So Rayan is Muslim right(just figured after the Eid short that you posted)?does that mean we can't sleep with them?or are you just gonna ignore the religions when you're writing the game?just curious.

Ahh Rayyan has a complex relationship with Islam/religion, especially as a queer person. I delved into more detail on this in earlier posts but I will... have to dig it up at some point i know the tumblr search function is hopeless.

They aren't particularly religious in a spiritual sense, and also don't subscribe to the moral codes that their conservative Muslim parents (well, mostly their dad) hold, but they do however participate in Muslim traditions and festivities with their family and try not to openly go against their family's wishes (particularly when they're home). This is important to them because family is important to them.

For e.g. they don't eat pork and they don't drink alcohol. F!Rayyan also dresses pretty modestly, though that's also... personal choice.

Hope that answers your question, I definitely plan to touch on this in more detail in the story itself, especially as MC gets closer with Rayyan!

Okay VERY important question:

Who's winning the team bet on when MC and Tobin are going to come clean about being together? Because between Emerson and Deepal there's no way one hasn't been made yet, right?

This is SUCH a fun idea, and one I’m absolutely implementing in the next chapter, I promise!

The scene where MC’s teammates finally confront ‘em about their potential relationship with Rayyan / Tobin… I think we’ve all (Emerson and Deepal included) waited long enough!

There is a cute scene you get with Deepal if you confide in them after royally screwing Rayyan/Tobin’s heart this update though! No spoilers but you’ll unfortunately first have to break their heart :{

Tobin with Shay

I feel like Nat would be the first instinct but I think Tobin would be best off with Shay, and would definitely be attracted to/benefit from their unapologetic, honest, devil-may-care attitude to life and love. Tobin would be a grounding presence, and someone who'd give Shay the unconditional love and security/peace that they've been searching for.

Rayyan with Nat

I love golden retriever black cat / fire and water pairings, and this one gives that vibe. Rayyan would provide the passion and ride-or-die vibes that Nat felt was missing from MC's relationship with them , and Nat would create the feeling of "home and hearth" that Rayyan needs.

G with Qiu

I could see G being with Qiu because they'd be attracted to their intelligence and see their aloof, enigmatic exterior as an intriguing challenge. I could see Qiu similarly seeing G as an equal, or potentially even being annoyed/driven up the wall by G's purposeful, artful probing/prodding, only to eventually fall for them.

Sam with Merry crisis MC

Honestly I see Sam being with MC- and being pretty down with moving to SG with them (a new adventure, new world to explore!) But if that's cheating, then Shay would be my first answer (theyd have 190037 weird hobbies together, and neither of them would ever be bored).
