breakfast contained : cabbage schredded, an egg added, baked in a pan into a pancake / bread, i cut that in half. on one half i placed a scrambled egg with a bit of ketchup, on the other half i spread some zuivel spread. i also had one half of a protein shake

dinner contained : vegetarian shawarma with two like, naan style bread things and a blob of low cal garlic sauce. an entire bowl of green beans and 3 chocoballs. i think i also had an apple and a banana at night to prevent myself from binging on cookies.

the food today was good, the veggie-meat was pretty good, it had a soja base and it was quite nice and chewy and because i made it in a marinade it was very good and not dry,,, sadly i made my food way too salty today sigh... i had these chocoballs because i believe it were the last ones ? i cant quite recall... idk why i had 3 but i do know my parents refused to eat them bcs my mom made them exclusively for me and wanted me to feel bad about it. i find this veggie meat very interesting, almost impressive. with replacements like these i wouldnt mind not eating meat LOL

lunch

1/2 cucumber (sliced) (25 cals) with some soja sauce, vinegar and seasoning (abt 40cals ig?) total: 65cals

snack

1 can of coke zero (1 cal) + 2 rice cakes (54cal) with cottage cheese (60gramms = 42cals) topped with 2 strawberries (16 cals) total :113 cals

dinner

97 gramm strawberries (32cals) and 105 gramm (47 cals) blueberries with 165ml of Almond milk (26cal) total: 115 cals

total for the day : 483 cals 30+gramm protein i think so that is also quite good ig
