic to be calling peeps via FaceTime since he’s got a big ass head and his ears are on top of them (I’m so glad they don’t do the phone to the side of the head even when the characters ears aren’t there, just a lil thing I don’t like)

I bet that bit where sonic was like “your meant to be my friend, stop trying to be my dad” Tom has to repress every fatherly urge to not cry at hearing that

I’m still reveling in the fact sonic has homies/brothers now, it was so sweet when all Tom was thinking about during volleyball was for his kid to have wingmen cuz Tom and Maddie are providing more parental roles than siblings/friend roles

Jeff really said this is my movie franchise and if I want shadow in the third movie I’m putting shadow in the third movie, and to that I say LETS FUCKING GOOOOO

Eggman and Stone are just fucking perfect this movie, I really love what they do with Stone like he looks like a straight man but he’s just really good at hiding how unhinged he is

Eggman is just a rabid animal this movie, Jim just transcends this role

I really wonder what they’re gonna do with shadows character, it’s clear he’s gonna have some of the same backstory since he’s been in stasis for 50 years, I just hope they don’t make his personality close to knuckles cuz he’s defo gonna be an antagonist for the third movie

Day seven: Sports and soccer world cup

for this theme, i can only think about takeru plays basketball and has a lot of fangirls that they scream and cheer up for him in every match. His popularity is raised a lot of for that.

Yusaku ....sports... ahahah XD i think the only sport, that he does, is wii sport or mario and sonic at the olympic game and maybe he wants to do snowboard.

Every weekend maybe yusaku do a tournament(wii sport tournament) with his friends.

Maybe in a au yusaku is a good at snowboard or figure skating.

Aoi, i think that she plays volleyball or do swimming pool.

Day eight: what if

if yusaku was a girl... hard question,but i think that “he” will have a big harem (everyone will love her ...because “he” is sexy u.u, but “he” doesn’t know!).

There will be a triangle : Yusaku x ryoken x takeru or yusaku x ryoken x shoichi kusanagi.

Kusanagi will be overprotective ... and maybe will duel at the start of the series o.o!

The canon ship maybe is ryoken x yusaku...because is so obvious, but for this couple... there will be so much angst and a lot of heartbreak. (the canon have a lot too)

Sonic Volleyball AU

While I was rewatching Haikyuu I collected some screenshots from it and got to redraw them with the Sonic team) Hope you like as much as I do!

Sonic Zero(Au)

Due to a tedious week four anthropomorphic animals take a roam through the woodland, the time being spring the air was cool, blossoms were sprouting, and it rained. Sonic insisted they'd go for a stroll through the camail woods so they could catch up on each other's activities. They were all extermely busy— Amy was the caretaker of an oprhange kids who remained there saw Amy as the parent and regularly came to her with their uncertainties. Tails is the builder for the mayor of the city, the guy was extermely incompetent in Tails's regard as much as he resented working for him he had no alternative; he needed the money to support his projects. Knuckles lived on angel island with his remote relative Tikal, she had fallen along with the last of the echidna tribe. And sonic.. was sonic, he lived in his cabin by the amulet beach.

Sonic stepped on loose strand and dropped through a hole hiding under chunks of leaves and twigs. Tails glanced into the gap he saw Sonic groaning from the drop.

"Sonic are you okay!" Tails called out to the whimpering hedgehog

"Y-Yeah... I'm fine..." he replied

In that moment Sonic couldn't detect all but the sunlight emitting above him. He got up and brushed himself off, Sonic stepped on a switch under his foot that produced something to go off.

"What's that sound?" Sonic muttered

More sunlight came in from a distant part of the unknown area. Light radiates in the cave making out to be an ancient sculpture, Sonic stared in astonishment at what rose before him.

"Hey, guys! Come down you're gonna need to look at this!"

Knuckles and Tails jumped down landing next to Sonic whilst Amy followed shortly after. The group watched in wonder at what stood before them.

"What is all this..?"

Amy said stepping up to the sculpture to have a closer view. Tails was at the ancient echidna statues and conundrums that could lie around.

"The ancient echidna tribe.. according to myth, they were a tranquil nation who watched over Chao and the chaos emeralds, until they were wiped out by their god,"

"What god?"

"Chaos,"

He knew Amy loved ancient architecture while Tails was more fascinated with the machinery part. Knuckles was the last of his kind so he never had enough to state on his ancestors and how they were all wiped out.

"Fascinating,"

Amy pondered looking at the manuscripts and writings the society left behind, until something grabbed her eye.

"Guys look at this! This reads open the gate to reveal paradise but will come at a jarring price,"

Knuckles thought until he found primitive writings scattered across the sides, the red echidna walked over to them. He pushes down on the switch, the four felt rumbling a gate was opening. Sonic glanced over and strode to it, he discovered a field with a waterfall and many hilltops. A gentle breeze blew into his quills making it dance along with the breeze.

"Wow this is beautiful,"

Knuckles muttered, the place seemed to be peaceful. But not everyone was at ease Amy heard racket in the distance since her reflexes were sharp she summoned her hammer. Tails raised an eyebrow at her confused at her sudden battle stance.

"Amy why're you-"

"Shh!"

Amy shushed Tails as everyone heard the sound grow louder. Everyone heard the sounds grow closer and the footsteps grew louder as they approached closer.

Thump

A gigantic mech by the size of a skyscraper jumped out rushing at the gang, Sonic was the first to jump into action. He rolled into a ball in attempt to strike the robot. In short Sonic tried striking the robot many times with the assist of the others. But nothing worked.

Then Amy came up with a plan.

"Everyone I have a plan, Tails lasso Sonic to Knuckles. Then Knuckles punch sonic over to me and I'll hit him hard. With enough force it'll be enough to destroy this thing"

"But how would I be able to lasso Sonic to Knuckles?"

"Make a rope! Me, Knuckles, and Sonic will buy you sometime to make it"

Tails nodded and got to work. Amy readied her hammer and looked to her sides. Sonic and Knuckles standing on both sides.

"Ready you two?"

"Yeah!"

They both said in unison, the three of them charged at the robot,  Knuckles and Amy attacking its legs whilst Sonic attacked the head. Tails worked as fast as he could for the lasso.

He used all the tools and mechanics any resources that would work for him. After a while tails made it, the rope was glowing bright orange. Tails knew there wasn't any time for a test run his friends couldn't hold on forever.

"Everyone it's done let's put the plan into motion!"

The three regrouped, Tails looked at Sonic and he did exactly what he was supposed to do. The hedgehog turned into a ball and Tails wrapped the rope around his form and spun him around eventually flinging him to knuckles.

"On to you Knux!"

Shouted Tails as knuckles jumped up into the air and smacked Sonic like he was a volleyball.

"Amy!"

Amy reeled back her hammer like a baseball bat and smirked.

"Batta batta batta swing!"

Amy joked as she hit Sonic hard into the robots core causing it to fall to the ground and explode. Sonic jumped down laughing from what had just happened.

"Whoooo! What a rush!"

Smoke released into the air as scraps and pieces of the robot scattered on the ground. The two tailed fox sashays to the rubble a light emits from the smoke, catching the attention of the young boy.

Once the air was cleared the light reveled its self to be a stone with strange writing on it. Tails picked up the artifact, after admiring it for a couple of minutes, Amy called out to him.

"Tails come on we're going home!"
