Hey everybody! I am so happy you've been enjoying my take on Sonic's parents, my OCs Domino and Phlox! If you want to learn more about them that wasn't covered in "The Sonnet of Domino & Phlox," I have more info (including your questions and headcanons) below!

QUESTIONS

Anon asked: I love your Sonic parents💙💙 Where did you get the idea for their names?

A: I'm so happy you like them! I try to include symbolism in the names I choose for my characters. Domino's name has two meanings. The main reason is in reference to "The Domino Effect." Her brief meeting with Phlox would --unbeknownst to either of them-- lead to the world's greatest hero! Secondly, I chose the name because life repeatedly knocks her down, but she does her best to get back up! Phlox's name comes from the purple flower. The Phlox flower symbolizes "unity/harmony/partnership" and can be given to someone to mean "We think the same" or "our souls are united." If you really dig deep into the mythology of the flower, it's said to "affect well-being and is a source of creativity and positive thoughts." Phlox is meant to be a perfect compliment to Domino, and together their love for the planet and positive outlook on life would be woven into the DNA of the bright ray of sunshine we know as Sonic.

midnightfire1222 asked: So where did Sonic get his trademark speed from? Phlox or Domino?

and Anon also asked: In your AU is there a reason behind Sonic’s abilities? Did his parents have that “gene” in them or something like that? Also, I remember you posted your vision about Amy’s parents as well, I know it’s unrelated but I’d like to ask if you could tell us what happened with them, because as I understand Amy is also an orphan in your AU. Thank u, I love your art <3

A: I like to think that Sonic's speed is purely a genetic mutation (a "gift"), not something he inherited from a family member. Domino is a "speed type" as far as class goes, but neither of them are remotely on Sonic's level. As far as Amy's parents (Clay and Lulu), I originally had them as deceased in my AU, but I've recently changed my mind on that! They are alive, but are not prominently involved in Amy's life. You will see more of them soon~ 😉🦔👰💍🦔🤵

@skywriter97 asked: I know she's a wanderer/nomad, but how long would Domino typically stay in one place? Would that change as she gets further in her pregnancy with Sonic?

A: Domino would never stay in one place more than a week. When she gets further along in her pregnancy, she gets kind of 'stuck' on Christmas Island and just waits it out there. As much as she enjoys her journeys, she'd know it's not worth the risk traveling while in the third trimester.

@skywriter97 also asked: If Phlox had been around, would he have been able to convince Domino that maybe remaining in a place would be a good idea because of the baby? Would he have tried?

A: Phlox doesn't get the chance, but he would have wanted to go on journeys WITH Domino. He would have liked the opportunity of enhancing her (their) way of life, not drastically changing it. Instead of staying in one place and building a traditional home, he would have instead worked on securing them a caravan of sorts, something along the lines of a Vardo wagon or a covered wagon (but maybe something that is powered so he doesn't have to pull it all the time ((though he's certainly strong enough lol))). That way they could remain on the road as long as they wanted and were still technically 'outdoors' at all times, but were always guaranteed shelter and a means of travel.

yama3002 asked: Did sonic or Amy or even Aurora wondered who is sonic parents ?

A: Amy and Aurora would definitely be curious. Because Sonic is all about living in the present and not focusing on the past, I don't believe he would be too concerned about knowing who his parents are/were. In my AU he has no memory of his early years so for all he knows, he just appeared on Christmas Island.

And anon asked: In your AU, does Aurora ever get curious about Sonics parents and ask him? I think you said he repressed that memory from the trauma and doesn’t remember anything - how would that conversation go? Does he ever get sad thinking about why he was abandoned or why he has no memory of them?

A: Like I said above, I really don't think Sonic troubles himself by worrying about these things. He doesn't know what it's like to have parents and so he doesn't know what he's missed out on, but he's also loved his life so he has no reason to complain. As far as why he doesn't remember them, I think that's too heavy of a topic for him to want to explore (hence, blocking out the trauma). Ignorance is bliss, right? If Aurora asked who his mom and dad are, I think he'd just be like "I don't have any, but that doesn't mean I don't have family! I've got your Uncle Tails, your Uncle Knuckles, my wife --aka yo' mama!-- and I have you! What more could I want?"

umi-teardrop asked: Does Phlox still loves Damino and will he ever realize Sonic is his son?

A: Though they didn't get to spend much time together and they don't use the word "love" until the epilogue of The Sonnet, yes I would say Phlox will always love her. At this time I'm undecided if he will canonically (to my AU) learn about Sonic being his son, but if I were to do that I know how I'd want them to find out (I write about it below!). Of course I'm open to y'all imagining that realization however you want, too!

bow-and-aro-child asked: I saw your interpretation of Sonic's parents and I CARE THEM very much!! Anyway, hypothetically, if Phlox (Sonic's dad; i hope i spelled that right) were to ever find out Sonic was his, how do you think that would play out? And how would that reunion go?

Anon also asked: Anon asked: No chance of Phlox and Sonic finding out their connection? Eggman trying a new dna targeting formula in his robots instead of Chao signature or movement detection and it instantly locking onto Phlox like a dog on a bone

A: If you've read The Sonnet, you learn that Phlox managed to take a photograph of Domino before she leaves. He cherishes that photo and considers it his magnum opus, so even after years have passed and he's never been able to find her, he always includes that photo of her in his exhibitions (never for sale, though!). I like to think that one day Amy convinces Sonic to go to a gallery for a date, and when Sonic sees the photo of Domino it reawakens his memories of her. Keep in mind, this would be a pretty intense moment for Sonic. I think it would be difficult for him to make this discovery on his own, but with Amy I think she would help him get through it. While they're having a discussion about her/the photograph, I think that's where Phlox would come in and be like "You knew her?? Can you tell me where she is? I'd love to talk to her, I have so much I want to say!" Then that would lead to some heavy conversations and then from there that's where they all put two-and-two together. It would be a very intense, heavy series of realizations haha. But just like I said above, I'm always interested in however y'all think things would play out, too. To the anon who wrote about Eggman: Now THAT is a fun idea! I didn't even think about Eggman being the one to accidentally make this discovery, but I do like it!

Anon asked: Will Sonic ever un-repress the memories of his mom?

A: I would like for him to do that, but that would be much later in his adult life when he's got the support of his family to help him get through it. I don't think he can handle that emotional trauma alone, especially before he's gotten more in touch with his feelings. I described above how I personally see it going down.

hedgethemaze asked: I was wondering, in the alternative chance that Domino would've told him about being pregnant with Sonic, what would've been Phlox reaction?

A: Phlox would have been absolutely delighted! It would be nerve-wracking to learn that they're going to essentially be teen parents and life on the road is difficult enough as it is. But Phlox would have been over the moon happy!

faythwasfound asked: Would you ever draw a what if of domino if she lived and possibly her relationship to other characters besides sonic like tails, Amy or aurora?

A: I've received a lot of interest in this and in fact, I made myself so sad while writing their story, that I ended up deciding to make an ALTERNATE-alternate universe where Domino stayed with Phlox and everything is happy hahaha. Anything that falls under that AAU will all be tagged under the #PhloxinoAAU tag.

atwas-meme-ing asked: So, I take it, in your other AU, Phlox and Domino stayed together because Phlox actually did ask Minnie to let him travel with her? Or somehow or other found some way of following her?

A: It was really important to me while writing the Sonnet to make it clear that it was both Domino and Phlox who made the mistake of not pursuing each other. Phlox should have spoken up, but equally Domino should have been willing to voice her concerns so he could prove his trustworthiness. For the #PhloxinoAAU, I would have it not only that Phlox would manage to say that line he had been rehearsing of why he got the backpack (so he could travel with her), but also then have Domino be willing to talk about her feelings and trust him to come with her. The two of them being willing to openly communicate would result in the happiest ending.

graciethemonsterartist asked: In your PhloxinoAAU, if Domino did perhaps stay with Phlox in the end and raised Sonic together as parents, what would their relationship be? Like would they get married when they found out that Domino is pregnant or would they simply stay together without tying the knot but still happily together? And if they do get married, what kind of wedding would it be? More importantly, what would Phlox reaction be when he founds out that he’s going to be a dad and finding out that his son has super Sonic speed? Lastly, in both scenarios where Domino stays and doesn’t stay. What gave her the idea to name Sonic, well Sonic?

A: Domino is not interested in marriage so she and Phlox would never legally "tie the knot." But they would be romantic partners in every sense of the word and would be very happy living their lives together and dedicating themselves to one another and to their son. Haha, finding out your son has super speed is pretty shocking and makes things pretty challenging, but just like what you see in the Epilogue of the Sonnet, I think Domino (and Phlox) would have found ways to make games to tucker him out and help him burn off his energy in more manageable ways hahaha! As far as his name, it seems that many of the Sonic character names are related to their powers or their purpose, so I almost think their kind must have an instinct for what powers their child may have or what they may end up looking like. At least, that's my headcanon for where the name Sonic came from. Maybe he was just kicking extra fast while she was still pregnant with him!

Anon asked: This probably isn't going to ever happen, but if Phlox and/or Sonic figured out they were related?

A: Phlox would definitely want to learn as much as he could about Sonic as possible and would absolutely want a relationship with him, but he would have to be careful to take it at Sonic's pace. He remembers how sometimes when he would push Domino for information or to talk about feelings, she would put up a wall; Sonic is the same way (though in his adulthood, I have Sonic being better about talking about his feelings). You also have to remember that Sonic doesn't focus on the past and he's had a great life without any parents, so I don't think he'd be overly eager to get to know this guy who is supposedly his dad. But ultimately, the two of them are great guys with a super positive outlook on life, so it's my preference that they would be able to end up having a positive relationship and end up being very close. Better late than never!

Anon asked: Does Sonic's Dad ever meet his granddaughter Aurora?

A: Whether Phlox ever learns that Sonic is his son or not, I like the idea of the two of them crossing paths often so he would have met Aurora at least on one occasion if not more.

theneedlemouseconnection asked: I can't stop thinking about Domino and Phlox! I wonder, what if Domino liked to be an early riser and left before Phlox woke up, but left him a note that he's kept all these years? And deep down, looking back, he wishes he hadn't been so promiscuous and had settled down with HER. And he doesn't know she drowned, so he keeps the letter in the hopes that someday they'll bump into each other again? And this is a HUGE what-if, but, what if, somehow, Phlox runs into his son at Domino's grave, finds out what happened from a mourning Sonic (poor boy 😭), and decides to GIVE HIM DOMINO'S LETTER. Just my random thoughts, because I'm obssessing over Sonic's parents now adkhskdjj

A: theneedlemouseconnection You asked me this question before I published the final chapter of The Sonnet of Domino & Phlox and you were so on to me, haha! Kudos to you! If you've read the story, you'll have found that Domino does leave a simple message in his favorite notebook. He keeps it forever. I'm so happy you like them!

cop16461 asked: Would Phlox ever begin to question any resemblances that sonic has to him? Would he try to find domino again and find out she passed?

A: Personally I find it more funny to have Sonic and Phlox completely oblivious to how similar they look and laugh. The thought would never cross Phlox's mind hahaha. Phlox has never stopped looking for Domino, even as his life has changed and he's progressed in his career and all that, he's always held on to a glimmer of hope that she's still out there and that they'll cross paths again. He wouldn't know that she died unless Sonic revealed that to him.

bloglover99 asked: What does Domino and Phlox think of Amy Rose a girl of Sonic dreams or their future daughter-in-law?

A: Domino and Phlox would LOVE Amy! There is some sonamy foreshadowing in the Epilogue of The Sonnet, where even before Sonic has met Amy, Domino makes him promise to keep (her) safe and never let (her) go. They both would love Amy's fiery spirit and her passion and her love for others, but especially her love for their son. If both Domino and Phlox were still in the picture, I think they would have helped Sonic to work through his feelings sooner.

Anon asked: I’m not sure if you’ve been ask this, but if Sonic and Amy’s parents were to meet each other, how do you think that scene would play out?

A: Unfortunately, Domino and Lulu would not get along at all haha 😅 They are complete and total opposites. Lulu loves the finer things in life and is materialistic and glamorous and superficial, whereas Domino rejects every single one of those things. However, I think Phlox and Clay would get along. They're both rugged in different ways and they're both gaga for their gals, so as long as their wives weren't fighting they would probably enjoy getting a beer together.

monkeyqueen2012 asked: How would Domino react to her granddaughter? Or her (8!) great grandchildren?

A: Domino would just adore Aurora! I could see them having camp outs under the stars and Aurora being absolutely captivated by all of Domino's stories. I have some PhloxinoAAU drawings with baby Aurora that I want to explore for sure! 😍 I also think Domino would be a good influence as far as Sonic's parenting and she would encourage him to give Aurora more space to explore and live a little more dangerously, so Aurora wouldn't have as much of a sheltered upbringing as she does in my main AU. I don't know that Domino would still be around to see all of her 8 great grandchildren, but that would really be something 💙 To be someone who had absolutely nobody and no family, to then having a gigantic family, all because of you? I think that'd make her heart soar!

YOUR HEADCANONS

pellet-the-cat said: Not an ask, but I have the headcanon that Aurora has Domino's laugh, and everytime Sonic hears it, it makes him reminisce of the times with his Mom, feeling like she would be just proud of her graddaughter as Sonic is proud of her.

A: That is so SWEET! I love that headcanon! I picture Aimee Carrero as the voice of Domino, and I can see her laugh being appropriate for both Domino AND Aurora, so I think that totally works! Plus, that encourages Sonic to focus on the positive memories instead of just the bad.

middlechildwhoescapedthebasement said: What if Domino discovered Sonic's super speed because she tried putting pants on him? Like she just thought "I wonder if he likes pants like his dad?" She just merely held up the pants next to Sonic, blinked, and the next thing she knew he's up a TREE. (Apologies if this is too ooc, I just thought it'd give you a chuckle hopefully)

A: This cracked me UP! Oh my god I love that so much, this made me laugh! And I think it's very in-character for the both of them haha. Headcanon accepted!

What if the flash flood that took Domino's life was caused (unintentionally, mind you,) by a dam set up by a young, budding scientist who was simply studying the environment for new energy sources and techniques. A: @emceevoices, that's just EVIL! 😮😈 I do have a reference to a younger Eggman in The Sonnet, but I didn't even consider him being the cause of the flood! How very clever (and terrible!)

A: I normally don't like that old gag of Amy mistaking everyone for Sonic, but this one made me laugh! I mean, this is the one scenario where it would make perfect sense!

A: This is definitely very possible! I like that it's a positive memory that is triggered, too, instead of just an awful one.

A: You submitted this when I was asking for Sonic bday ideas, but I loved it so much I wanted to include it here! This warms my heart and breaks it at the same time. Thank you for sharing!

A: It means so much to me that their story touched you! Phlox would be so devastated to know how much he's missed out on because he would have loved to have been a part of Sonic's life. But I couldn't agree with you more: he'd be proud of who Sonic is now and grateful that he ended up the way he did, regardless of their pasts.

Anon said: Hello, I like your work and the story about Sonic and Domino, its ending broke my heart about Domino's death and how Sonic, in order to be well, had to forget her. It also made me think that Sonic, rather than forgetting Domino, tries not to think about her too much because of the pain and because it is less sad for me than Sonic forgetting his mother.

A: I totally get that and I don't blame you for thinking that :) I only chose that Sonic suppresses his memories (unintentionally) because Sonic tends to run away from his problems and this seemed like an appropriate trauma response for him. But you can absolutely have this headcanon, I support it!

I’ve got ideas for Maria in the Sonic-Tails swap. She switches places with Shadow in this AU, and just—I was thinking so much last night. I’m -thisclose- to drawing what I think she’d look like in the AU, but that’s for another time. Here’s my idea:

G.U.N. orders Gerald (or his equivalent? I’m not sure who he swaps with yet, if he does swap) to return to Earth, so he does. His absences causes Maria to worry so much that her illness flares. She gets sicker and sicker until eventually, the G.U.N. are certain she’s going to die. Shadow, obviously, doesn’t want this to happen, so he convinces one of the scientists to use him to heal Maria. This scientist reminds Shadow that the most likely conclusion is that Maria and Shadow will both die. Shadow doesn’t care. He was made to help Maria, and he doesn’t want to live in a world she’s not in. The scientist doesn’t care about Shadow, so they agree to do the procedure. They use Shadow’s blood and heart to replace Maria’s weakened cells. The Black Arms DNA is particularly receptive to merging with other kinds of DNA. Maria survives, but Shadow dies. When she wakes up and finds out, Maria’s anger and grief cause Doom powers to awaken inside of her. The scientists put her in cryistasis to protect themselves. Before they can free her, the ARK gets raided. Maria is frozen for fifty years.

If I’m keeping Eggman in his original role, Maria probably works with him because he’s family and she has an extreme loyalty to that (born from her own personality and because she’s part Blacks Arms and they value unity).

It doesn’t matter. Just know that she has Shadow’s Doom powers. Doom Wing is her most commonly used one, but she also has access to Doom Spears/Blast/Surf/Morph. It looks exactly as it does for Shadow except her eyes turn Black Arms-yellow when she uses them. Like Shadow, overusing her powers makes her more aggressive while also hurting her body (because Shadow’s Doom Wings takes his rings which is basically the health bar). Maria doesn’t have Shadow’s chaos abilities—including his speed—but she does have his air-shoes so she can pick up some speed with that (even though she usually flies)

Maria is also extremely intelligent. Her fields of study are archeology, like her father, and biology, like her grandfather. She isn’t particularly skilled with technology.

I have so much more I want to say about her, but I’ll leave that for when I’ve fleshed out this AU and figured out everyone’s placements and possibly draw that fanart of her

Important AU/setting details

Long post ahead.

Gonna get the biggest thing out of the way first. The backstory/inciting incident for this AU.

I tried to keep it brief, but there's so much of it that's important for context that it was kind of a losing battle 👀💦

I promise you the stuff under the Modern Day category is much shorter

The shattering incident:

Disclaimer: (Event name not related to sonic prime's shattering. This AU was originally created 10 years ago by an 11 year old with too much free time. Ironically, it plays out very similarly to sonic forces. A hybridization of the two almost)

The shattering incident was an event that occurred roughly two hundred years ago.

Following the frequency of planet threatening events due to Sonic and Eggman's continued rivalry, the human kingdoms and nations that made up the western hemisphere of Earth, united under the rule of G. U. N. in hopes of being able to protect themselves better in unity than alone.

Despite working together, they severely lacked the power and technology to keep up with mobians.

During this time period, G. U. N. became much more aware of the Ancients and their superior technology, expanding their reach out into mobian territories to the east in search of more ancient artifacts to study and integrate into their own technology.

This drove up tension with mobians exponentially, as many were forcefully evicted or had sacred artifacts taken, which caused them to lash out in small clashes.

G. U. N. 's response was the development and deployment of the Omegon System. A gargantuan superweapon infused with ancient and eggman tech alike. Powered by the chaos reactor, a power source made possible with the aid of multiple chaos emeralds.

The Omegon System was used to threaten and dissuade mobian interference with humanity's expansion. Collecting the remaining emeralds as well as countless ancient relics. It is even on record to have singlehandedly repelled a large-scale assault from eggman's forces in an attempt to claim it for himself.

By this point in time, it was clear that something needed to be done about G. U. N. 's overzealous behavior.

After a failed attempt to talk them down by sonic, and a failed attempt to physically disable the weapon itself, it was clear he could not put a stop to it alone either. Enlisting the aid of a large number of mobians, as well as the scientific mind and robotics of eggman himself.

The mission was a success, and the Omegon System was permanently decommissioned, but not without issues, and the severe consequences that came with those issues.

The initial plan was to lure the Omegon System west onto the human continent where it would be forced to limit its destructive functions. From there it would be infiltrated and shut down by robbing it if its emerald energy sources.

However, a last minute betrayal threw a wrench into their plans. An unintended addition that slipped their way in with the infiltration team.

Instead of deactivating the chaos reactor, it was turned on humanity by a rogue mobian who had seized control.

In the ensuing struggle, the reactor is supercharged and forced into a critical meltdown by the mobian in question.

With the destruction of the chaos reactor came a detonation unlike anything before. The continent was washed in a heavy blanket of energy later dubbed chaos radiation.

The chaos emeralds themselves were destroyed by their own power in the blast, along with the Omegon System itself, leaving a large crater in the middle of the western continent. As well as many casualties from the tragic event, including the brilliant mind of Doctor eggman.

Surviving members of humanity were forced away from their homes, as the heavy chaos radiation caused them sickness. Most fled to the mobian islands and mini continents in the east. Their relationship was very tense with the native mobians, but in the wake of the disaster, the refugees were accepted.

Those that refused to leave were forced to quickly adapt to the radiated surroundings.

The chaos radiation did not hover exclusively over the western continent however, eventually dispersing across the planet slowly like a fog, thinning out in most places over the years until the levels were significantly less harmful to humanity.

It was quickly discovered that this chaos radiation did not affect mobian DNA in the way it did humans. In fact mobian DNA seemed to respond in the opposite way. Bolstering many of them with strange new powers, unnatural for their species.

There were abilities that spawned across the globe in the following years, of extremely varied types and strengths. (Ex: kinetics, speedsters, super strength, illusions and many more.)

Mutations, caused by chaos radiation fusing with their bodies and breaking down into chaos energy overtime. Using them as vessels of sorts, as the chaos emeralds had been previously.

This boost from chaos radiation allowed many to move into and rebuild the ruins of the abandoned human towns and cities.

Modern day:

Year 22××, roughly 200 years post shattering.

Radiation

Chaos radiation is still very much a thing, though modern humans are much more resistant to the lessened quantities that remain.

Mobian as of recent years have experienced less spontaneous power gain as radiation levels have lowered to levels that will not often cause mutation.

While the planet as a whole is still blanketed in chaos radiation, the amount is negligible, and larger sources of it can be tracked and recorded due to modern technology

Chaos radiation overtime has broken down into chaos energy that persists harmlessly in the planet's water, soil and atmosphere.

Technology

Technology has significantly improved due to mobians merging their technologies with humanity's.

Chaos energy is still technically usable, by drawing the radiation from the planet's atmosphere, but is significantly more volatile without the chaos emeralds to channel their power through

Using the late Doctor Miles "Tails" Prower's work as a blueprint, some cities have managed to recreate false emeralds to serve as emergency power sources. They unfortunately are pale imitations of the original false emerald created by Doctor Prower.

While lacking the strength of the original, these false emeralds can be utilized to channel chaos radiation into energy. Their use is limited however, requiring many of them in order to power select facilities of most importance like hospitals and will eventually shatter after being used for long enough.

Relations and Biological changes

Humans and mobians have improved their relationship significantly over time as they collectively rebuilt their cities and homes together.

The result of the restoration efforts left most kingdoms, cities and villages to have a mix of mobian and human populations.

Humanity's numbers dropped significantly in the shattering, due to radiation sickness, but has risen exponentially in the years following. They are still outnumbered greatly by mobians, however.

Humanity may have gained chaos radiation resistance, but they are not immune, nor have they gained powers like mobians have.

Unlike humanity, mobian numbers were not halted or significantly reduced by the shattering incident. However, their reproduction has been altered. Prior to the shattering, mobians of different animal species would have children of one parent species or the other.

The introduction of high chaos radiation seems to have biologically altered them, as hybridization has sprung up across all species. Though uncommon, it is now possible for a child to retain traits from both parent species.

Oddly enough however, they can only pass down the genetic traits of one of their parent species at a time, meaning a hybrid of 3 or more mobian species is impossible.

G. U. N. Aftermath

G. U. N. Was immediately dissolved following the shattering incident. However, a new organization was formed in its place shortly after.

The Chaos Energy Research And Supervision organization (AKA CERAS) was formed shortly after the shattering , and still persists to the current day under the same director who formed it.

Character Au!!!

Metal sonic

I was thinking of this au, Metal is an organic being now, Dr. Eggman thought of an idea on making Metal a living being by using his Roboticizer but changed it where it changes robots into organic beings. So now hh has to learn what it's like and how his new body works. After he realizes he has a mind of his own and can make his own choices, he betrays Dr. Eggman and went off on his own journey.

So now infinite

I base him off of the god of chaos Apophis.

Instead of giving Infinite his normal mask, I gave him a snake head one instead, each can show the base off of the god. Who is pretty much a snake

Apophis is the god of earthquakes, thunder, darkness, storms, chaos, disorder, and death.

For infinite, I'm only gonna use Chaos, death, and darkness(and I'll add war)... Each kinda fits him more.

For infinite's backstory, I was thinking about making it somewhere similar to apophis. Each he wanted to eat the sun.

But change it to where like

Infinite had a job to rip the sun out of the sky and make it full darkness. Instead of like

Him working for eggman

(He's pretty much like every other sonic villain)

For Apophis story it was like:

The sun was the first sign of the created world and symbolized divine order, light, life, and if he could swallow the sun god, he could return the world to a unity of darkness.

I wanna say infinite is a very old god, sense I'm gonna put him as one of the gods in Egyptian.

So he was probably very used to having the world being all dark until the sun.

So he wanted to rip the sun out because he was just mad at it for no reason

And end up getting his butt kick by a blue hedgehog and a oc/j

I also wanna make it where he already had the rudy. Say like

Temptation, death, and chaos.

Temptation and death is the information of the snake in Greek mythology

But I also base him off of the god of death(Anubis) ; however he isn't very similar at all, only with the part where the jackal means fear.

Eclipse

There's actually not much to him sense it already gave him the most basic backstory(He was born from an egg and was born to fight)

He is an alien/imp mix,

I see black doom as a devil more than like an alien, saying he is pretty much Satan into this au.

And the mother is unknown so we don't know what alien girl he was with.

And yah Shadow's father is black doom and also Gerald Robotnik. Eclipse is only half sibling to shadow.

So instead of him being like a demon, I'll make him more like a imp

Each is pretty much the same just a small troublemaker�� Each he is/j

He was born from an egg because of logic.

So there isn't much about him on why he's like evil.... Because it's like.. In his DNA, so not much backstory.

Mephiles

Mephiles is gonna be easy, I'm gonna make him more base off of his actual demon each is Mephistopheles of course

His backstory is gonna still be the same, by being made into a lab and was born by accident, but instead of it just being made by Solaris. I also wanna add the time eater into it too

I feel like it would actually make sense, since he's like.. A dark god that has something to do with time, and Mephiles is like... He can change time.

Also because I actually feel like no one ever talks about the time eater

My vision of Solaris is kinda like an cherubim angel

(The ones with many eyes, wings, wheels like bodys)

So mephiles is kinda like an fallen angel too in a way, however he is more of an invidiak(shadow demon)

And so is Iblis too (the actual Iblis was an fallen angel)

Symphoria | Jeon Jeongguk

Synonpsis - What happens when Jeon Jeongguk and Liv find themselves in a parallel universe where science meets music. Will their unity help them to return back home from the musical world? Is it a mere coincidence or the intricate plan of fate?

Pairing - student!Jeongguk x student!yn!Liv.

Liv couldn't wrap her head around the fact that Professor Hooke had teamed her up with him to tackle the experiment. She muttered under her breath, eagerly counting down the days until university was over, and she wouldn't have to endure the sight of that rascal's face anymore. The rivalry between Liv and Jeongguk had deep roots, It started in highschool high where they gave their all to snag the top spot. Now, at the prestigious Stellar Institute of Technology, Liv pursued Astrophysics and Sonic Arts, while Jeongguk majored in Astrophysics and Astrobiology. He had also landed an athletic scholarship. The competition was still alive and kicking.

Okay maybe I exaggerated a little.

She didn't totally hate Jeongguk, she was a little bit jealous of him. She had to study her ass off to get in the university of her dreams, while Jeongguk got in simultaneously being the ace of the under-18 soccer championship.

" I can't believe Professor Hooke assigned us together for this one." Jeongguk said without even looking at Liv.

"Well I guess she likes to see us suffer. I heard we have to study sound waves interacting at a quantum level for this one." Liv said, she was excited , her love for physics was more than her hate for Jeongguk.

"Oh there you are" Professor Hooke said as soon as her eyes landed on the duo.

" Now I need your help with this, I've been studying effect of sound waves on quantum particles for a while .The goal is to explore the intersection of quantum physics and acoustics." She said while looking at the setup carefully.

" Acoustics?"

"Interesting"

Liv and Jeongguk said at the same time.

"Yes, who knows, maybe it is a getaway from this world?" She said to both of you.

"But Professor-" Hooke's ringing of phone stopped Liv midway, she went outside to receive the call.

"Getaway from this world? What does she mean?" Jeongguk asked looking at you.

"I don't know," Liv answered frowning while looking outside where her professor went.

"Guys, I got an urgent call from the dean,I have to go, and I won't be back for another thirty minutes, but you guys go ahead and try new frequencies, who knows, you might succeed in escaping?" Professor patted your backs, and just like that, she went away in a hurry.

You glanced at the resonance chamber set-up in between with various adjustable panels.

"Should we try different frequencies?" Liv asked, looking at the chamber.

As the experiment began, Jeongguk adjusted the frequency generator, while Liv monitored the quantum particles in the chamber. The room filled with the hum of controlled vibrations as Jeongguk rang the turing fork.

Suddenly, an unexpected resonance echoed, a faint green glow was created in the center. Both of their eyes widened, and they looked at each other as the indication to keep going.

The vibrations became louder, and the green light seemed to stretch and elongate. Both of them found themselves drawn to it, as if a mysterious energy was calling them,the laboratory seemed to blur, and in an instant, they found themselves on a ground, the scene in front of them was bizarre.

Jeongguk blinked in astonishment, "Where... where are we?" he whispered.

Liv reached out to touch a nearby flower. As her fingers brushed against the petals, the blossom emitted a delicate note, adding to the symphony that surrounded them. "I don't know," she said, equally captivated.

Both of them stood up and started to walk; as they took their first step, the ground beneath them, which was once soft, created a note.

"Jeongguk, I think this place responds to our every moment. It's like we're walking on a musical score." Liv, though she was confused, a fragment of excitement was formed in her. "Liv, is that what Hooke meant?"

The realization kicked in,both of them looked at each other with widened eyes, their expressions mirroring each other.

"Should we take a look around?" Liv suggested.

As both of them made their way towards what seemed like a small town, more like a village. The houses were almost of the same type. They could hear a woman singing opera, screaming her lungs out. She looked like those ancient French people, with white long wavy hair and a beautiful voice and a more beautiful face. Both of them followed the voice; there were people gathered amorphously with their musical instruments in their hand, a lady was performing, behind her there was a piano playing by itself.

"Are we in another world?" Jeongguk said, Liv's thoughts. "Ain't no way a piano can play by itself on Earth."

"The goal is to explore the intersection of quantum physics and acoustics."

Her words were ringing in your ears. "Jeongguk, I think we created a frequency that resonated with this world and caused a portal to open." Liv said, still as confused as she was when she first landed here.

"Does this prove the parallel universe theory? An electron can be distributed, so a version of us is still on Earth?" Jeongguk's voice laced with uncertainty.

"But-"

"Fortissimo! I see young love here," The woman's voice laced with enthusiasm as she eyes them both.

"Is she looking at us?"

"Why is she coming here?"

"How the heck would I know?"

"Are you new here, my dear?" She made her way to them, mic still in her hand.

"Technically, we are not-"

"Would you like to sing, young boy?" She said amiably as she patted Jeongguk's boy.

"What is your name?" She asked him, Liv was holding her laughter because Jeongguk's expression was priceless.

"J-Jeongguk," He replied, overwhelmed by the attention he was getting.

"Maestro and Maestra! A musical tapestry awaits your senses,this boy Jeongguk is going to sing for us."

"Go, Jungkook." Liv said controlling her laugh, the happiest person in the world (not this one) was Liv right now.

Jeongguk just gave her a are-you-for-real expression and just went on the stage.

He gazed upon the expectant audience, every pair of eyes eagerly anticipating the moment when he would unfurl his melodic prowess and grace them with his song.

He started singing, and everyone was surprised by his melodic voice. It was a new song, a different tune, but somehow, everyone felt connected through his singing. Liv here was stunned, how can a man be good at everything? This was the first time Liv saw Jeongguk singing, her laughter long faded, she couldn't blink, hypnotized by his voice. Seeing him sing like that made her giddy from the inside.

She caught the woman next to her, the one cheering Jeongguk on, giving a round of applause. Turns out, her name was Harmony Groove.

As he finished his work, he thanked the audience who were clapping appreciatively, he made his way towards Liv, her lips making a crescent, mirroring Jeongguk's smile.

"Let's get the fuck out of here, I can't socialize more," Jeongguk whispered as he lowered his head to match Liv's height.

Liv let out a giggle as she nodded. "Mrs. Groove, It was lovely meeting you, I'm afraid we have to leave now."

"Oh dear, I would love if you stayed longer, how come I've never seen you before?" She said in a motherly tone.

"We are actually from-"

"We are from another town, just came to visit for leisure." Liv cut Jeongguk's sentence at the speed of light with a fake smile.

"Oh Darling it would be an absolute pleasure if you two have dinner at our place,are you fine with that?" She asked expectantly.

Liv would trade Jeongguk for food, and vice versa.

"We'd love to," She said with a smile, Liv started to adore this lovely lady.

"Lovely ! let me call my daughter first." She said looking in the crowd now " Octava ! Come here darling." She shouted motioning her hands to her daughter.

"Yes mother?" A young girl who seemed to be a late-teen came running towards her.

"Will you escort our guests to our house; I invited them for dinner."

"You guys are not from here, are you?" Octava said, breaking the awkward silence.

Three of you were walking on a piano-like road, making your way towards Ms. Groove's place.

"W-what makes you say so?" Liv's voice laced with hesitance.

"You guys don't look very accustomed to this scenario."

"Yeah, one second we were surrounded by scientific equipments, carrying out an experiment, and the next second, we are here," Jeongguk said as if he was keeping it in his stomach for centuries.

Octava let out a laugh. She didn't seem very surprised.

"I knew about it. I tried making a signal a few years back, but the door I made wasn't very big. I attempted thousands of times after that, but let me tell you, it's not as simple as it seems," Octava said.

"Our world is called Symphoria. This is celestia galaxy. Our planet means 'The magical 'Symphony' which makes you feel 'euphoric,' " Octava said proudly, which made you and Jeongguk smile.

"So, you like science too?" Jeongguk asked Octava. "I do, science and physics unlock the secrets of our world, turning questions into thrilling discoveries. It's the adventure of understanding how everything works!"

"I know, there is so much to discover, and things we know aren't even one percent of what the universe is," Liv said.

No matter where you're from, science and music are like the cool connectors that bring people together.

After the delicious meal, Ms. Groove learned that you are from a different planet, called Earth. Octava mentioned that she read in her science book about your planet, for them it still had 85% water and 15% land. So for them Earth was still forming, this planet was millions of light years away.

Mrs. Groove was kind enough to let you stay on the upper floor of their house, luckily they had a spare room.

"As much as I love this place, I would love to go back where we belong," Jeongguk said looking out of the window of his room.

"I know, I'm sure Octava knows a way to go back," Liv replied walking towards the bed.

"I will take the couch, you can take the bed." He said; it was very kind of him to say that.

"We can share, I don't mind unless you want to..." Liv said with a bit of uncertainty.

"Alright."

Both of them couldn't sleep, how can they when they know that they are breathing on another planet, another galaxy, another universe millions of light years away.

Liv turned to the other side; Jeongguk's back facing her.

"Jeongguk?" Liv whispered. "Hmm?" Jeongguk said turning to the other side.

"Does that mean we discovered a wormhole?" Liv asked Jeongguk, she knew that was the only answer. The intersection of black holes and white holes, which can make you travel to a different galaxy, in much lesser time.

"But they are thermodynamically impossible," Jeongguk replied.

"I know but, even if certain laws are stated, there will always be something that defies it," Liv replied.

Jeongguk placed his hand on her cheek, her eyes widened at the sudden contact. "Let us think about it tomorrow okay? Get some rest now."

Liv looked at him, suppressing her astonishment, none of them breaking the eye contact.

Until Jeongguk finally came into senses, took his hand back, his cheeks flushed. Same with Liv, she cleared her throat to release the awkward tension surrounding them. "I always adored singing, you know," Jeongguk said out of the blue.

Liv was looking at him, her eyes telling him to go on, she was willing to listen, willing to listen to his life story, what secrets his galaxy-like eyes held in them.

"I used to sing with my Grandpa when I was young. He passed away when I was eleven. It broke me so much that I thought I don't have the courage to sing again. Until today, when I saw people's anticipation before I started to sing, it reminded me so much of him." Liv could see a tear running down his cheek.

"You know death isn't real. Energy can neither be created nor be destroyed, so he never left. When one ends life, only make space for other forms of life. All carbon, nitrogen, hydrogen, oxygen, and other elements that build human beings and any other life on Earth, do not change in the moment of death. Nothing happens. The same elements will be used to build another form of life very soon. He is just in another form," Liv said.

All Jeongguk did was laugh a little. "Thank you for scientifically comforting me."

"I-I am sorry, I don't know how to comfort someone properly," Liv said timidly.

"E-Even if I'm not good at comforting, I'm good at listening, you can talk to me whenever you want to." Liv said, looking at him dead serious. A part inside of her was thankful that someone trusted her enough to share these things with her.

"I have to say I'm surprised. I thought you hated me," Jeongguk spoke his mind.

"Not really, I was just jealous that you were good at studies while simultaneously being good at everything. When I'm just good at academics, I don't know anything else other than that," Liv confessed. "I was very immature back then, and this part of mine stayed with me till now, but right now I feel none of that. I am very grateful to have a friend like you," Liv said, finally releasing all the insecurities and jealousy.

"Of course, I will teach you soccer someday. We can also go to karaoke," Jeongguk suggested.

"I would love to do that."

In the symphony of life, my 24-hour plan hit a surprising crescendo – from 'I got this' to 'Wait, Symphoria, portals, and harmonizing escapes? Now that's a plot twist no one saw coming!

The next morning, Liv found a note on the living room table.

Dear Liv and Jeongguk,

I know you want to go back to Earth, but there's only one way to escape, The Harmonic maze.

Quick heads-up about the maze – it's tricky! I've tried to crack the code, but no luck. The deal is, you gotta create a harmony to get through. I haven't nailed down the exact notes, but I think your teamwork and connection with Symphoria can unlock it.

My grandparents are suddenly sick, so my mom and I had to leave earlier this morning,we didn't want to wake you up.

Trust the music, trust each other. Your blend of melodies might just be the key to rockin' through that maze. Enjoy the musical adventure!

"Jeongguk, look at this!" Liv said, making her way towards him.

Jeongguk read the letter, there was the address of the maze on the backside of the paper.

Liv and Jeongguk reached the so-called harmonic maze. It felt like this was a never-ending maze.

Liv made sure to write a note back to Octava and Mrs.Groove.

"You trust me, right?" Jeongguk asked, looking down at Liv. She nodded with a smile. He took hold of her hand as they both entered the labyrinth, ready to face all the challenges, all the hurdles. Liv never felt so comfortable and secured with anyone till now.

For hours they wandered, here and there, yet they couldn't crack the code. They were sure there was a catch. There were musical instruments playing by themselves in between the maze.

"Liv! Thermodynamics! Heat makes air go up!" Jeongguk said, looking at Liv. His eyes depicting hope. "Let us warm our hands," Liv suggested, and they started rubbing their hands until they got warm, and they touched the walls, and the subtle change of temperature made some parts of the walls disappear, which created secret paths they couldn't see before.

"We did it! We did it, Jeongguk!" Both of you were so happy, and you hugged each other so tightly as if your world depended on it. Until realization kicked in, and both of you pulled away. "Let's go," Jeongguk said as both of them made their way until they reached a point where they could hear a familiar music, a familiar harmony.

"Is that... music?" Jeongguk asked. "Wait, it's not just any music. It's like Symphoria is singing a response to us."

They start moving around, searching for the source of the melody.

"Come here, it's getting stronger," Jeongguk called Liv.

As they stand in the magical spot, the melody intensifies, creating a warm, glowing aura around them.

"It's like, this spot is resonating with us. This spot... it's reacting to us. Our movements, our voices, everything!" Liv says.

"This could be the key to open the portal, Liv. Sing with me," Jeongguk said, smiling.

As both of them start to harmonize, a familiar green light appears, they look at each other but don't stop harmonizing.

As the green light broadens again, they get pulled by the energy.

As they open their eyes, they find themselves back in the familiar surroundings of the college lab.

"Wait, did we-"

"We did!" Jeongguk exclaimed in joy.

"What the hell did we just do...?" Liv was still in denial.

"I'm glad I got to do it with you," Jeongguk said to Liv, making her blush.

"Yeah, I can't imagine doing it with anyone else but you," Liv admitted timidly.

"Do what with him?" Professor Hooke said as she entered the lab.

Both of them looked at their professor in shock; she was still in the same clothes when she left.

"Did you guys not start yet?" She said, looking at the unchanged setup. So that means,

It was the same day when they left, One day is Symphoria is 30 minutes here on Earth?

Both of them had the same thoughts.

The faster you go, the slower time passes - The theory of General Relativity.

Liv and Jeongguk exchanged a knowing smile.

"We did, it worked perfectly." Liv said smiling, which seemed pretty creepy to her professor.she looked at them in confusion until she realized what she meant that made her widen her eyes.

"Wait did you-"

"We will give you all the thesis by tomorrow; see you, professor." Liv said as she and Jeongguk headed outside together, leaving Professor Hooke confused.

"I don't think so I can attend today's lectures, I'm jetlagged." Liv joked.

"Fuck, do you think Einstein stumbled upon some alternate universe that got his brain gears cranking for relativity?" Jeongguk asked Liv as they made their way out of the university.

"I don't know, all I know is I need a good 15-hour nap." Liv said, her eyes almost closing.

"But hey, it was the best adventure I had. " He grinned as she nodded.

"Jeongguk?"

"Hmm?"

"Are you free this weekend?"

"Uh...Yes?" He replied, being all giddy from the inside.

"There is this new Japanese restaurant in 5th ave, want to go try their food?"

"I'd love to."
