The dentist didn't clean everything perfect, it wasn't really a full cleaning that's why it was so cheap... but he still did a good job. Sodium flouride seems to be helping what he left behind.

I noticed on my canine a left over stain. He didn't go all the way up to the gumline but the sodium flouride is removing what he left.

Before the dentist/right after- It could have been the varnish as well:

You can see that stain on my canine whether it's sodum flouride or the varnish is coming off.

One thing I'm worried about is this:

You can kinda see the stain inbetween my crowded front teeth and side tooth...

I mean I might be willing to go to the dentist every 4 months and get this treatment except this time he will go to the back of my mouth cause he didn't really work at all on the back of my mouth. Or the backside of any of my teeth which gives me anxiety.

We will see what aim removes and I'm going to take pictures of my back teeth cause of course when your front tooth is brown that's all you care about. So now I'm worried I got immense staining on my back teeth. Imma check now

Advice for eating healthily on a budget? Been trying to lose weight but it’s been difficult when everything good for you is so expensive.

Be very careful with the idea of what's good for you and what's not. I understand what you mean of course, but food doesn't have morals. It's an inanimate object, even jello. So it can't be moralistically good or bad. Is a cookie or a pizza the most nutritious thing you can eat? Of course not, there calorie dense food. But declaring them bad for you, cutting them out completely, is surefire way to overindulge on them in a couple weeks.

The only reasons to completely restrict or cut food groups is because your doctor has told you, that you need to, and given you the reason why. e.g. I can't have tree nuts. I got told this by a doctor when I was six. Why? Because I'm allergic, but the anaphylaxis gave that away before the doc did.

This is also true in the social media age where there are idiots trying to convince you that fruit is bad for you. Or the idea that only organic, locally farmed, hand-picked under the blue moon by a fairy who farts on them stawberries, are the only kind that's good for you and anything less than is no only bad, but will kill you somehow. Bullshit. If you can't afford organic, don't get organic, it's kind of a gimmick anyway. If all you can afford is frozen fruit or vegetables, that's better for you than no fruits or vegetables. Same with canned; just try to get them canned in water, not juice. If you can.

Same with meat. Get the frozen chicken, get the frozen fish and other seafood. Hell get the frozen meatball or burger patties (just watch the sodum on these two, get them as unseasoned as you can find and afford).

Meal prep. Plan out your menu. Write your list. Stick to your list. Sticking to the list is even easier if you can plan to go shopping right after having a meal. If you're not hungry, tempting delicious things, like cookies and donuts are less likely to hop into the cart. Not that it's make or break for diet if they do.

Speaking of meal prep. One of my favourites is Zach Coen. He's a registered dietitian, so you're a macro breakdown, which can be super helpful when you're first learning how to prep. He's got a patreon that I pay for, it's totally worth it. But if money's tight, he has a lot of great recipes up on his Instagram for free. Just search his name, the accout'll pop right up. And most of the recipes come in at under four dollars a serving.

I am sorry, but only Crystal is currently the only one on the market for new parents. I have been dead for over 100 years, so it would be inappropriate for who I assume is a mortal to adopt me, as I assume you are younger than me. Niko has also told me she would rather stay with her own mother for the time being.

Monty is currently having a bit of a time of it with parental figures, he can get back to you with his answer at a later date once he has figured this out (though he is currently “grounded”).

Yeah I keep forgetting it’s over too haha. I still find myself thinking ‘ok what’s supposed to happen next in Aid?’ every now and then.
