This flashback breaks my heart. His reactions show that he was just a little kid scared of everything and he doesn't understand what they're doing to him. He's so small and scared. He doesn't have Maria anymore and he doesn't have Gerald either. They took people he trusted, people who treated him like a kid and now he's all alone, with people who only see him as danger and treat him like he's a monster.

Chronic hanahaki [with meds]-

" It used to be that Hanahaki had 2 cures- either thru confession or death it ended. Now, as far as the world knows, it has 3 cures. Confession, dying with unspoken love, or surgically removing that love.

Stone, fortunately, learned a fourth way while traveling the world as an assassin. Robotnik is very fortunate that Stone knows how to help. Now if only they would help themselves with their respective hanahaki takeovers!
