A royal carriage waited at the gatehouse of St James's Palace to take the king, accompanied by Charles and George, to Windsor, where the ceremony was to take place. But just as they were about to depart, James instructed George to perform a slight errand', which meant he would be unable to accompany them. Sensing a snub, George asked what was wrong, at which point James burst into tears and declared himself the unhappiest man alive, treated with ingratitude by those dearest to him. With the scene unfolding in public, in front of servants and lords shifting uneasily in their livery and robes, George stood at the carriage door and began to weep. He protested his innocence and demanded to know the charges made against him. But the king closed the door on him and commanded his coachman to drive off, leaving George to watch the carriage disappear into St James's Park.

SO MANY PEOPLE GUESSED CORRECTLY!#It wasn't that hard#We know Papyrus knows the river person#are they friends? idk BUT I PERSONALLY THINK THEY ARE#I just LOVEEE looking at the dialogue and making connections#I referenced one of the lines from the river person here...sometimes they'll ask you if you know any game you can play with a dog...#They said they were “asking for a friend...”#And I couldn't help but think about Papyrus' problem with the annoying dog LMAO#+ Papyrus seems very excited to know if the river person is there when you call him nearby that area#Okay so... now ...some comic thing that I made up but also didn't...#“FLOWEY DOESN'T KNOW WHO THE RIVER PERSON IS?”#okay so...#I feel like#It's not very common for them to be there...#When talking with Undyne around that area it's kind of *unclear* if she knows about the river person being there....#She tells you about the river connecting different areas and that you should “jump in”#She then clarifies that's the only thing they got for public transport#AND LIKE? I've drawn him a couple of times, just really little/in the background. but I should draw him more, I love this guy a lot! I have many, many thoughts about him and the way he parallels Silver...and also I think it is extremely funny that his ghost is stuck in a ring. especially considering where that ring has been for the last 16-ish years.
