Random Yandere Headcanons: Danganronpa v2 girls with a darling that’s ok with kidnapping if they can still game

Akane Owari:

She will make them move around when they need to but other than that has no problems with it. She may end up getting on their nerves a little when she tries to keep them healthy.

Chiaki Nanami:

It’s a perfect match for sure although she does make sure you both take breaths…. When she remembers and gets out of the zone.

Sonia Nevermind:

She doesn’t mind it too much as long as they still make one for her (even if it’s just playing a two-person game.) and she will make sure they stay healthy. The moment, however, they don’t pay attention to her for a long time (a month at most.) is when all the games get taken away.

Hiyoko Saionji:

If that’s all it takes, then she’ll take it.

Ibuki Mioda:

She will be very involved with their darling as a way to spend time with them. Helping picking out the next game, helping them with level as much as she can, even playing with them if that’s what they want.

Mahiru Koizumi:

Can either be very strict or somewhat lax with it; it all depends on how her darling was that day. Worst case scenario she ends up making a schedule and then taking them away when their time is up.

Mikan Tsumiki:

She is somewhat strict with it being that she does keep track of their health and if she believes that they are spending too much time on them she will reluctantly take them away but it’s very easy to get some from her at least half of the time.

Peko Pekoyama: Is also strict and the fact that she will take them away for a while if she believes that they’ve spent too much time on them but in the same breath will help them find new games or with levels if they have trouble passing.

i'm curious, what HCs do you have for which Remnant took which part of Enoshima?

The thing is I’m not sure I have any very unique head canons on that front. I mean there’s the three that most people seem to agree on, that being Nagito with the hand, Mikan with the womb, and Fuyuhiko taking the eye.

I might have said it before but I do think the most interesting one of those three is by far Fuyuhiko. Cause like Mikan and Nagito make sense, they’re the ones we get to see be remnant-y the most and grafting Junko onto themselves checks out with how they act, but Fuyuhiko? I don’t think he does anything in the game that would indicate he’d willingly rip his own eye out to replace it with a dead girls.

But the fact that he did (allegedly at least) gives a really interesting look into how despair affected him specifically. It’s really the only bit of insight we get with Fuyuhiko since the brief scene we get of the remnants out and about at the end of despair arc just has him leading some soldiers against the Future Foundation. So we know he took control of the Kuzuryu clan, and that he still works with Peko since she’s there too, but that’s kinda it. So figuring out how the eye thing fits into that is really neat.

But as far as headcanons for the others go, I do think that if Fuyuhiko got something then Sonia and Imposter would feel like they deserved something too. I don’t think either of them could really graft a whole body part though, Imposter still needs to be able to become anyone else at the drop of a hat so having to be ‘Togami but also he has a girls hand haha don’t worry about it’ wouldn’t really work. And with Sonia I always see it as she keeps herself a level above everyone else, like most people are dirty and sick and scrounging around just to stay alive but then here’s this glittering image of unflappable royalty to juxtapose that. It makes Sonia seem more reverent but also makes everyone else seem worse, so I don’t think she could afford to blemish that unmared image.

That being said, I could definitely see Sonia using some of Junko’s bones to fashion a crown or some other kind of jewelry, that way she’d still have a symbol of Junko without compromising her status. Imposter I’m not sure about, but maybe their despair would come from being the only one of the remnants political powerhouses that didn’t get anything.

I have a headcanon brainworm for DR where I think each class has the resident theatre kids, and the resident final boss theatre nerd who is scary about musicals and shit.

The theatre kid final boss for DR1 I think is Touko, who for one thing probably isn't a big TV fan but a massive stage play fan. I think she'd prefer raunchy musicals and shit, like I think she would beg and scream to be Veronica for her production of Heathers because she's a corny repressed gal who wants to express herself by screaming her heart out.

Dr2 I think has the most theatre kids, with Mahiru and Hiyoko being extremely prominent, with Hiyoko throwing a fit to play Galinda for a local production of Wicked, but I think the actual final boss would be Sonia. Who I think has an understated but deep and intimate knowledge about starring in, running, and directing plays and productions. So without even trying she's better than Hiyoko - who would probably boast loud as fuck about like the 5 musicals she watched, while Sonia watches keenly and silently from the sidelines, knowing she's better than Hiyoko without even trying, as all things should be.

For DRV3 and I believe the actual, absurd hyperfixation level of musical knowledge and the one I'd consider the true final boss of the entire thing: Himiko. I think Himiko both appreciates almost every musical known to man, but also becomes an entirely different person when playing a character in a musical. Like she goes from meek and tired, borderline anemic, to Lydia Deetz in an instant, singing - dancing - everything. Why do I believe this? Because I think it's funny to imagine Himiko dragging her feet everywhere and sleeping like a cat in everything else, to becoming a triple threat the moment she hears the opening horns to Can't Stop the Beat. And also she's already a stage performer, being a magician after all.

Hajime Hinata - Words of Affirmation

Akane, as we know, had a tough life growing up. Besides her clear desperation for food, she also had a tough time being sexualized. Most men just kinda saw her as a hot piece of meat and treated her like shit. So when you asked her out, she just kinda assumed you wanted to fuck her, and offered herself. When you quickly shut that down and told her you wanted to be in a genuine relationship, she kinda froze up. It was an odd feeling, but it was almost relieving to her. Throughout the relationship she felt more and more comfortable touching you. She knew you wouldn't take advantage of her, and thus appreciated it when you hugged and kissed her. It could get aggressive at times if she was in a hyper mood but she really enjoys just some wholesome times. Cuddling is a must for her, especially after big meals. Byakuya Twogami - Words of Affirmation

When you got together Twogami kept their sort of Byakuya impression and tried to be aloof, but it was clear that wasn't their real personality. They constantly compliment you and openly shows their affection. At least when they are in a disguise. When you eventually managed to make them take down the facade, they really softened more and you got to see them for who they are. Imposter is soft spoken and much more bashful than you expected. Instead of being confident, when they compliment you like this, they have a much harder time getting the words out. Imposter doesn't see themself as someone with any identity, so seeing how unique you are gives them inspiration and admiration for you. It may be hard for them to say, but you will definitely hear it

Chiaki Nanami - Quality Time

Chiaki is a simple girl, she likes to take life as it comes and just kinda go with the flow. And she appreciates a partner that can do the same. She doesn't really like going on dates, they just aren't her scene. She'd honestly rather stay home eating snacks and playing video games with you. To be honest, Chiaki just likes being with you in general. It doesn't have to be a big deal, often you guys will just cuddle and relax or play games together. Even if you don't feel like talking Chiaki is happy to just be with you in comfortable silence. Since she tends to be sleepy throughout the day, she often will end up falling asleep at your place. If you decide to lay down with her, when she wakes up and notices you, she'll smile lovingly and give you a quick cheek kiss (before falling right back asleep)

Fuyuhiko Kuzuryu - Quality Time

Being a literal mob boss doesn't give you much personal time. Him and Peko are often super busy throughout the day, with Fuyuhiko getting frustrated an apologizing everytime, despite your insistance that it's okay. The days he does have off he likes to spend with you. He isn't really used to being vulnerable and affectionate, so whenever you try to be romantic he will initially push back. Understand it isn't that he doesn't like you, it's just unusual to him, he'll eventually accept the affection and reciprocate. When he is comfortable enough he likes to take you to all kinds of places for date nights. He doesn't care how dumb it is or how he has to make it happen, you want to go to that pickle museum? You are GOING to that pickle museum god dammit! Oh and fun fact. Neither of you know this, but more than half the days Fuyuhiko gets off are actually cause of Peko stepping in. She wants to see her Young Master happy! She has no issues pulling some strings here or there

Gundam Tanaka - Physical Touch

This man lives off of drama and theatrics, do you really think he's gonna hold back in your relationship? Hell nah, you are his dark deity who is destined to rule with him. Anyone who questions will have a curse instantly fall upon them. He is PROUD to let the world know of your relationship and feels no embarrassment! ...Kinda. When he brags in public, 80% of it is all show and overcompensation. He is actually trying to keep his dark lord image up to keep the mortals intimidated. In reality, your relationship makes him weak in the knees. He adores you to his core. Gundam becomes incredibly soft with you and surprisingly bashful. In fact, physical contact is a quick way to turn him into a blushing mess. Everytime you even graze his hand Gundam's heart skips a beat. And when you kiss? Instantly hiding in his scarf afterwards. He doesn't quite understand why it affects him so deeply, it had to be some dark forces in the universe. No matter what it was, Gundam loves it, and shows his appreciation in his own unique way

Jesus christ this girl is a handful. Pretty much from your first interaction she was hostile and condesending. But strangly you both ended up in a relationship somehow, with no complaints on either side. After you started showing more kindness and helped her, she saw you in a more positive light. You weren't as useless or untrustworthy as she thought. Hiyoko still lowkey bullies and teases you, but it's turned more playful and lighthearted. And she's also gotten more physically affectionate, openly clinging to you and leading you by the hand all over the place. She pretty much hangs by you as much as possible, and can get pretty protective. Not to mention really jealous whenever anyone tries to sweet talk you

Ibuki Mioda - Physical Touch

BRUH, this is I-BU-KI MI-O-DA! She is all OVER you 24/7! Pretty much every time she sees you she tackles you with a hug. She adores hugging you and holding hands and jumping into your arms etc etc etc. Sometimes you'll have to use a crowbar to pry her off of you. And don't get me started on the kisses. Ibuki is a kiss machine and loves to just pepper your face with kisses. You're just so damn cute, she can't help herself! It doesn't matter where you are, you gonna get smooched. Funnily enough, when you reciprocate she gets kinda bashful somehow. Ibuki tends to blush hard and stammer, giggling like crazy. Just expect a lot of affection in this relationship

Mahiru does it out of love rather than obligation. But she doesn't see her deeds as romantic really, instead she loves to give you gifts that memorialize moments in your relationship. The moment you met, your first date, for your one year anniversary she even made a collage of pictures taken on every date you've been on! For the longest time she was hiding a secret, but one day when you were feeling very depressed she revealed it. Mahiru had been keeping a photo album of pictures of you smiling. Some you knew of and remembered, but some of them were secret shots she took when you were distracted. She apologized if it was creepy, but to you it was sweet. Teruteru Hanamura - Acts of Service

We all know he loves some touchy touchy action. It don't matter what parts you got or your body type, he is IN 10000%. He makes it clear by constantly flirting with you and trying to initate any sort of sexual activites (it's fun to see him sulk when you turn him down). But strangely enough, Teruteru actually shows love by cooking for you. Yeah, your hot bod is a big bonus. But that smile on your face when you taste his food? Absolutely priceless. He loves to cook all your meals, and often uses his Mom's special recipes. When one day you asked him to teach you how to cook, his heart soared. He immedietly gave you an apron and pulled out a recipe book so you could choose one to try. Never worry if you make mistakes or completely fail, Teruteru doesn't mind! You gotta start somewhere, and as long as you use the ingredients you have and don't purposly waste them it's all good. But know that even though he doesn't get angry, he will mock you if you're a mess, and can be a little condescending. Just roll with it, he'll eventually humble himself and compliment your efforts

Curiosities about Sonia Nevermind in my AU:

(I made Gundham now I will make her the ultimate princess)

Sonia is her parents' only child, and was named to honor her great-grandmother;

In her time of despair, she only imprisoned her parents in dungeons and forced them to watch their subjects die every day;

After completing her fragments with Hajime, she recognizes him as the hero of the legend of her kingdom, however, she decides to give up following the legend so that he can be her destined husband to experience true love with Gundham;

After getting married, she also became a vegan to respect her husband;

Even though she is a princess, Sonia has a dream of having a small craft business. And that's why on the island he only takes up his favorite hobby when he has the opportunity.

Akane Owari:

She most likely did it alongside her darling as a sort of challenge that they could do together. After the month is over, she is very proud that they did in fact survive November.

Chiaki Nanami:

She knows the challenge that her darling was doing; she just didn’t pay much attention to it until they brought it up after the month was over. Seeing as they had won the battle, she was happy for them.

Sonia Nevermind:

She did participate in it with her darling and although it was difficult, she was happy that they both made it through the month.

Hiyoko Saionji:

Doesn’t really know what they’re the challenge is nor really cares that much though since her darling does seem to care about it, she will congratulate them awkwardly. she’s not too sure what to do.

Ibuki Mioda:

Another one who participated with her darling there were a few times where she nearly failed but she stuck with it with her darling till the very end. She was very proud that they made it through the month.

Mahiru Koizumi:

She didn’t even know that they were participating in November until after they had told her, in which case she just kind of awkwardly congratulated them.

Mikan Tsumiki:

She had to decide to participate with them just because it was something that they were doing and something that she could do with them. Depending on her darling it was either very easy or very hard.

Peko Pekoyama:

She congratulates them on completing something that seems very important to them and that’s all that matters.

i have this one hc about a hypothetical scene where chiaki is kinda reflecting on her sexuality & how she was never good at dating sims or flirting in general & thought it was bc she was doing smth wrong but it turns out it was just bc all the romantic options in the sims she played were men (i like to think that if DDLC exists in the DR universe, that’s the game that helped her have the “aha” moment & from then on they were easy) & growing up everyone expected her to settle down with a nice boy one day so she never questioned it until she started hanging out with mikan, sonia, etc. more often & began to realize how she felt around them vs the guys & one of the girls says smth like “what about hajime? didn’t you guys have smth going on?” & she responds w smth along the lines of “well…hajime isn’t really a boy, but he isn’t really a girl either. he’s just hajime”
